Remember you’re not lifting with your arms, the kettlebell lifts into the air b/c of the momentum & force you’re creating by pressing into the ground & using those hips & glutes. Make this even better by standing next to someone doing full swings to get your timing right. 2️⃣Reset Swings: reset after each rep, tilt that handle toward you, think break that handle in half so shoulders go back & you have a proud chest. Hike, like football, swing it up, then back btwn legs & to ground. 3️⃣ Full Swings: remember it’s ok for your arms to bend at the elbows especially as you go heavier, this helps w/ feeling like you have more control & helps take lessen the bad habit of trying to lift w/ your arms. . . No need to go slow, we just jump right back in around here 😂. Alright, be sure to read the directions on this one and choose appropriate weight/modification for you!
