I like how Dante screamed for Lady and Enzo with the same energy, and its the knowledge his brother might be alive after all this time, most likely carrying the guilt of not being strong enough to save Vergil, his brother, his twin, that lets him awaken Devil Trigger again. In Dante's words, its his rage and hatred, and I wonder if its specifically of the self loathing variety. It feels so...symbolic? Thematic? That such a human emotion gives his demon side strength because isn't that what Dante's been doing as a demon hunter? He's filled with rage because he cares. Sure he says he doesn't care but on some level he HAS to if he's doing it in the first place. He might not have had the full picture but he still decided to take such a dangerous job hunting monsters. Hell, maybe the wacky woohoo jokes started as a way to not think about dying on the job, and finding out he heals quickly just meant whatever can kill him is gonna give him hell, so why not piss it off instead of going out with a whimper?

I can still see this Dante getting hurt in fights. I don't think they've gotten anything to eat throughout this whole thing, its tense all around, and he had his guard down around Lady. He looked so hopeful too! They put my baby boi on ice!

Again as someone with only casual passing knowledge of the series, this was a fun ride! I can see it being a gateway for people to get into the games, and people who know the games can enjoy all the little references in a new spin on the story. Can't wait for season 2!

Watching Netflix’s Damsel rn. It’s alright - not bad, but it definitely could have been a hell of a lot better. The beginning seems sort of rushed (I get that they have limited time to get to the real ‘fun’ parts but come on)

I will say tho, the scene where the flock of birds comes flying through the cavern is fire as fuck. Such an incredible introduction for the dragon.

The zorca may not display a variety of colors compared to their zora neighbors, but they are sexually dimorphic! Like actual orca, males have a dorsal fin that "sprouts" during their teenage years in which its curved shape straightens into a tall dorsal that can reach six feet in height!

Lady zorca keep their curved dorsal fins and can grow up to three to four feet. Same goes for their side fins, the males have larger ones than the females, and the flukes on their tales curve inward.

Newborn babies are born black and orange! And like dolphins, they also have whiskers 💖🥹 In a year's time the whiskers fall off, and their orange/peachy skin turns white with the more fat they pack on.

Most zorca stay near the surface of the waters when traveling and hunting, but experienced hunters dive to the darker depths for tastier and elusive prey. The deepest dive by an orca was just over 1000 meters (3000ft deep!) which puts that in the Midnight Zone where sunlight cant reach! But thats what makes echolocation so handy 👍
