Thoughts on Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment?

Dearest Nexusofnumez,

oh yes, I do have a number of thoughts on Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment. And of course, like many of you, im hyped beyond reason at the prospect of new lore and answers to unresolved questions I had playing TotK...

Speaking of questions, I know a lot of fans wonders if Link will be in the game. But i don't.

My ONLY real question about Age of Imprisonment is: WILL PUPPET ZELDA BE THERE???

GLORY TO PUPPET ZELDA!!!!

Omg TotK missed out so badly on making Puppet Zelda a boss! Like we missed out on the most traumatic fight in the game, it would have been so much more emotional and had a bigger meaning! [We are excluding stage two Ganondorf fight]

Nintendo missed out on a gold mine of content and trauma. And I feel CHEATED!! So I made my dreams reality! Because I'm an artist and I can draw whatever I want >:)

It would have been so cool if Puppet Zelda was the one who controled the gloom hands and was Ganondorf's general or something.

I love love loved puppet Zelda in tork, one of my fav parts of the game!!! I’ve been thinking about that part a lot for the AU,,, some stuff:

-Puppet Link doesn’t struggle with talking like for example here! He talks smoothly and without cracks

-Zelda realizes extremely early that it isn’t Link (bc bad vibe yk)

-I was thinking it’d be cool if when Puppet link transforms the castle room, Zelda like gets her old princess dress on (but I’m not sure, because then her weapons would be gone and she kinda needs them amiright)

-I think the scene where that transparent Ganondorf appears above puppet Zelda is goofy af so I’m changing it to puppet Link talking, his voice changing to Ganondorfs and then him transforming into phantom Ganon (the voice lines should be roughly the same though)

I might add more as I come up with cool stuff (or if you think of anything cool!)

What I wished happened in Tears of the Kingdom 🥲

Been itching to draw something like this since first playing the game.

I absolutely HC that Puppet Zelda's "true form" is a grotesque gloom abomination.

An alternate version of the climax of "Crisis at Hyrule Castle" "lives rent free in my mind. The cat and mouse chase ending in the Sanctum, with Puppet Zelda revealing her true self: an attrocious horrific monster wearing Zelda's face. This is the real her and all this hatred breaks her Zelda looking shell apart. Time for an emotional and tormented final confrontation.

Also, it's my one year Tumblr anniversary!!?? Whhhaaaatttt already?
