i love marxfems and socfems on the internet. i love them so much. but every time they show disdain for radfems i cringe (don't get me wrong i love it when they clapback at imperialist so-called feminists). when they start responding primarily in mao or lenin quotes i cringe. because when i read marxist/communist/socialist theory most of the time i think "yeah this is fantastic structural analysis of the capitalist system" but it's so clear to me that dedicating my life to abolishing capitalism would not solve the "root" issue. so many radical revolutionary women make feminist struggles secondary, almost non-issues "until capitalism is dealt with" which is exactly how their male counterparts think and i doubt that's a coincidence.
capitalism would not exist without patriarchy. all economies are social arrangements/agreements and the capitalist economy flourishes because of patriarchal society, philosophy and culture. it could not exist without it. kind of like how the feudal system worked because a lot of the serfs genuinely believed in the divine right/eternal power of the monarch.
all this to say, tackling capitalism is, of course, in a lot of ways, tackling patriarchal oppression, it is absolutely integral. tackling imperialism, too. but the bottom line that i hope every woman regardless of if they're a radfem, socfem, marxfem or whatever, grasps is that women's liberation will ONLY happen because of women.
no political party will save us from the tyranny of men. only women can and will liberate women. because when men say they want to be classless, they mean it only for men. they will not take the final step in eradicating class. only women have ever been willing to go that far.

the same idiots who a few months ago didn't shut up about how poorly treated LGBTQI+ people were in Muslim countries to own pro Palestians Liberals (gay marriage banned/gender conversion therapy forbidden etc.) and said they'd literally be killed if they stepped one foot out there, now want to make us believe that one of them sent a trans athlete to participate in the most coveited sport championship in the world
Yup, checks out
The TRA were right about the lots of you : the anti trans brain damage is in full effect

it's so telling when someone says radical feminism is "white woman shit" and you bring up the fact that in many places such as africa or asia, the only feminism that prominently exists is radical feminism, and for those places it's just considered regular feminism that you get told those women live in places that aren't progressive enough for them to understand their actions properly. to say these women are too dumb to realize that their beliefs are "bad" simply because they don't align with western mainstream liberal feminism is rooted in xenophobia and racism, not to mention a lack of understanding of the struggles and violence women from these countries regularly go through, which can range anywhere from fgm to men rubbing and wiping their cum on the back of women's clothes in trains. but of course, as usual, there's no intelligent response to this so you just end up getting blocked or get rape wished on you.

it fucking infuriates me when terfs literally try and deny that black women were denied womanhood in America.
Do they think i'm some crazy conspiracy theorist pulling shit out of my fucking ass?
This is literally a fact that I found in my history textbooks, my feminism history textbooks. Like, babes, you're the one who looks INSANE here.
Like, you... you guys are aware that SECOND WAVE feminists were the ones who got women equal labor rights? That literally means that until 1960ish, women were not expected to work.
Yes, poor white women worked but they literally thought it was due to the "degradation" of family fucking values, which where that women were not allowed to work. Their duty was to the fucking house, aka true womanhood aka the cult of domesticity. This is where housewife comes from.
This is what people like matt walsh and ben shapiro mean when they say we have to go back to the "original" definition of womanhood.
these are terms you should fucking look up right now if you think i'm pulling them out of my ass, because they are well documented parts of white history.
So, if women were literally not expected to work BUT black women were expected to work... what conclusion can we draw here?
if you're not a racist, history denying terf, you understand the only conclusion to draw is that black women were not considered to be true women.
To then claim that black women were seen as women because obviously, they had vaginas at the time is so fucking racist, I cannot even begin to describe it.
Not to fucking mention that we literally have historical accounts of people traveling to america, seeing the slaves, and going "wow america is so enlightened, their women don't even have to work!" SEVERAL FUCKING ACCOUNTS OF THIS BTW.
God, i get so fucking angry when people deny white history because DUDE YOU'RE LITERALLY BEING A WHITE FUCKING SUPREMACIST RIGHT FUCKING NOW OPEN YOUR FUCKING EYES.

something really concerning that i've noticed is the tendency for Black trans identified males to bleach, chemically lighten their skin or apply lighter coloured makeup in order to be perceived as a woman.
It is undeniable that bleaching is done by far more women than men and the pressure to lighten one's skin affects young girls and women more. I remember being recommended creams by my classmates when i was just 7, or all of us girls having white baby powder applied on picture day while the boys didn't. Even today, several of my older female relatives bleach while the males do not because "fair skin" is a female trait.
so i do think it is understandable that these men to believe that lightening their skin will help them "pass"; the trans community, though they deny it, upholds a backwards view of femaleness as white (or light skinned) and underfed. But that doesn't make it okay.
It's so disrespectful to me, that these men, who didn't experience the pressure, didn't face the hate, didn't grow up thinking they were ugly, disgusting and animalistic because of the colour of their skin, continue to push this narrative. And even worse, they don't seem to realise how harmful this is.

If you're gonna say transphobic shit then stay the fuck off the trans tags. You are not fucking welcomed here. I am looking at you TERFS and radfems who say transphobic shit and tag it as 'Trans'. We don't want your white supremacist shit near our communities you sickos.
TRANS WOMEN ARE WOMEN, AND TRANS MEN ARE MEN. THERE IS NO COUNTERCLAIM BECAUSE IT IS THE TRUTH. 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️

i don't want to put my uninformed foot in my mouth or get involved with the Discourse but i've been seeing the two extremes of reactions to the korean low birth rates issue (on tumblr and twitter both) and i'm just kind of like. look. i feel like "low birth rates (in many countries but especially japan and korea as part of this conversation) are more broadly the result of capitalism/a culture of overwhelming overwork that makes social relationships and having families incredibly inaccessible to young people" and "low birth rates are very much a part of the current conversation about misogyny and social expectations for women in korea especially in the context of reproduction as 'unpaid labor' for women" are statements that can both be true
#laughs awkwardly#gender#especially considering the ways patriarchal expectations and capitalism very much intersect in terms of quality of life for women#ex. women being expected to have kids / raise kids / do all the housework and cooking in a relationship#while ALSO existing in a society where women (even married women) have to work demanding jobs to deal with the high cost of living#AND women are systemically discriminated against in terms of pay / job availability / work environment and harassment#all of these things add up. these conversations are not opposing points of view. you know?#and also like. not super comfortable with how TERFs are discussed in terms of non-white cultures#TERFism / radfems as a MOVEMENT (and a cult) is very much rooted in white supremacy / ideals of womanhood#again. multiple things can be true at the same time. yes i do see (from my perspective involved in taiwanese social media)#some east asian feminists engage in transphobia in ways that approach radfem rhetoric ('women are victims of men' 'men are predators'#type generalized sentiments which you can imagine gains a lot of traction among women traumatized by patriarchy)#but movement-wise i don't think it's fair (or just in good faith) to generalize radical feminists from non-white countries#to straight up TERFs. which again. rooted in white supremacy. keep feeling like i have to remind people it doesn't make sense#for asians to be white supremacists and that not all oppression on earth stems directly from white people. you weirdos#'what are you talking about' in east asia the type of feminist statements called 'radical' are stuff like.#women shouldn't have to wear make up every time they go outside. women shouldn't be expected to do all housework.#should men pay for women on dates. debates that i think in the states we kind of take for granted as stuff settled years ago#even if some feminists might be transphobic it's not necessarily Transphobia As Core Tenets Of The Movement. does anyone get the difference#basically what i'm saying is. wow these tags got long. maybe let's not apply uniform standards of 'correct language and values'#to non-white people and attack them when as all movements they are fluid and influenced by the people living in it#TERF-style transphobia is not the predestined course for them. maybe it's more productive to have open discussions about transphobia#to work towards inclusivity and solidarity in these movements than to prescribe White Internet Morality to them#and declare that they're evil when they are still very much having conversations that need to be had. thanks i think that's all#essentially. i find that 'how dare a non-american movement not have morally pristine vocabulary priorities and membership#as determined by white leftists' to be in itself kinda a racist attitude

According to Terfs:
Women can't be horny
Women can't be violent
Women don't commit crimes
And all men are terrible murderers and abusers.
*clears throat*
1) Sex workers exist and many of them enjoy their work
2) Not only are there women who fight for a living but one google search for "women hits other women" disproves this immediately.
3) Dorothea Puentes, Mary Bell, Myra Hindley, Rosemary West, Genene Jones etc.
4) I know this may be hard to believe, but there is no n such thing to bring biologically predisposed to violence. Maybe all the men you meet are mean cause you're a shithead

When men are misogynistic and ignorant, that‘s basically what can be expected. They‘re just … not worth the effort.
When women are misogynistic and ignorant, it makes you want to scream and cry at the same time.
Like, you still want to liberate them but they just sh!t all over you, just like the good men™️.
I‘m just here like:

I think that whole Battle With Radfems is funny in that I'm pretty sure they thought they were gunna make me shut up about trans people or feminism or maybe both but what they didn't know is that every time this happens to me, someone violently opposing something I harshly believe in, all it does is make me triple quadruple down on it and become Even More Trans Friendly and now I bleed trans pride flag colors lmao.
Anyway if you're Canadian and your family is shit because you're trans you're my child on Thanksgiving now. Also respect indigenous people and their cultures let's not forget the myth that Thanksgiving perpetuates and no we will not be acknowledging Fake US Holidays that are different than Canadian ones because the Americans need to learn to be humble.
