Nutcracker AU Question!

Okay, so men can also learn how to dance en pointe and it's becoming more and more common. So I want to incorporate that in TCYK, but I only have 4 boys in the company. It feels weird to have three of them en pointe and only one of them not (because I absolutely do not think that Big Red would go en pointe) so who makes more sense to dance en pointe, Carlos (HSMTMTS) or Elliot (TNS).
