Tighnari finding a reader who's also a fennec fox and just like Razor who's been living in the forest with a smol aranara and when the forest rangers found them reader is protecting smol aranara because they think the forest ragers are trying to threaten them both.

And when Tighnari was called over for back up he took them in and took care of them teaching reader how to write or talk 😔💞🤚

You had been taken in by your Nara family when they found you by your lonely self. They weren't able to physically protect you in the way a parent could, but they fed you and raised you to the best of their ability.

When people started looking for valuable assets your adoptive family dropped, you found you had to be aggressive when stopping people. Treasure hoarders were the ones who kept being consistent in terms of being stupid enough to keep stealing when you were in the area, but others did occasionally attempt to do the same.

One day, two forest rangers hear you growling aggressively at a particularly insistent treasure hoarder, and you had your fists ready to attack. One of them rushes in to hold you back while the other goes to find Tighnari.

"Stay away!" You yell, getting agitated when you felt a pair of hands on you. Instinctively, you go to punch the forest ranger before going after the treasure hoarder that was trying to think of a way out. "You hurt Nara!" You growl, the forest ranger persistent enough to keep holding you back while you continue to threaten the treasure hoarder that assumed you were the one in the wrong.

"Over here, Master Tighnari!" You hear the forest ranger call out.

Was this person calling for back up to take down the family that took you in and raised you? Not on your watch!

You wrestle the forest ranger into the ground, yelling at them to go away. You hear two sets of footsteps rushing towards you, and you deem the person you're pinning down to not be a threat. Leaping up to start fighting one of the other forest rangers, you're caught off guard when the man with the same ears as you takes you by the scruff of the neck, shushing you comfortingly as he lets the forest rangers take care of the treasure hoarder. When you try punching him, he doesn't give you a look of fear, he simply dodges the attacks and continues to soothe you by reassuring you continuously that neither he nor the forest rangers would bring harm to you.

You were used to seeing the worst of people, so getting the bare minimum from a man that shared some of your physical characteristics hits you emotionally. You tear up, the man slowly starting to let go of your neck to give you some more freedom in terms of what to do.

"Don't hurt Nara, please." You plead, lower lip quivering. Tighnari shakes his head, and you feel like you can trust this man.

After some convincing from him, as well as the aranara that told you that this human was safe and you would be better going with them, you reluctantly follow Tighnari. He gets you to stay in his place, him opting to stay with another forest ranger as you adjust.

He sits down with you regularly to find out more about you. You don't remember what your name is, and Tighnari tries to think of a name that's simple to spell for you given your inability to write. You ask him about his ears and how they are grown, to which Tighnari laughs before telling you about his species, explaining to you that your ears weren't grown differently, it's how you were born.

Over time, you settle into the life of a trainee forest ranger, and after Tighnari gains enough trust that you trusted the people he worked with, he introduces you to Collei who takes you in with open arms.

For the first time, you had finally met people you felt safe with.

Aranaras hosting reader's birthday is stuck in my head. I can imagine them trying their very best to put up a banner and decorations set to be up in high places like you'll stumble upon a 5'6 tower of aranaras moving around to put ribbons and flowers above their houses to surprise you. Idk I just love the idea of those little cabbages trying so hard to make you happy.

It was your birthday, but this year, you didn't celebrate it with your family and friends as usual.

In fact, you wondered if your birthday was even going to be celebrated.

Ever since you were isekai'd to Genshin Impact, you were hunted down by your favorite characters, even NPCs.

Until a clan(?) of small sentient cabbages, who you recognize as the aranara, came to your aid.

Though, you're still not sure if they even know of your birthday.

It's currently 3 PM, or so you thought.

You can't really tell, you lost some sense of time since arriving in Teyvat.

But, it was getting late, so you went back to Vanarana.

Normally, some aranara would greet you while walking around. But this time, Vanarana felt... empty.

Until you heard a loud crash.

You ran to the area, slightly scared that the forest rangers, or Eremites found Vanarana. So you peek a bit from a tree to see...

All the houses around decorated in flowers, vines and... sugar cubes..?

Along with 4 or 5 Aranara, stacked on top of each other trying to hang some leaves on a rope attached to two trees, with the leaves spelling out

Meanwhile, about 3 aranara, who you assume are Arashakun, Aravinay and Arakanta, are passed out on the ground. Aravinay sits up, rubbing his head(?). Araprabhu, standing right in front of the three, lecture them for their clumsiness.

Meanwhile, you look to the left to see Arapacati lecturing her brothers, who insist on adding mushrooms and fruits on to the cake(?) sitting on top of the table, untouched. Beside the cake is a flowercrown, made with all your favorite flowers, and being held together by a ribbon.

You then look to the right to see Arama and Arana discussing about something. Beside them, you see Arakavi, Arasudraka, Arayasa, and Aradasa, all four of them practice singing a loooooong tune.

Carefully, you step forward and..

Oh no, you stepped on a crunchy leaf.

Anyways, after the awkward silence, the some aranara apologize for making the surprise take so long, while some drag you to the present table.

You had a looooong night, filled with eating cake (that was so sweet it could give you diabetes, but you enjoyed it anyways, + it tasted kind of like vanilla, with zaytun peaches in the middle), solving riddles with araesha, running(?) with Arakanta and finally, watching Arakavi and his group sing.

Despite how long it was, it was fun, especially when Arasaka somehow got high on sugar and began eating all sugar cubes hung on top of the other aranara's houses

I'm sure this question has been indirectly answered before, but I can't remember and like Kimara so I wanna ask it anyway!

Is Kimara more of a Ninja or a Samurai?

ooooh I love Kimara asks!!! AND as for the answer, I can't really say!!! I am not Japanese and do not know anything about the finer points of ninja vs samurai (other than the base level obvious things like how ninja were assassins and focused on stealth while samurai were a whole different class of warriors) and while I INITIALLY created Kimara to be a ninja (at age 11, as a hybrid sonic/naruto crossover OC) at present I have kinda tried to shift her away from that in small ways. Ninjas (and japan) did exist in the krisiverse, but at present are only known via ANCIENT human records and stuff, so its not a term people know or would recognize unless you were also well versed in human history. Kimara's official job title is "ranger" which in the krisiverse is just a generic term for a large organization that receives job requests of all kinds, sorts them by difficulty, and allocates jobs to people who are fit to take them, all for a small cut of the total pay. While Kimara and her dad and village's culture does have some ninja-esque elements (Which I am still working on and trying to kind of lead away from) and Kimara's main powers are basically an adaptation of the Nara Clan's shadow techniques from naruto to fit in my own characters system of magic, the rangers are full of all sorts of different people with cultures and styles, and most importantly, different abilities! SO I guess to answer your question Kimara is basically a ninja yes, but I'd like her to be MORE than that and I hope someday I can expand upon her and my worlds lore in some way since all you guys have to go off of rn are just the few Kimara drawings that exist while I have all this in my head 😭

Remember the Ludo Mentis Campaign? :D We have started season 2! With new characters, and little nods to the events of the first campaign, 100 years after! Our new group is me, an armor-obsessed gnome artificer ; Vermeille, a half dragon half eladrin druid (mostly), Igueul our half-elf bard that keeps getting hit in the back, Aronvir your local dwarf ranger with a bear (bear not allowed in town), and our thief Revius will join us when he can! :) (sending lots of love to his player!) So our group suffers from administrative shenanigans that left them in dept, trying to scramble to get enough money to pay rent! During our adventures, we met Nox, a mysterious young man looking for a holy shield stollen from his home... So remember the child we helped deliver in the old campaign??? :D Yeah, SOMEONE left home without warning the saint or his father the gold dragon! TO LOOK FOR NARA'S SHIELD THAT GOT STOLLEN from the familial hoard! An on the way to finding the shield, we got to find a new camp of druids, run by Syldor and Ikaros! They had a daughter together!! :DDD ...And then we got our asses handed to us rather violently. XD Bonus DM reaction!

Fluffy white materials abound both here and there. Jaina visits Tyrande while the proper and correct dwarven envoys make themselves at home. Beware of dwarves bearing gifts…if you try to maintain order and a tight shift, that is. The elven rangers have typically lived their lives in the eternal summer of Quel’thalas and with extremely little experience with snow and their general disposition and manners, anyone can understand how they will act with reserved dignity in case of such weather.

The teleportation spell faded away from Jaina’s view and the wood and stone of her tower was replaced by mossy rocks and colossal tree trunks around them. Jaina blinked to get used to the different light. There was so much to take in but right before her were first and foremost the night elves’ archdruid and finest – in Jaina’s opinion at least – priestess of the moon. And also –

”Fluffyyy!” Jaina cried and spread her arms wide with a big smile.

The second after she was bowled over when a hurricane of thick white-and-black fuzziness leapt on her and turned midway in the air to shield her from the ground with its front legs. Theramore’s archmage proceeded to return the hug and burrowed her face into the soft fur of the frostsaber’s throat.

”Hello to you as well, Jaina.”

”Right. So we asked around a bit and, well…it’s a few card decks, some sets of dice, some board games –”

”The thing is, we had this idea when we packed for this expedition…” Halvdan did not get any further when half a dozen eager elves swarmed them and proceeded to unpack the contents like it was an actual treasure chest.

They’re mercenaries in a cyberpunk meets demons and fantasy world. Think Shin Megami Tensei with Mushishi, Cowboy Bebop and a dash of magic.

Titan is a demon or demigod (depending on whom you ask) living a reclusive life until a party of demon hunters accidentally crashes into his temple.

Among the invaders he finds Eden, who does a favor for him and his lair — at a great cost.

He feels compelled to thank her somehow, and decides to spend some time catching up with the human world outside as a new mercenary.

An artisan (blacksmith and tailor) lives in a windmill workshop and finds a wounded woman in the woods.

Morthwyl (chew): The artisan. Extroverted, cheerful, chaotic energy between being very disciplined and devout (to work, spirituality) or just letting his home and shop implode.

Yara: A competent magic user and ranger/survivalist, lives and works in a monastery or guild of sorts. Starts doubting herself and her skills after a tough fight with an abomination in the woods.

2. Kana was the thirstiest sim I’ve ever seen. She always wanted to woohoo with Noel.

3. In college, Daisy beat up Jacob Salaman every chance she got. To be fair, he deserved it.

4. After having Mateo, Noelle never rolled a wish for another child. She also grew up with five siblings so…

5. Mateo was my hardest generation to figure out because he enjoyed a lot of things but working around people stressed him out so much. I wish there was a park ranger career because that would have been perfect for him.

6. Alexandra was more obsessed with horses than the blog shows. I had to lock the paddock gate to keep her out.

7. For an unflirty guy whose entire personality is ennui and books, Keahi is an absolute chick magnet. (Yeah, I know why.)

8. Fable is still a little girl but I have a feeling she’s going to be a project starter. I see unfinished knitting, unused calligraphy pens, and old sourdough starter from a baking phase in her future.

ok so i was just finished one of varanara's world quest on genshin impact, the one that chained from arayaka(?) world quest yesterday.

istg sumeru's world quest took so much time to finish and it's branching like... wtheck!

but i had a lot of fun in sumeru, except finding the waypoints :) please tell me u guys too >:(

anyways, that's not what I'm gonna talk to u guys abt.

i should tag this as spoiler, but i wont spoil too much(?) or is it too much? idk 😅

so, in that varanara quest (tho it was started from vimari(?) village quest) we need to save rana, one of the forest rangers that got sick after entering a cave full of fungi and spores to save her relatives (we will fight along with npc and it's so fREAKING COOL. good job hoyo)

turns out her sickness can be cured with the help of aranara's ability. aranara is like a mystical creatures in sumeru or u can basically say they are fairies. the name of that aranara is arana. then, arana tell us to go to varanara to find her relatives (aranaras) and get a spesific item to cure rana.

oh! if u have unlocked all waypoints and statue of the seven, there is still 2 region that should be opened, right? one of them is on the south of sumeru. the name of that region is varanara. we can only light up the map of that region with this quest, cuz the statue of the seven is uhh, idk like hidden?

anyways, long story short we will met araja. araja promised to help but we gotta help aranara's people first, especially because their festival is coming up soon. one of them is arapatchi(?), who asked us to find her brothers asap before the festival started.

so we helped arapatchi. it was a long side quest but!!! then, the name "Nara Varuna" appeared and it was reaaaaally sussy.

note: my traveler is lumine.

listen. they (aranaras) called traveler as a golden Nara. and they said there once a 'golden' Nara and brave like us named Nara Varuna. Arapatchi explained to us abt him. Nara Varuna has blond hair. Brave and Strong. but it's still won't make a clear conclusion. though, i had a name in suspicion abt this Nara Varuna.

But then suddenly–

after we finished the side quest, we asked arapatchi and her bros abt how do aranaras count their age and identifying gender (cuz they are basically looked like uhh they dont have genders??) so that she called her brothers as 'brother'.

TURNS OUT–

omg i freaking cried a lil and i got goosebumps when i first know this. my brain cant stop theorizing.

Nara Varuna is the one who inspired them. abt being 'brother and sister' i mean. why? it was because long time ago– note. long time ago. he taught the aranaras abt his sister.

im pretty sure this is not a coincidence guys. Nara Varuna is traveler's twin. well i cant say it's 100% true but!! my theory is make sense right?

varanara once experienced "black rain, dark mud, red sky" which i assume to be the 'cataclysm' that we all know happened long time ago. we also know that traveler's sibling is exploring teyvat alone(?) or maybe with dainsleif(?) long time ago too.

i just–

what if it's true? that Nara Varuna is traveler's twin?

it was kinda heartwarming to know that the abyss twin was once a kindhearted human. or is the abyss twin still until now? we dont know. but it was nice to know this lil detail abt the traveler's twin. i really do hope to know more abt the twin's journey before khaenriah disaster. or anything abt the traveler's twin. im craving for genshin lores lmao.

anyway, that's all that i can say. if u guys have done the quest, lemme know abt ur opinion! well i hope u guys share the same ideas as me :) but if u dont, it's completely okay!!

oh, i wanna attach some of the quest's dialogue screenshots i got abt this theory but i think it'll spoil too much hahahahah 😋 so i decide to not do it. do this world quest, u'll see for urself :)
