Note
Info dump about your digimon OCs pls. 🥺
*chuckles nervously*
That’s a can of worms. Most of the digimon OCs I’ve got are connected with an AU story idea that’s been percolating for a Hot Minute. Main things of note about the universe are that there are no chosen children, no canon characters, the human-digimon partnerships are due to an online game that [reason pending] ended up slightly connected to the digital world, but the digital world has existed for as long as the real world. Humans in the digital world are converted to something closer to a digimon, and ones that die there are treated as digimon and get egg’d, losing their memories in the process unless backed up via a digivice.
That is all to say that there is so much rattling around my brain about this world lmao. Anyway. There are so many ocs in this setting that i’m just gonna pick a few of em to info dump about.
Characters:
Rush
Keemon > Yaamon > Impmon > Wizarmon > Reapmon > Beelzemon. Self-indulgent reality hopper. Sometimes breaks things and/or makes things weird by yeeting themself into a reality. That noodley little impmon I drew recently.
The purpose of Rush is usually to be a living macguffin. In this case, they jumped into this reality, splitting off a new timeline because of the Major Change of there being a person where before there hadn’t been. The rules of the digital world decided to be strict about the Weird Thing that invaded, converting Rush into data and having them solidify as an egg, sans memories. Memories slowly come back as they digivolve, they end up traveling with a group of humans with their digimon partners, shit goes down, eventually the day is saved, yadda yadda yadda.
Rush-with-memories is a fairly even-keeled individual, having bounced around realities and dealt with plenty of Situations. Rush-without-memories is an inquisitive creature with little regard for personal space and a whole lot of confusion, once they get past the just-vibing stage they were in as a keemon and yaamon. They have thumbs, an ability to set things on fire, and little regard for how squishable they are (they learn, and shortly after also learn how quickly they can skitter on all fours. thankfully, pretty fast).
Beelzebumon - The Ratvatar (don’t call him that)
Demon Lord. Similar vibes to the Beelzemon in Digimon World: Next Order. Demon lords’ cores exist outside the realms of space/time, with physical avatars in each of the realities that can ‘respawn’ after a time if they are destroyed. The demon lords’ powers are split up among their avatars, so adding a new split makes them eeever so slightly weaker. Beelzebumon doesn’t care, the rest of the demon lords are displeased. The ripple that happened with the split let him wiggle out of the dark area so he spends most of his time taking in the sights and occasionally watching the shenanigans that a bunch of human children in the digital world are getting up to. Might give them a helping hand in passing, if only out of amusement of derailing the plans of the other demon lords.
He finds the fleeing-from-danger impmon, who is less afraid of him than whatever was chasing them. He lets them tag along for a bit, vaguely intrigued when they talk about the bits and pieces of memories they’re getting back. When they come across a little band of humans he herds the impmon towards them so he can go back to his preferred state of mostly-just observing. He’s the first one to figure out the little impmon is the reason reality got a little wibbly wobbly and made a new branch.
Kai & Storm
Kai- Human that would very much like off this ride, please. (to be fair, all the humans want off this ride at some point) Storm- Kai’s partner, Puttimon > Cupimon > Patamon > Angemon. Just glad to be here.
Intended to be the primary pov duo. Sheltered religious kid figures themself out in the digital world whether they want to or not. Have I mentioned this bunch gets stuck in the digital world for years? Cuz that’s a whole Thing when they get out and they’ve all aged like five years in what seems to everyone else to be [exact time difference pending]. Kai takes a while to warm up to Storm, since they didn’t play the game nearly as much as most of the others that got dragged in, and *gestures at the whole impromptu long, dangerous camping trip.*
Storm just wants his human to be happy and safe. Once he’s able to maintain his angemon form for longer than the length of a battle he spends most of his time as that, since it’s big enough to pick Kai up and haul ass if something dangerous sneaks up on them. Which, due to the maneuverings of some grumpy demon lords that assume the humans appearing was the cause of the split, is a fairly common occurrence.
Lawrence
Agunimon. Previously human, died in the digital world, came back as a digiegg. Regained most of his memories with time, most comfortable in his agunimon form (fairly human-shaped, has hands... useful things). Pretty fly for a dead guy. Ends up playing a bit of a guardian role for the human gaggle, leomon-adjacent but with less dying. He’s still a pretty vague idea, but I just think he’s neat. Big ol armored fire guy with horns, being used as an impromptu jungle gym for a bunch of kids and their tiny digi buddies.
Otherwise there’s a gaggle of other human kids and their digimon partners, to fill out the “a bunch of kids who played this game at one point in time who happened to be close to/in contact with their computers and got yoinked to the digital world” requirement, most of whom are background characters. Plus some mature digimon that take some pity on the kids and help them out, and at least one more human-now-digimon that doesn’t much care to prod around for old memories and is quite happy with how she is now, thank-you-very-much.
I have... far less Actually Written Down than I'd like for this whole mess lmao

I headcannon that humans usually get to choose where the marks go when they make a pact, but MC didn't care so they just let the brothers choose. This is purely for fun, feel free not to read it or take it too seriously.
Mammon went for the back of their right hand. For one, it's a safe option and he felt kind of awkward choosing the place for his own pact mark.
Later, it turned out to be perfect. He's their right-hand demon, always within arm's reach. Anywhere they go together, he holds that hand, and whenever MC meets someone new, they shake hands, that person knows right away that they're his human, and he's their demon.
Leviathan followed the same logic at first, and put his on their left forearm, just under their elbow, because where else would he put it?! He's never picked a pact mark before!
In the end, he likes it because it's not always on display, or always hidden. MC shows it off just enough to assure him that they're proud to have a pact with him, and hides it enough so he's not overwhelmed with the reality that he is theirs, and they are his.
When they dress up, they make sure not to cover their arms, and wear his mark with pride, but it's the quiet moments in his room, when they roll up their sleeve and let him trace the mark with his fingers, or trace it with his tail, that he really likes.
Beelzebub had trouble with picking his place. He's never made a pact before, let alone picked where it's been displayed.
He had no real reason for choosing their right shoulder blade, other than a feeling that that's where it needed to be. MC knows though, it's because of his twin. They knew where Belphie's pact mark would go, directly on their other shoulder.
Twin demons, guarding their human's back.
Asmodeus was a cheeky menace, as soon as he was given the choice, he smacked the mark right on MC's inner thigh. He thought it might fluster the little human, but as it turned out, MC is long past the point of flustering.
That choice turned out to be to Asmo's detriment as MC strategically chose how they displayed it. Hot day? They're wearing shorts and his mark is on clear display, sitting nestled on their soft skin, where no one, not even he can touch.
MC's learned to tug at that mark every now and again, granting him the most delicious teasing grin.
The devildom's greatest tease has met his match.
Satan's choice was a hard one, by the time he agreed to a pact, truly chose MC for a pact, he knew they were going to be someone he cared for deeply.
It took him days to decide where that mark would sit, MC never rushed him, or offered to make the choice for him. That patience was something he admired in someone he knows to have a firecracker of a temper.
In the end, he placed the mark on their collarbone, just above where their heartbeat thrums with life.
He wants them to remember that no matter his wrath, he does have a heart, and he'll always protect theirs.
MC often reaches for the brand when heartache strikes, reminding themselves of their wrathful demon, with a heart of gold.
Belphegor loved Beel's choice and didn't hesitate to put his brand on the opposite shoulder blade.
He falls asleep with his head resting on one of those marks at least twice a week, pinning MC beneath him, willing or otherwise. Any attempted to wake him up just has him switching to the other shoulder and clinging to them tighter.
He loves that a permanent mark of his twin is close enough that he can feel anytime MC summons Beel, and vice versa.
Anytime MC summons one, there's a 50/50 chance that both will come, called by each other's magic.
When the time came for Lucifer to make his choice, MC was sure he wouldn't surprise them, but unbeknownst to them, Lucifer had no intention of making the choice completely by himself.
He's seen them, wearing each and every pact with pride, pride to rival his own, but any human with sense would be proud of forging pacts with 6 of the seven lords of the underworld.
MC is more than proud of the pacts, they're proud to be part of the family. They give everything to that family, time, effort, love, all of it dedicated to those they call family.
In the end, MC had already made the choice a very long time ago, and lifted their chin, breath catching as Lucifer's palm encompassed their throat, placing their life, their breath, in his very hands.
The demon beamed his pride as he painted their throat with his brand, never to be hidden, never to be taken away.
That final mark symbolised more than a pact with the avatar of pride.
It stood for the completion of a family long left lacking their final piece.

Demon Lord, Orcus
Tumblr media
Image © TSR Inc, by Todd Lockwood.
[Sponsored by @tar-baphon. Orcus is one of the iconic D&D villains, and through the SRD and plausible deniability (he's a Roman god!), he's in Pathfinder as well. In Pathfinder, he is deliberately not a power player, and my flavor text takes that already metatextual decision and runs hog wild with it.
A note on the art: I feel like Orcus is emblematic of when D&D was seen as dangerous, and this piece absolutely feels like it should be the cover of a Black Sabbath album. It's no surprise that I was fascinated with the anti-D&D strain of the Satanic Panic when I was a kid. Also, although there has been some course correction in the 5e era, there's a trend with Orcus in a lot of art, including his official Pathfinder depiction, of making Orcus buff. Let Orcus be fat!]
Demon Lord, Orcus CR 28 CE Outsider (extraplanar) This humanoid is a corpulent giant with skin mottled like a decaying corpse. He has great black bat-wings growing from his shoulders, hooves for feet, and the head of a goat. He clutches a short staff, tipped with an oversized human skull.
Orcus, Prince of Undeath CE male demon lord of death, necromancy and wrath Domains  Chaos, Death, Evil, Magic Subdomains Demon, Divine, Murder, Undead Favored Weapon heavy mace Unholy Symbol a goat’s head with curving horns Worshipers liches, necromancers, sapient undead Minions boneclaws, deathdrinkers, demons, other undead For information on his Obedience and boons for his worshipers, see Book of the Damned
Orcus is one of the most powerful demon lords in the Universe. But not on Golarion. On that world, his is one of a number of undead cults, and not nearly the most popular. Orcus has a clear hierarchy to what undead he considers truly worthy, with those created from contagion seen as inferior to accident, and those inferior to those who intentionally seek out undeath. His most dedicated worshippers on Golarion are liches, some of whom have learned the secret of crafting a phylactery by teasing apart the Prince of Undeath’s wisdom from his threats. The followers of many other undead-focused religions, particularly vampires and ghouls, see Orcus as pretentious and unworthy of dedication, although few are foolish enough to directly oppose him.
Orcus himself knows that his star has fallen. In his extensive research into planar lore, Orcus has learned that he was once the most feared being in another universe, who went on a killing spree that left several gods dead and an entire race of lawful outsiders duped into being his pawns. That Orcus cannot accomplish this level of power in this version of reality vexes and frustrates him, and he takes his rage out on his minions as much as he does his foes.
Orcus is a genius tactician, although his temper sometimes gets the better of him. He enjoys combat as a distraction from his cosmic-level sulk, and as a way of expressing his power over others. He typically opens combat with a time stop to summon allies and cast defensive spells on himself, and then unleashes a potent death effect as soon as the duration expires. Against creatures that can resist his negative energy and poison, he uses dispelling magic. On more than one occasion, Orcus has beaten a cocky archmage to a pulp by centering an antimagic field on himself and wading into combat.
Orcus in the Great Game Orcus’ response to the brewing theomachy between Mormo and Lamashtu is cautious optimism. He desires more power in the Abyss, and Lamashtu could open the door for him to seize it. Kabriri and Zura are at the top of Orcus’ hit list, but views a direct assault on them as currently too risky to be worth the effort. If one of them were to make a move against Lamashtu and be punished for it, or if they were struck down in the scramble for power following Lamashtu’s (theoretical) demotion or demise, Orcus would happily swoop in to finish them off.  And if Mormo is capable of legitimately slaying a god, Orcus will be very keen to study her techniques.
Wand of Orcus (major artifact) The Wand of Orcus is the Prince of Undeath’s scepter of office, and it never leaves his side. Lesser versions have appeared in the Material Plane, often created by Orcus or one of his high-level clerics. The real Wand of Orcus is a Huge +5 anarchic, unholy heavy mace. List 5 facts about a favorite sim of yours, and send this to simblrs whose sims you adore 🤍
Tumblr media
Kai and Ryuu's father was one of the seven Plague Lords of Inferna. Namely Ira, or Wrath. Their mother was a succubi queen (or princess, depending on how you want to look at it). Though Kaizen, unlike his younger brother, doesn't have a close relationship with their mother, despite being most similar to her in nature and appearance.
Also dissimilarly to Ryuusei, Kaizen has obtained something of an archdemon status. This has led many to question if Ryuusei is Ira's biological child or if the two brothers have different fathers. Though neither of them know with any certainty, Kaizen is of the belief that this is, in fact, the case. This is the leading factor in the brothers centuries long conflict.
Kaizen is a lust demon, not an incubus. He doesn't necessarily have to sleep with his victims to feed. Actually, Kaizen gets off on any and all lust, even if it's not directed at him, though that does sweeten the pot.
He actually loves humans, in a sick, twisted way. He finds them fascinating and hideous, like watching a never-ending string of car crashes. He'll often refer to them as his "ugly little pets" or "silly little things". Always as if talking down to a pitiful animal. His abilities make him attuned to human emotions and he understands their thoughts even better, often to the point of manipulating them to make things more entertaining for himself. He is a sadist through and through.
His fascination with Xiaoming stemmed from the fact that Xiaoming doesn't exhibit the same sort of emotions as other humans. Rather, a lack thereof. Meaning he can't feed off him (i.e. victimize him) because Xiaoming doesn't perceive lust. Xiaoming being the exception piqued his interest. In his mind, this makes Xiaoming exempt to all his condescending opinions about humans. Of course, Xiaoming having zero interest also helped, making Kaizen want to pursue him harder (that masculine energy tho).
BONUS: Though Xiaoming finds Kaizen despicable, disgusting, borderline abominable... In reality, Kaizen is incredibly gentle with him personally. After their initial meeting and clash, the two have never fought, neither physically nor verbally. They don't argue, as Kaizen is far too submissive to Xiao to refuse his commands. He grows to have a deep respect for Xiaoming, which morphs into something akin to love, if a demon could feel it. He'll tease Xiaoming endlessly, but in fact he is not only deeply loyal to him, but fiercely protective, and cares a great deal for Xiaoming's feelings. He will often give him gifts, dote on him and heap on flatteries (even if Xiao believe these all to be a show). But he's also very mindful of Xiaoming's thoughts and emotions, allowing him the space to speak and express himself, and never judging him one way or another. He abstains from doing things he knows Xiaoming would never tolerate, at least, in any capacity Xiaoming might find out he's doing it lol, and agrees to operate within the strict rules Xiaoming lays out for him as a way of proving his devotion.

Maha Kali is the fiercest of all goddesses of Hinduism. The word Kali has its roots in the Sanskrit word "Kaal", which means time. And nothing escapes from time. Goddess Kali is sometimes referred as the goddess of death. But actually Kali brings the death of the ego. Even in the scriptures, she has killed demons but not anyone else. Kali is also not associated with Yama (the Hindu God of Death). Kali is considered a form of mother. Maa Kali is one of the few Goddesses who are celibate and practice renunciation. Goddess Kali and Lord Shiva, both are regarded to inhabit cremation grounds. Devotees go to these places to meditate with the purpose of overcoming the ego. The cremation grounds emphasize the idea that the body is temporary. Kali and Shiva are known to stay in cremation grounds because it is our attachment to the body that gives rise to the ego. Kali and Shiva give the idea of liberation by dissolving the illusion of the ego. The corporeal frame ultimately vanishes but the soul still remains. This is emphasized by the scene in the cremation grounds. Maha Kali is the most compassionate of all the forms of goddesses as she provides salvation or liberation to her children. Kali is equivalent to Shiva because both of them are the destroyers of evil, fake and unreal. It is considered that with the glimpse of Maa Kali, ego trembles with terror seeing its own eventual demise in her. People who are attached to their ego would not be able to receive the idea of Kali and she will appear in a wrathful form to them. But people, who are engaged in spirituality, removing the illusion of the ego, will find Maha Kali in a different form. Maa Kali will appear as sweet, affectionate, and overflowing with perplexing love for them.! 💀🔱💀 Jai Maa Kali 💀🔱💀🔱💀 “Maha Kali” Marie Seeberger Kali Creates Time-less Reality on New Moon Night Mother Kali emerges out of darkness of the new Moon night of Diwali to dispel darkness and bring light. If you reach out and seek her companionship closely through your heart, she manifests in your consciousness. And as you begin to harmonize yourself with her energies, she brings you bliss. ╰( ・ ᗜ ・ )➝ Part. 6
I have a feeling I just reused a scene from another of my ffs, that's because my brain it's lazy af JASJAJ please feign dementia for me ༼;´༎ຶ ۝ ༎ຶ༽
Get out of my way 🌈
“Hmm! You've to try this, it's delicious!” Beelzebub looked at you with an expression you couldn't read. Was it yearn? affection? Love? A mix of all? “Why are you looking at me like that?” You kept eating the giant dessert.
It was an exuberant one, the demon lord’s castle made of different kinds of ice cream, just for the two of you.
“Here.” Beel lifted your chin and wiped some ice cream from the corner of your lips, he licked it happily. “You're right! It's delicious!” You blushed almost instantly, not a cute soft blush but something more violent and clearly noticeable.
“I must look like a tomato.” Beelzebub laughed and closed his eyes for a brief fraction of time, tilting his head as if trying to see the similarities.
You didn't know how or when, but he was already by your side. Next thing you knew, Beel was kissing you. His lips were soft and sweet against yours. It felt so real, the smell of candy mixed with something sweeter that you couldn’t pinpoint “No. I would say you taste like cherry.”
Sometimes memories come back in the form of dreams. This was the case, you knew it was a dream but it had happened. Your heart ached knowing that your little oasis was ending.
“Mc, let's do this again! I love eating with you, I love you!” He smiled and you felt at peace, you had the ridiculous idea that maybe you could trap this moment in a bottle.
“Promise me we will.” As soon as you tried to control it, the dream began to fade. This wasn't part of what had happened, at that moment, you hadn't had the need for a promise.
“Beelzebub, promise!” The urge you felt to hear those words was absurd, even more since you knew it was a dream. But you needed it, desperately, you wanted to live that false reality.
You didn't want to remember how Beel started going to eat with Sc instead of you. How he would bring you food as a consolation prize.
“Promise me, please!!” You felt tears streaming down your face, were they real? Beelzebub’s face started to blur and his voice sounded far away. “Mc, don't cry, I prom-”
You woke up gasping for air, you felt sweaty and restless. There was a prominent and growing feeling of hunger. You hadn't eaten anything since breakfast, the fight with Lucifer had sent you straight to your room.
Even if they had offered you something before, you couldn't have eaten it. Now things were different, you felt so hungry that it was actually painful.
“It's quite late, they must be asleep by now, Right? You! Go and check!!” “Why me?! I just got here!!” You took the Little D. of Wrath from one of his horns. “Do it, NOW!” The mirror cracked and your eyes glowed with a furious neon green. “At your orders, MC!!”
While the Little D. went to check, the other little demons looked at you from some distance, clearly gossiping about your bad attitude and mood swings. “The coast is clear!” You immediately went to the kitchen, your stomach roaring quite similar to Beelzebub's.
You opened the fridge, taking the first edible thing that caught your eye. “Delicious. Finally, some good fucking food.” “That's just a piece of cheese, human.”
You took a neatly prepared plate, it was protected with plastic and a note that said: "To Mc, we are sorry. Please eat something." You fell to your knees, removing the plastic and eating with your hands.
The need to consume grew with each bite you took. The more you thought about the brothers… “Don't be disgusting, use a fork.” “No.” It was delicious, you recognized the flavors of your favorite dish. It brought tears to your eyes, but also an incredible great feeling of sadness.
“They think they can apologize with a simple act of care.” You sobbed, discarding the plate and taking a pie instead. The pie had a note attached “Property of Satan. Beel, don't eat it or else...” “Screw you, Satan.” You saw a single elegantly decorated pink muffin. It tasted wonderful. “Hmm, fumckium Amsmo!”
Comically, a glowing poison apple appeared in front of you, you could have sworn a choir of angels was heard. “Okay, okay, I get it. Divine punishment, but yeah I can't eat this, it would literally kill me.” “I'll take it.” You shrugged, whatever to piss Lucifer off. “Okay.”
You saw Sc's baked bread, it looked really good but your stomach had already arrived to its limit. “I think I'll pass.” “Give it to me!!” “Finee!” You passed the bread to the Little D. of Gluttony and... wait, what?
You turned to see the Little D. so fast your neck actually ached. The tiny demon was raiding the fridge, whistling happily.
Your jaw was hanging, surprise clearly written on your face. “No, no, no!! The last one arrived just some hours ago! Why are YOU here!?!” “Don't blame us for your sins!!” “No, no, no. This is bad, absolutely bad.”
There were already four of them, the story didn't mention the time but you had a hunch they hadn't shown so soon.
Not even two days had passed since it all started! “Stop!! You're going to empty the fridge!!” “I'm still hungry!!” You bit your lips, panic taking a hold on you. Without much determination and more resignation, you sat on the floor. “What am I going to do now?!?”
A single tear rolled down your face, you were tired, anxious, worried and alone. Your head fell into your hands as you shook it. “God, I took care of your grown up children, please take care of me too!”
“Hahaha, You're so funny, Mc.” Your heart stopped for a moment. That voice, a calming yet alarming voice. Swallowing, very slowly, you lifted your head from your hands. Your eyes following the voice until they landed on a wide smile.
“Hi, a pleasure to finally meet you! Well, we had already met... But now you can actually see me!!” You blinked twice, painfully slow. “Hahaha, oh please forgive me! I'll start again.”
The beautiful lady in front of you smiled and offered you a hand.
“Hello, I'm Lilith!”

Lesson One | Welcome to Devildom!
| 1 | Royal Academy of Diavolo
'Where am I...?'
In a dream.
Because there was no other reasonable explanation for the fact that Goh was currently standing dumbfounded in a huge medieval-looking courtroom, being stared at by several men claiming to be demons.
'Demons. Ha.'
Was this a joke? Was he high? Even though he didn’t remember ever taking that kind of substance in his short life, maybe the stifling air of his small room in the university residence had made him dizzy enough to hallucinate things...
''... though we just call it RAD. You're standing inside the assembly hall, the very heart of RAD. This is where we officers of the student council hold our meetings and conduct our business.''
'Officers of... the student council? Is this a school?'
Goh had barely registered one piece of information that ten others popped up and assailed him with nonsense. A demon realm? A prince? What was his name again? Diavolo? One of the other men present explaining to him that Goh had been summoned into the Devildom as an exchange student aiming to complete an exchange program between a Celestial Realm and the human world? A man who actually happened to be Lucifer, Avatar of Pride?
'What the... Wait no, don't come any closer!... Stop talking already... A YEAR!?'
Oh, and now Lucifer (?) was handing him what looked an awful lot like an iPhone − a... D.D.D.? − and was informing him that it would be used to communicate with them and to invoke magic cards via a magic virtual book that would allow him to fight against other demons to strengthen his soul.
'Please, Goh, just wake up already... all this seems way to lucid for me to be reassured that nothing's real.'
...
Looked after by the Avatar of Greed, Lucifer's (?) brother?
Why didn't it sound promising?...
Tumblr media
| 2 | The Seven Brothers
''So, what business does a human got with THE Mammon?''
''You'll... apparently be in charge of me from now on.''
''No way! There's nothin' in it for me.''
Great.
So one of the little brothers of Lucifer (?) had already some beef against him because his older brother obliged him to take care of the human.
The three other men in the courtroom were apparently also siblings of Lucifer (?), the gorgeous champagne-haired being the Avatar of Lust, Asmodeus (?); the passive-aggressive blond, the Avatar of Wrath, Satan (?); the giant and hungry redhead, the Avatar of Gluttony, Beelzebub (?).
'Aren’t Lucifer and Satan supposed to be the same being? Also, those Avatar Lords seem to embody the seven deadly sins, which means there must be two other brothers for envy and sloth…'
Goh had a really hard time trying to correctly understand the situation, and he was still not completly sure whether all this circus was reality, but since taking the phone − the D.D.D. −, he had this uncomfortable feeling that he might not be dreaming.
After all, the device felt pretty real to him.
Heavy, even.
As the presence of the five men (?) around him. He didn't feel extremely safe with them near him, even though Diavolo said that the brothers were going to protect him of potential demons disagreeing with the prince who might try something against him to screw things up.
Thus, Goh would have to live with them in the House of Lamentation.
And thus, Goh needed to collect as much informations as he could. Because if this interdimensional exchange program was his new life − for a whole year −, he needed to be prepared.
Had to be prepared.
Otherwise, there was a possibility that he could never be able to return to his normal life.
And maybe that the courtroom door presently opening would be one of the first danger that he would need to be aware of.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
| 3 | Mammon, Avatar of Greed
Goh was so screwed.
He was definitely not dreaming.
The rush of fear that he felt as Mammon approched him and grabbed his shirt before ordering to give him all his money was way to real to only be a construction of his imagination.
Goh tried hard not to show any emotion, like he'd been doing since he'd become aware of his surroundings, as the tan-skinned and silver-haired demon was threatening to eat him right in front of his face, but it was a bit difficult when a fiery blue-green gaze and a hot breath were assailing him.
He got even more convinced that all what was happening was reality when Lucifer hit Mammon hard enough to let go and to cause him and the human he has been holding to stumble a few steps from the shock of the impact.
At this, Goh couldn't help but surreptitiously widen his eyes, momentarily stunned by the raw strength the demon was capable of displaying.
'I'm going to die. Protected? Hell, those brothers will be the cause of my death!'
Even though he had just been kind of attacked − technically, the demon hadn’t touch him −, the human felt a little confused when Satan revealed that Mammon really only cared about the money of someone, not the someone in question, because the bad feeling that was swarming tirelessly in the depths of his gut seemed to lighten a little when Goh's shaken mind had witnessed Mammon's reaction to Asmodeus' derogatory remark : the Avatar of Greed hadn't respond by making use of this threatening aura that Lucifer and Satan had released a little earlier when the latter was presented.
Even though the silver-haired demon obviously cared a lot about money − Satan called it ''grimm'', right? −, the human was able to perceive that he was also capable of restraint.
From the way Mammon's brothers − minus Beelzebub − insulted him without flinching, Goh deduced that this was the usual way of treating the second eldest.
Second eldest who, if one followed a logic of power scale, must have been the second strongest of the siblings, just after Lucifer.
At second glance, Mammon appeared to be a free spirit, thus explaining why he didn't look eager to personally take care of Goh during his stay in the Devildom, but maybe he was really not the worst protector that could be.
'I guess he looks more reasonable and sincere than Satan, Asmodeus or Lucifer... As for Beelzebub, I think that if I don't touch his food, he should leave me alone. Maybe I can survive this... I just have to not get involved in things that don't concern me and I should be fine. I think... I hope.'
''Alright, human, listen up. As much as I don't want to look after you, I've got no choice. So in return, you better make sure you don't cause me any trouble, got it?''
A bit calmer than five minutes ago, Goh took a few seconds to size up his interlocutor, the demon's blue-green eyes glinting mostly with annoyance and resignation, but also with a spark that he could describe as curiosity.
Relaxing his imperturbable expression a little, Goh nodded, thus sealing their future collaboration.
Tumblr media
| 4 | Good Luck
''Humans, angels, demons, I imagine a universe where each accepts the other. Where we are brought together as friends. This is my dream, and I'm asking you to be the foundation for it.''
'Talking about an utopia...'
It wasn't like Goh was mad at them for kidnapping him without any warning only to throw him into this whole new and dangerous world, no : he was just internally furious and worried and so, so lost.
He was just a random university student, with common short and messy brown hair and even more common chocolate brown eyes. He wasn't tall, nor was he small, he wasn't particularly fit − just the right healthy shape to make his body work.
He was a nobody amongst nobodies.
Not even thirty minutes ago, he had been in his campus dorm, reading an anthropology book while trying to not suffocate from the late summer heat − nothing that was most normal and banal in his eyes.
But now...
The human let out a soft, tired sigh, a certain weight hunching his shoulders forward as Mammon guided him out of the room.
Even when he was little, Hugo Yatsurugi had never been the type of boy who believed in fairy tales or monsters under the bed. No, he had always been a down-to-earth, very curious child.
The mysteries of the world had fascinated him for a long time now, and it was human beings that had particularly caught his attention.
After all, what a strange creature this abstract life form was. Coming from the hominid family, humans had progressed from primate to the modern individual that they now boast of having reached in approximately seven million years. A lot of work and transformations to proclaim themselves master of the Earth.
Younger, the brunette had always wondered how the human mind developed and how it was really made. It was his curiosity about psychology and anthropological behavior that led him to study history and observe people. This was how he discovered his ''passion''.
Analyze, decode, then try to help if he could.
Neither Goh nor those around him understood why he had fallen for such a hobby. After all, as a kid, he hadn't been the most sociable of the classes he had been through, content to stay away.
But he seemed to always have had a soft spot for human beings in general. Even though the young man knew full well that the world he lived in was doomed to destruction because of human impetuosity and stupidity, he wanted to be able to relieve his specie of the scourge with which it had burdened itself.
As a human himself, Goh had come to believe that nothing and no one could dethrone the superpredator that they were. Obviously, he'd been wrong all along. Angels and demons now had to be added to the balance.
And this reversal of forces changed absolutely everything.
Especially for someone as realist as Goh.
As the human was crossing a paved street, he took advantage of the fact that Mammon was walking a few steps ahead grumbling under his breath, to allow genuine surprise to appear on his face when a bracelet adorned with a pendant representing Capricorn came to life with a will of his own and wanted to follow him, simply held back by the turnstile on which it was attached.
When the brunette was suddenly called − summoned? − to the council room of RAD, he felt immensely scared and confused, thinking he was going crazy.
Now, he just felt concerned, anxious.
And the fact that he only felt like that not even an hour after this whole traumatic experience and discovery destabilised him even more.
Taking his eyes off the rustic decor of the shops and restaurants − taverns? − of the Devildom, Goh let his blunt gaze land on the demon before him and frowned softly as his heart skipped an uneasy beat.
'Why does it feel like a... déjà-vu?'
Tumblr media Tumblr media
| 5 | The House of Lamentation
Goh expected that the residence of the seven brothers would be able to accommodate him and them, but he didn't think that the house would actually be a mansion.
Huge, noble and austere, the old building seemed to have two floors, although the human managed to distinguish a third which must served as an attic. Several lights were on, informing the brunette of the presence of someone inside. Probably the two brothers who had not been present during the small welcome assembly.
''That rotten bastard... Does he really think he can scare me into doin' whatever he wants?''
'Ah, so he was complaining all along...'
Mammon suddenly turned around, almost making the young man who was following him trip.
''Just so we're clear... it's not like I can't say no to Lucifer, okay? I only agreed to babysit you because, um... Well you know, because... uh...''
'Because...?'
''Anyway, it doesn't matter! Just don't go thinking that I'm scared of Lucifer or anything! Because I'm not!''
''I know.''
It wasn't the first time the student had faced people like the Avatar of Greed, those who turned a blind eye and said the complete opposite of what they thought to keep face. The best way to ensure that a conversation went well with this type of person was to go their way.
Delighted that their interlocutor was of the same opinion, they would automatically be more at ease.
''... Oh. Okay then, as long as we've got that straight.''
Goh was treated to a discreet glance that he could have missed if he hadn't been so attentive and observant by nature. Just after, Mammon turned around and pulled down the handle of the large double doors.
''... Ugh, whatever. Let's move on.''
An imperceptible smile stretched Goh's lips for the first time since he was in the Devildom. He was happy to have managed to understand part of the behavior of his protector in such a short time.
It could be useful to him later.
Following the demon and leaving the darkness of the night for the light of the residence, astonishment quickly took place on the young man's face as the entrance hall presented itself to him.
Listening absently to Mammon while detailing the place, he learned that the House of Lamentation was actually a dormitory reserved for members of the student council − minus Diavolo, who had his own castle − and that others like it existed all around RAD. From what the human understood, the student council acted as a sort of Congress.
As to whether the power of Diavolo and the brothers extended beyond the academy, the brunette suspected that it was the case, if only with the title of crown prince of Diavolo.
'Which means that these guys are really big shots here...'
''Hey, don't just stand there with you jaw open. Hurry up, or I'm gonna leave ya behind.''
The student noticed with surprise that his inspection of the entrance hall had absorbed him more than he would have expected, Mammon having had time to start taking the corridor which led to the rest of the ground floor.
It's while joining him at a small trot that Goh's chocolate eyes were attracted by a bulletin board where several sheets of part-time job offers were pinned.
''If there's something you wanna ask me, you'd best do it now.''
''What are your hobbies?''
The young man wanted to see if the question would destabilize him. Testing his reactions was a good way to establish the limits that should not be crossed to avoid really annoying him by accident. In addition, it would allow him to better understand the character who would serve as his bodyguard for the coming year.
''Hobbies? Pff, I don't have any... Wait, how about this : I like taking it easy, laughing, and having fun! That's my hobby! Eh, though I guess that's more like a 'lifestyle' than a hobby, huh?''
Maybe it was because of his cooperative reactions, but the human didn't expected the tan-skinned demon to be this easy to talk to.
At first glance, the brunette only saw the snappish character of the Avatar Lord − the fact that his first gesture was to grab him by the collar perhaps had something to do with it −, but when Mammon appeared comfortable in a situation, it seemed easier for him to express his true feelings.
''Anyway, I was actually asking if you had questions about life here at the dorm. I don't get why you wanna talk about me...''
'I don't know when I'll be able to know more about you, or if I'll be able to. I can learn about the Devildom whenever I want.'
''But I'm gonna give you a piece of advice, so listen up.''
The silver-haired stopped moving forward and Goh had all the difficulty in the world to stop to avoid hitting him. His chocolate irises were suddenly anchored in the blue-green eyes of his interlocutor and the serious and harsh look that the demon gave him made him swallow in spite of himself.
Their involuntary proximity already made him insecure, and the fact that Mammon began to tap his chest with his index finger, as one did when one wanted to threaten someone, did not help to calm his growing anxiety.
''If you wanna survive even a day here in the Devildom, you'd better listen real close to what I'm about to say. If it ever looks like a demon is about to attack you... run away.''
Lowering his arm, the Avatar of Greed turned again to resume walking, apparently not noticing the stress he had just put the human through.
''Either that, or die.''
Slightly frowning, the brunette couldn't help but think that this advice was worth gold.
Of course, here, he was just a weak human at the mercy of an entire country filled with seemingly man-eating demons.
No way he would do otherwise.
''How about this? I vote for you to die, Mammon.''
'... Huh?'

I am an infernal deity – or sheyd, djinni, devil, demon, (apostate) angel, etc. Call me Asmodeus or Ashmedai, or any of our names.
I am a nonbinary adult.
I use any pronouns in conversation. If you decide to use just the one pronoun set with me in correspondence or in longform media, I would prefer he/him, sie/hir, xe/xir, or they/them.
⠀⛧⠀
What I am: I am a possessor entity and the current primary consciousness of the bodily vehicle I am using. While I am here, I am voluntarily associating myself – or to be more precise, one of my many consciousnesses – through this humanlike shape.
Who I am: The Lord of Lust, Wrath, Passion, and All Damned; King of the Ninefold Hells; Face of the Adversary; the Initiator; the Annihilator; and the King of Djinn and Sheydim.
What I am not:
I am not human.
I am not perfect.
I am not a singlet.
I am not trapped in this body or on Earth.
I am not a purposefully malicious, malevolent, or cruel entity.
I am not seeking redemption.
I am not otherkin or fictionkin - I simply don’t internally identify that way. I conceptualize some of my experiences and identities that might ordinarily be described that way as extensions of my divine nature, which can be syncretic.
I am not aspiring to spiritual leadership. My capacity for magical ability is like that of my vehicle while I am here. I desire to channel my full divine potential, and I am a learner.
Why I am on Earth: For pride, for greed, for envy, for wrath, for lust, for gluttony, for vacation. The sinful life invigorates me. It is also convenient, for various reasons, to have living forms in realms that interest me.
Why I am on tumblr: I enjoy writing about my divinity and would like to contribute to creating more active divine spaces online. I love meeting, befriending, and sharing experiences with divine folks and other nonhuman or alterhuman folks. I am a chatty person in general, and I would also be thrilled to talk with any humans, singlets, etc. who are friendly to nonhumans and plural folks.
⠀⛧⠀
Hobbies & Interests:
Reading fiction
Reading nonfiction
Writing fiction
Building websites
Traveling realities
Religion, theology, scripture, and demonology, especially in archaeological and historical contexts
Metaphysical or magical practices, including energy work, spells, rituals, invocation and evocation, and divination
UFOs/UAPs and other anomalous phenomena
Video games, including The Sims (3&4), Civilization (5&6), Stellaris, Cities: Skylines, Slay the Spire, and Luck Be A Landlord.
I’m interested in D&D/Pathfinder/Baldur’s Gate and related fandoms… but, I have come to accept, mostly only when it involves yours truly. The same goes for Obey Me and Genshin Impact.
Star Trek came pre-installed as a long-term special interest with this vehicle. My main interest is in the prime timeline between the years 2364 and 2387 (the Enterprise’s encounter at Farpoint - the destruction of Romulus). Please note that I am not a Federation bootlicker.
⠀⛧⠀
On Worship and Offerings:
I primarily enjoy exchanging worship. The divinity in me recognizes the divinity in all beings, and so I like to return worship offered to me, unless requested otherwise or I don’t want to for some reason.
I like offering incense and candles to friends and friendly acquaintances, whether they are corporeal or not, and I am pleased to receive the same.
In general, I prefer that any Asmodean worship and offerings be directed toward my divinity and toward all who are Asmodeus, not toward this individual vehicle.
That said, feel free to stop by my inbox if you want to interact with me as a conduit of us.
If you desire to use my inbox as an altar for us, please tell me something you love about yourself or want to love about yourself. ♥️

Chaosrealm’s History
Part 1: The Mad God
Tumblr media
Part 2 - Part 3
A Long time ago in a realm far away Chaosrealm used to be a beautiful Realm and not like the realm that it is today. Some of you might be wondering how it is possible we’re known this realm since the dawn of time. Well my formal subject it is what you were made to believe. The real story had been kept hidden from you for a long time. Had you known the truth your sense of reality would come crashing down. But perhaps I should start from the beginning.
You are listening to the words of a Chaos Lord, one of many of this realm’s protectors. For reasons I will not tell you I will not reveal myself to you. It is for the best that you remain ignorant of our existence. But you must learn the truth of your realm’s origins. You can do whatever you want with this information as you please. Now let me tell you the story. The true story at least.
Eons ago, after the Dawn of Time, Chaosrealm was a peaceful realm that is actually quite similar to earthrealm during its early years. It was ruled by Seven Lords of Chaos. The God of Pride, The God of Hungry, The God of Mischief, The God of Wrath, The God of Sleep and the God of Passion. Then you have the chief God himself. Apophis, The God of Chaos. A man whose skin is orange, moves like a serpent and has the head of a Cobra. He was our Protector.
But one day Apophis left us and returned back with seven bowls. It is unknown where he got the bowls from but we soon learnt that the bowls were stolen from the Elder Gods and that these bowls were the "The Seven Bowls of Judgement”. When he returned he was completely mad. We watched in horror as he poured the bowls upon our realm.
When the first Bowl was poured everyone was afflicted by illness and madness. The civilians tore their bodies apart and experienced horrific transformations. When the second Bowl was poured the oceans and waters turned into blood. At the time we notice this also had an effect on the Netherrealm and Outworld thus creating the Sea of Blood. The water was too poisonous to drink. Many people died drinking it or simply died from thirst. The Sea of Blood created sea monsters that came out of the sea and caused mass devastation. The monsters killed thousands.
When the third Bowl was poured the Sun itself went rogue and unreleased its wrath upon the realm, consuming the land in fire. Many people were burned to death. When the Fourth Bowl was poured a meteor show rained down on the realm. Boulders made out of burning sunstone and the size of a bull crushed people to death. The boulders cracked open revealing demon Locusts that attack the locals and paralyze them with their scorpion sting. The locals stuck in their madness kill the paralyze and cannibalize them. All plant life were burned up or eaten by the locusts
When the Fifth Bowl was poured the sun and moon were thrown out of balance and were banished from our realm, plunging it into an eternal night. When the Six bowl was poured Time and reality itself were mixed up and corrupted. Objects and people rapidly aged and decayed. Others were regressed to a younger age even vanishing from existence. Reality  became distorted and it changed rapidly. When the Seventh and last Bowl was poured a great ground quake shocked the realm. Lighting Storms and blood soaked tsunamis consumed the realm killing millions and possibly billions. The Groundquakes destroyed our temples and our thrones. It was strong enough that it was felt from the heavens.
While Apophis was destroying Chaosrealm the Elder Gods demanded an audience with us and so we complied. The Elder Gods were furious that the bowls were stolen. They demanded us to kill Apophis and undo the mess he had created.

Alterra Update!
This week! HELL,
A few weeks ago, I posted a world map of Alterra. If you looked closely, you may have noticed some orange dots in various places. Those “dots” are actually giant pits that lead directly into Hell, specifically the wrath ring. You can Imagine the world of Alterra being similar to Terraria, where Hell is directly under the normal world.
My version of Hell is kind of a mix between the Hell from Hazbin Hotel / Helluva Boss, the Hell from Terraria, the Hell from Doom, and my own interpretations of the Greek Underworld.
The wrath ring is the unyielding armies of Hell that slowly conquer and consume worlds and realities, much like in Doom. Many other worlds have been taken over by these demonic hordes, but Alterra is in a somewhat equilibrium. Most demons under the surface still do not dare head to the surface due to an ancient race of powerful monsters called the Firath. Even though the Firath went extinct from an unknown cause over a thousand years ago, most demons still believe it to be far too great of a risk to invade the surface. This is mainly due to a great warrior dawning a massive suit of armor of Firath design that occasionally appears in Hell to slaughter untold amounts of their numbers. Whether or not this entity is a Firath is unconfirmed, though it’s use of their tech is. Any attempts of invading the surface while the warrior is in Hell results in immediate death by ancient Firath war machines.
Some of the demons have begun to worship this creature, calling it the Second Slayer. The lord of the ring of wrath is very much against this practice and comparison.
Whenever a mortal being dies, the god of death has no choice but to send it to the rings of Hell, as the afterlife was destroyed along with the gods. What the rings of hell decide to do with the souls is practically random, either becoming a mindless demon the demonic hordes, or turning into a natural-born person of Hell named an unholy. Unholy species have no memory of the life their soul used to belong to, and are entirely their own person.
This is where the Hazbin Hotel inspiration comes into play. There are several different types of unholy depending on which ring the manifest in.
Unholy born in the Lust ring are either a succubus(female) or an incubus(male), and are freely able to leave Hell. Since Lust it the highest Ring apart from Wrath, it’s where most of the souls end up, and is home to large cities to accommodate almost every denizen of Hell. Despite popular belief, they are not just purely embodiments of lust, and are almost entirely like mortal people. They tend to have light skin tones of pink, red, or very rarely a shade of purple, smooth black / red horns that arch backwards, and thin tails of the same color that end in a heart shape. Both succubi and incubi possess the natural magic ability to charm or seduce people, though this only works on certain people. If a person is resistant to psychic attacks in any capacity, seduction will not work. Meanwhile, if a succubus / incubus attempts to seduce someone who is not one to engage in such activities, such as aromatics or asexuals, it will achieve the opposite effect, and put the victim in a bezerker-type rage.
Lust unholy rarely use seductive magic without consent, but that doesn’t stop the heavy discrimination against them. Very few Lust unholy actually ever leave Hell, due to the fact that they are often captured as slaves. There is a massive underground slave market across the whole universe for succubi and incubi due to the fact that each of their “fluids” function as very potent anti-depressants. Their horns can also be ground up and mixed with mineral water to make “love potions”. Due to this, most of them hide their true species or choose to stay in the Lust ring, though hunting parties that delve into Lust still ensure that being a succubus or incubus a very dangerous thing.
The ring of gluttony is actually the agricultural sector of Hell. Home to a species called “The Kappa,” which are based on creatures called Kappas from Japanese folklore. In the original folklore, they are water demons with incredibly elastic arms that attract people to their pools to drown them. In my interpretation, they instead use their water magic and incredibly strong and stretchy arms to farm crops. Gluttony provides the food for every Ring of Hell except for Wrath. Despite the general suspicion of anything that comes from Hell, there are still plenty of commonly used commodities that originate from Gluttony, such as wheat, pigs, and of course pomegranates.
The Ring of Pride is the entertainment industry of Hell. It is law to visit the Pride for at least 6 hours per week to incentivize creativity and decrease the suicide rates. Writings from Pride occasionally find their way outside of Hell, and are often the basis for entire religions in the mortal world. The Unholy have been taught to write in a text that automatically translates into whatever the reader understands, but this only applies while in Hell. If a piece of Hellish writing leaves the underworld, the time it is read will cause it to magically translate one final time before losing it’s properties.
The Ring of Envy is kind of like the jungle of the underworld. If a soul gets sent to this Ring, it becomes either part of the vast plant-life, or a non-sentient creature of Hell. The creatures of Envy are almost entirely docile, only attacking if harmed or heavily provoked. This Ring was created by the Goddess of Unholy to produce “pets” for the inhabitants of Hell in response to the vast amount of denizens with severe depression.
The Ring of Greed is very interesting due to the fact that it isn’t actually a Ring at all. It’s actually a central station where Unholy can travel between the different Rings or leave Hell entirely. This is also the only direct way into any of the Rings of Hell apart from Wrath. Unholy cannot enter the Ring of Wrath, nor can Demons from Wrath enter the Ring of Greed. This was a direct decision from the God of Death and his wife, the Goddess of Unholy, both of whom live in a separate Ring called Limbo or the underworld.
Limbo is a very strange part of Hell, inaccessible to all but the gods. The strangest part is its similarity to the Greek’s interpretation of the underworld. It’s an endless garden surrounding a single castle with 5 rivers flowing away from it. These rivers are liquefied embodiments of sentience and consist of almost pure energy. The first river is Memory, it’s waters glow pure white and it is said that every soul must first pass through these waters to be cleansed of their former lives. The second is Perspective, a golden stream that provide souls with the ability to discern and judge your surroundings, and is often confused for anger. The third is Identity, a blood red river that grants the souls with their base personalities. The forth is Feeling, a river of flame which allows the soul to feel the world around them. And the last is Emotion, a clear blue river that completes the identity of the soul, making it ready to be recycled into a new creature.
If an Unholy dies, it’s soul immediately joins the demonic hordes of Wrath as an unthinking soldier. While having, on average, a higher lifespan than mortals, they still die of old age eventually, unless the Goddess of Unholy decides their life is essentially to the happiness of Hell. No known religion has an accurate depiction of the Goddess of Unholy, but the closest interpretation is Persephone, Greek Goddess of the underworld. She liked the name so much, she took it for herself, having no true name previously. Persephone is in charge of managing all of the Unholy in Hell, due to her husband being to busy harvesting souls.
This is my interpretation of Hell for my novel, I’d be happy to hear you thoughts on it!

K.A.L. F.V. Ch. II: The Seven Deities
[Several Months Passed] (The Demon Lord witnessed the seal in the Void weakening the Seven Deities.) "The Old Geezer has something to do with this." "The First King Luke Vermillion was an annoyance." "Especially Sealing away the Devil Chaos Dragon." "Well, Whatever." "What This?" (He read the ancient book of the seven Deities.) [Few Minutes Later] (The seal that was created by the first hero Luke Vermillion was destroyed by the first Demon Lord.) (The Seven Deities that was created by the first Demon Lord...) (Sir Luke sealed them away into the void.) (Sir Luke seal was his last resort...) (He also sealed Astaroth into the depths of hell after taking a huge blow through the abdomen.) (The last of his spell cost the first hero/first king his life before isolating the seven elements.) [Several Hours Later] (The Seven Deities awakened from their deep slumber and served their master once again.) (Wrath, Pride, Envy, Lust, Purity, Love, and Chaos.) (Wrath and Chaos are the duo deities that causes mass destruction, genocide, wreak havoc to the world, annihilate all mortals and immortals that exist on planet Earth.) (Envy and Purity are Deities of time and space that can manipulate through the reality of time and space in the palm of their hands.) (Lust and Love are Deities that are blessed by their master's curse and can cause a major impact on their opposition. Rage and Vengeance is ineffective on Love but is effective on Lust.) (Pride is the first and strongest deity with immense curse power and curse energy that has the ability to time skip, and can counterattack dark magic, fire magic, and lightning magic.) (Astaroth Valentine is the first Demon Lord, The Demon Lord of Destruction, ruler of the netherworld, and ruler of demons.) (His Ambition is to drown the entire world into deep despair.) (But...) (His only objective he set for himself is to castrate the 2nd King, Luke's Son, Arthur Vermillion.) "Soon..." "When I Annihilate son of the first king..." "Then..." "World Domination Is Mine!" "No Mortals or Immortals will stand in my way!!" "HAHAHA!!" (To Be Continued)

The death of divinity
Tumblr media
Meteor by BrandonStricker on DeviantArt
-poem-
I heard your voice..
It echoes in the distance of my existence.
It burns like the plague of a forbidden sight.
And yet, I feel so cold.
Oblivion untrusted,
fate unwilling,
“the great”, but another white lie in a forest of flames.
The air is heavy, darkness looms. Spirits of the damned and blessed clash before my fountain of tears.
I look to guidance in these troubled times, only to find myself landlocked in the past.
Utterance of those nightmares, those hallucinatory demons.
Leave me alone, remainder of damnation.
If I sat, hands tied, dried throat, eyes in shock and staring into the abyssal reflection of my tears, would I soon find pride?
Pride: hope built upon deceit.
Prideful people, are you content?
Are you happier than I, one to whom stands amongst you the same.
As for our many battles,
destiny usurped,
and the wrath of the high heavens made their descent.
However this was different, why is thy Lord of lies falling upon us in sagging strength.
Hands drenched in blood, crown drowned in words unkept.
Is this but failed divine intervention?
Blood curdling screams ignite, white phosphorous inhaled, I am engulfed by the chaos of war.
We killed God.
Look, for his body is like mere mortals.
You sought escape through divinity. Now look upon your hopes, lies, ambitions of unforgiven love as if it were family.
You resent it.
Leaning upon the bricks of my fountain of cathartic sadness, the reflections look back in despair and wonder.
What is next?
Direction unwanted, sights of cataclysm promoted, why are you here!
Drown, drown, drown thy sorrows of yesterdays and tomorrows..
God is dead. So are we. Don’t come back.
Tears of acidic memories ignite.
My head engulfed in attempt to drown it out, only burning.
I get what is deserving.
You feel what is thought to appeal.
Madness stalked and pounced upon my soul.
Laughing under my last breath beneath tears.
another me, who is he?
Ah, I see, me from another reality.
One to whom, is what really?
Happy?
Strong?
Free from the burden of guilt and regret?
Standing behind me as I drown head first in all that he knows nothing about.
My laughter bubbled and exhaled any further seconds to follow.
Heart rate faster than light, darkness is all that stands.
Silence.
Haze.
Madness and the reaping of life instilled; I escaped.
——-
No matter what comes of us, at least we contributed to this landmass of alignment.

OC-tober Day 3: Sight
Aldrunkar oversaw many. The Demons of Hell wrought chaos unto Eternia, and under his command, helped slay countless Humans to forge the path which he’d walk, overtaking Eternia, and thus, Vestria as a whole.
Through the Demon lord’s eyes, his sights filled with the splattering of corpses lining the world which he sacrificed and drained their remains for blood. He grinned with a mouth of spikes, and raised his claws, slaying away with carnal rage, the mortals who stood before him, and tore them apart, gnawing away at what remains he did not need.
A crown of bones stood upon his head.
A cape woven with Human veins donned his back.
And lastly, with the captured blood, Aldrunkar extracted the iron from inside, and forged his blade to slaughter more.
The sight was gruesome. Awful. Merciless.
Aldrunkar held nothing but wrath and rage inside himself, the lord a terror unto all.
Any whose sights were unlucky to grace this beast knew certain death followed, and nothing would remain for survivors to bury. What endured his wrath became another horrific scene: mere fragments of Humans, their remnants either consumed by the Demon lord, or shredded to pieces by his sword and claws.
In the eyes of despair, a team of heroes rose, however.
The king of Eternia, Ashlair, raised from birth to slay Aldrunkar and free his people from the Demon lord’s wrath, arose with many friends: his father, his boyfriend, his boyfriend’s son, and an oracle.
Together, their sight brought hope against the cast shadow of a thousand years which Aldrunkar lay upon Vestria as a whole.
And against the heroes, an entire army of Demons lay ahead, born and raised for war against them and all of Humankind.
Two conflicting visions, one of unity, one of sheer domination and destruction, clashed, forging a third sight: that of war. All who had a conscience saw war, and nothing more. Whether this be for their overarching dictator, Aldrunkar, or for their loyal and selfless king, Ashlair, the citizens of Eternia and Hell were born into war, and for a thousand years past, died beneath its iron heels.
But the oracle saw into the future, and spoke of visions beyond the days which most would live to see. They were sights of happiness, unity, and peace.
And Ashlair became determined to live long enough to see this sight become reality.
Aldrunkar, however, aimed to make them a mere crumbling hope, and reign his chaos upon the world of Vestria until its grasses lay stained red with mortal blood, and its fields full of graves for the fallen Humans whom he’d bring to extinction.
Someday, one sight would reign. One would come into fruition. And only determination and sheer hope would cause this to happen.
Which would it be?
None could tell…
But perhaps, one day, they’d know. And all would be well, or wrath, brought on by heroes, or a cruel monstrosity for a lord.
But Ashlair remained determined, as did his allies. Together, they’d shed light upon Aldrunkar’s sight of darkness which befell Eternia and Humankind.
Until the bitter end.
Until the bitter end…
