I'm not sure if this counts as an idea.more of a plot of an episode that I thought would've been cool. Villains begin to go missing, crimes are at an all time low. No one knows what happens to these Villains until their civilian selves pop up. They have no recollection of being villains. Lady Redundant Woman no longer fused with that photocopier.

The Butcher opens up a meat shop. It's legitimate and he thinks Wordgirl is strange for insisting he was a villain and could shoot meat out of his hands.

They go missing and come back with no memory of their villainy at all. Their powers and abilities gone.

Dr.Two-Brains is hard to catch without WordGirl there to stop him, so whoever is doing that. They're not able to catch the mouse man. He's distressed when he learns about his friends. Hurt that they dont rememberhim an treat him like an absolute criminal once he's tried to talk to them.

Perhaps this is Jenkins set out to rehabilitate them with that ray? Maybe that. Not sure yet.

WordGirl is torn. They're not villains anymore so she shouldn't fix it but it feels wrong to her to leave it like that. Until Two-Brains has a heart to heart with her.

Jenkins could work as the person behind this. He could have good intentions but create horrible results. I think that talk between Dr. Two Brains and Wordgirl would go that these villains did not have any choice in going back to normalcy. Like he didn’t have a choice to become a villain. This was no life they should live unless it is on their own accords. Two Brains also confides in Wordgirl how he enjoys aspects of villainy now. Yes this is an amazing idea episode or au wise.

It is with a very heavy heart that I share that Lenny passed away last night at the Purdue Large Animal Hospital from complications relating to aspiration pneumonia. The staff at the hospital did everything they could to save him, but his stubbornness in showing his symptoms means that the situation was out of control before it was obvious something was wrong. He was 7 years old. He will always be remembered as the loving, stubborn deer that he was. He will be missed and my world is a little bit dimmer without him in it.

meeting in the middle

and by middle i mean that part between beautifully [&] broken.

first off, I should say that i have been trying to write this for well over a week. each time I’ve gotten lost in the attempt to form paragraphs or sentences, for that matter, that will make sense to you. today, it seems to be coming together a bit more easily. 

beautifully broken is what i have come to realize best explains my 2018. a monumental year in my life, in which everything changed. 

trusting in God amidst the wind and waves. even thought he is fully aware that this girl has a deep love for steady waters and still air.

isn’t it funny how beauty and brokenness live so closely together, often sharing edges of land and pieces of our stories? 

this year the lord asked me to say yes to many things. most of which I felt in no way prepared for. but, I knew it was Him, and that I was meant to say yes. 

“Yes, Lord, walking in the way of your laws, we wait for you; your name and renown are the desire of our hearts.” Isaiah 26:8

it was a big season of transition:

churches

friendships

3.5 jobs

relationships

more travel than previous years combined

i feel like i’ve traveled through the end, the beginning, the middle, the end and back to the middle again. something i didn’t even know was possible in such a short span of time. 

so here I am, ending 2018 very much in the middle. 

more unknowns than I am comfortable with

a heart still trying to make sense of a lot of things

still in search of a “new” normal

in the midst of all my doubt, frustration, confusion, blessing, triumph and excitement, God has been so sweetly nudging me to remember the right things. 

To remember Him.

He is there through it all.

He hears.

He knows.

He guides.

He provides.

He delivers.

He opens.

He closes.

He is good.

I was supposed to go to NYC this year & meet this beautiful soul I only had the honnor of hearing stories about!! Learn from him!! Take from him! Introduce myself to him! The whole go around! That will never come to be now & I feel exceptionally robbed by life right now I feel wronged & betrayed by whatever there is in this world.. I am absolutely crushed... This hurt is immeasurable & this year is unbearable!!!
