Can we just appreciate how Panchito and José recognize Donald's nobility of heart and praise him for it while declaring themselves not worthy of being in his proximity? I love moments like this!
These are scenes from the comic titled "three caballeros ride again" by Don Rosa.

im in disney epcot rn and holy shit. it’s way more busy then when i went with my mom in 2019, but i guess thats what happens when you go to a disney park in the summer instead of the winter.
anyway, i found so much three caballeros stuff this time! there were a lot of shirts and i saw more people wearing three cabs stuff. there was this girl with a cute backpack, and a little kid wearing a three cabs shirt! im glad there coming back, when i was here last time they only had a jacket (which i got) this time i got a cute shirt. we’re also staying at the all star music hotel, and there’s a lot of three cabs stuff! there’s a pool shaped like a guitar with the three cabs in the middle and i saw jose on a few things. it was so cool seeing them. glad they are getting the recognition they deserve! i might post the pictures but i have to email those pictures and then post them and that’s a lot of work for a person who probably walked 10 miles through the whole park.
epcot’s really fun but i think it’s only really fun when it’s not summer time... the lines were so much shorter when we were here then. it’s also so much more hotter :l

hii, ive been stuck in a three caballeros/zé carioca loop recently and been trying to find active ppl in the fandom ANYWAY I *LOVE* YOUR ART IT GIVES ME *LIFE* ! So, do u think Zé would be into funk carioca? In one of his comics he was against the rise of disco (it was the 80s) and kept being a samba fan but i feel like maybe 2000s funk or even phonk would sound good to him, watcha think? Xoxo
Hi!!! First of all, omg, Thank you!! And second, I'm glad you've fallen into the 3 Cabs/Zé Carioca pit kdjdndkm It's always great to see more people coming in. I don't think I have read this one comic you mentioned about Zé being against Disco but I'd love to read it if you have the name of it still!! This is also a thing I've come to notice on some Zé Carioca comics tho! Zé, and the narrative in general, tend to side against non-Brazilian genres of music... mainly Rock'n'Roll. Oh, so many jabs at rock and those noisy chords, hairy guitar players and those damn gringos trying to infiltrate our radios!!! It all reads as very boomeristic at times XD
Tumblr media
I kinda get Zé as a "symbol" of Brazilian/carioca culture and him being protective of samba and wanting to praise it always, so I guess this was the take the writers chose for Zé to be ride or die for. And, yeah, we all know that Funk is a genre that was greatly influenced by United Statesians genres, but I think there's no way that the writers would make Zé Carioca be against Funk Carioca. Like,,, imagine the absurd… the character that is supposed to represent your marginalized favela dweller everyman, hating on one of the most marginalized, favela born, Brazilian rythms ever! There even is one story I remember reading where Zé goes to a Baile Funk and, admittedly, things don't really work out for him there, BUT there's no criticism of the music itself (differently from Rock...)!
Tumblr media
I think it would be a great injustice to have a world where Zé Carioca didn't get to sing Bonde do Tigrão, Se Ela Dança Eu Danço, GLAMUROSA RAINHA DO FUNK, Tremendo Vacilão, Nosso Sonho and so many more funk hits we grew up with. So, sure Zé's main thing will aways be samba but, at the very least, I think he would be a fan of early 2000s Carioca Funk.

The Three Caballeros as the Three Wise Men along with their nephews as shepherds visiting the Savior - Duckverse in History - My Version
"And going into the house, they saw the child with Mary his mother, and they fell down and worshiped him. Then, opening their treasures, they offered him gifts, gold and frankincense and myrrh."(Matthew 2:11)
I haven't done Three Caballeros for a long time, but since the survey showed me to draw Three Caballeros, it will be.
Yes, in the Bible, more precisely in the New Testament and the Gospel according to Matthew, three wise men (according to some three kings) who are supposedly astrologers and magicians, went to visit the Holy Land to bring gifts to the Savior, that is, Jesus Christ who was born in Bethlehem, in stable, swaddled in a manger by his mother Mary. The three wise men brought them gold, incense, and myrrh. And those wise men are called Gaspar (or Caspar), Melchior, and Balthasar. The symbolism of the three is very well known so I used that for our heroes the Three Caballeros to be in those roles. Except in the Bible, they are not mentioned anywhere else, so it is uncertain who is who. Donald is Gaspar and wears gold, Panchito is Melchior and wears myrrh and Jose is Balthazar who wears incense, at least in my version or how they play the part. And they take it to the Savior Jesus Christ. I drew them wearing traditional clothing as worn at the time of Jesus' birth (1st century BC and 1st century AD) in Judea, in the Middle East. Donald is said to be from Persia, Panchito is from Yemen or Arabia, and Jose Carioca is from Ethiopia, which is where the three wise men supposedly came from.
Besides them, I also drew their nephews, Donald's nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck and Jose's nephews Zico and Zeca Carioca as shepherds, that is, they play the role of shepherds. Luke's Gospel from the New Testament mentions that the angels told the shepherds to come and worship the Savior and the shepherds went to the Savior and worshiped him. So both Donald's and Jose's nephews will go and they are wearing shepherd's clothing as worn at the time (yes even though they are teenagers and these versions are from my version of the Quack Pack, they are still wearing the clothing of Jesus' time). There are also sheep and lambs from the Middle East accompanying them, and the wise men riding a camel and an elephant standing behind them. And there is the Angel Duck (to take from Donald's Better Self who is Donald's conscience and Donald's guardian angel) who leads them to the manger where the Lord Jesus Christ is. Glory to God who was born and who came to save us from our sins! Amen.
And I'm sorry if I offended you with something and it's not my intention to do so, this is just a drawing and some alternative and playing cosplay. Yes, the Three Wise Men are celebrated on January 6, ending the Christmas season, and with this I also marked the 800th anniversary of the Christmas Nativity tradition, which was introduced by the Catholic saint Francis of Assisi, the founder of the Franciscan order, who did it in 1223. Once again I wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year as well as a Happy Epiphany! And sorry about some things I did wrong in this drawing and just to say that I am a believer and I believe in God the Savior! And yes, I'm not the only one who drew the Three Caballeros as the Three Wise Men, there are already those drawings on the subject, I just did it in my own way.
I hope you like this drawing and feel free to like and reblog this!

DISNEY STUDIO AU: The Three Caballeros
My take on human version of Disney's Three Caballeros for my AU.
Tumblr media
The Three Caballeros is a Latin pop idol group, widely popular in North, Central and South America. The members consists with Panchito (the lead vocalist), Jose (sub-vocalist and dancer), and Donald (sub-vocalist and rapper). Panchito Pistoles is of Mexican descent, José Carioca is Brazilian, and Donald represents United States.
The band was found during Donald's late teen years in university he attended and had taken trip with his two friends Panchito and José to both Central and South America, forming a group "Three Caballeros" with their debut song "Cruzando el Río del Tiempo" their iconic and first Latin-pop song that has caught the attention of recording company, beginning their first step to singing career. So far, they were preparing for Europe Tour.
However, the tour was canceled when Donald's vocal chord was severely injured, causing him to unable to sing. Donald left the band to serve military service in Marine Corps for four years while Panchito and José proceed to have a singing career as duo or as singles. As Donald has been the one to came up with Latin-pop and other genres to identify their group, they struggled to keep up the "Three Caballeros" as Panchito become a Mariachi-Mexican pop singer and José became a Samba/pop singer. At some point, they were able to contact Donald and found him raising triplet nephews on his own while his sister Della left for her social working adventures around the world. Donald also made new career in acting, comedy, variety shows with Mickey and Donald. However, seeing how Donald wish to be back on stage to sing, Daisy had Panchito and José finding ways to raise money for his vocal chord recovery.
After the vocal chord recovery and careful healing, Donald finally returned to singing career back in "Three Caballeros" with his two friends by their new album "Comeback Caballeros" under safer recording company within Disney Studio.

Ogou Or Ogun. Spirits Of Iron In African Diaspora.
Tumblr media
This is Papa Ogou one of many in the Ogou nation.
Ogou is a Nago spirit from the Nago Nation these spirits came to Haiti from Africa. they are strong spirits and used with the Asson or Tcha Tcha (rattle) there personality falls between Rada and Petro.
Now some might think, " Isn’t there a spirit like this in Lukumi ? ” Yes. There is, He is Ogun an Orisha. One of few Orishas who made it outside of Africa and who has some similarities with Ogou: In Haitian Vodou and Santeria and so on. They both are associated with iron and metal. Ogun is more of a blacksmith, whereas Ogou is more of a soldier.
When you hold a knife, railroad spike, sword or horseshoe in your hand and you're holding Ogun or Ogou. Ogun is also the patron of anyone who works with metal.
This spirit is great even if your practicing hoodoo because he can protect you help you even help increase your energy in your workings.
There are also many Ogous in Haiti, like Ogou Kriminel, Ogou La Flambeau, Ogou Feray, Ogou Badagris, Ogou Shango, to name a few. He is also associated with a particular region of Nigeria, and is often depicted as an older soldier there names in Cuban Santeria (La Regla Lucumi) he is known as Ogun, or Oggun; In Brazilian Candomble.
The name Ogou is not a name like in Africa but is actually a title used to describe warriors and they also carry a machete, but some favor a sword. There colors are red and blue, but some Ogous take additional colors like green or khaki. Remember: if you can’t afford anything other color to wear, you can always use a (white scarf to salute any spirit.)
Ogoun Ferraille, aka Papa Ogou Feray in New Orleans, this warrior lwa is the primary figure of Saint James the Greater—the saint himself riding into battle on a white horse. He is also represented by the Archangel St. Michael, and Saints Andrew, Martin Caballero, some use Saint Peter and John the Baptist any many others depending on which African diasporic religion you want to practice.
He is the chief of all the warrior paths of Ogun durning the Haitian revolution which gave the colors to the Haitian flag.
Tumblr media
Orisha Ogun
INVOKED:
Ogun or Ogou is invoked to heal diseases affecting blood, including AIDS, leukemia, and sickle-cell anemia. He is invoked for safety and success before surgery. He also heals infertility and erectile dysfunction. Request his protection from crime and criminals. He also help finds employment for devotees.
Ogou is usually syncretized to Saint James the Greater but may also be associated with Michael Archangel and Saints Andrew, any many others depending on which African diasporic religion you want to practice.
He is a works tirelessly at the forge, in the bedroom, and on behalf of his devotees. He never rests.
He will use his machete to cut away all evil and sweep your enemies away. But he is also a tender and loving Papa. I’ve will cry when his children are in pain. Ogou also loves the ladies and he is one of the most commonly married lwa.
ATTRIBUTES: A machete, a three-legged iron cauldron, traditionally wrapped in chains and filled with iron implements, including tools, spikes, nails, and knives👇
Tumblr media
SPIRIT COLOURS: Red, black, sometimes green, sometimes red and white (the colors of heated iron), or blue and red (the colors of the Haitian flag) or Green and black for Ogun. But can always wear white if you don't have the other colors.
OFFERINGS: Red candles, cigars, rum, whisky, aguardiente, or other alcoholic beverage— incense, metal, chains, metal tools, railroad spikes. He likes red beans and rice, and typically likes Florida water as a cologne.
Fill a cauldron with found pieces of metal, like rails or railroad spike (not plastic).
He will often blow cigar smoke on people to give them blessings.
So whichever one you're drawn to like Haitian or African spirits, there's no spirit better to have for protecting than Ogun. Except, St. Michael or God of course 😃
Everyone needs a warrior. Ogun is his name among the Yoruba people. Among the Fon he is called Gu. In Cuban Santeria (La Regla Lucumi) he is known as Ogun, or Oggun; In Brazilian Candomble , Ogum; in Haiti’s Vodou and New Orleans Voodoo Papa Ogou, or simply Ogou.
Feast Day: He is syncretized with St. Peter whose feast day is June 29, St. James whose feast is July 25th, and St. Michael whose feast is Sept. 29th.

My artworks during 2022.
I wish everyone a happy New Year and happy holidays!
Unfortunately, like last year, I didn't have the exact template with my drawings this year either, so I'll post through this. Unlike 2021, during 2022 I improved my drawing methods a bit, and also opened a new blog where I mostly post my drawings and you can see them here: https://www.tumblr.com/ducktoonsfanart
Yes, I mostly drew related to Donald Duck and the Duckverse, but especially in November I also drew other franchises, mostly from Looney Tunes and Tiny Toons. Yes, this year I managed in all 12 months to draw at least one drawing in one month. Yes, there were ups and downs for me, but overall, the results were solid. Yes, although I mostly draw Quack Pack, I've certainly drawn related to Donald Duck comics, Darkwing Duck and the Three Caballeros. I hope to focus more on not only the Donald Duck franchise this year, but the others as well. I'm hoping to get over 100 followers on my side blog and hit 500 followers on this one. All in all, thanks everyone. And now the results of my drawings, that is, an overview through the year 2022:
January 2022 - Happy New 2022 Year! Ducks, goose and parrots teenagers celebrate the New Year - 22 views (likes and reblogs)
Also - Duck Avenger (Paperinik-Pk) and Double Duck ( PK Timecrime DD ) - 24 views
February 2022 - Gyro Gearloose and his friends in timetub - 21 views
March 2022 - Donald Duck and his family-Donald's family (Tribute to Carl Barks) - My version - 27 views
April 2022 - Teenager Donald and teenager Daisy with teenagers Huey, Dewey and Louie and teenagers April, May and June Duck (Young Donald and Quack Pack) - 45 views

July 2022 - Huey, Dewey and Louie and April, May and June Duck on vacation at the seaside - Quack Pack summer - 22 views
August 2022 - Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck with baseball hats - 24 views
Also Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck - Quack Pack - 25 views
Septembar 2022 - Ducktales - Happy 35th Anniversary and Happy 75th Birthday Scrooge McDuck! - 31 views
Also Donald Duck as Duck Avenger and his family as superheroes - Duck comics (Duck Avenger, She-Venger and Q-Galaxy) - 33 views
October 2022 - Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck - Triplets Mania - 85th anniversary - Quack Pack Week - Triplets - Plus Phooey Duck - 28 views
November 2022 - Duckvember - Humble Duck (Ducks) - 30 views
December 2022 - Donald and Daisy Duck and their children (Huey, Dewey and Louie, April, May and June Duck) celebrate Christmas and New Year - Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! - 26 views
And finally my most viewed drawing is:
Double Duck (Donald Duck as secret agent) and his student (more precisely his nephew) in action - 234 views (I don't even know how that drawing managed to get so much)
Plus surprise at the end: Duckvember - Manic and Problematic Duck and Free Space - Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and Happy Holidays - Crossover Ducks - 23 views
True, there are things that didn't work out so well for me, but I'm trying as hard as I can to improve all of that. I hope that the year 2023 will be a better opportunity for my drawing and that it will be better than the previous year and the year before. I thank everyone for following me and keep following me and there will be more surprises. And it won't just be about Disney and Warner Bros.
Once again, happy holidays to everyone and a happy new year 2023!
If you have any impression of what you liked the most and what you didn't like about these drawings, feel free to say so.

I went to epcot last night as a guest for the first time in forever. I really enjoyed it but something really bothered me and I wanna rant about it.
I went to every gift shop and absolutely nobody had Three Caballeros merch!!!!
The movie is such a huge part of Disney history and now the only thing they have to show for it is the Gran Fiesta Tour (best ride on the park btw), a kids tshirt, one collectible pin, and the occasional cameo in random episodes of Disney shows!
They deserve so much more…

How was Disneyland Shiny?
This is quite forward. At first I thought you said "ShinyJr" and I felt on edge like you called me by my irl first name, middle name, AND last name. But I relaxed a but when I realized you just said "Shiny."
Anyways, it was nice. I went last fall for my nephew's birthday with way more people, but this time I went for mine and a parent's birthday. I was more excited to take one of my parents because it had been years since they came last and I wanted them to have fun. Thinking about getting season passes, but we'll see. I saw the parade, got some neat merch, was quiet but excited on the Guardians of the Galaxy ride while the box/room? Filled with the other passengers who all happened to be drunk, we're screaming like crazy.
OH and I saw Lady Tremaine and her daughters. Unfortunately, those were the only villains I saw. But I did get to see a short parade with the Three Caballeros and some dancers, and that one was actually pretty good, not gonna lie. But yeah, I'll be posting my prettiest pictures later. Thanks for asking!
