I'm so pleased with how the sea effect turned out in this one!

I've also decided to name these characters. The Chikorita is called Pistachio and the Goodra is Ripple.

Some fun Holocene geomorphology: fluvial and aeolian ripples in the same spot at different times/conditions

High tide sends water over a small topographic high, which then flows parallel to the beach until it reaches a gap where it can flow back to the ocean. The northerly wind from hurricane Lee made some great ripples as well. If you’re patient, you can watch them migrate.
