Open RP: Dungeon Crawling RPG

Create a character or group of characters and embark on a dungeon-crawling quest with turn-based RPG battles, courtesy of yours truly and his DnD dice. The stats are as follows for character creation, but you can always message me for more details!

Level (Self-explanatory, helps calculate stat totals)

HP (Max character health)

MP (Max amount of points for attacks)

Attack (physical attack strength)

Defense (protection against physical attacks)

Speed (Determines turn order)

Intelligence (magic attack strength)

Willpower (protection against magic attacks)

Skills (Attacks a character can use, each costing some amount of MP)

Ultra Skills (Stronger skill variants, which use Ultra Points collected from successful attacks)

You, for whatever reason, were on the search team trying to find Kiara, along with Amaia and some other Hunters of Artemis. There had finally been a solid lead as to where exactly she was being kept.

And so you found her finally, in one of the few moments where there wasn't someone— something near her. She was barely recognizable from when you last saw her. She was injured and bruised all over, and that look in her eyes... the fear. She didn't often have an expression like that.

Given that last (and first) session of our Silt Verses RPG Game ended with us sacrificing my guy only for us to decide we want to play again, I needed to create a new character to play! Her name's Vaani and as one might guess, she's a follower of the Saint Electric 👁️ I'm VERY excited to play her, although i miss Leech and Abe's dynamic terribly, I'm curious to see how Vaani and Abe will get along >:)

I'm playing the Silt Verses RPG with @angryducktimemachine and @dawnwalker and here's the amazing art that @silaaicha did for me of my character Abe Lyman. He's a rat bastard of a man who follows The Watcher in the Wings. He flirted and killed his way through our first game, and gave a monologue so powerful it stayed the hand of another god. He's awful and I love him.

Sadly, Ed's character Leech went off into the woods to appease the god causing problems, so his new character Vaani gets to put up with Abe now. She's going to have her hands full...

I just think, the idea that Disha is lying about Kyoshi's honor and stuff to put some kind of wedge between Roku and Kyoshi would be really cool and spy-y and would fit really well with the weird Cold War-eque/espionage that Roku's era seems to want to emulate. It'd be a cool way of making him doubt himself without realizing he's doubting himself.

And it'd also force a parallel between Roku/Kyoshi and Kyoshi/Kuruk. How, while Kuruk appeared in RoK and Kyoshi didn't have the best opinion of him, really ramped up in her sequel novel to the point she wanted to fucking brawl him. The way it's set up now, Roku's timidness and confusion with Kyoshi could easily fester into the same hatred and want to confront her in Roku's sequel novel too.

And I'm also just grasping at straws but I just really fucking hate how RR is trying to drag Kyoshi through the gd mud. And like it just doesn't work with the knowledge we already know about her and he could've done something (anything really, he didn't utilize her at all) else with her character in Rokus era that would've better explored... and I'm also a bit of a bitter bitch about it. tbh

I worked on the first map for my current low-fantasy TTRPG campaign as a sort of in-universe copy of an old map of the Empire. The second came when I had the idea of merging that world with one I'd used previously for a Souls-inspired dark-fantasy campaign.

The Empire of Anyria was the nation that sent its navy southwards, in order to find and colonise new land for a new world, Nouever. It thus became retroactively known as Senever, the old world.

Though few years into the colonial efforts, a massive rift was opened in the ocean, physically separating Senever and Nouever. Disconnected from the Empire, the Noueverian colonies began evolving and developing in their own unique ways, mainly by the loss of knowledge of high-magics (as those stayed behind in Senever) and by adopting far more rural lifestyles, barring specific urbanised nations.

While Nouever adapted and grew... Senever stagnated. The Empire faced several crises, the harshest of which dealt with the disappearance of Imos the Immortal, ruler of Anyria for several centuries. Political turmoil led to the Empire's eventual fall, with several nations rising into prominence after a bloody civil war.

And following that, as the Old World began to stabilise, came the apocalypse. The sun turned black during the First Eclipse, and a gateway to Abyss was formed. From it sprang a legion of demons that scoured Senever and destroyed the land, forcing humanity to retreat underground. As the years passed, the lands began coalescing, being pulled into the ever-expanding pit at the centre of the once proud empire.

And this doomed land, they called Halicassia.

Lantry: Another one expertise in Wizard.

Verse: Fighter, but specialized in Dexterity, always rp an chaotic evil character.

Barik: Paladin whose intelligence is 6. Never break his oath even with chaotic evil players not only because he rp Oath of Conquest paladin,but because his intelligence is only 6 as well
