Weiss: "Seriously, Pyrrha? What do you see in Jaune?"

Pyrrha: *blinks* "I beg your pardon, Weiss?"

Weiss: "You heard me. Pyrrha, you're a four-time regional Tournament champion, a skilled fighter, and one of the brightest of our year. Jaune..."

*Weiss gestures to Jaune shaking Yang's hand...then is shocked by her hand buzzer*

Weiss: "...well, Jaune."

Pyrrha: *nods* "Understandable, but Jaune has positives. He's funny, courteous, determined, and tenacious when it comes to self-improvement. Plus, when we first met, he saw me as everyone else. Not as the 'Invincible Girl' and he didn't even recognize me from that damned cereal box." *chuckles lightly* "It's a fresh breath of air, Weiss."

Weiss: *sighs, nodding in understanding* "The heart wants what the heart wants, I suppose."

Jaune watched as Neptune approached Weiss and asked her dance, he watched as she took his hand and they walked over to the floor and they danced, and while Neptune fumbled here and there, Weiss was helping him, and she looked so happy. He smiled, happy that she was happy, but on the inside, his heart broke.

"I once loved a Maiden with hair as white as snow and eyes like ice... but her heart was never mine,"

Jaune looked at his scroll to see all the messages and calls he had sent Pyrrha’s way, yet none of them were read nor answered. He felt his heart break more, wishing she would pick up so that could talk, but there was nothing, and his heart broke again.

Gillian wrapped her arms around Jaune as she slowly drifted off into sleep, and Jaune couldn't help but feel safe in her arms, and he kissed her forehead as he too, drifted off into slumber.

AU where Pyrrha is a demon who does contracts for people whenever they summon her via ritual. Unfortunately almost each and every contract involves her killing someone for the person she made the contract with, which she doesn’t enjoy doing. She just wishes someone can just summon her and ask her to do something nice for a change and that has nothing to do with bloodshed.

Then one day she gets summoned by a blond beacon student who desperately needs someone to pretend to be his girlfriend for his parents visit.

Pyrrha:…..pardon?

Jaune, on his knees: Please pretend to be my girlfriend for the weekend! I’m desperate!

Pyrrha: Why though?

Jaune: Because I may have implied to my parents that I had a girlfriend last night and she immediately told me she’s visiting to meet her! So I’m desperately need someone to pretend to be my girlfriend!

Pyrrha: Why didn’t you just ask a girl classmate to do it?!

Jaune: I did! All of them.

Pyrrha:….every single one?

Jaune: Yes! Even my professor Glynda! That was honestly the first time I ever heard her laugh before when I asked her. So you’re my only hope!

Pyrrha: How did you even summon me?! How did you know the steps?

Jaune: I tried to buy a cook book last year but it turned out to be a satanic ritual book instead.

Pyrrha:…..how is that even possible?

Jaune: I am a man of many mistakes.

Pyrrha: So you summoned a demon from the gates of hell just so you can have her pretend to be your girlfriend so your parents won’t find out you were lying?
