a lot of these are based off of my personal understanding of him

didn’t go back to manchester after his family died, too many foul memories—a lot of friends will probably know him as a murderer (comic reference, ghost was accused of killing his family in the newspaper)

so i already described the way they'd act when they're jealous here, but i'll rank them and give you some additional thoughts i've gathered recently.. since that post is a few months old 🖤

this is all just according to tarot and my observations.. pls take it lighty! ᰔᩚ

#1 jake 9.7/10 so.. i kept on debating between him and sunghoon. however, the reason i put jake as no 1, is because he's a lover who's likely to be more emotionally attached to his s/o. in addition to that, his mars is in nonconfrontational libra. this can make him much more passive-aggressive, he won't enjoy openly displaying his jealous nature and will struggle being direct about it. he's someone who will just hold long grudges (scorpios and their lifetime lasting grudges 🥹), find ways to pay you back by making you jealous too.. it's all a bit more dramatic and complicated for him. but it's neck on neck between him and hoon.

#2 sunghoon 9.6/10 the more i read on sunghoon, the more shocked i get about his intensity in love. he's a member who can get much more scary in relationships, since there is such a gap between him as a person and as a lover. he seems to be a big push and pull lover, someone who might give off the first impression of a pretty free-spirited and light-hearted guy.. but boom have him spot his s/o with some other male figure, the man's eyes will turn dark. his energy is pretty heavy whenever i do love readings for him, meanwhile in other readings it can be pretty comfortable.

#3 jay 9.3/10 jay is definitely incredibly possessive. he's someone who holds a lot of responsibility over keeping his loved ones safe and sound, he's very very protective and territorial. his ideal scenario is for you to never leave his side, so that there isn't even the possibility for you to get hurt or be treated badly. this deep desire to never let you go anywhere can definitely express itself in an overly possessive manner.

#4 jungwon 6/10 so, jungwon isn't really the easily jealous or overly possessive type, but he'll feel pretty let down if you manage to get him to that place. i've known a guy with very similar placements to him (aqua ☼ virgo ☾ aries ♀), and he's very easygoing and accepting in general.. however, in love he's immensely passionate. jungwon gives me that same vibe, he's someone who's quite picky and has high standards. so if you manage to date him, he'll expect you to be "all in" and just as dedicated to him as well.

#5 sunoo 5/10 sunoo is a gemini venus.. he isn't really someone who gets jealous a lot, since he usually doesn't take love or relationships seriously enough. but, i remember reading for him, and seeing that he can actually get pretty hurt about people betraying him. i think he kinda stands in his own way by seeming so blasé and unattached to people, when in reality there seems to be a deeply rooted desire to make more meaningful connections, and not just run away from them. i do believe he just needs to mature a little more in order to realize and embrace that.

#6 heeseung 4.5/10 so, heeseung is a very understanding and patient lover. he's someone who's willing, even eager, to put in the work needed to improve his relationships. even when obstacles arise, he isn't really the type to get discouraged or overly emotional about it right away. let's say he caught you texting some other guy.. rather than getting all jealous and vengeful, it's likely he'll just calmly ask you about it without jumping to any conclusions. however, one of his problems in love, can often be the high standards he has for himself. he can be prone to immediately look back on himself, in a more negative manner and blame himself for not having done enough to keep you happy enough. like every problem somehow goes back to him, in heeseung's eyes.

am34: to me in my beautiful world am34 is an omega BUT not in a standard way... he's transgender but re: a/b/o designation not gender. like a/b/o is essentially just a second sex class (there exist in the a/b/o universe 6 "sexes" (not accounting for intersex people in the normal way/intersex people in the a/b/o way): alpha male, alpha female, beta male, beta female, omega male, omega female) and auston is transitioning/has transitioned from alpha to omega. in my mind this works basically the exact same way transitioning does irl, but with different hormones, because obviously a/b/o hormones are diff from m/f hormones!) anyway he would smell similar but different pre- and post-transition: sharp, hot and chemical, like jet fuel and citric acid. eating grapefruit at the airport. it gets sweeter as his transition goes on. lemon slushy by a construction site. they're putting tar on the sidewalk.

matthew knies: OMEGA !!! two arizona omegas wrow! sidenote for the readers in this a/b/o world a's and o's aren't like. A huge section of the population but they also don't entirely tend to get filtered out of or into the nhl... alphas exist in the nhl at similar or higher rates to the genpop, and omegas at similar or slightly lower rates. if alphas and omegas are each 10-15% of the population (combined 20-30%) that means that there's usually ~4-6 alphas + omegas combined on any given nhl team, give or take a few because percentages don't usually work that way. leafs have 5 alphas (mitch, willy, max, benny, dewar) and 3 omegas (am34, jt, kniesy). kniesy is one of those handful of people who is randomly like super educated about a/b/o biology etc etc. like dude paid attention in sex ed class??? i guess??? he smells a little bit like cheap tequila and a Lot bit like breakfast food, scrambled eggs and that very specific diner toast smell and those maple breakfast sausages. don't forget your orange juice!!

Guess this 28/41 year old is my hyperfixation for a while.[Age depends on which game he's in. WD2 has him at canonically 28 while Legion makes him canonically 41 years old.] This is about the length of my Deacon Rambles post...

Was a high school drop out at some point. Always getting in trouble for skipping classes, taking shit apart, having his hood/mask on, fighting because he didnt get along with people, etc etc. He hated school.

I see him as the type to have been a drummer in a band at one point. Eventually the band just fell apart but he has some of their songs on his phone still.

The more I think about the more I start to believe that his "bad driving" is just a thing he makes people believe until you see his dumb ass in a race and this fucker blows you away with his skills. Then you start to really understand why he can do perfect drifts getting away from the police or gangs in a chace.

Due to his always racing thoughts, he sometims forgets some things. Like he gets sent out to take out the trash, goes to the kitchen, forgets why he went in there, does a few circles to try and remember, then gives up and goes back to his room or workspace. It'll hit him like 20 minutes later.

Favorite food is probably Tacos. Pizza close in like 2nd or 3rd place, maybe.

Oh, and for those who absolutely need them, have some romance headcanons too:

Didn't show his face to his S/O until like 6 months into the relationship at the least. He was so fucking nervous too.

Wouldn't even fully open up about his past until probably a year in at the least.

Prepare for cheesy love songs, matching key chains, corny pick up lines, bits of playful teasing, and a lot of small physical touches. (Mostly hand holding but would wrap his arms around his s/o's waist) His s/o also wrapping their arms around his waist drives him nuts.

Needs a lot of reassurance that his s/o loves him. I wouldnt say constantly but quite a few times in the relationship, especially at the beginning.

He isnt exactly scared of commitment as he had a husband at one point. Key word: "Had". Dont expect him to fully settle down though. He still plans to fight until he is sure this battle is really over.

I’m not sure if this counts, but..it feels urgent, to me..?

My grandmother died, I lost my job due to my health declining so rapidly I physically could not manage. I’ve since applied to so many jobs.. absolutely no luck and.. I even lost my home. Im living with someone else’s parents, and I’m a child scared to leave their room all over again. I can’t eat unless food is in front of me, none of my friends are… good, at comforting, to say the least… I have well over 1K due for medical bills, and no one will even take me for an interview, so I can’t even pay off little by little. Lol..I pretty much moved out at 17 and have been surviving by myself for 6 years now.

Im so tired of surviving.

If.. if you don’t mind.. honestly I don’t even know what kind of scenario this would count as…. Baji has been my biggest comfort character as of late, and I.. well, would you mind,, possibly writing a scenario.. of reader who’s spiraled so far into these thoughts, and in the midst of a panic attack, attempts to.. stop surviving, if you catch my drift..

[A/N: Hi darling, I'm so glad you found my blog and for feeling comfortable enough to bring your urgent request to me! I'm so sorry to hear what you've been through. I can't begin to imagine how you must be feeling. Though I've felt similarly about the the whole job thing. Places these days won't even give people a chance to show what they could do. I graduated from College and couldn't find work immediately. I'm still struggling to find a job in my field even now. I have a job at a bookstore atm, but it took a long time for me to get it. I think when they timing is right though, things will work out for us. We really just need to wait for things to happen and keep working for them! But you're also going through a lot of other situations as well, so my words probably aren't that helpful, so I'll leave that to Baji. I'm here if you ever need anyone to talk to though. I've been through moments of hopelessness and feeling like leaving this world was my only option, but I'm proof that things will change. There will always be times when we fall, but we can always get back up again! Anyway, I'll shut up now and let you read. I hope it provides you with even just a tiny bit of comfort <3 i love you, hopefully we can talk again soon, you sound very sweet!

Side note: I wasn’t sure if you wanted something platonic or if you wanted to be Baji’s s/o so I left that kinda ambiguous. You could read it either way!

Baji impatiently taps his foot, sitting on his bike outside your place. Where were you?

You had texted him earlier asking him to pick you up since the people you were living with weren’t home and you just needed to get out for a while. He came rushing over as soon as he had a chance and texted you upon arriving, but you weren’t answering his texts–you weren’t even reading them. 

He knew all about your situation in life and had tried his best to be by your side and show you the support that you deserved to have. He wasn’t perfect though, at times it was hard for Baji to truly put himself in your shoes and understand what you were going through.

Now though, he was worried. Why had you texted so desperately that you needed to get out of the house? Why weren’t you answering his texts now?

He turns his engine off and hops off the bike, walking briskly to your front door.

“Y/N! I’m here,” He bangs on the door, hoping you were just distracted and forgot to check your phone to see his texts.

But he’s met with silence. 

“Y/N!” He tries again, panic settling in the pit of his stomach and he bangs harder on the door–something wasn’t right.

He brings his ear to the door hoping to hear any sign of life and that’s when he hears it, the running of water and sobs from the other side. Gathering whatever adrenaline had been building up in him, he rams into the door, which luckily flies open from the impact. The sound of your sobs grows louder the closer he gets to you. You were in the bathroom.

The door is only a crack open, but he races toward the noise, slamming the door fully open and takes in your state; puffy eyes as tears run from them not that he could distinguish your tears from the hot water that was pouring on you from the shower-head. You were sitting in the tub, soaking wet with a bottle of pills in your hands.

Your breathing was erratic as you struggled to open the bottle, but Baji is quick to act. He’s in the shower with you in a second, the burning water scalding his body even through his jacket, but he doesn’t care since it’s now not hitting you anymore. He snatches the pills from your hands, throwing them out the bathroom door and into the hallway where you can’t see them. In your state of panic, you start to flail around, seeing that bottle as your only escape from the mental pain you were experiencing. He finally turns the water off and hoists you up, your attempts to push him away and hit him futile. His adrenaline is still high as he lifts you from the tub with ease and onto the bathroom floor where he plops down next to you, out of breath.

You can’t seem to calm your breathing down as you clutch your chest, searching all around you with wild eyes, looking for a way out. Anything to end your suffering–anything. But then you feel strong arms wrap around you in a hug. You beat down on his back, trying your best to shake him off you. Let go of me, you think to yourself. Maybe you meant it in a different way, Let me go. Let me be free from this pain. But deep down, you wanted him to continue to hold you in place.

“Y/N please-” His voice cracks, making you go still in his arms. What were you doing?

“Please, I’m here. You’re not alone, I’m right here and I’m not going anywhere,” he cries, “So don’t leave me.”

The man who had nerves of steel was breaking right in front of you.

He held you tight, as if he was scared you’d just vanish between his fingers. 

What feels like hours passes by with you both still soaking wet on the floor, clinging to each other, but you slowly manage to calm your breathing and sobs thanks to Baji’s help. 

He had been silent the whole time, focusing on just making sure you wouldn’t try anything else while he was around.

“I’m sorry…” you finally say, resting your head on his shoulder, “I’m sorry you had to see me like this.”

He finally loosens his grip on you, but continues to hold you close, caressing your still damp hair, “Why?”

That was a great question. One you couldn’t answer in only a few minutes. Baji knew the basics of what you’d been through, but he didn’t know the turmoil of what you were going through internally–only externally.

“I’m just…tired. Tired of surviving, tired of suffering. I’m barely scraping by. Is this what life’s supposed to be like? I look around at all the happy faces. Everyone seems to be living the ideal life and I’m just here, so why should I bother to exist if I don’t matter.”

He takes in your words, thinking them over, probably repeating them over and over in his head.

“You matter,” he decides to say, “You matter so much. Even if you only matter to one person, isn’t that enough to keep trying? One person can eventually grow into two, and three, and so on.”

“Baji…you don’t know what it’s like. I’ve already tried for so long. It’s been six long years. I’ve tried to see the good in my situation for six years, and yet I only keep getting pushed farther and farther past my limit. I can’t find a job, and because I can’t find a job, I can’t pay off my debt. I’m living in a house that isn’t mine with people who aren’t my family. I’m alone,” you cry out.

By now you had freed yourself from Baji’s arms, but he reaches over and grabs your hand, squeezing it reassuringly, scared that you’d run away from him.

“But if you leave now how do you know that tomorrow won’t be the day that things change?” He asks you, “Look, I know I can’t ever fully understand what goes on through your mind or what you’ve been through up till this point, but you can’t know what your life will be like a few months from now–hell, not even a few days from now. Everything can change in a second, you just need to be around to experience it.”

He brings your hands to his lips, peppering tiny kisses to your knuckles.

“I love you, a lot Y/N. Too much to just let you leave like this. Let’s try focusing on today. Each day has its own troubles, so why should we think about the future and worry ourselves even more for problems we haven’t reached yet? We’ll cross those valleys when we get to them. Right now, I just want you to focus on yourself, getting back on your feet and in a better state of mind,” he tries to console you.

His words definitely reached you. Truth be told, you knew things could maybe change, but it was hard to move forward with such uncertainty. Why couldn’t you know what would happen with your life five years from now? 

“But what if things don’t change. I don’t want to live like this forever. I don’t want to suffer anymore,” you confess, hot tears running down your face.

Baji turns to face you, gently wiping your tears away.

“But what if they do? Don’t you want to stick around to find that out for yourself?” He asks.

You stop and think it over for a moment; a life where things finally turned around–you finally getting called in for an interview and getting a job, receiving an income and finally getting to pay your debts off. Having your own place where you felt comfortable and maybe starting a family of your own…yeah, that did sound nice. As impossible as that future sounded, it was something you craved.

“I guess I do,” you sigh, “Though I wish it could happen now.”

“I know. I wish it could happen now for you as well. I hate to see you suffer so much, but you’re not alone in this. I have your back. So let’s keep fighting okay? Together, let’s see it through till the end when things finally turn around for you.”

“Baji, you know I can’t just feel better overnight. I think I’ll be okay for today, but who’s to tell when I’ll spiral like this again.”

“Then I’ll be here to get you through it again.”

A wave of gratitude flew through you. You don’t know why Baji arrived on time when you were fully ready to leave this world a few minutes ago, but now you were thankful that he had stopped you. You didn’t want to hurt him or leave him alone, but you found a little ball of hope appearing in your heart. Though tiny, it was still present and you hoped it would continue to grow and become reality one day.

“I’ll try.”

“Good. Then shall we go? You said you wanted out of here for the day, right?” He goes right back to treating you like he usually would–something you were grateful for. You didn’t want him to walk on eggshells around you after witnessing you at your lowest moment.

“But we’re still wet,” you point-out, looking at his clothes that were still clinging to his body.

“The wind will dry us,” he heaves himself off the floor and holds a hand out to you, “Let’s go.”

You give him your hand as he helps you off the floor. What did you have to lose? At this point you didn’t care, you just needed to get your mind off everything.

Baji leads you out of the house, grabbing the bottle of pills on his way out and throwing them in his jacket pocket, making a mental note to discard them later. You walk past the open door with a lock that was now busted off the wall. You’d have to explain that to the people you lived with, but you’d face that problem when you got to it–just like Baji said. 

You hop on behind him on his motorbike as he passes you his helmet, making sure it’s securely on your head before he drives off. 

For just a moment, the wind seems to blow all the worries from your mind. With your arms wrapped tightly around Baji’s torso, you close your eyes and think of those better days he had spoken about.

Maybe it wouldn’t be so bad to see if they could really happen…

i'm good at eavesdropping on imaginary conversations between people who exist solely in my head so i think im good at whipping out dialogue, lol. i also pride myself on writing realistic, complex emotions and digging into the deeper, more hidden thoughts of characters.

i think i get so excited about writing my favorite bits i have planned that i rush the pacing of my stories or i force plotpoints that don't make too much sense and can probably be cut. i've been trying to combat that by indulging in the first draft—letting myself write all the exciting, wild ideas i have first before revising and fine-tuning the story to my standards!

wahhh like lynn i find it super hard to choose bc my writing is such a reflection of my interests and general mindset at the time! plus i still love my most busted writing bc i have such a warm appreciation for who i was and how i've improved. buuuuut for whatever reason i'm very proud of this one friends to lovers fic on my ao3 that's set during the wintertime~ i think i was able to get the pacing just right, emotionally and plotwise, and everything just makes sense, and the ending is so satisfying. it's a very solid fic for when i wrote it, and i am very happy to write a simply solid fic :)

I just read the surprise/early update and the sound I made followed by "Torielllll....! :(" after I finished... the anguish I felt is indescribable. This poor, poor woman, if only she knew why this feeling of not knowing what is "real" was because of the resets... You captured the feelings of terror, discombobulation, and bewilderment perfectly. A perfect punch in the gut!

oof yeah i feel in hindsight Toriel learning about the timelines was under-explored. ALSO SORRY IM RAMBLY TONIGHT LOL i just feel like talkin at lenght so apologies for all the long posts past midnight aslfkjasdlf. also THANK YOU for all ur kind asks i don't always answer cause when i get nice asks i like looking at them often but that means i don't respond ;o;

Her reaction is to care about how Asriel must of felt using the power (and granted, in the tumblr version she doesn't know/understand the fact that Asriel was Flowey for a long time before being revived as Asriel. Though in the redraw she's going to learn earlier.) anyway she's like, oh, that must been tough on Asriel ): how lonely

but like??? now i realize she'd have permanent deja vu from all the reloads that weren't erased with a true reset. (which, in AFR universe, isn't even a guarantee) she's suffered from this ability, more so than anyone else as she's the only one to truly know all the kids who've come through the Ruins. (Asgore is also the only other guaranteed one, but uh, we already know his... baggage... with the reloads...)

anyway when she finds out, she's going to go "ok? insane but you have scientific evidence let me adjust to this wild new information" to "wait wait were those unstable years when the kids fell REAL? my kids actually DID kill me? HELLO?" and that's going to be. interesting to explore!

i feel like it could even be an EARLY reveal! I feel like Hol specifically is going to want to apologize for what they did. And now that I have opportunity to explore how Asriel is going to explain the age-up is more than just "oh yeah i was a flower for a while" cause. Toriel KNOWS the amalgamate experiments are (vaguely) recent. She fired Dr.Alphys over it. She knows the details now. So Asriel's explanation of being a flower for years in secret makes no damn sense if they've grown to 16 years old when they died at 12.

So yeah, that's going to be something that'll be pushed to a boiling point in the next chapter(s). HOW exactly is she going to handle all this??? like obviously, she's not going to treat this the same if this were adults committing these horrible acts. they're children. Toriel will continue to love them and forgive them because it truly is not the same situation as it would be with, say, Asgore making the calcuatled decision to murder innocent people. like Hol thinking they're some adventurer badass and killing a monster is very much different from that. (and yeah Asgore is more complicated as it relates to war and the barrier and all that bla bla)

Anyway rambling aside i really really look forward to exploring this. cause like, frankly, toriel canonically has all that angsty bs that people put on sans (when he doesn't even remember reloads or gets killed except last minute in no mercy runs 🙄) like toriel had 6 human kids who canonically reloaded around her. give me THAT angst and exploration of that's consequences. I like getting the chance to explore more of Toriel's psychology, baggage and her journey to moving past that. i'm really sad we don't get to see how toriel improved as a mother and person in AFR but rather just that she did. now we get to!!! fuck yeah!

but yeah god what a horrifying, truly awful thing to experience. like on one hand, she must be relieved "oh so there's nothing actually wrong with my reality i don't have a life altering memory related mental illness (yet)" but also "oh so that was all real and i can never truly look at these kids without knowing they've done something truly, truly unforgivable to me. (but i will forgive them)"

AND NOW i'm thinking that toriel had to been told by flowey at some point what they've done to her too. in one of those reloads, flowey likely confessed to get a reaction from her. after the shock of it, she'd pretend it didn't bother her to forgive them. and that'd build up resentment because Flowey doesn't want to be forgiven, they want punishment and consequences and for it to have mattered.

..Well, Better than the Alternative and Against the Kitchen Floor for BRIAR AHAHAHA!

...Well, Better than the Alternative: A fundamental issue with Briar is that she has a deep sense of self loathing for a good chunk of her arc and that really doesn't start to change until the tail end of Chapter 6, and truthfully that arc and the one that comes after is so, so busy with all the insanity of STYX and Malleus and the state NRC is in, that I don't think she gets much of a chance to focus on the new feelings she’s processing. So because of that, her self image pre-chapter 5 is pretty warped, especially with what happens in Scarab during winter break. Honestly, before chapter 6, in her heart of hearts, due to the chain reaction that came about after her first initial death at age 12-13 and the way that was rectified at a price by Stella, she considers herself a cosmic anomaly that shouldn't have been allowed to exist. So in her mind, she IS a flaw. Or at least a walking talking collection of flaws. One of the flaws that she's actually pretty on the nose about is that she's emotionally driven? She’s a lot softer on the inside and that softness has been bruised by circumstances she didn't ask for, so she knows she's quick to react or raise her fists and bare her teeth, and it gets her into trouble and for all her initial eye-rolling at Riddle's temper, she is by no means any better. Whether it's a pre chapter 6 Briar who doesn't see herself as lovable or a post chapter 6 Briar embracing a new beginning, she'd hope for any S/O she had to be patient enough to handle her often volatile nature. She tries her best. She hopes for someone who can see that. As for a flaw in a S/O she can look over...she's very, very well versed in the pain that comes from being an outsider. It's what kickstarts her attachment to Grim, it's why she shows mercy to Azul in arc 3 and onward, it's a reason why the distance between her and Leona begins to close, and it's the reason she sticks by Malleus long after she's figured out who he is. There are plenty of people in the cast, minor character or not, who have hardened their hearts and done pretty terrible things just to survive. She's willing to pull her punches to spare them any more cruelty. She'd do the same for a lover. I don't think she'd go so far as to actively enable their shittier tendencies. But if they're expecting her to hit em where it hurts like all the other people in their life, it's not gonna happen and they better not make her regret it. Against The Kitchen Floor: Briar is, and you of all people know this more than anyone else at this point, a very complicated person. There is no casual ANYTHING with her. There's nothing simple about who she is or what she fights for or what she can do or what she believes in, why would anyone think that her love life would be any easier? Whether it's because of her position as the descendant of the Sanderson Sisters, her status as NRC's first female student, her responsibilities as Dorm Leader of Ramshackle or her wildly unorthodox method of magic, there's so many facets to her identity and lifestyle it can be very easy to get lost in all of it. She has so much baggage, some she's chosen for herself, some not. But she realizes that choosing her is not for the faint of heart and she understands that as much as she'd love to give someone a fairytale romance and make every day a happily ever after...she just can't. She is who she is and it's not something that she can compromise. She's too messy for a fling, and she's too fierce for fair weather lovers. She needs and wants someone who will be there beside her through thick and thin. She loves fiercely. And she wants to be loved just the same. As for what she considers a dealbreaker....lies, maybe. Deceit. Fickle, spineless lovers who are either too afraid to stand by her when she needs them the most or who never planned to stay by her in the first place. Her worst fear is to be left in the dust by someone she gave her heart to, or kept around until she served a purpose. Also? Pointless cruelty. There better be a heart in there somewhere or she walks.

Okay so my husband @shockwavvvve decided to check out the state of political affairs for himself because I'm super Hella worried about it.

You can watch it here; a lot of it you've seen me post or reblog about. But Dead Domain really gives a whole picture of exactly what's going on in CPAC, and it's horrifying.

The choice between a senile old man who can't be bothered to push for a ceasefire in a genocide quickly enough and another senile old man who wants to install fascism and grift America is hardly an enviable one. But if Trump wins, there is literally never going to be another democratic election. We will literally have a christofascist managed democracy like Hungary or Russia if Project 2025 happens. I know this, but my husband didn't. Big s/o to Dead Domain, she's so real for this one and she also has a part two, but you really dont need to even watch all of part one to understand that the threat is fucking real.

Here's part 2:

The mental gymnastics are absurd. The talks start with how January 6 was a feds-backed false flag to frame MAGA as a domestic terrorist group to disenfranchise them, then two speakers later they say they're going to "finish what we started on January 6th." I am forever going to use Dead Domain's apt descriptor: key jangling rhetoric; it's all just a bunch of hot button words mangled together and don't make sense but get people riled up and under the delusion that they actually want fascism because they're afraid, and I cannot emphasize this enough, of people that are just different.

My husband identified as conservative until he saw just how horrific this was. Please share this with anyone who is unsure that the Republican Party is "really that extreme." We need to save democracy. This matters more than feeling awkward or losing friendships.

Disclaimer: I got all this info through the grapevine and I was not online when this happened, so I could defo be wrong. So if anyone wants to clarify/correct/add information, please feel free to do so :) Anywho, brace yourself, it's a long one lol and pls keep in mind that the show is about a love triangle. 1. Cheating scandal

The streets are saying that two lead actors cheated on their s/o others with each other. Could be true ... maybe not true ... but, allegedly the actor's gf posted something shady in response to this relationship and the two lead actors have gone on to post what some would call 'romantic photos' together.

2. Cast infighting

So, from everyone's understanding, Ilhan Sen is meant to be THE sole male lead for the show ... but he has no prominent role in the story (at this point, I think it's changed) ... rather, his character has been pushed to the sidelines for the other two actors/characters (the ones who are allegedly in a relationship).

Some say it bc the other couple is more famous than the Ilhan x female lead couple, while others say it because the 'dating' actors do not like Ilhan and are trying to ice him out, and are thus being difficult on set and not wanting to shoot with him etc. leading to the story changing. I think the second theory stems from 2 things - 1. Ilhan is apparently not promoting the show like he did with ami (idk how true, I don't follow the show or him on socials) and 2. the 'dating' actors only promote scenes + bts + promo with each other.

3. Bots

The streets alleged that lead (i.e. the dating actor) bought a bunch of bots + fake accounts ... and he is now talking crap about people involved in the show and I think Illhan specifically (idk how true) and is apparently resharing hateful information (idk how true)

His fans are also accused of buying bots and reporting accounts of people who ship llhans character and the female lead.

4. Actors fighting fans

Apparently, that other actor (dating actor) was rude to fans who visited the set. Once again, idk how true... bc from what I heard ... he didn't want to meet them? or was busy or something. Fans apparently don't agree with that and feel like he should make time for them??

5. Production involvement Apparently, production has gotten involved and is trying to diffuse the situation, and is basically making everyone act together and for the story to go forward.

6. Award drama

So, theres drama about who is the main lead on the show ... and one of the award shows nominated Ilhan and the actress characters for best couple ... and that lead to fans fighting everyone lol

Once again ... idk how true all this drama is ... but yeah.

Let me put it in simple and hopefully you understand it skippy. This past election was fair. The ballot counting was part of a process that was legal in terms of how different States handle their elections. Democrats won and Republicans won. Same ballot for both. Same election. So are we all to believe that when Republicans win. It's a fair election. When Democrats win. It's rigged? You've been told this from a failed game show host in the last election. He's butt hurt because he lost. You're butt hurt because the "Big Red Wave" didn't happen. There's no 2000 mules. There's no fucking Santa Claus either.

Ok Sport, let me try to break this down into little bitty words that you can digest and maybe learn something in the process. Ok, Little One? If you think any election in, say the last 20 years, was fair you are fooling yourself. I’m not talking about ballot box stuffing, I’m not talking about laws requiring I.D.’s or even voter intimidation at the polling locations, I’m talking about the long long game that is being played by both sides but most effectively by Democrats. Are you still following along there Bub? Because, I generally don’t pour my political leanings out here, I can see where lots of scary guns might lead you to believe I’m part of the Red Wave band wagon rather than someone who just wants the government to do what it was originally asked with and stop the ever expanding roll they want to play in EVERYONE day to day life. I’m going to give you that, Princess. I give credit where credit is due and Democrats have the best long game in the political arena, a big part of that is they keep people in power for decades and then get pissed when people are given seats to the bench for a life time because we all know they would love life time seats in Congress.  I have always given credit to Democrats for their long game, When they are put in power regardless of level have a stack of plans ready to go. Those plans are almost always contrary to what the PEOPLE want but 110% what the Democrat power base and interests want. (See Mr. Biden, day one.) In contrast Republicans talk about plans and what they will do when given power and when they have it they stand there with shocked looks on their faces and their hand devoid of any plan, so they shoot from the hip and miss every mark. (See 2016’s repeal and replace of the ACA.)  But Democrats maneuvering start at street level, and they are effective at it. Where Republicans “Work” if you can call it that at the mid-level. (See redistricting that booted Rep. Sean Maloney (NY). They all do it, if you think they don’t you’re diluting yourself.

There is always talk of ballot box stuffing, ballot harvesting, gerrymandering and the like, more so since CoVID. If you think it’s not happening again see the line above this. It’s happening on both sides, I’m not saying that out of some conspiracy theory, Alex Jones thought process I’m saying it because it’s human nature. Humans cheat at things to win for the sake of the win, and they will cheat more often when they think their chances of being caught are lowest, our voting laws have made that evident. Case in point, I have opted out of every election cycles mail in ballot process since Nevada started doing it, Every cycle I get a mail in ballot, this year I got two? When you go to the poling location they ask you if you have your mail in ballot, I tell them no I burned them. If you do have it, it is dropped into a box and who knows what is done with it. I would prefer it was dropped into a shredder there in front of the voter to remove any doubt of what happed to it but that’s just me. I’d also prefer if mail in ballots were opt-in rather than opt-out. In the 20+ years I was in the Army I had to opt-in for an absentee ballot, I was not just sent one by default. So when I say I give Democrats credit for their ability to advance plan, have plans on hand when needed and their insane ability to keep old ass fuckers in elected seats I truly mean it.

Now, little buddy let’s talk about money and the media. Because none of this happens without the media and money. This is the root of how politicians get rich in office and how “interests” grease the wheels. It is not the mom and pop donor that is feeding the Democrats 1,222,701,185 in 2022 or the 1,010,083,760 to the Republicans it is big money donors that want hand have the ears of the very people they are pouring cash all over. Sure that bump that the individual donor add stacks up but there is a reason we get a text, a robocall, or an email and George Sporos and Richard Uihlein get a phone call they also get direct access to those in power (See the 2016 State Department emails to and from Chris Canavan of the Soros Fund Management and Assistant-Secretary of State Victoria Nuland Soros at that time was trying to used his direct access to the State Department to effect movement of his “vision of Ukrain” via our State Department. Soros would be part of a call with the State department 6 days after the emails were sent.) As if it wasn’t enough that massive donors have direct access to upper ends of the Government to ensure their political will the US Government itself actively worked to stop the flow of money to political opponents. (See the IRS admitting that it targeted Tea Party and Conservative 501(c)(3) and (c)(4)  organizations between 2009 and 2012. Now Sweet pants we get to the media. I’m not going to beat this dead horse very long because it kicks up the flies BUT, it is well documented that mainstream media, online networks and social media have made direct and intentional moves to suppress news that would shine as discouraging light on Democrats while highlighting stories that would show Republicans in an unflattering light. Do you remember the Trump Russian Collusion buttfuck? Of have you, like the media washed that from your mind Comrade? What about the Hunter Biden lap top that was such a work of fiction that Twitter ban people for sharing the story and the mainstream media refused to cover even the Idea of it, and yet here we are with state and federal official investigating it now years later because of it validity. I know you just want to counter with “But Fox news”, Christ Little Britches why in the hell would Fox not be a Right side propaganda outlet when CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, The Times, The Post , and hundred maybe thousands of subsidiary outlets of video and print are doing it for the Left? In conclusion Sport, your entire statement, your entire conclusion is wrong about me. I have writers block so I'll serve you a word vomit of angst

• Imagine a long time after everything at NRC, after graduation, after Malleus becomes king, Lilia lives in that small cottage again

• Imagine him keeping a diary so he wouldn't forget his memories but for some reason stopped.

• Imagine Lilia opening his diary for the first time in years to be reminded of his time in NRC and that he had a son

• Imagine Lilia searching desperately for his son only to find his grave with a sword symbol engraved in it

• Imagine him remembering Silver's death and that he didn't record it because he didn't want to accept the fact that his son was gone.

Imagine that

Your reminder that Lilia will have to bury Silver one day, and that fact that he is a knight doesn't make his chances of living a long life any better.

Ateez as Danger Days songs

Danger Days (by My Chemical Romance) has a lot of similar aspects and themes to Ateez' discography, mostly because their storylines are both dystopian. So I went through all the Danger Days songs and matched the songs to the Ateez members (more so the characters they play in the lore) based on my personal interpretation of the lore of both groups/bands. It's for my own enjoyment, I had fun.

1. Hongjoong as Vampire Money

Initially I didn't know if I should include Vampire Money because it's not really apart of the overall DD/Killjoys story. But it's very Hongjoong coded, with the David Bowie inspiration, and the fast pace of it all reminds me of his rapping. It stands out from the rest of the album, maybe that reflects on his authority as a Captain. I'm biased but Hongjoong has always reminded me of Gerard Way and his mannerisms, and its especially prevalent in this song. Unrelated but this song is pretty much a diss track on Twilight, and I love Twilight btw, but now it means I can connect Hongjoong to another one of my major interests - vampires.

2. Seonghwa as Destroya

HEAR ME OUT if you know anything about MyChem you probably also know the weird reputation of Destroya. But my reasoning is that behind the somewhat strange vocals, Destroya's main theme is based around a beacon of hope, with the actual character - of the massive robot called Destroya - representing salvation for the oppressed. This theme (in my interpretation) is also in Halazia, because in the music video that scarecrow/Halateez figure seems to represent hope for those people. And Halazia for me always reminds me of Seonghwa, probably because of his visuals in the music video and his siren vocals which I am so in love with.

3. Yunho as The Only Hope For Me Is You

I read up on some of the diary entries a few days ago, but I am by no means we'll versed in what they mean or what they represent. But Yunho's entry was very focused around his brother and a very close relationship between the two, which is also shown in this song as the narrator places their faith entirely in the hands of the person they trust. It connects with the Killjoys (the main characters of Danger Days) as being their wish to be remembered, and I think that's also something Ateez (or Halateez?) would want in their universe.

4. Yeosang as S/C/A/R/E/C/R/O/W

The distortion on this song is so heavy and that reminds me Yeosang's low register/voice in Halazia & Ep2: Outlaw. The lyrics are really out there with this idea of isolation and separation, and from watching Ateez' music videos (though I definitely don't entirely understand them) Yeosang seems to be more distant from the group on the regular, like when he's trapped in another dimension/world. Furthermore it connects to Ateez lore as "Scarecrow" refers to a police type extermination team, and that could either be Halateez in the earlier MVs or the masked individuals who keep popping up.

5. San as Save Yourself I'll Hold Them Back

This song holds a message of making a name for yourself and being determined to stand up for yourself, both in the real world for the fans and also for the Killjoys in the fictional dystopia. It took me a while to decide who'd fit this concept best, but I decided on San within the MVs he's a very stand out character who's hard to miss, his character obviously strives to be strong and overcome (re: pulling down the moon/sky ball in Halazia) but also in his diary entry he mentions making it "his" world, showing that he's not going to conform to a higher being.

6. Mingi as Party Poison

Party Poison inspired this entire post. This entire deep dive. I made the fatal decision to watch the Bouncy music video (for the 100th time) right after listening to Party Poison and seeing Mingi in the bar put me through it. I'm assuming Mingi is Django, that's my interpretation, and Party Poison is one of the Killjoy characters who's also Django, in a conceptual sense. The song walks you through a very violent encounter where Party (the character) uses dance and music as an accompanying metaphor. Music and dance is a very strong theme here, and obviously it's also a main theme within Ateez' music as a whole. Party Poison is also just a very eccentric person and those vibes shone through with Cowboy Mingi in Bouncy.

7. Wooyoung as Planetary (GO!)

Similarly to Mingi and San, Wooyoung matches with Planetary because of the overarching themes of dance/music as well as overwhelming determination. A big part of the Killjoys characters is that they're never ones to be forgotten and they'll do the craziest out of pocket things in order to be remembered by fellow outsiders or by Blind (the oppressive system) themselves. This brings chaos to the song, I personally think Wooyoung embodies this chaos in his performance and his character within the lore. The song speaks directly to you, as the listener, and it's very easy to imagine Wooyoung being the one to shout these social commentaries at you.

8. Jongho as SING

Again, if you're familiar with My Chemical Romance, you might know that SING doesn't have the most favourable reputation among fans. They're wrong, objectively I disrespect their opinion (jk) because SING is so goated, so top tier. Why Jongho, besides the obvious reason that his singing is off the scales incredible. It's Jongho because the song details the power of singing and music in the face of who want to put you down and the way Jongho's vocals make me feel is like that. He's very inspirational, he said on Lee Mujin's service that he wants to be recognised for the work and effort he's put into his voice and SING represents that view entirely. Goated man for a goated song.

Finally, overall I adore My Chemical Romance and Ateez and they're probably the only thing I think about most of the time. One of the reasons I found myself loving Ateez so much was because I recognised the similarities they have with MyChem so I often find myself comparing them as artists and comparing their songs, mostly the themes within their songs. Obviously it's not a unique idea to portray motivation and inspiration through a dystopian storyline, but Ateez & Mychem (MyTeez? AtChem?) manage to do this incredibly well through both sound and visuals. If you've read all of this then THANK YOU <3 wholeheartedly I appreciate you for giving me the time of day to talk about silly little musical connections, despite them not being that coherent or even making sense.

If you've never listened to Danger Days, or My Chemical Romance, I'd highly recommend it, it's a very enjoyable listening experience. And look into the Killjoys comic book/story if you're into dystopian fiction. and found family tropes
