ANYWAY losing my mind because my instinct was to respond with “her tears.” And then my brain was like. Minnie that’s not a part of the body…that’s not how any of this works…But let’s pretend for a moment like I am valid, shall we?

No cap, I die on this hill. And my answer comes in two parts. The first reason tears destroy him like nothing else is because of how much she feels for the van Gogh brothers tbh. While he may argue that he’s used to it, he’s full of shit. It hurts every time–even more so because people are being dismissive about the person he loves most in the world (other than her, of course.) He’ll be silent for the most part, usually pretty stoic if those things come up, but the way her eyes glisten with tears just undoes him. He feels stupid to be so affected, but it’s something else entirely when somebody actually gives a damn. Somehow it's harder to keep his composure under that gaze...

The second reason is more about teasing. He can’t resist getting a reaction out of her sometimes, or seeing her brought to frustrated tears. That lovely blush overtaking the tips of her ears and face, to say nothing if it happens during nsfw hours. They make her face shine, a visible manifestation of all the emotion he tries so hard to deny–to run from–that it just moves him like nothing else. Where he can't find words or proper expression, she always does. Leonardo said once that a single glance at that man and you can tell he’s in love with art. And he was right, save that that kind of passion can be found in him again in moments like this. Alone, driving her to madness and pleasure.

I’m KIDDING mostly but to be honest I think he has a hard time hiding his distress when MC is hurt. If it’s something small he’ll try to play it off as mild irritation, muttering about oblivious hondjes and how she needs to be more careful. If it’s something like a bruise or a bandaged cut–maybe she bumped into something–he’ll just clumsily try to pat the pain away. Don’t try to hide it from him either because he has eyes like a hawk and will expose you. He’ll be a dumdum but it’s really sweet because he’ll be so gentle over such a tiny wound (it always amuses Dazai so much) that all the men will have to kind of hold back laughter. They don’t mean to mock the guy but he takes it so seriously it’s a little bit funny. Vincent is so unironically proud of him for being sensitive though and it’s enough to make a girl cry TwT

If it’s a very serious injury I am sorry but you are getting nothing but probably a panic attack from him. He doesn’t really do well with even the slightest suggestion of losing a loved one, so if she breaks a bone or experiences excessive bleeding–whatever the risk may be to her life–he is fighting to stay in control of his body’s response. He’s trying so hard to be strong for her, but he can hardly breathe and his vision is a little fuzzy and did they say she would be unconscious for a few days? Needless to say he’s a bit of a mess. Ideally, Vincent would do his best to help the guy stabilize while he waits for things to improve, but it’s touch and go for a bit there.

When she wakes up, he needs as much gentleness as she does in many respects. The stress attacks and constant distress have just resulted in so much tension and exhaustion, he doesn’t even have the energy for any verbal swipes at anyone. (I was going to say “he’s just a big puppy” but the irony hit me so hard I literally couldn’t finish typing the sentence). He just really needs lots of kisses and hand holds and promises she isn’t going anywhere, completely unprompted. Not to be emo (WAKE ME UP) but he really needs to be brought back to life slowly, in a way. He’ll get better with some time and assurance that she’s going to make it, but oTL hondje please, he can only take so many heart attacks in one lifetime.

I’m KIDDING but I stand by the fact that he’s more of a show than tell type of guy. He has a really, really hard time verbalizing everything that he feels, so I think the person he loves would ideally have to keep that in mind. He’s lowkey but very classy, imo. Gets surprise flowers every once in a while, buys groceries after work all the time if she needs things at home, always reliable with taking care of their finances (and in general). I feel like the thing about Theodorus is that he’s the quiet romantic; he won’t smooth talk or endlessly go on about love, but when she needs him? He’s there. Come hell or high water. When things are hard, when things feel impossible, when life just feels like one slap in the face after another–he’s warm and there and steady, leading her by the hand.

All jokes aside, I think he’s the type of guy who just has no idea how to handle it. I mean she’s the one that’s usually pretty stable emotionally, so when she isn’t it tends to be a big deal–the cause of her foul mood has got to be sizable. While he may be stymied upfront, will most likely go after the root cause of her distress and kill it with a hammer when her back is turned. Nobody upsets his hondje (unless it’s him) and gets away with it. The man has two modes: kill and more kill, and so he uses the second one as necessary in these situations.

That being said, it doesn't mean he's completely bereft of sensitivity. If it's a more sorrowful kind of upset, he'll try to make time for a lot of cuddling and pampering. Get her things she likes to eat/drink, rub her back gently, put on a movie she likes (even if it's boring to him). COMFORT - How would they help their s/o when they feel down/have a panic attack etc.? They're admittedly...a little awkward with stuff like that at first. Sam is better at it than Camila because he has experience being an older brother caring for a loved one who is definitively Not Okay. Camila was an only child who was raised by a father who pretty much never showed emotion like that and never really soothed her when she did. It was kind of treated as an inconvenience and when Sam on the rare occasion needs something like that from her she has to fight through that unfortunately. But she cares for him. Really does so she puts her best effort into it.

Neither of them have panic attacks but in terms of them feeling sad/angry/broken about something I think that Sam works really, really hard to be the one person who lets Camila breakdown and lose control. Wordlessly, he kinda is able to ground her and give her permission to not be okay. He lets her get it all out and then tries to cheer her up - cracking stupid jokes, etc.

Camila is very good at being patient with Sam. He gets all wound up when he's upset and she just kinda lets him do his thing while steering him away from more....reckless ways he distracts himself. And when he finally uncoils a bit from that she's there like okay, let's talk this out and you will talk to me at some point. She's laidback about it which makes it easy for Sam to talk to her and he always feels better because she's a very good listener. Doesn't offer advice if it isn't wanted, just sits and listens to him.

One, because they’re weird and show their affection by roasting and teasing each other a lot of the time. And two they are wary about getting serious. I think a lot of it has to do with trust between them, that they’ve nurtured in this partnership. They at a certain point really only trust each other with some things which is huge for people like them. There’s more lingering glances. They already spend so much damn time together but they make more excuses to be with each other. Sam gets super protective. They’re both kind of oblivious to it though because it’s such an easy, subtle shift into love from the intimacy and trust they were building slowly but surely.

LOVE Confession - How would they confess to their s/o? They both know each other so well and their frenemies + partners with benefits very easily slips into caring for each other territory despite the shit they give each other. Capital L love is a little bit different. They’re both a bit tentative that the word will send the other running for the hills. I think she’s more stubborn than Sam is by a little bit and can kind of hold out in decisions and arguments they’re split on. Sam is more laidback than Camila is with most things so he’s fine with her taking the lead. In more physical aspects of their relationship, Sam is more of the dominant figure. Not like...really intensely/strictly and Camila definitely makes him work for it much to both their delights (She’s...quite a brat if you catch my drift) but Sam is more...passively dominant when it comes to that sort of thing.

I am ISTJ and even though I was born in America I come from a Mexican family. So I am fluent in Spanish and English. Along side of Mandarin Chinese (still learning) and Japanese (still learning)

Appearance wise, I have olive skin, long wavy/curly hair that reaches my tailbone (i like putting it in side braid). I also have long bangs that quite often fall over my glasses. And just too lazy to move them. I also have dimples when I smile. I will bite anyone who try poke them.

Personality: I can get hard to know at first because I have trust issues (my heart has been broken okay) . Not too mention people don't try to get know me because of my major Resting Bitch Face. They think I am judging them or that I am scary. But I am not... I am attentive so I will stand up for myself and anyones else. I am patient. Also, after you get to know me you will realize I am a chaotic crackhead with a melodramatic persona. Like "your star is here!" "The stage is calling for me. Move out of my way" "the spotlight is on me so could you move you crusty face?" I like to tease and flirt with the people I am close to. I zone out or daydream a lot. And in the worst times. It could be a serious meeting and I am chuckling because of something in my head. Which have scared people. It could be during a conversation and I will stop listening. But I will always feel bad and apologize.

I also like to scare people. Like tell them the unsolved cases or horrific cases that I know (I love unsolved cases) . This is also why my little siblings hate me. Turns out talking kids murder cases and disapperinv cases was not appropriate for bed time story... woops.....

I like to pop out of nowhere and either flick or playfully punch my friends and say boo. I do accidentally roast people. I don't think before I say things. And don't realize until hours or days later. And I am like "shit"

I am sarcastic and that has gotten me in trouble before. My friend asked for my advice and I didn't know she was being serious. So I gave her a sarcastic advice and she came back to me mad. I was like "shit you believed me?"

Likes/hobbies: i like my anatomy class and I like to read, write, meditate (because I get stressed a lot). I really like to dance and listen to music. Which my music taste is everywhere: Kpop, classical music, jazz, jpop, Spanish songs, rock, metal. Every music genre except for country. I like to play the violin.

My passion lies in the arts and crafts. I would like to do illustration and photography. More specifically street fashion photography and and event photography. Like weddings and funerals. Yes funeral photography does exist and I will like to do it. Since it is also special event. I draw a lot of portraits and landscapes. I have been told that my art is either scary or mysterious. Though I can get a little caught up with my passion. I practice to get better with no rest.

Flaws/toxic traits: I am not empathetic or sympathetic. People always thought I didn't care about my friend's issues. I do i just don't understand them. My compassion does make up for this and will give advice. My other flaw, is the high walls I build to protect myself. I am there for other people. But people were never there for me. People have manupliated me and that cause me trust issues. I don't know how to handle negative emotions like depression, anxiety, self doubt, procrastination. So I just isolate myself in these moods. They really take a toll on me and make me think I can't do my passions. I am afraid of commitment because of toxic relationships i had before.

Love language: I am not obvious with affection. (Because no one ever gave me it). I show it through my teasing and flirting. My love language is however Act of Service. I will help my s/o with anything they need. Chores, work, advice, etc. Sort of the mom of my friend group. But a Savage mom as I have been told. "Stop crying, here I made you a cookie" "do I need to hurt someone" "don't worry I can get coffin with a lock in it". I am also an aggressive supporter. Like "No YOU are beautiful. YOU are gorgeous!" (This happened when someone gives me affection and time try to turn the attention to them as way to hide my fluster)

I will call my s/o like "stupid" "idiot" but in a endearing way. Okay. Occasionally I will use "beloved" and "Cariño/cariña"

I am not good receiving verbal affection or physical affection. I was never given affection so I am not used to it. I will start blushing and stop working. I will also probably say "idiot" or turn the attention to them like "no.. u" but I think fails because I am terrible at hiding my blush. I get easily flustered with affection okay. But I won't ever admit that I like it. Though it is obvious.

Sexuality: i am bisexual so it doesn't matter what gender I am paired up with.

Funt fact i guess?: I love small plants, plushies, and banana milk. Like I have hundreds of different kinds of plants and they each have their own name. Like GGmo, Lily, Melody, Edward. I love Banana milk as I said. I drink it every evening. It always get me happy so when I am sad or had a bad day. I drink banana milk and I am happy. It is also to make up for my coffee addiction. Sebastian is very curious in nature, so he definitely wants to know what you're really like, not the front you put on.

He's also very charming when he wants to, he makes it very easy to open up to him and get comfortable around him.

Sure, he, as a demon, doesn't really care much for humans, so when he doesn't have to play the polite, kind butler, he probably has a RBF as well, however, I think that changes when he's interacting with someone he loves.

His sweet words may have been a mask at first, so he could see the real you, but the closer you two become, the more he means every word of praise, encouragment or comfort he utters.

He would most certainly be amused by your crackhead self once you do get comfortable around him, but it's not really his vibe. He wouldn't scold you for being loud, brash or inapropriate, like he does the other servants.

If he's in a really good mood or when the situation calls for it, he can be dramatic as well. Sometimes he'd do it just to get on Ciel's nerves XD

One big pro of being with Sebastian is that he lets you off the hook a lot. If he was talking to anyone else and they'd space out, oh honey, he would stare them down so hard, it's sending chills down my spine just thinking about it. But if it's you it's like a complete 180, Sebastian can't possibly be mad at you, everyone spaces out sometimes, those things just happen.

The other servants make sure to be on your good side so that you could intercede with him on their behalf.

You can't scare him with your true crime stories, but you sure as hell can scare the others. And you can bet your ass Seb's gonna help! The plan is: You tell the story and then he's gonna pop up out of nowhere behind them, giving them mini heart attacks.

If you try to scare him though, you'll need to be on guard 24/7 until he gets you in return. And even if your on guard all the time, he finds a way to scare the life out of you.

Your humor is practically the same, I mean, Sebastian is great at off handed remarks/roasts and sarcastic comments that you have to look for to really see them. You two could be talking shit about anyone and everybody would be like "Oh yeah, normal conversation, yes"

Sebastian would love to dance with you. And trust me when I say this, he is good at any type of dance. If you two are ever at a ball, prepare your feet, because he's not gonna let go of you the whole night (unless his master is in danger of course).

He would be your #1 supporter, he'd go with you out to take photos, and if you asked him to look at some, he'd take a good long look at each and every one of them and describe in detail how he feels about them. Also would go to any art shows you'd host if it came to it.

When it comes to sympathy and empathy, Sebastian also has a hard time showing these feelings. He's been alive for far longer than any human on Earth and he's a demon. He's never had any of the problems humans have, so naturally he doesn't kniw what it feels like to have them. Plus, before you came into his life, he didn't care much for them either.

However, he's gonna be there for you whenever you need him, emotionally or practically, even though he doesn't get your feelings.

You both have walls put up, you because of bad past experiences, him because as a demon, he has major issues with being vulnerable in any way. And I'm not talking just emotionally here, but demons are almost undestroyable, yet they have very few weaknesses that they just need to hide away.

It's rare Sebastian has a problem, but even if he had, you wouldn't know, because he thinks you, as a human, wouldn't understand and so he won't burden your mind with it. However, he's very perceptive and so if your behaviour changes, be it due to anxiety or a depressive episode, he'll know.

Now, he's not the type of person to try and break down your walls by force, but in situstions like these, where he's not sure how to help, you gotta talk to him and he won't leave you alone until you tell him how he can help.

He's not above carrying you around and doing everything for you until you're embarassed enough to tell him

He is very appreciative of your help around, since the other servants are good at everything but what they're supposed to do.

You with your tough love and Sebastian with his teeth rotting compliments and affection, it'd be honestly really funny to watch. He adores how you show affection, because it's different from most people he's known. But on the other hand, you can't expect him not to spoil you afte all the hard work you do every day?

He would really shower you in love and affection, because you deserve it and because it makes you flustered XD

♥ god damnit , i should be doing homework , so i’ll just write a more condescend version on the feelings i have vehemently expressed to you before:”) ♥ ( note ; do not read this post if you absolutely love yang with all of your heart as well as b/umbleby , to each their own , these are just my own personal opinions and im not trying to offend anybody ) 

♥ yang’s character is honestly beyond flawed , and not in the “ everybody has negative traits about them “ way , as in the “okay what the hell this doesnt make sense , why are you so [ insert trait here ] “ way

♥ as a person who has dealt with abandonment issues due to a job one of my parents had , i understand where her anger issues and some emotional ones from volumes 1 - 4 and partially 5 came from . it makes sense as to why she can easily get ticked off because of said issues, but thats . the only real thing about her character i understand / like .

♥ one of the biggest things i absolutely despise about her is how hypocritical she is . in volume 5 she said that they shouldn’t lie to each other anymore , and that they should share the full truth . but then at the end of this very same volume , she learns her mother , raven , is the spring maiden , but chooses not to say a word about it . the only words she does say about raven when asked about her is “ gone . “ she doesnt say that she needed to tell qrow something when it was just them , or anything like that . and raven being the maiden has yet to be brought up again , two volumes later . this really just pisses me off because she verbally attacked ozpin for hiding his past , his traumas , and yet barely talks about her own , keeps one of the biggest secrets that can literally change how they fight this war against salem . she demands answers , but never gives any of her own . its very hypocritical and blatantly childish , if you ask me . 

♥ she also has almost never said a single thing to stand up for faunus or attempted to help them . the only time she said anything about being faunus is when we saw cardin pulling on velvet’s ears and tormenting her , only saying “ it must be hard to be a faunus “ she makes no move to help velvet , no move to pummel cardin into the ground for his racist and abusive actions , and we never see her talk with velvet after and asking her if she was alright . 

♥ now ! about b/umbleby . a lot of my salt for yang stems / weaves in with this ship . not only is yang hypocritical about stuff in show , but her behavior towards blake is toxic at a lot of points from how i see it . in volume 2 , when blake was stressing herself out and not properly caring for herself , yang exploited blakes genetics as a feline faunus to get blake to do what she wanted her to . yang used a laser pointer to get her attention and to essentially drag her away from what she was doing . in my eyes , thats blatantly racist and no better than r*byn h*ll calling marrow ‘ wags ‘ in volume 7 . going back to the abandonment issues , when blake leaves , yang is upset , which sort of but not really makes sense . theyre partners , supposedly best friends . what i dont like is how yang went from being entirely angry at blake even existing , having one talk with weiss , and then suddenly being so happy that she was back ? really, as i mentioned , as somebody who has dealt with abandonment issues , it does n o t work like that . i wish the show addressed yangs anger for her leaving with blake , so they could both learn from the experience , even if i dont blame blake for leaving what so ever .  

♥ something else ive noticed is that yang will go one second where she says nothing to a woman who is being blatantly and openly racist towards blake’s heritage , looking mildly ticked off at best , to the next when the group is trying to steal an atlesian airship , abandoning her post to help blake fight adam and throwing her motorcycle at him j u s t for a dramatic entrance . a motorcycle that yang has been seen to be protective over and is one of her main accessories in certain parts of the show , specifically early rwby . it just does not make sense to me . yes , yang was trying ( and honestly , failing ) to not be as angry at stuff as she used to , but somebody was verbally attacking her teammate , partner and friend and she said not a single word . but she threw a precious item , which also likely could have been a gift from her father at some point , into the water nearby just to hit a man , never seeing the motorcycle again . 

♥ EDIT : i didn’t even mention how at some points it seems like yang is trying to make blake dependent on her , and im n o t getting into that right now . 

♥ all in all ? the best way to describe my feelings on yang : i hate her . i really do . she could be written so much better and i really hate that a character who had potential in volumes 1 - 3 got thrown away post - fall of beacon .

But could you maybe work in an imagine where the readers dad is emotionally and verbally abusive and after a massive fight with him she shows up at Shawns door and he is just super protective and worried like “omg you’re crying” and pulling her into his arms really tightly because im desperate!! soz for being grossly deep i hate it too, im disgusted with myself lmao😂💕

A/n: I tried my best to combine these into one imagine because they were similar.

It is one of those nights again. One of those nights where you wish things didn’t have to be this way. Your dad was angry before you even arrived home, and it seems you’re the one who has to take the brunt of his emotions. This is often the case, but you’d rather it be you than your younger siblings, which is the only reason why you still live at home. It’s he reasons you refuse to move out, no matter how much you want to. Shortly after you got home, you managed to get your dad to lay off your younger sister, but that meant he verbally attacked you instead.

You’ve been trying to figure out your dad your whole life, but still you haven’t figured out how to avoid pissing him off or setting him off, no matter how hard you try. He’s so unpredictable that it is almost impossible to know exactly what will trigger him at any given moment. Tonight’s blow up was exceptionally bad. You basically had to sit through an hour of your dad telling you how worthless, ungrateful, and unintelligent you are. It didn’t start off that way. It started off as an argument. Just a simple argument that got turned on you when it wasn’t related to you at all in the first place. He was arguing with your sister when you got home, and you stepped in. Because it wasn’t fair that he was yelling at her for something that wasn’t her fault.

By the time your mom arrived home later that evening, it was an all-out screaming match between you and your dad. She didn’t get involved. She never does anymore. She just retreated to their bedroom, leaving the two of you alone. By the end, you were exhausted. You would think that hearing the same things over and over would mean that it would no longer phase you, but the truth is that you’ve heard it so much, the voice inside your head says the exact same things to you, and sometimes that can be worse than hearing it from your dad.

You hold in all your emotions, just like you’ve learned to do after so much practice. By the time your dad has finally yelled at you enough to be content that you understood what he was saying, its nearly one in the morning. He disappears into his room, and you check on your little siblings before returning to your own room for bed. Your brother and sister are both in your sister’s bed. You can tell they both cried, probably while falling asleep to the sound of your father screaming at you downstairs, but at least they’re fast asleep now. Your heart hurts for them, you want nothing more than to protect them, but you’re doing the best you can and yet it doesn’t seem like it’s enough. It never seems like its enough. On most nights like this one, after a blowup like the one that just happened, you’d probably fall asleep in your sister’s beanbag chair, just wanting to be there for them.

But tonight is different. Tonight’s fight took way more out of you than normal and at some point, you just can’t hold yourself together anymore. You’ve reached that point. You return to your room, grabbing your phone from where you had left it on your bed before you had found your sister and dad fighting. You have a few texts from Shawn. He’s home, so his texts were just asking what you were up to and if you wanted to go over to his place. These texts were sent over an hour ago. When he didn’t receive a reply, he called, but of course, you didn’t answer. His last text said, I guess you’re busy. Text me back when you’re free. I love you babe.

You decide to call him, not realizing just how late it is. It rings but then goes to voicemail. You lay back on your bed, your fathers voice still echoing in your head. It isn’t just the words he said, but the way that you’ve come to believe they’re true. You’re not good enough, not pretty enough, not smart enough, not worthy. You’re not protecting your siblings the way you should be, you saw their tearstained faces. But the truth is, you’re exhausted. Too exhausted for all of this. You close your eyes and let the tears silently fall from your eyes. 

The sound of your phone buzzing startles you, but you know who it is before you look. “Hello?” You answer, trying desperately to hide the fact that you were crying just seconds ago. 

“Hey, y/n?” His deep, sleepy voice comes through the phone.

“Shit. I’m sorry babe, I didn’t mean to wake you.” And you think your voice sounds fine, since you’re more concerned about having just woken him up, but he seems to catch something in your tone that you didn’t even notice yourself.

“Baby, what’s wrong?” He asks, sounding a bit more awake than he did a second ago.

“Nothing,” you lie, your voice giving you away a little more this time, “I just didn’t realize you were sleeping and I called you back because you called me, but I didn’t mean to wake you up.”

“What were you doing all night?” He questions, ignoring your lie.

“I was just home.” You say, being vague on purpose. “Go back to sleep.”

“You were home?” He questions. “Can I come pick you up? What’s wrong?” He asks. He knows a hint of what goes on at your house, but you try not to tell Shawn everything, because of how protective he gets. Your dad hasn’t hit you or your siblings, but he’s never shy with using his words to hurt you just as much. You know Shawn wouldn’t be okay with that, and you don’t like him worrying too much about you when he’s traveling for work. You know he already worries and doesn’t like leaving you.

“No, you’re sleeping.” You respond. 

“Babe, I’m not sleeping anymore. And I’m not going back to sleep until I know you’re okay.” He responds, sounding completely awake now. “Did something happen? Is that why you didn’t answer my texts?” He questions.

“I just got into a little argument with my dad.” You say, trying to downplay it as much as possible. 

“I’m coming to get you.” He responds, and you hear movement in the background.

“No,” You respond, “I’ll come over.”

“I’m already on my way. I’ll be there in ten minutes.” He says, and you have no doubt he’s already in his Jeep, so you don’t argue anymore.

You only say, “Drive safely, and don’t speed.” Because its easily a fifteen to twenty-minute drive from his place to yours.

Shawn takes a little over ten minutes to get to your place, which tells you that he didn’t listen to you. As soon as you get into his car, he pulls you closer to himself, leaning over the middle console to get closer to you. Wrapping his arms around you, he asks, “What happened tonight?”

You just shake your head, leaning into him and treasuring the feeling of comfort and safety that he provides for you. But you don’t want to talk about it. You’ve both been here before, and he knows you won’t talk unless you want to, no matter how hard he tries to get you to. So he takes your hand and holds onto it the entire drive back to his apartment. Silence settles between you two, only filled with the soft sounds of his radio, but it is a comfortable silence. A silence that tells you that even if you won't talk, Shawn is still there for you. 

When you arrive at his apartment, he takes your hand again, holding it tightly as he leads you inside. He leads you straight to his bedroom, and you crawl into bed next to him. He holds you tightly, like he wants to just cuddle your pain away, but tonight that’s not possible. 

“Baby?” He questions after a few minutes of silence.

“Hmm?” You answer, your mind still miles away from him.

“Can you tell me what’s bothering you? What happened tonight?” Even he can tell that tonight was different. He’s picked up on how close you are to your breaking point.

You just shake your head, no. You don’t want to tell him. Partially because you know that if he knows what really happens at your house that he’d freak out, but also because you know telling him will make him worry more about you and try to take care of you even more. In the end, the real reason why you don’t want to tell him isn’t really even about him at all. You’re afraid to talk about it. In a way, you always have been. Your mom has always brushed over your dad’s behavior, always told you not to talk about it, that its not a big deal. You’ve been told that for as long as you can remember. Your dad has been like this for as long so you can remember. 

But now, Shawn is staring at you with those big, honest brown eyes, and you know it hurts him not knowing. You know you should be honest with him, that he deserves to know the truth. He deserves to know how you’re feeling and why and what happens on these nights where he picks you up while you’re on the verge of falling apart. Truthfully, he deserves so much more than what you’ve been giving to him.

“I had an argument with my dad.” You admit quietly. And you know Shawn already knows this because you had told him this over the phone, but you need to start this conversation somewhere.

“What was it about?” Shawn questions, equally as quiet.

“I don’t really even know.” 

Shawn looks at you with a confused expression. “You don’t know?”

You just shrug in response because you do know. “He was yelling at y/s/n when I got home. It wasn’t her fault. He hadn’t picked her up from school like he was supposed to so she caught a ride home with her friend. She called him, but he didn’t pick up, and he went to the school later, and she wasn’t there because he was an hour late. But he yelled at her because she wasn’t there when he came, and he said it was her fault. I told him that it wasn’t her fault. That he shouldn’t yell at her for that, but then he just started yelling at me.”

“What did he yell at you about?” Shawn asks curiously.

You just shrug in response. “He just was angry that I stepped in. He doesn’t like it when I defend them, but someone has to. They’re just kids, they don’t deserve to be screamed at.” You don’t mention how you always stand up for your siblings because you wish someone had done that for you when you were their age.

“What did he say?” Shawn questions. Shawn doesn’t really know about your dad’s anger issues and his way with words. He knows that you and your dad don’t always get along, but that’s about it. On the outside, your dad mostly appears like a good guy. He’s a business man, he’s worked at the same company for twenty years, and so it seems like he’s a good dad and provides for his family.

You start listing things that your dad has said throughout the night. “I’m not going to amount to anything, that I’m ungrateful, that I can’t do anything right—”

Shawn sits up suddenly, facing you, a horrified expression on his face. “Y/n, that’s not true.”

You just shrug, not entirely sure if Shawn is right or not. You’ve heard these things from your dad so many times, that even if Shawn is telling you that they’re not true, that’s not enough to get you to believe him completely.

“You’re one of the most intelligent people I know, and you’re also one of the most driven people I know. You’re going to do amazing things.”

“Okay, Shawn.” You respond, not really believing him.

“Y/n,” Shawn says sternly. “Look at me, please.” He says, a lot softer, and you listen. “Your dad should never say things like that to you. No one should ever say things like that to you. Or to anyone.”

You nod. Somewhere in your heart, you know that what your dad has said to you isn't something a father should say to his daughter, but that doesn't mean that you're able to brush it off or not believe it. If you hear something so many times, if you grow up being told something, its hard to not believe it. Shawn seems really concerned now. 

“Y/n, what he said is not true.” Shawn says, trying desperately to get you to believe him.

“I know you think it isn’t.” You respond, not knowing how else to react.

“Because its not. I didn’t know your dad told you things like that. Why do you still live there if he’s like that? You’re almost twenty, you can move out. You already work so much and support yourself in all the other ways.” Shawn is trying to fix things, he always wants to make things better. Thats part of who he is, and most of the time you love him for that, but not this time. “You can move in with me,” He offers. 

“Shawn, its fine. I don’t want to move out.” 

“I don’t understand.” He replies, and you know he’s growing frustrated with you. In his mind, its all quite simple and he doesn't understand why you wouldn’t leave that situation given the chance. 

“Shawn, I can’t.” You say, feeling like you’re on the verge of tears. You don’t want to cry, but at this point, you can’t help it. After everything that happened with your dad, and now having this conversation with Shawn, you’re just upset and tired and maybe even just sad. 

“Why?” Shawn questions, so caught up in the conversation at hand, he doesn’t notice your eyes grow watery. 

“I just can’t,” You say, noticeably crying now. 

Shawn immediately moves closer to you, pulling you into his arms and trying to comfort you. “Baby, I’m sorry. I’m just trying to understand. I didn’t mean to upset you. I’m sorry.” It isn’t his fault, and you know it, but you’re just so drained that you can’t help but cry.

He holds you, whispering his comfort and apologies until you finally calm down. He doesn’t bring up the moving out thing or question you more about your father anymore. He just holds you, not letting go as the tears continue to fall. He lets you wipe your tears on his t-shirt, and only leaves once to grab you a box of tissues so you can blow your nose. He tells you how much he loves you and how much you mean to him.

When your sobs have turned into sniffles and his t-shirt is soaked in your tears, he kisses you on the forehead one more time. “Are you tired?” He questions, even though he knows you are. He’s not asking if you’re tired as much as he’s asking if you want to sleep, if you’re ready to sleep.

You nod, and he turns out the light, whispering that he loves you one last time before you close your eyes and let yourself drift off to sleep. You know you’ll have a conversation with Shawn in the morning before you return home. You’ll explain to him that you still live at home because you need to be there for your siblings. If there’s anything he’ll understand, its that. He might worry more about you now, but at least you’ll be more honest with him from here on out. You owe him that much. 

And even if you don’t believe everything Shawn has told you tonight about you being smart and good enough and a million other amazing things, the one thing he’s that you actually do believe is that he loves you. He may not even know it, but you’ve clung to that in your weakest moments for as long as you’ve known it to be true.

Tony spent two hours grilling Colossus and Yukio; names were finally swapped after an initial freak out; asking them about who they are, how do they know the group that attacked, why would they attack them and what information did Colossus have that he could share?

The information on the attacking group was depressingly little yet alarming, to have such a powerful group that supposedly had control of such a large area, yet was staying well hidden from any passing groups. Tony took a mental note of the leaders name; Francis, the only solid information that Colossus could give him; and tried to think of anyone he could have met in the past, that could fit this mystery before them.

On the verge of pulling strands of his hair out in frustration, Tony kept pulling up blanks in his mind- even Natasha had nothing from her time with shield or Red room that could help. If anyone hated not knowing something, it’s Natasha. She often took pride in having so much knowledge and knowing the important people in life, if Natasha didn’t know everything about you yet, it was only a matter of time before she did.

They could only conclude, that this Francis had to be a new development from either the result of this current world or a new villain that hadn’t had the chance to hit their radar before all this happened. They were going in this essentially blind.

However, they could hazard a guess that the attacking group has possibly got access to labs, as Colossus explained how that before the attackers would only go for the easier ones to kidnap. Using devices they had never seen before to restrain or capture. Stronger ones that could pose to be to dangerous to approach where left alone. Until now.

Seeing as Cap was taken this time- a super soldier beef tank that took down hydra in his prime, was a massive cause for concern. Could they now take on the Nordic Gods? Hulk? Why attack and kidnap and not ask the Avengers to join instead?

To many questions and not enough answers for Tony’s liking at all.

Admitting defeat in chasing info about Francis, Tony turned his attention on Colossus’s own group; it is a relatively big group considering Tony had only seen duos or singular people before now; the group consists of an old man in a wheelchair called Charles, an older teen/young adult called John but went by his super name Pyro. A man called Logan that had helped save Nat’s group earlier, Negasonic, Dopinder and finally an old lady called Al who is blind.

By the time Colossus had finished describing his group, the Avenger’s where reluctantly impressed that they had managed to survive this long considering that most of Colossus’s group had people with many disadvantages. Disadvantages that would normally get either the group or themselves killed early on. They key to them surviving it seemed, was that most had Mutant abilities, giving them an edge to survive.

Tony could see that Bucky; who had yet to leave his side since Nat returned; liked this group, Loki had even given Tony a nod after Colossus had finished talking to indicate that Colossus hadn’t lied to them. Having the god of lies on your side was proving to be handy.

Natasha even vouched for them, as well as Clint when Tony asked him. Calling for a quick group meeting, Wade and Peter playing with Punk in a corner of the “medical” room while the adults talked, Tony asked the group as a whole about what they should do.

“We all heard Metal man and Dollies story, we should discuss as a group what to do from here. Should we trust Colossus and his group?”

Hands squeezing the back of a chair that Loki had claimed, Tony’s knuckles where white from how hard he was gripping the chair. A near futile effort to keep calm and still, when all he wanted was to get in a truck and get Steve right then and now. It took Bucky a few moments out in the hall earlier, telling him; just as much for his own benefit as Tony’s; that they needed to make a plan before running off. Steve would kill them if they ran into this half cocked.

Nearby, Bucky is leaning in the corner right by the kids, in the shadows and the perfect angle to see both the door and window, arms crossed over his chest as he broods. Body rigid and tense with the need to go and look for Steve himself. He hated being idle when someone he cared for was in untold danger.

“I think it would be a good idea to join forces, safety in numbers after all. They have a lot of manpower which would be welcome I’m sure we all agree, I mean it’s not like were hurting for space?” Natasha reasoned, turning her gaze to each member of the room as she talks.

Sam was nodding along with her, perched on a rickety table that’s set against the wall, opposite the bed.

“I think it would be a good idea to bring them in, more people to split into defending this place while also getting Steve back. Hell, we maybe able to save more people out there from hoards, if we have a bigger group. Start a new community, draw other survivors to fight back against the dead”

Well, that certainly was a good argument for allowing the new group to join Tony had to admit.

“Everyone that thinks that we should join forces, raise your hand?”

Practically everyone raised their hand or voiced their agreement verbally, even the kids waved heir hands about. Excited by the prospect of having new people around.

“Daddy, does that mean there will be other kids?” Peter tugged on Tony’s leg, looking up curiously. Smiling down at his son, Tony ran a hand through Peters messy curls causing him to giggle and bat at his fathers hand.

“I’m afraid not sweetheart, but we may find other’s with kids in the future hmm?”

Pouting but pacified by the prospect of eventually seeing other kids, Peter nods and goes back to his game with Wade.

“What shell we do about Steve? We have to come up with a plan as soon as possible, the longer we leave it the more chance of something bad happening…”

Nervously fiddling with his glasses, cleaning them with the hm of his shirt, Bruce finally spoke up. Bringing up the most dreaded conversation that none of them wanted to have but needed to have.

It was Bucky who spoke, face a stone cold mask, voice soft and quiet that only seemed much more foreboding than if he had shouted.

“We should wait til the kids are in bed, and Colossus’s group is here and settled. I think if we all discussed it as one big group, we may have better results. Find out each of their strengths to help us”

“I agree with Bucky, we need to plan this properly or else this could go really wrong”

Tony took in both Bucky’s and Natasha’s advice, nodding slowly as he thought it over, though most of his focus was on the tech that was stored in the room next door. Ideas and plans formulating in his mind on ways to use it all, mentally calculating the parts that each item would have.

“Aye, in all my years as a warrior, it was always better to take a little bit of extra time to properly prepare an attack or course of action, rather than rush in foolishly rush in-“

“Oh please Thor,”

“-and risk more lives…”

Thor glared at Loki who had muttered while he had been talking, not appreciating the jab from the trickster.

Hissing between his teeth as he shifted, Clint rubs at his face tiredly as his body is using all his energy to try and heal faster, his fatigue made worse by the lack of nutrition from being on the run. He s going to need as much rest as possible to heal fast.

“You guys go and arrange that, I’m going to catch a few winks after downing these pain killers. Thank fuc- frick that we raided that medi centre huh?”

Clint quickly trying to censor his swearing when Nat elbowed him subtly, pouting at her, Clint plucked up the pills and some water. Taking the hint, the group file out leaving only Natasha behind to keep watch over him in case.

Sam and Thor deciding to take Colossus and Yukio back to collect their group to bring back, Loki went to sort food, the kids following behind him bugging him to show them (or Wade asking him to teach them some magic, to which Loki scoffed and told him a flat no.) some magic. Leaving Tony, Bruce and Bucky in the corridor.

“Tony? What you hatching in that head of yours?..” Bruce asked tentatively, watching Tony as he goes into the next room, seemingly ignoring the other two. Muttering under his breathe as he moves around the machines.

Confused, the other two trail behind him, curious as to what Tony could possibly be dong.

“Er..Doll? Could you slow down and -why the hell are you ripping that apart?!”

Alarmed, Bucky rushes forward to yank Tony away from one of the monitors that he had started to rip apart.

“The hell James? I’m trying to work here!”

“Would you like to share with the class first?!”

“U-um, guys? Let’s keep it down yeah?...” Both proceeded to ignore Bruce as they bickered.

“I have ideas for weapons and and small traps, I only need around half these machines to make what I need!”

“Warning us would have been nice you little punk! Jesus between you and Steve I’m surprised I’m not entirely grey”

“What the hell does that mean? You haven’t got a single grey yet at all you dick! I’m the one with grey’s!”

“…yeah but you look sexy with the silver streaks”

Grinning unrepentantly in the face of Tony’s sudden silence, face going red from the compliment. It’ been a long while since someone had paid him any compliments on his appearance, having long since passed his prime what with his more squishy body and belly. Lines starting to show on his face.

Spluttering while trying to fight down his blush, Tony squirmed out of Bucky’s grip, straightening his clothes and subtly tugging at the collar of his shirt.

“Shut up and go watch Peter for me? Bruce fancy helping me tear a apart a few mor machines? We need to start preparing for a fight”

Sam and Thor had decided to take the truck with the camper van on the back to collect the group, ironically the same vehicles that they were in that started this. Clint’s dried blood still standing the footwell on the passenger side.

Sam being the only one who can a) drive and b) actually fit in the drivers seat, was the designated driver while Yukio gave him directions. Thor and Colossus sat in the truck bay, keeping a sharp eye out for any more surprise attacks. Inside, Yukio was happily keeping conversation going with Sam as she chatted about her group and her girlfriend Negasonic, whom she loved completely.

Sam was happy for her, to have managed to keep ahold of something so pure in such dark times, Sam was a little envious but mostly, he is happy for her. Everyone needed something good to help them carry on.

“-so I told her, not to put so much rice in the pot, but she did anyway and went off to fix the perimeter while the rest of us was collecting water and such. When she came back the rice had expanded so much that there was a tower of rice coming out of the pot! The lid on top.”

Blinking as Sam tune back into the story, catching the last bit, he snorts in amusement.

“I take it she was taken off cooking duty huh?” Grinning, Sam takes a left that Yukio tells him to take, Yukio giggles nodding in agreement.

“She was, Colossus tried hard to salvage the rice! It wasn’t the best meal but it wasn’t to bad either. Professor Charles since then had taken to doing cooking lessons with her every now and again, hoping to try and avoid that situation again”

Yukio directed him a little way outside of the main town, a small drive that has trees on both sides of the road, leading to a small cottage like building. The darkening sky making the place look more ominous than usual, over grown bushes and plants hid any pathway that would usually be there.

1. Who’s the one who’s reckless and always getting into trouble while the other gotta pull em out  For Malakhara and Quinn it’s definitely Mala not that she’ll ever admit to needing Quinn’s help and Quinn sure as shit isn’t going to point it out. Dani needs Selvavra to bail her out almost every hour on the hour because Dani is physically incapable of shutting tf up.

2. Who’s the one to send the other “I love my gf/bf” memes Mala and Quinn aren’t really into memes. Selvavra and Dani on the other hand are a pair of memeing fucks but Dani sends danker memes

Who’s the one who listens to a music genre the other doesn’t like and how does the other react Malakhara likes to play the sith equivalent of gregorian chanting for hours on end because she is dramatic Quinn has learned to put up with it. Selvavra enjoys punk rock (mostly from the 70s and early 80s) while Dani listens to nothing but nightcore and edm. Selvavra will use the force to shut off Dani’s music if it’s too loud and Dani will whine after an hour of listening to Selvavra’s tunes so it’s an eternal musical back and forth.

4. Which one spoils the other more and do they ever get competitive to show the other more love Quinn is definitely the one that gives in this relationship he bends over backwards for Mala. Mala may once in while show some basic affection if only to keep Quinn on his toes. Selvavra and Dani are in a damn arms race for shows of affection and at this point one of them is going to have to rearrange a galaxy into the others initials.

How many years did it take to get married or was it just not for them Quinn and Mala got married ridiculously fast knowing each other for a whole 6 months before tying the knot and it was a huge affair and Mala was an absolute bridezilla. Selvavra and Dani are just happy being each others girlfriends/partners in crime for life they’ve no need for formal ceremonies or paperwork.

6. What was their wedding like Imagine a three ring circus crashed into Broadway play and then add a fire works show and you will have and approximate of Quinn and Malakhara’s wedding.

7. Is their friends/family supportive Mala’s family would set themselves on fire before trying to get involved in her personal affairs so they really don’t care about the relationship. Selvavra’s crew didn’t start out liking Dani too much given that she was a bounty hunter trying to bring in their captain. However they have seen first hand how happy she makes Selvavra, so now they watch out for her and try to keep her in one piece, despite Dani’s bull headed devotion to getting neck deep in trouble.

8. How does one comfort the other when the other is in distress/having a panic attack/crying If Mala is having a breakdown Quinn retreats and finds people he can direct his wife’s rage at. Because Mala will feel rage about having feelings. So much Rage. Selvavra tends to just scoop Dani up and cuddle her until Dani is ready to face the world. Dani makes bat shit convoluted schemes to cheer up Selvavra that usually go south quickly but still cheer up Selvavra.

Quinn makes sure everything is to Mala’s liking and keeps the household running smoothly. It’s large and ostentatious like Mala’s personality. Dani and Selvavra consider home wherever the other one is.

What do their dates look like Date night with Mala and Quinn can be anything from going to a high society party, to a dinner at one of Kaas City’s more upscale restaurants, to a quiet stroll in the family estate gardens, but they all end with Quinn tied up and begging. Dani and Selvavra can be found in dive bars, carnivals/festivals, or somewhere quiet far from civilization whispering their hopes and dreams while in each others arms.

13. How does each act when getting drunk Mala gets more aggressive in her affections which may lead to her sticking her hands right down Quinn’s pants regardless of the setting. Quinn is a much more subdued drunk perhaps giving Mala a bit more lip that he would otherwise. Dani is a super giggly and having the time of her life while leaning heavily on whoever is closest to her. Selvavra tends to just get sleepy.

14. Which one rolls over in the morning to wake up the other one just to give kiss them Mala likes to do this and then go right back to sleep and will deny doing it later. Dani does this because Selvavra makes such a grumpy face when she does.

15. Have they saved each other’s lives before Mala did in a way but really it was Amistra’s way of condemning Quinn to death by transferring him to Mala’s ship. She didn’t expect Mala to keep him around. Quinn has patched her up after family infighting does not go Mala’s way. Selvavra saving Dani’s life was the start of their relationship.

16. Does one have an interest the other think is weird but wants to listen to it regardless Selvavra has a fascination with the Je’daii and Dani will listen but most of the force stuff goes over her head.

a comprehensive look into the mind and character of aksel haddock. the purpose of this guide is to educate, explore, and explain the complexities behind aksel’s personality. in this guide i will explain some of the many headcanons, themes, and quirks i’ve gathered for him over time.

o v e r v i e w :

aksel wasn’t always like this. that’s the excuse people make for him, the people who knew him before the accident. when his energy filled a room, when his sense of adventure rivaled his father’s, when his recklessness and determination matched his mother’s, when he had another half of himself with whom he fit perfectly. eirik was everything to aksel — more than a best friend, more than family. where one went, the other followed. both were bright, trouble-making, meddlesome, intelligent, brave, stupid boys; but one’s light would burn out too fast. a dare to steal an egg from a screaming death was what got eirik killed. the scene was gruesome — after all it was a screaming death — and aksel was never the same after that. the adventurous, innovative, creative, reckless boy who was caused a ruckus and made incredible inventions was gone. he’d died alongside eirik, everyone could see it. and maybe that’s why none of them blamed him for the other boy’s death, because he was torturing himself enough. 

t h e m e : grief, guilt & sense-of-self 

aksel’s main personality point at the moment is his overwhelming guilt and grief over eirik’s death. he loved eirik, more than words can express. it was a platonic love, and later a romantic love. aksel never realized, at least not consciously. he always knew his relationship with eirik couldn’t be described as just a friendship. maybe that’s why it hurt so much when he lost him, or maybe it was the fact that it was his fault. a dare. “i dare you to climb up to that screaming death nest and take one of her eggs.” that’s what did it. a stupid, irresponsible, pointless dare that would have gotten them into trouble with his dad anyway. aksel shut himself off after that. no one else blamed him, not really, but aksel blamed himself. he continues to blame himself. that guilt, that grief he’s been feeling for so many years has eaten him alive. 

beyond that, aksel doesn’t know who he is without eirik. they were a packaged deal for so long. they grew up together, spent all of their time together; they were practically inseparable. and since eirik’s death, aksel has yet to find out who he is without his other half. that’s his main journey. when you lose someone you love deeply, there are aspects of you that will never be the same. the things you shared together, the part of your personality that was brought out only by that person will be gone. or, at the very least, it’ll be different. and that’s okay, that’s part of life. but aksel hasn’t accepted that yet. he knows he’ll never be the same without eirik, and aksel doesn’t want to grow. aksel doesn’t want to discover who he is without eirik, he doesn’t want to move on. 

that’s his theme. when you spent your entire life defining yourself in tandem with another person, and then that person is gone — and it’s your fault — how do you grow? how do you change? what part of you dies along with them and then is reborn into something new? beyond all of the smaller plots within aksel’s development, his sense-of-self, forgiving himself and overcoming his grief will be his main focal point. 

a e s t h e t i c :

dragon scales glinting in sunlight, the view of the earth from the sky, the smell of smoke in the forge, glowing hot metal, thunder rumbling in the distance, heavy rainfall against a glass window, the smell of hot cocoa, charcoal against parchment, leather-bound books, calloused hands, holding back unshed tears, that feeling of exhaustion when you want to sleep but you can’t, the darkest part of the morning just before the sun starts to rise, the wind against your face, the smell of saltwater, the bitter cold of a harsh winter

h e a d c a n o n s :

aksel has a dragon named valhalla (”val” for short) she’s a sand wraith, a medium-sized tidal class dragon that’s an expert in camouflage. 

aksel and val have been partners since he was a baby and she was a hatchling. they bonded at an incredibly early age, and have grown up together

valhalla’s scales are a dusty brown, almost grey with spots of charcoal grey

as a dragon rider, aksel specialized in speed and stealth. while val’s fire attacks weren’t the most powerful and didn’t burn the hottest, her speed, silent flying, and knack for camouflage gave her an edge, especially in forest and mountainous environments

since aksel has been away, valhalla makes a habit of sitting by the spot where the portal opened up, hoping that maybe it will reappear and aksel will step through it

aksel is more intelligent than he’d readily show. much like hiccup, he has a knack for the forge and invention

he used to sit with hiccup in his workshop, watching his dad work to develop new innovations for the island. it’s what sparked aksel’s interest in the forge, metal working, and tinkering with trinkets

aksel, when he was younger, was so much like both hiccup and astrid. he was adventurous, loving, curious, had a strong sense of justice, stubborn, witty, intelligent. as he grew, he also developed their recklessness and tendency to not listen to orders 

astrid @ hiccup when aksel wouldn’t do what he was told: “he’s your son”

hiccup @ astrid when he’d disregard what she’d said: “he’s your son”

he was trained in combat, although alva was always better at it than him. aksel was good and could hold his own, but was much better with his dragon 

aksel can draw! he’s not really a creative artist, and used his skills more for his inventions and doodling pictures of val 

he hasn’t drawn anything in years 

aksel is demisexual and demiromantic. he doesn’t feel primary attraction to someone, but he does feel secondary attraction. it’s one of the reasons he was so effortlessly able to fall in love with eirik long after they were already close. those feelings of trust and friendship are what he needs to start to feel something for someone 

he has yet to feel sexually attracted to someone. he could have felt it with eirik, had his friend lived and they’d had a romantic relationship he felt comfortable and confident in 

aksel doesn’t know what his sexuality is yet. berk didn’t really have a comprehensive education on sexualities, and aksel was just noticing his romantic feelings for eirik when he died. since then, his grief has been his main focus

if asked, he wouldn’t really know what to answer. he knows he felt something for eirik (doesn’t know it was love), so boys are a thing. but he’s not uninterested in girls, because he’s not interested in anyone like he feels like he should be — how everyone else seems to be interested

In the land of iron sasuke is falling rapidly deeper into the curse of hatred because he is using mangekyo more and more, he is doing very unethical things like attacking the cloud and trying to live capture a man..he is a full blown S ranked criminal whos name alone was capable of triggering a war, no matter how I a sasuke fan can justify and explain his behavior people who don’t know about the COD can’t. Naruto himself was like?? Who are you dude. But obito shows up and he is told. Naruto is woke about the curse of hatred and he says ‘sasuke loved his clan a lot and that’s why he cant forgive.’ But at that time that was not the case. During his fight with danzo his mangekyo evolved the most to a point where afterwards he was losing vision, and his issue wasn’t just that he wants his clan back, his issue was was the massacre and the discrimination. Naruto was like near the point, but homeboy missed it. In fact, the one who actually point its out is Kakashi, but he says both Naruto and Sakura see it, meaning when they both saw sasukes way of talking about Konoha, they understood him better. I cut Naruto slack because he tried understanding sasuke constantly, no matter how much sasuke cut him off. But this shit does not get an easy pass, where he jumps in to clash with sasuke so they read each others thoughts,,its funny bc he says he gets it…then proceeds..not to get it
