Saitama

-          Now Saitama doesn’t have a lot of experience in the relationship department. Hes always been kind of dry and boring to other people. He might have had a little chance before losing his hair since he was so handsome, but his overall bleak personality tended to drive people away.

-          After going bald and becoming a hero for fun his game pretty much hit zero, but that didn’t bother him very much as he started to lose what little emotions he had, so there was no lust or romantic interest anyways.

-          As time goes on and on, he feels more and more bored and bleak, until he meets you who lights something in him, like a tiny spark that seems to grow every time you are together.

-          Saitama is still pretty oblivious and emotionless most of the time when you get together, but he can be affectionate. This mainly comes from cuddling and shy pecks and handholding though.

-          Saitama likes to share clothes, especially stuff like hoodies or t-shirts. He loves seeing you wear his stuff or wear your stuff.

-          Saitama isn’t the best cook as hes never really felt the need to be better at it, but he will try to make meals for the two of you at times and always looks away bashfully when you say its good.

-          Saitama is the little spoon most of the time.

-          Saitama rarely blushes, but a sure way to get him to go red is to cuddle up behind him and slip your hands up his shirt. You can either just rest your hands on his abs or reach up and squeeze his pecs or pinch his nipples.

-          He always goes bright red and starts stuttering, and this ends in two ways. Either he skitters out of your arms and to the other side of the room whilst scolding you. Or his back arches but he leans back against you making tiny noises as you touch him.

-          Because he’s invincible and can’t really be hurt from anything, sleeping together posed to be an issue in the beginning. That was until you both figured out, he could stretch himself open first, or with a lot of patience you could as well.

-          Before, Saitama had pretty much no libido, but now its back with a vengeance. He doesn’t feel it much during his day or in passing, but when you two are cuddling on the futon in nothing but boxers and a shirt it stirs.

-          Saitama isn’t a loud person, so he mainly gasps or whimpers when you touch him. Because hes so unused to this kind of touch, his body wouldn’t really know how to react so he would.

-          It’s not uncommon for you to roll over and pull the blankets over the two of you and jerk him off as you bite and suck at his neck and chest. Sadly, you can’t leave any hickeys or bitemarks on him, as much as it saddens the both of you.

-          Genos has most definingly walked in on the two of you multiple times, which always ends with Saitama throwing a pillow at him and telling him to close the door, super embarrassed.

Genos

-          Now Genos has even less dating experience than Saitama, still being as young as he was when he was turned into a cyborg. Bear with him if some of his date ideas seem kinda strange, as he would most likely go to his sensei for dating tips.

-          Genos would be kinda gooey in a relationship, he would bring you flowers and gifts and cook for you. He makes you a lunch every day and brings it to you, no matter where you are all over the city.

-          In the beginning hes very insecure about his appearance, being mainly machine at this point in his life, so it takes some loving and reassurance that you love him no matter what.

-          He would end up going to Dr Kuseno to add onto himself, giving him stuff like the ability to feel touch or blush. Genos never outright asks for it, but the Dr would also make more private parts, making the cyborg go bright red as the Dr goes on about how useful it is in relationships.

-          Genos never cares much for his fan club, but it always makes him happy when you wear merch of him or his sensei. Hes had to defend you from some of his crazier fans before.

-          Now Genos doesn’t have pecs or nipples, but you can get a similar reaction by touching some of his wires or mechanical parts. He would have to open compartments for you to touch them tho. You might be lucky to be able to just brush against some wires when cuddling, always making Genos jump and blush.

-          When Genos blushes he releases steam from the vents all over his body, this has led to Saitama asking you to make Genos blush as it can work at your own personal sauna.

-          If you are a hero as well, Genos would be your biggest fan. Hes head of your fan club even if you don’t know about it, and would own lotsa merch. There’s most definitely pictures of him all over social media wearing your fan merch.

-          Saitama hasn’t had much of a libido for a while since his body was mostly machine, but now that hes got the bits and skin sensitivity it comes back to life with a vengeance.

-          He is able to change out what kind of bits he has, he can have both a hole or a shaft, which are made out of a black silicone like material. Theres sensors all over these, so hes extremely responsive.

-          One time you made him cum so hard he hard reset, his eyes going completely black and lotsa steam leaving his body as he reboots. You were terrified you killed him but luckily you didn’t.

-          One of Genoses favourite things is to give head, as he has no gag reflex, and his tongue is super flexible. He takes sucking the life outta you to a whole new level and has you seeing stars.

-          He loves to ride you and will always lean down to kiss you. Run your hand through his hair and he leans into it like an attention starved cat.

-          He has ripped multiple futons because hes lost control of his strength, gripping the bedding so hard it shreds. He is too embarrassed to tell his sensei how so he always runs out to by a new futon and hope Saitama doesn’t notice.

It was in that shack where you and your friends often came to hang out because it was an unused and empty place in the middle of the forest that you found that white haired man resting after a long and tough fight.

It couldn’t even be considered resting the way he looked. Blood dripping down his body like water. Of course you immediately tended to him without thinking twice.

You were a B-class hero. Downplayed to the support role, a mere healer. People - especially the association did not see the potential in you. It always bothered you but in this situation you were lucky. God knows what Garou would have done if he had seen your name in the Heroes lexicon instead of just skipping the Pages with the B-class ranked heroes.

One instance lead to the other and it became the norm healing him up whenever he got injured. You developed a weak spot for him. The way he sat on the dust filled couch with his legs spread and his head leaned back. Always making snarky remarks. And always being shirtless.

“It’s great I have ya. Got my own private hopsital.”

“You good? Stop starin at my abs and heal them damnit..”

And of course he has a soft spot for you. May not show it but he cares for you in his own way.

It was when he began coming over for the most useless reasons that you realized he had a crush on you.

Like for instance before or in the middle of fights he’d come looking for you asking you to renew his energy. But after a while he came over every second day with the excuse that “What if I get into a fight?? I need all my power ya know.”

Once you start dating he eventually finds out about you being a hero. Doesn’t really care about it. He is just as upset with you that no one acknowledges your true powers and asks you if you want to join him on his hero hunting but you refuse.

That does not affect your relationship though.

Will lay on you as he lets you heal him. Is real snuggly. Will also groan extra loud to get you all flustered though.

Saitama

After some research I’ve come to the conclusion that this guy has never gotten severely injured. He does feel pain but it barely hurts.

He does get some tiny scratches from time to time though.

Those if course you heal as his partner. He insists that he doesn’t need it but secretly loves the care you provide him.

When out on Monster battles you two are the best duo to see. While he takes care of the Monsters you take care of any citizens in the area.

He admires you so much and thinks you’re like the backbone of the heroes association because in the end you’re the one who contributes to the citizens and the heroes health.

If anyone dares to say otherwise they’ll have a problem with him.

Let’s you play support in video games because you’re “made for it”

What he does love getting from you are massages though. Your massages are magical because due to your healing and energy renewing powers they make one feel refreshed.

He’ll ask for one whenever he gets the chance.

“A massage’s always good. I can seriously start to feel the back and shoulder pain at my mid-20’s.”

Sonic

At first he’s very reluctant over getting treated by you.

The chairman he works for offered him a personal assistant/nurse. Which was you of course.

This guy knows no shame. Literally strips himself naked in front of you so you could inspect “all his wounds clearly.” It takes you some bickering around for him to put his clothes back on.

Also this guy CANNOT SIT STILL FOR A SINGLE MINUTE. always has to hop on from one place to another with his super speed. It’s just more ‘comfortable’. You literally have to cuff him down sometimes for him to sit still.

And will not stop talking during the treatments. Talking about being the fastest, avenging saitama and whatsoever.

It’s like a therapy and treatment session all at once.

Once you both start dating he gets so comfortable. Will enter the room and lay on you without saying a word expecting you to treat him.

Will justify the injuries he’s gotten like it’s his job.

“Ah that one..you see there was this frick of a cyborg who did not know when to quit. He chopped my hair off too..can you believe it?!”

“See but i’m still stronger than him though. Next time I’ll bring you his head as a souvenir.”

Arachnophobia | One Punch Man

Synopsis; How One Punch Men would react to you calling them to get rid of a spider in your house.

A/N: I was just daydreaming abt zombieman cuz I love him so much and thought of this scenario so why not have it with the rest of these guys (and boy)

this can be viewed both platonically and romantically, except child emperor, he’s purely platonic ofc

SAITAMA

When you first call him, and you hesitate a bit while trying to explain you situation since it’s slightly embarrassing for you, he rushes you then gets a bit worried thinking it might be something serious

he then proceeds to say “seriously…?” When you finally tell him why you’re calling: there was a spider in your house and you were too scared to do anything but stand on top of your table, keeping a wary eye out incase the soider tries to approach.

At first he was about to decline and tell you to just squish it with a shoe, or trap it under a cup and throw it out your window, but when he hears the actual fear in your voice, he sighs and puts on his slippers. He’s supposed to save people and stuff after all…

Surprisingly, when Saitama arrives to kill the creature… he sucks at it. It keeps just escaping from him, no matter how fast or strong he was.

Saitama started to grow mad with every passing second, trashing your house as he jumped from spot to spot trying to catch the thing, with you pointing and yelling frantically from your safe-zone on the table.

”IT’S RIGHT THERE, NO- NO- WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU AIMING AT, SAITAMA?! YOU SUCK AT THIS- OH MY- ITS RIGHT THERE, KILL IT!!!” -You “STOP YELLING YOU’RE MAKING ME LOSE FOCUS.” -Saitama

Your house quickly becomes almost like a war-zone with both of you yelling at eachother from the top of your lungs, you out of panic and him out of frustration.

Saitama eventually squishes the spider…. Then an army of tiny spiders erupts from it.

Saitama tries to deal with them quickly, throwing punches at all of them.

when he’s done, he turns to you with a fulfilled expression on his face but deadpans once he catches you lying passed out on the table and foaming at the mouth.

Ofc he takes you to the hospital though.

GENOS

Unlike Saitama, he takes it very seriously when you call him and tell him the predicament you're in.

He doesn’t quite understand the big issue, it's just a bug… but he can detect when someone is in distress, and either way, he would do anything you ask of him.

When he arrives at your home, he’s already gathered enough information on how to safely deal with spiders to take the best approach he can to this.

he grabs a glass container and a piece of paper, proceeds to efficiently trap the spider, and throws it outside.

He does listen to your instructions though and releases it at least a kilometer away from your home.

He then comes back to check on you and gives you a small, almost pitiful, pat on the back.

”Don’t worry about it, you did good.” -Genos, with his very stoic expression

ZOMBIEMAN

MY MUSEEEE I LOVE HIM SO MUCH

Sorry, anyhow, when you call him, your voice is obviously on edge, and you tell him what’s wrong. The first he does is reassure you over the phone, telling you everything will be fine and he’ll be right there.

And as he said, he was right there.

He checks up on you when he first enters the house, then goes to search for the spider.

When he finds it, he ALMOST stomps on it with his shoe out of surprise but quickly remembers how it’ll probably cause a bigger problem, and like genos he uses the good old glass container and paper method and throws it out.

After that, he helps you get down from the table, with his hands firmly holding you from your sides.

If you’re still uneasy even after he gets rid of the spider, he’ll give you a reassuring embrace, with his large build basically consuming you.

He then takes you out somewhere nice to eat.

SPEED-O’-SOUND SONIC

Ahhh, speed of the sounds

Calls you stupid at first, and tells you to just kill it or leave it be, its more scared of you than you are of it.

But not a second later he’s at your door and asking where the spider is.

He REALLY doesn’t get what the big deal is, it’s just a spider. Nonetheless, he doesn’t really question it much and helps out anyway.

He grabs the spider gently with his hands and throws it out the window, then flashes you an unamused look.

Again, he calls you weak but then tells you not to worry so much when you have someone like him around.

He’s irked by your call, then hangs up on you

….

He then calls you again not a second later and asks if you’re actually panicking, and when you say yes, suddenly he busts down your door.

He HATES spiders. But that doesn’t mean he can’t deal with them

thanks to a previous encounter he had with the creature, he learned killing them is a bad idea.

So he hesitantly kept trying to get the spider under the damn cup, but every time he did and it would move, he’d dash to the other side of the room instinctively, releasing the spider once more.

It takes him about 10 tries to finally get the spider out of the house.

After making sure that you’re ok, he then tells you to never waste his time on such ridiculous things ever again

he doesn't mean it though, don’t worry, he’d do it again for you

CHILD EMPORER

He is scared of spiders too

Reluctantly he shows up at your house.

He tries to act tough but you can clearly see the sweat running down his face as he uses his robotic equipment to slowly look under the couch for the spider.

When he finally catches it, he screams, prompting you to scream, and blasts the area of the spider with a laser beam.

the both of you stare intently at the area of the blast and let out a sigh simultaneously as the ash clears and the arachnid has been successfully vaporized.

You both give each other a pat on the back for being so brave

Then you offer to take child emperor to a nearby store and get some ice cream together

he happily obliges and you both skip out of the destroyed apartment with your hands intertwined.

- Shigeo can’t handle beer or any alcohol of that sort that well but is easily pure pressured by his work colleagues.

- He decided to go to therapy one day to help manage his emotions and he was diagnosed with autism.

- Shigeo is a bit scared of romantic relationships because he’s afraid of what might happen of him if he experiences heartbreak.

- If anyone had romantic interest in Shigeo he would be basically oblivious and say to his face that you wanted to be in a romantic relationship with him and pursue him as a lover.

- Shigeo doesn’t have a religion, such as Christianity given the fact if he would’ve ever speak with a God, he feels that he would have a type of aura. 

- Anything remotely related to sex or romantic feelings embarrasses him greatly. He doesn’t want to know what would happen if that happen if he indulged in that.

- He can be seen AroAce but he it has been shown that he has attraction to women and his teenage years, though he tends to avoid that over the years.

- He was an average office job with average hours and doesn’t complain about overtime, he doesn’t like confrontation. This does make him a good target for bosses that love pushing their workers to the bone. 

- Mob has stim toys to regulate his emotions though he does forget about them often and sometimes finds them childish.

- His favorite food is Takoyaki after a long night of working overtime.

- Old shop ladies love him for his manners and also tend to comment about how handsome he is.

- Onigri from convenience stores, Omurice, Okonomiyaki and Takoyaki from bars tend to be his main source of food intake.

-Shigeo can be a push over and people pleaser at the workplace unintentionally. Overtime when he realizes what happens, he does get aggravated and reach 100%

- Shigeo will be incredibly sorry if he does damage something because his feelings were overboard. Half of the time these damages happen in the therapy sessions that he goes to.

- Whoever is his therapist has to have a lot of patience with him and probably have been where most of his money has been spent with the sessions and the repairs.

- There is a possibility he could fall in love with his therapist but it’s low and they might just become his only proper friend. (Tell me if you want a post on that.)

- Shigeo is terribly awkward when someone flirts with him, he doesn't know how to respond or takes the things people say too literally.

I would have preferred if Garou had kept his memory after the whole time travel adventure, and managed to do something Saitama and Genos hadn't: realize that Saitama is a problem.

I wish garou would have run off into the jungles like he did in the webcomic and just gone absolutely bonkers with forbidden knowledge, finally seeing that every big conflict comes to a head with this bald man, and how that isn't a good thing because that means the only thing standing between humanity and the kind of havoc people like himself try to wreak every day is a man who never gets there in time, never learns, and never changes despite having fended off such world shattering enemies several times before.

Can you imagine Garou being chased out of the town square because he's there with a megaphone telling an absolutely insane story about him being radioactive and getting knocked the fuck out by a god egg?

It's funny, but also could have so many interesting story repercussions; the Hero Association, who laughed Genos off, now have to rethink their entire approach to everything because the guy who was kicking the shit out of their heroes two weeks ago now wants nothing to do with them and is instead running around freaking out about the same story Genos told them, with the caveat that he doesn't think Saitama's supposed strength is anything but a ticking time bomb.

Genos would definitely end up hearing about what Garou is up to, and have to wrestle with his jealousy, his suspicion of Garou, and his attachment to Saitama if he is going to eventually team up with the only other person who knows the full extent of the truth about Saitama's power in order to prevent the doom Garou predicts will come about should other forces as powerful as the hero hunter was continue to challenge Saitama.

And of course, running around town doomsdaying is sure to catch the attention of Bang, who has no idea what to do with Garou anymore, the attention of the general population, who are going to flip their shit when the "ultimate evil" suddenly changes his mind about killing them and is trying to warn them of an even more ultimate evil, and also the attention of the exact kind of challengers Garou is trying to warn everyone about, who no doubt will be drawn to Saitama the way people who learn of his power often are.

I just think it could have been a real domino effect type deal. That being said, I'm not wanting ONE and Murata to change what they have in mind for the story. Somehow I get the feeling that the experienced writers and artists who have brought us countless other great stories have a better idea of how OPM should proceed than a guy with a Tumblr account and a dream.

We see Saitama eat a lot of things, some of questionable provenance, but one category missing from his diet are dairy products.

There are so many non-dairy options in his.food world that it takes a while to realise that there is never milk in his tea (or in his shopping), his ices are fruit based, and when he had pizza, it was cheese free.

Maybe he doesn't like it. Or maybe (hc time) he's lactose intolerant. Goodness knows that's common enough.

Lord help the world if he accidentally has some. The farts will be out of this world. Literally.

Very wary about you at first

The first time you two meet is around noon at the Ghost town of city Z when he returns from getting groceries for Saitama.

In an alleyway he hears a commotion and goes to check it out when he sees that there are two monsters getting into a fight.

Of course he immediately goes into combat mode thinking that you two could be a threat for the citizens.

But it’s when you save him from that other monster you were fighting with that he’s completely startled.

“So not all monsters are driven by malice…interesting..”

He feels a connection between the two of you and can relate very much as you two have had similar experiences before with not fitting in to society due to not being full humans.

is VERY intrigued and interested by you therefore he decides to stick by your side to analyze your art and nature for research purposes. Those hangout’s eventually turn into dates.

He likes you both in your human and monster form and encourages you to like every part about yourself too.

Will support you 100% in wanting to lead a normal life and fit in with the humans. Even though his knowledge about what humans his age do is very limited as well he tries to teach you what he knows.

“I have heard that it is quite popular around young people to visit crepe shops. Shall we try them?”

Honestly best bf to ever have. Will love you even if you’re a worm. (Doesn’t show it a lot though)

I’m telling y’all this guy DOES NOT CARE wether you’re human or not.

He saved you in your human form once (some monsters attacked you because they could tell from your smell that you were a monster as well) and thought you were so attractive from the get-go.

He did have his suspicions as he could sense a different kind of aura from you but did not question it.

Whenever you feel insecure he reassures you and comforts you.

Always takes you out to go grocery shopping with him because he can tell that you enjoy doing regular things such as these.

Gets judged big time by Genos for dating you but he doesn’t care.

Thought of you as his rival/opponent for the longest time.

Whenever he’d see you around in your human form he could sense this aura coming from you assuming that you were a strong fighter when not knowing that you simply were a monster.

He’d bother you every time and ask you for a fight and every time you’d have to kindly decline saying that you had no idea how to fight.

“Don’t lie to me I can sense that you’re powerful. One fight won’t hurt ya cmon..”

Around the 6th time you came across him you decided to just come straight with the truth.

“So you’re telling me..you’re a monster..but ya dont fight?”

Is hella confused but just rolls with it. He decides to stick by your side just for the sake of it. And he couldn’t deny that you were absolutely gorgeous at that.

Would ask you out in the most blunt and straightforward way.

You’d both be talking about how it was so hard for you to find any love interests because most of the human guys would get scared if they were to find out you’re a monster

Which he would straight up answer with “why dont you date me then?”

Very overprotective boyfriend. He prefers you in your monster form actually and encourages you to just be yourself but the moment ANYONE dares to give you a wrong look he’ll beat them to a pulp

Even when you’re in your human form he just assumes that people might stare at you because they know you’re a monster so he cusses at them (he isn’t the smartest guy out there)

Doesn’t really know what personal space is so he will be all up in your business as a monster and a human.

I want to see Saitama laugh, like really laugh. It could be over anything. I could guess some dumb shit because I get that vibe but I really wanna see the guy smiling and just feeling joy in some moment. Some table slapping, choking on tears kind of laughter. I wanna know what the hell he sounds like! Does he need to fall over on the floor/place he's sitting to recover? Does he have a god awfully strange laugh? Is it a cackle that no one would expect how loud it could be?

Shockingly takes very good care of you

he’s a mundane guy that lives alone and needs to take care of himself, so I’d assume he’s gotten his fair share of sick days

He’ll be softer and more careful with his words

He lets you huddle up in his futon, even if he’s a little annoyed cuz now he needs to find somewhere else to sleep,

he still wants you to be close to him so he can look out for you

makes you lotssss of tea and warm meals

and bananas! (Saitama loves bananas)

he knows all the foods to avoid when you’re sick, ex: eggs

he’ll probably spend most of his day sitting next to you while he watches tv or talks to you about something

doesn’t leave the house to do any hero work so he can stay by your side

like I said before, he takes veryyy good care of you until you feel better

GENOS

oh gets really worried

a little bit frantic even, but he doesn’t let it show

does a shit ton of research about your illness/symptoms and how to take care of it

who of course gives him a lot of advice

he’s hella dotting

Like fr he doesn’t leave your side

despite being an S-class hero, unless its an absolute emergency, he DOES NOT LEAVE YOUR SIDE

Will make sure you take your medication exactly on time

Prepares gourmet type meals for you

Also expect a lot of broth, soup etc etc

Will offer you any form of physical affection you want. Since he’s a cyborg he doesn’t get sick, so will cuddle you all day without complaints if thats what you’d like

He’s constantly checking up on, his cool metal hand pressed gently on your forehead while his mechanic eyes inspect your frame, a small frown etched on his temple.

he’s gotten sick PLENTY of times, it never lasted long though because his immune system is simply goated

That being said, he’s very… awkward?

he’s concerned and worried, don’t get me wrong, but he’ll probably try to hide it

His words won’t reassure you much but his actions will!

He’ll drop off supplies like medication, food, herbs, or anything else you need, whether you mention it or he decides you need it anyway.

he’ll check up on you a lot, and he’ll try to stay nearby to make sure your safe

but honestly, you having to rely on him when you’re vulnerable makes him feel prideful

he doesn’t admit it, but he kind of likes having you sick, just a tinsy bit

I’ll start with the cons: He’s sort of emotionally distant, and offers very little emotional support, and he won’t try sticking by your side as often as the other characters

Now that that’s out of the way,

He does make sure you have everything you need, and if he’s not with you, probably because he’s doing some hero work, he’ll text you or call very occasionally to ask how you’re doing and if you need anything

If you do mention that you’re feeling worse, he’ll be right by your side in an instant

ZOMBIEMAN

He’s very down-to-earth and calm about it

He won’t fuss over it or worry too much in the slightest

He’ll take good care of you, bringing you meals in bed, drink lots of fluids and getting enough rest

he’ll focus on making you as comfortable as possible too

He’ll leave for hero work every once in awhile, thats unless you’re really sick, then he’ll stay rooted beside you without another word

He’ll spend a lot of time just sitting or laying next to you. If you’re uncomfortably hot and would probably not want him to sleep beside you, he’ll sit on a chair and quietly hold your hand.

If you want him to talk, he’ll talk, and if you don’t, he’ll sit wordlessly without complaints.

he’ll probably crack a joke here or there if the mood is too damp

GAROU

He’s a little rough around the edges, but he’s got the spirit! 😍😍

He’ll probably tell you to just walk it off, but his protective instincts will kick in anyway

he’ll grumble and act like he’s annoyed, but he really isn’t

he’s a little harsh, probably giving you some weird motivation like “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger” or smth

he’s genuinely concerned for you though, just be patient with him, he’s trying

Drew out this headcanon by @faceless-dude in class but just couldn’t find the time to post it. It’s about an interaction between the younger versions of saitama and sonic 😋 I’ve edited some of the drawings because they looked really messy. My excuse? The drawing I did were almost microscopic

The whole thing was fit in half a page, which in itself, was small too. don’t ask me why I did it like that, I don’t know either.

Saigenos emotions

So if Genos still continues to be self-destructive after the happenings in the webcomic, I could foresee Saitama being genuinely pissed at Genos' lack of care in himself, especially if it's a sore subject like Rampaging Cyborg where Genos would probably not give a single shit about himself even if he got hurt, as long as his family was avenged. He wants to make sure he would win, no matter the cost to himself.

Saitama can express empathy, but I don't think Saitama fares well with sadness, most of his negative feelings are expressed as annoyance, indignance and anger and at times, apathy.

Meanwhile Genos would blow a fuse because he would think Saitama doesn't understand just how important this revenge quest is for him.

If Genos doesn't give his everything on the mission to get revenge on the Rampaging cyborg, then what is he and what is he doing? It would feel like he failed his family, failed himself and everything he did was for naught and he's just been sitting idle and wasting time. It would also feel like betrayal if Saitama doesnt support him.

Saitama would be so, so incensed because Genos declaring it would be worth giving up his life for revenge is him basically saying Genos sees no value in himself and that hurts Saitama deeply, because he feels the opposite, that Genos has brought a lot into his life and the commended Genos on becoming stronger on this aspect not too long ago. Saitama doesn't really talk about his feelings, but at some point it should be said out loud.

They'd almost come to blows too because Genos wants to go blow up the Rampaging cyborg and Saitama doesn't let him, because he would end up getting hurt in a way that cannot be repaired any longer.

Saitama trusts Genos, but he also worries for his well-being so much. Saitama would have to use actual debilitating force on Genos to stop him because Genos has grown so strong at this point and he definitely doesn't want to do it. He definitely doesn't want to break Genos.

This one time anger and frustration would make way to sadness and Saitama would cry, because Genos is his best friend and he values him as a person and he doesn't want Genos to just throw it all away. That or Genos starts crying first because it hurts him that Saitama doesn't let him avenge his family and Saitama is so strong he can't just run away from him. But upon seeing Genos cry, that is the final nail in the coffin on Saitama's emotions and the floodgates open and when Genos sees Saitama actually cry, he's so shocked his own anger just deflates.

Saitama bottles up his emotions and it would be good on Saitama to actually cry his eyes out once in a while and now that he has a social circle, show that it's acceptable to also cry. Saitama and Genos would patch up by hugging each other.
