Hi, thank you! I saw the post way back when asking if people would be interested in an Endgame-based Steve/Tony exchange and my answer was yes! Love their soft-sad-hopeful Endgame dynamic, there needs to be more fic that explores that, etc etc, so I followed the exchange's blog to follow on updates.

But I've been busy with RL commitments lately so I figured instead of signing up I'd just come on as a pinch hitter (faster turnaround, even if there's added pressure, ha).

I haven't explored the full collection yet, but I did enjoy meidui's hold fast, and there's some great art by wingheads, mrsgingles, Wadanokuni, laiwrites, This_is_Captain_Handsome, zappedbysnow, capsicledabbles (augh just Steve having the Endgame hair in Steve/Tony fanart gives me conniptions, and then there's everything else).

8/10 Another amazing fic by this author! I really loved the role swap au for some reason! This one's also a one-shot and shouldn't take too long to read.

Dean watched an anime porn about this once, but real life turns out to be way less interesting. Or, the one where Dean gets turned into an octopus.

For my first review with the Profound Bond group, I couldn’t help but pick an old favorite. If you haven’t read this sweet, funny, and surprisingly deep little fic, I can’t recommend it enough.  Usually, my tastes run toward the profane and deviant, but I was delighted to find that the innocence of this story is a necessary part of its charm.

Castiel is shown at his kindest and most tender.  He understands Dean without words or effort and soothes Dean’s discomfort however he can.  Throughout the whole story, whether he’s letting Octo!Dean ride around on his head or preparing his gross raw food by hand. Castiel is quiet, determined, and a source of endless comfort.  Because for once, Dean is is outsider, the alien.  He is the one who can’t figure out how to express what he needs to say because the words don’t exist in Octopussian, much like they don’t for Cas in Enochian.  

Castiel understands the pain of being the outsider, of never finding a place to land, so he gives Dean everything he himself needs.  And in doing so, teaches Dean what it means to love someone so different from you, that you may not understand them, but that doesn’t make them any less precious or necessary.

Also, Dean gets to squirt Kevin with Octopus Ink, so there’s that.

It’s about finding a friend you never knew you needed, in the last place you’d ever look. About wishing you were worth sticking around for, and realizing you were enough all along.

this is the best fic rec i have to give you for wanderer!! it explores his dynamic with nahida in SUCH a nice manner i remember loving it when i read it a few months ago. admittedly i have forgotten the details of what happens here but trust me it's a fun simultaneously sad read. that "angst in a fluffy package" tag explains it well i think. really recommend it!!

well okay this one focuses a bit more on kujou sara. but scaramouche is there and he's an important part of it-- and the exploration of the little parallels between them here is SO tasty i loved it!!!! really cool read i recommend it ;)
