I think that out of guilt for killing his brother AND lying, Cain just kinda isolated himself from everyone. But overtime, while at the foundation, he learned how to be more expressive by not isolating himself all the time.

However, since he is dead in his box most of the time, Able had the least amount of time to learn how to that isn't through murder, unlike his brother

.Cain is the son of Adam and Eve and he has two brothers. Abel and Seth.

.Cain is an anomaly. He is immortal and cannot be physically harmed. Any attack that is done to him ends up affecting the one who did the attack or physical harm. So if someone stabbed him he would feel it but he would not be stabbed, the one who stabbed him would be.

.The other part of his anomaly is that he cannot be around plants as he has a radius around him that kills all plant life in the soil. And that he cannot touch anything that has plants in it. Even cotton, so he has specially made clothes that he can wear.

.He had this anomaly sometime after he killed his brother Abel.

.Cain is now in the foundation and he loves to help people.

.He met you by chance and fell for you right away.

.He knew that you were the one for him and he is a puppy dog yandere type.

.In which he follows you around like a puppy dog and always wants to help you.

.He wants to be useful to you and wants to make your life easier.

So he will always be willing to help you out and do anything that you need him to do.

.He also would be the type of yandere that would stalk you as well.

.Watching you from an affair and following you like a hawk.

.He would do it so you would have no idea that he is stalking you, but he calls it that he is watching over you.

.To make sure that you are safe and sound.

.That is what he would say at least, we know that this mother fucker is stalking you! FR FR!

.He is also going to break into your room and steal things, such as your toothbrush, fragrance sprayers, and any pillowcases or clothes (such as underwear) that he can that do not turn to ash in his hand.

.He comes off as a very sweet, loving, and protective man.

.But really he has a dark side.

.He can become very jealous and that makes him very, very possessive.

.More so than most other yanderes even!

.He had been jealous enough of his brother that he went to kill him!

.And that was before he was yandere for you.

.So he would very much be willing to kill someone for you!

.He also would be a bit controlling trying to keep you away from anyone and everyone else.

.At the very least the ones that he knows that are into you.

.Since he has been stalking you he knows which men or women keep an eye on you.

.So he does everything he can to keep them away from you.

.With rivals Cain would be intimidating to them, showing them that if they try anything with you. They will be dealt with, it is vague and ominous.

.And worse of all he makes it seem to everyone that he has none of these toxic traits.

.So if Rivals go to people and say that Cain was threatening no one would believe them.

.He would be so scary and threatening that most people end up being switched to other section and such away from you.

.Cain would be the type to isolate you from everyone else if he can.

.And if you told someone how bad Cain is, since he is a two-faced yandere and very manipulative with others, make them think he is a good person. They think you are a liar or that you are confused.

.They would all trust Cain over you, that is a fact.

.Same with if Cain got rid of the rivals, no one would believe or trust the rivals that cain had messed with them.

.Cain is also a bit too controlling.

.In which he starts off small with controlling who you can see and be with.

.And then it comes to where you are with him almost twenty-four seven.

.He is manipulative enough that he can get you to be with him all the time.

.He also would be a bit good at gaslighting, making you feel that it is your fault or that he is doing this for your own good.

.He also does not realize his own strength, and when he does lose his temper with his jealousy he might grab onto you.

.Never raising a hand to you of course, but grabbing onto you, or pinning you down so hard that you have bruises.

.He would never want to hurt you and he would feel awful. He still would tell you if you were not with that person he would have never grabbed onto you like that.

.Again gaslighting you so that you think and feel that it was your fault.

.He would also use his anomaly to his advantage in which he would throw a punch "to defend himself" and then the person would defend themself only for them to get hurt and affected by their defense.

.No One would be able to fight him and it would be a one-way fight pretty much.

.When he confesses to you it would be in his mind a romantic gesture, in which he is being sweet and kind.

.If you say yes to him and accept his love, he will be over the moon and kiss you deeply.

.If you turn down his feelings he is going to be thinking that someone is in the way of his love for you.

.He may even grab you and demand who is in the way of his love.

.He will increase his stalking and protective possessive nature until you have no choice but to accept his love because he is all that you will know.

ok just came back to this post after thinking about it. it actually makes sense lore-wise since Abel literally died then came back somehow while Cain stayed as is. “Able” is most likely just a modern incorrect spelling of his original name by the foundation’s researchers.

In light of the recent post, here are some angsty and less angsty headcanons linked with food, tw for: mention of food, mention of parental abuse, mention of poisoning, mention of parent depriving their child of food, such and such.

(Childhood)

- Adam only really started keeping food away from them after Seth's birth

- Able was still mostly fed as much as any children should, even if it was Adam's most common form of punishment for any form of misbehavior

- Adam used to poison Caïn's food, as a way to keep him as much as possible from going into the outdoor and socializing with other people, to keep him isolated (there wasn't much of a need to do that with Able because he always had anti-social behaviors, he was really shy before starting his combat training)

- Seth once tried to keep food for his brothers after they had been punished, but Adam found out and grounded him, Seth didn't ate that night

(Teenage years)

- Adam couldn't continue to starve Able at the smallest minor offense as he needed energy to train, he only did this in case of major offenses

- As Able found some friends, some of them kept food for him, that was (and still is) simply the best way to make friends with him

- Adam always used Caïn's studies to keep him from meeting people, the poison was used in case of any "disrespect"

- Caïn had not much social life, but his mentor often left him things to eat

(After all that)

- Scarlett often invited Able to eat with him, especially if it was at diplomatic dinners or if there was other nobility, as there would be more large quantities of food with great quality, it was his way to use Able's food insecurities

- Caïn became paranoid and wouldn't eat something if he left it unattended and would mostly eat things directly as it got it so he wouldn't run any risk of getting poisoned

- Able understand the concept of trading and that not everything is free and that some things belongs to other people and not him but, food is the ONLY thing he can steal without feeling any kind of remorse, that's like the only thing, he wouldn't steal anything else, not even from dead people (he may keep a weapon from his rivals tho)

- Caïn is really pissed about not being able to eat most things, like any type of bread or bread adjacent food, vegetables of couse, fruits (fruity man can't eat fruit lol) and stuff like that

- Giving food to Able is a good way to become his friend, but a better way is cooking something for him, and oh boy does Dimitrov loves cooking stuff

- Caïn loves artificial flavors, once Bright made him try a bunch of theses things and he was crying of joy the entire time

- Seth as a sweet tooth

SCP-073, Cain. Son of Adam El Asem, brother of Able/Abel and Seth. Quite an interesting character.

Based on my personal headcanons regarding my fan-fic (That I have yet to update on english lol); He is an intern that helps 049/Louis on the Prometheus Proyect that keeps 035 asleep. They both work pretty well together, Cain is always very kind to 049 even if he tries to experiment with him or even murder him for "the sake of science".

He knows he is no harm, for him at least. 049's always get smacked back thanks to Cain's anomalies so he has learned his lesson.

049/Louis enjoys Cain company, being like a "shoulder-to-cry-on" buddy. 049 still loves 035 after all.

For the sake of spoilers (and that I have yet to write more chapters) thats all I have for now T_T

I would like to request some preferably headcanons of SCP-073 and SCP-076-2 when they find out they have feelings for a (preferably male please, there's too many females out there already ;-;, no offense for the women out there) Researcher? Like how do they deal with it, how long it takes for them to confess, etc?

I am desperate for some SCP-073 x Male!Reader, and SCP-076-2 x Male!Reader cause there's too many Female/Gender-Neutral (but still has female traits for some reason) reader ;-;

AN: Hello! Sorry this took awhile... I honestly kept rewriting this because I wasn't sure how to make this feel like it was written for a man, and not just something vague for everyone.

I added a few headcanons for how they'd treat a male lover over a female, So i hope this is okay for you.

SCP-073 (Cain)

⁠You both probably ment pretty casually. Maybe during lunch or just passing by in the hallways.

Cain didn't think much of you at first honestly.

Until he was passing by your office and heard you arguing with another researcher about the ethics of using him as an live information vault.

He stopped for a moment and lingered outside of your office, listening to you rant about how it wasn't fair to him.

He was honestly shocked, in a good way.

Cain was used to people being... Decent to him, sure.

But to have someone so passionately argue his happiness?

Unheard of.

Cain is quick to fall for you after that, and boy does he fall hard.

he deals with these new feelings by following his heart blindly.

Often hanging around you and lending hands wherever he can.

When he works up the courage his confession is sickly sweet, filled with stutters and nervous chuckles.

I also feel like he's the type of guy to write a confession poem.

He's just whipped like that.

If you accept, (which honestly, who would reject him?) He'll be overjoyed!

Man or not, Cain takes the lead in the relationship for the most part.

Throwing an arm around your shoulders, holding doors for you, giving you flowers (plastic, of course)

though, I do think he treats a male lover slightly different then a female.

He's slightly less watchful over you, less protective in general.

It's not that he cares less, just that he's less worried about you.

Also, for some reason I feel like he'd play wrestle with a male lover a lot.

Expect to be put in a gentle/playful headlock.

At the end of the day, Cain is still the sweet golden retriever boy he is.

That definitely doesn't change at all.

SCP-076-2 (Able)

He ment you during one of his rampages, when you got separated from the task force that was escorting you to safety.

Left alone with nothing but a small pistol to defend yourself with.

He quickly gained a large portion of respect for you when you held your ground against him despite being just a researcher.

Not once did you look cowardly or frightened, clutching your guns with a rather good poster and stance, despite your minimal combat training.

Truly a respectable sight to behold.

And Able knows a warrior when he sees one.

In fact, you were so ferocious that he paused his pursuit for just a moment to study you.

A moment long enough for you to shove your gun to his chin and blow his brains out.

I would say that's when the first few sparks flew for him.

After that, every other rampage was spent looking for you, and ending with you putting a bullet through his head.

I don't think he's all that in tune with his feelings, so he definitely doesn't get that what he's feeling is attraction, and not just respect/interest

He's got a thick skull, it takes him awhile...

But when he does realize. he's confused, and a little unsure of himself.

He's really never felt this way about a man before.

He's never felt this way about anyone before.

He's felt pretty much nothing but anger and desire for vengeance for such a long time, that this new feeling is as overwhelming as it is relieving.

I imagine he holes himself up within SCP-076-1 for a few days he learns to deal with these new feelings.

Of course you're the one sent in to confront him about his sudden strange behavior.

Since he's somewhat more docile around you.

This is when he takes his opportunity to confess to you.

Don't expect anything heartfelt or romantic, it's more of a spur-of-the-moment decision then anything.

And don't expect any hints beforehand.

He doesn't get a whole lot of privacy, so he thought it'd be a good spot to do so.

You'd probably be pretty confused i'd imagine, considering you thought he had some sort of bloodlust for you.

Turns out it was a different kind of lust

but we're gonna assume you don't reject his sudden confession, and choose to start a relationship with him.

Contrary to Cain, you're going to have to take the lead with this relationship.

I just can't imagine him being a very confident lover.

Confident in battle yes, but in the art of love? Nah, it's just not happening.

I don't think he'd treat a male lover any differently than a female lover.

I just don't think he's aware of typical relationship "gender norms" like that.

He's just as likely to follow you around frothing at the mouth whenever someone gets to close for his liking as he is a woman.

He's very jealous...

But overall, his dreams for you and him stay the same regardless of gender.

To live somewhere remote where it's just you, him, and his herd of sheep.

Random Headcanons For Some of The Directors/Doctors/SCPs'.

A/N: I just chose a couple of characters to write a short headcanon for. It was completely random.

Any warnings: No warnings for this one. Just some swearing but nothing serious. I hope you enjoy it!!

DOCTOR JACK BRIGHT:

Even with how busy he can be, he always makes an effort to watch new movies or TV shows during the short time he has. He knows so many TV shows and movies. He does enjoy watching horror films and TV shows the most but he will give other genres a try. Or he will even check out anything that is recommended to him. He would even watch TV Shows and movies while he was in his office. He doesn’t care. If he has nothing going on then why not.

DIRECTOR SOPHIA LIGHT:

She lowkey likes watching reality TV dramas. Just for fun. She finds it so stupid and ridiculous but she can't help herself from not watching lol. It is sooo amusing to her. Her favorite has to be watching the Real Housewives franchise. But she will NEVER admit it to anyone and only watch it when she is completely alone. She wouldn't be caught dead watching a reality show she tells her.

DOCTOR CHARLES GEARS:

He is NOT allowed to play Call of Duty anymore due to an incident that happened in Site-19's gaming room where he lost his composure and became very angry at the game. He knows not to let a game get riled up but everyone has their moments I guess.

But other than that he would dominate anyone when playing Call of Duty. He knows his stuff when it comes to playing that game. He isn’t a fan of Call of Duty though. It isn’t his favorite but he does indulge in it when he wants to play a competitive game or he is bored.

DOCTOR JEREMIAH CIMMERIAN:

He has a thing for puns and he enjoys sharing his puns with others but they are soooo corny (sometimes) that it is laughable. But then there are other times when his puns are very clever and smooth. He saves those for special occasions when he is trying to impress someone he is interested in. He is cute with his puns so it isn't so bad either.

SCP-076-2 (ABLE):

He actually takes great care of his hair!! He is serious when it comes to cleaning and combing it. And taking good care of it. He rarely has any tangles or tight knots in his hair. He takes the time to use the proper (and healthy) kinds of shampoo and conditioner and oils to keep his look healthy. And his hair looks flawless and beautiful too!! It looks shiny and healthy. But he would be damned if he lets other people touch or play with his hair... it is only for certain people who have the privilege of touching his hair and playing with his hair. And his hair smells so fucking good!!

SCP-073 (CAIN):

He likes the smell of lavender. The smell is very pleasant and it gives him a sense of peace and happiness to him when he smells it. He would like to have a lavender plant in his room but of course, due to his ability, he can't even go near the plant. But he does like admiring from afar.

SCP-105 (IRIS THOMPSON):

She is like the baby of Site-17 that all the senior doctors and directors look after. And almost everyone knows not to mess with her because then they are going to have to deal with a bunch of senior doctors/directors who WILL become violent if need be.
