Hello SCP fans of Tumblr! I am Amethyst, an artist and voice actor for the community-run SCP YouTube animated series, Son Of A Breach!

Born from the chaos created by the downfall of LordBung’s “Confinement”, we have been working for just under a year to bring you all an entirely new series- this time run by passionate volunteers who aren’t in it for the money

How do you plan to have the characters interact

Like

Are they going to gay school (that was my first thought :( ) (35 school girl)

Or will it be like cross tests? Or breaches?

How will it be presented? Like scp article style? Or generic comic style (sry for all the questions dhdbnsns)

Do not apologize I fucking love those questions, without spoiling too much the story follows scps throughout history mostly, every season follows a different scp's perspective at a different point in time, for example in season 1 we follow 035 and Mal0 during medieval times and season 3 we follow 682 through the 80s or 90s

As for how it will be presented I plan on making it mostly comics but with a few short animations, maybe even some humorous season recap animations that do a funny simplified retelling of the events of each season :]

Welcome to: I finally snapped, making a wikidot account and joining the scp website for sciptember (something i got distracted from 6 days in smh) was a gateway drug to starting to work on a series.

Welcome, weary traveler, to the sideblog for Strange Trails! An SCP comic in the works by me that has the intention to be posted on the SCP wiki.

What exactly is Strange Trails about?

A SCP comic series set within the universe of the From 120 Archives Canon, that follows one Turner Harken (and a few others) after she stumbles beyond the Veil and into a Nexus hidden deep with the woods. A man in grey trails her, knowing more than he lets on. The people of this Nexus are on edge. A woman and her weird cat are seemingly in charge, from the Foundation, and said to be here to protect it. After a discovery deep within the woods, she'll begin to learn just what Genesis and her companion are trying to protect people from. And so will they, for that matter.

How far along are you in Strange Trails creation?

I’m getting there. I have character designs, roughly maybe 50-60% of the plot floating around in my head, and am in need of putting together set designs and a couple more characters.

My intention though is to get the main outline of the story ironed out soon, so that it can be split into chapters for me to outline further and begin the process of thumbnailing and all that jazz. 

Did you get the title from a Lord Huron album?

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5C4R is to be given standard foundation living quarters as well as appropriate meals when asked. SCP-5C4R is allowed to cook or bake in the commonplace kitchen. He is also allowed to freely roam and interact on the Safe Sites of the foundation. He is not permitted near the Euclid Sites and especially not permitted near the Keter Sites. There is no need for special containment procedures, just the standard rules and regulations (he is to be given no weapons, no information, etc). SCP-5C4R-1 is also permitted anywhere SCP-5C4R is. Be careful not to let her in to dangerous sites; she is fast, she can and will run between foundation members legs to get somewhere.

Addendum SCP-5C4R-1: If you encounter SCP-5C4R-1, please do not feed her any treats. SCP-5C4R gives her enough treats. She has already had to go on a diet, which SCP-5C4R was very upset about.

Yes, foundation members are permitted to pet SCP-5C4R-1. She is just as safe as SCP-5C4R.

Description: SCP-5C4R appears to be a twenty six (26) year old Caucasian man of American decent, approximately two (2) meters in height. He has brown hair with green eyes and wears any of the clothes the foundation provides to him. He doesn't seem to have a preference in clothing and often changes his style. Sometimes, he will allow his hair to grow long. Other times, he will keep his hair short. Because SCP-5C4R interacts with the foundation members often, there is no need to put a restriction on this.

SCP-5C4R is very kind and cooperative with the foundation members. He doesn't seem to mind the foundation, nor does he seem to care about the questions we ask. He answers them very honestly, even cracking a few jokes, or he explains how uncomfortable he is and doesn't answer.

SCP-5C4R seems to be a normal man, however, he is completely immune to everything. With permission, we have tested the following objects to see if it would hurt him.

Knife: Used to create lacerations on forearm

Sword: Used to attempt to remove arm

Acid: Used on hands

Gun: Used to shoot

Nothing hurt SCP-5C4R. He only complained about the acid, saying it merely "felt uncomfortable." Along with being unharmed, anytime a wound was afflicted on SCP-5C4R, a scar appeared on his body. The scars are not permanent, they only stay on SCP-5C4R's body for six (6) months, which is the only indication that he has been harmed.

Along with SCP-5C4R, there is SCP-5C4R-1. She is an American Shorthair cat. She is SCP-5C4R's pet and follows him almost everywhere. She, like SCP-5C4R, is also immune to everything. We have not tested any objects on her, she has just gotten in the crossfire of incidents, but was left unharmed. SCP-5C4R has also confirmed that SCP-5C4R-1 is immune to everything like him.

Addendum SCP-F10W3R5-1: SCP-F10W3R5 is allowed outside in the garden when asked. He is not to be kept away from the garden unless the foundation is performing a test outside. At least two members of staff are to be outside with him at all times. He is not allowed to leave the garden area.

SCP-F10W3R5 often request items for his garden. Requests are to be approved by Site Directors.

Description: SCP-F10W3R5 is a twenty eight (28) year old Caucasian man of Scottish decent, approximately one point eight (1.8) meters in height. He has cyan hair and blue eyes, usually holding a singular flower or flower crown in his ear. He wears a simple white shirt with a rainbow flag on it, a blue cardigan, black jeans, and white socks. He walks around in socks, only wearing his gardening boots when going outside.

SCP-F10W3R5 is a generally very pleasant and kind, happy to talk with foundation members and cooperate with staff. He doesn't seem to mind the foundation, nor does he seem to care about the questions we ask, so long as we allow him the ability to garden. He answers as honestly as he can, only refusing if he doesn't know or uncomfortable with what is being asked.

SCP-F10W3RS has the ability to turn anything into different types of flowers. He is able to turn both living and nonliving items into flowers, but seems unable to control the types of flowers the items are turned into. Testing upon the flowers show that they have the same DNA as whatever flower they were turned into, showing no signs of being anything else.

Addendum SCP-F10W3R5-2: SCP-F10W3R5 used to be considered Euclid, due to his power of being able to make anything, including humans, into flowers. However, he has proven to be able to control said power and expressed he would no longer destroy foundation property or hurt foundation staff/D-Class personnel, so long as he is able to have a garden. He was given a test period and has proven to be Safe, as he has had no more incidents.

EXAMINER NOTES:  This log was taken predating SCP-F10W3R5's change from Euclid to Safe class. This was taken after an incident of SCP-F10W3R5 destroying his bedroom wall in order to get outside before being caught and put in a solitary confinement cell.

Date: 20XX/04/23

Interviewer: Dr. Winson

Interviewee: SCP-F10W3R5

[ BEGIN LOG ]

Dr. Winson: SCP-F10W3R5-

SCP-F10W3R5: [Irritated] My name is Scott.

Dr. Winson: SCP-F10W3R5, you harmed two members of staff-

SCP-F10W3R5: I didn't mean to! It was an accident, I just wanted to get outside!

Dr. Winson: You are not permitted outside.

SCP-F10W3R5: And why not?! I don't do anything but sit inside all day! I see Scar and Jellie walking around all the time, they're allowed to freely roam, why can't I?!

Dr. Winson: You've... seen SCP-5C4R?

SCP-F10W3R5: Of course I have! Scar and I are friends! Ugh, whatever, that's not my point! My powers are completely harmless!

Dr. Winson: That's not entirely true-

SCP-F10W3R5: [Annoyed] Ugh, if you want to be all technical, then I guess yeah, technically, I can turn humans into flowers. But I don't because I don't want to hurt anyone. I literally just want to have a garden. Is that so much to ask?!

Dr. Winson: Unfortunately, yes it is-

[ Note: At this point, SCP-F10W3R5 had jumped across the table and placed his hand on Dr. Winson's chest, a clear threat of his ability. Armed members of staff had come into the room, but SCP-F10W3R5 did not budge. ]

SCP-F10W3R5: Okay, I'm done being nice. I can turn literally anything into bouquets. I could single-handedly destroy this entire foundation. So, unless you want me to release everyone in this building and turn everyone into bunches of flowers, I demand to be allowed outside and allowed to grow a garden. That is literally all I want.

Dr. Winson: [Pauses] I will... talk to O-5 to get it approved.

SCP-F10W3R5: [Removes himself from Dr. Winson] [Smiles] Thank you! I expect to hear back from you soon!

[ END LOG ]

Conclusion: Dr. Winson put in a request to O-5, detailing the severity. O-5 approved it under the conditions that SCP-F10W3R5 is heavily monitored. He was given the permission to grow a garden and, over time, his restrictions were lessened until he was reclassified as Safe.

No more incidents have occured.
