Today was unbelievably lovely. Went on a super crisp walk this morning (in my new coat!!) once back home I did my week ahead tarot, and weekly planning, journaled a little bit about my new coat, fixed all my Lego that broke when we moved, cut up some things I wanted to keep from my magazines for journaling, and then this evening I enjoyed a little bit of cookie dough ice cream. Super cold and sore, but so happy with today, and looking forward to going to bed.

3❀ Do you do night or bedtime prayers? if yes, what does that look like in your practice?

I don't, at least not routinely. I rarely pray at night, and there's some taboos in my tradition about working after sundown which include prayers and offerings. When I do, it's either because I'm offering prayers as a devotion to a nocturnal Spirit, Saint or Deity, or because there's some kind of urgent situation that requires me to handle it at that moment instead of waiting until sunrise.

8❀ How does glamour magic work according to your beliefs and in your practice?

I think it really depends on a lot of things. One, who the glamour is placed on, two, the method, and three, the eye of the beholder. I feel people always put a lot of focus on the third aspect and forget the other two. I guess you can sweeten someone specific to see you more favourably, but when I hear the word "glamour" I think less of a specific individual sweetening and more of a general blessing upon someone, so that others see what you want them to see, regardless of who they are. And that's the trickier part. How do you make someone as close to universally liked as possible, when people have so many conflicting preferences...?

The answer, to me, is that you don't aim for physical beauty, you aim for some other non-physical quality that is endearing and appearing pleasing to their eye will follow as the natural consequence.

14❀ Do you keep a magical garden? if yes, what does it look like in february? (if not, you can tell us what the landscape outside looks like instead!)

I don't! Not that I haven't tried 😂 gardening is a skill that I've never been able to cultivate (ha)

February here looks like late summer. You can feel nature very slowly retreating, almost teasing with the idea of autumn. The soft winds that carry the sweet smell of blossoms slowly turning into thunderstorms and seasalt breeze. The neighboring trees still have some flowers, and the grape vines in the gardens are heavy with ripe fruit. Everything looks green and bountiful but the weather is starting to get chillier and chillier (and I love that combination).

when she's old enough, she begins to dream of escaping, both the duties that loom over her head and the ever-tall walls of starfall, becoming a mistress of voyage. all of dorne, the reach, even the north, she sees it all, afraid to look over her shoulder — because that's where duty hides.

she wants and wants and wants — that is the root of all the rot. she wants the best wine and the sweetest fruit, so ripe that it melts on the tongue, the best views, of a verdant garden and stinging sunrise, the invigorating scent of freshest roses and seasalt, and the warmest arms she's ever known. that is all.

tell her that she gets to have it all. tell her, even if you must lie.

a quick summary: a hedonistic heir of starfall who doesn't want to be the heir and wants to live life according to her own rules, but she keeps failing, especially now when her parents expect her to follow in their footsteps and marry someone of their chosing to better her standing and of house dayne. she's sort of envious of her younger siblings since they are not burdened with such things, and get to forge their own paths. at least she'll always be one of the best, unsung swordsmen of house dayne.

she is greatly fascinated by the lord of the light and as an incredibly inquisitive woman, she is drawn to the faith. she's greatly interested in reading and translating old scriptures, as well as learning anything new.

☽✧☾ Animal: This is a tough question to start with - Angeline is such an animal fan it's hard to pick just one for her (I was EXTREMELY mount motivated my first time through the msq so that translates to Angeline being just as intense about her menagerie). Considering her origins as a dungeons and dragons paladin and her special connection to her steed, Cinnamon, she is above all a horse girl.

↬ to be honest with you i was actually torn between three men: kuroo, daichi, & suga. kuroo has high emotional intelligence in a sense that he's aware if he had hurt someone or if someone is going through a rough time but he's a bit free-spirited so im guessing he's the type to go for an impulsive adventure type of dates. moving on, daichi is the perfect person for your ideal dates but im guessing he's a bit mature to goof off every now and then. i think he's the type to laugh at your silly side but not join you in your pranks. SO that leaves us to the middle ground. suga is both emotionally mature and aware of his surroundings at the same time he can be a perfect partner in crime. i think he fits well with your ideals and your interests since both of you are compassionate and probably base your decisions emotionally :)

the sun is making its way to finally meet with the horizon. the outstretch of deep tangerine and marigold touch the curves and corners of your face as you inhale the seasalt air in your lungs. you had a long day, an exhausting and stressful day. so, you decided to have a walk alone by the beach to release negative energy.

but the human mind works wonder. it knows very well the things and thoughts you greatly want to forget. it knocks at your consciousness, taunting you to think about that particular thing that ruined your supposed average and possibly good day.

hence, you let your body react. you swiftly turn your direction to the side. your right leg swings back for a momentum before kicking the sand up in the air.

"AGH!" a man cries in pain. once the sand has settled down to the ground, to your horror, you see a boy with pale skin pressing his hands over his eyes.

"oh no, i didn't know you were passing by! are you okay?" your eyes widen at the boy still grunting in pain. he steps back but loses his balance thus making him fall on his bottom.

"the sand is in my eyes. i can feel it." he speaks. he flips one hand over to rub his one eye with it. you immediately grab onto his wrist to stop him.

"no, don't do that! you might get infection or your eyes might be damaged!" you pull his hand away from his eye revealing half of his face to you giving you the advantage to scan his features. his hair is light alike to his skin. the bridge of his nose pops up like a button and his lips thin yet rosy. he's wearing a track suit and a pair of rubber shoes. you assumed he's jogging by your spot the moment you kicked the sand.

"what should i do then?" he wailed in panic. you let go of his hand.

"im calling an ambulance." you fish your phone from the pocket of your pants.

"no! wait. im crying." his voice increases making you stop your motion. his left eye is slightly gaped open.

"yes, the more i need to call an emergency." you resume back to your task as your finger glides through the screen of your phone.

"no! no! the tears." he says. his orbs moving against his shutted lids. he opens them slightly and tears start rolling down his face. "i think the tears cleanse my eyes."

"what do we now?" trapped into making a decision, you ask.

he catches you off guard when his hand landed on your forearm. he pulls you in making you drop to your knees. his one leg is between your thighs and your bodies are closer than it was before. your eyes widen at the proximity between you two.

"blow my eyes." his tone drops by an octave. you balance your body on your knees but leaning closer to him might make you accidentally fall on top of him. you clear your throat.

"can i," you trail off before continuing. "can i hold your shoulder so i wouldn't fall?"

silence fills in the air seconds before he hums.

you steady your stance as you place your hand on his shoulder. suddenly, you feel your palms turning cold and the pulse in your neck pumping faster.

he uses his fingers to slowly open his eyelids before you near your lips inches away from his pupil. you exhale a gentle blow making his eyelids twitch rapidly. you pull back before doing the same thing on his other eye.

tears paint his cheeks as it continuously roll out from his eyes. he blinks a couple times before finally meeting with your eyes. you haven't moved a single muscle since you fell on your knees and now that he's looking at you. his gaze reminded you of your awkward position.

"s-sorry." you stutter as you bring you hand back to your side. his lips turn into a thin line as an attempt to hide his growing smile. you mirror him albeit you feel your cheeks getting warm. you both look away at the same time biting the insides of your cheeks.

so much for meeting someone for the first time.

3. Tea. Depending on what time of day, in the morning it's English Breakfast tea, with farm fresh cream, and just a tad of coconut sugar. In the afternoon, Hot days: iced tea lightly sweetened, And steeped with fresh mint from the herb garden. Chilly days: Either a second cup of English Breakfast, or something like mint tea, fruit tea, warm creamy seasalt oolong. And in the evenings, it's Jasmine Green tea, or just green tea, with maybe a touch of honey.

Protagonist, deuteragonist, and tritagonist are terms typically used when there is a trio of main characters. The title given to a character doesn't necessarily downgrade their importance in the story. On the contrary, when a character is given one of these, it means they are the most important characters in the story.

Examples:

Kingdom Hearts series: Destiny Island Trio, Seasalt Trio, Wayfinder Trio.

Twilight Saga: Bella, Edward, Jacob

Harry Potter: Harry, Ron Hermione

Etc.

For Yashahime, Towa is the protagonist since we are following the story in her perspective.

Setsuna is the deuteragonist since she is Towa's twin sister whom she interacts with more.

Moroha is the tritagonist because Towa's focus is on her sister rather than her cousin. Plus Moroha is usually off doing her own thing in the beginning of the story, so the three of them are not always together like Towa and Setsuna are.

Yashahime is about both Sesshomaru and Inuyasha's kids. We get a bit more focus on the Sesshomaru side only because he has two kids and the plot revolves around something that happened to them and something Sesshomaru did. Inuyasha had a whole series about himself and his story, so it's not unheard of to shift the focus a bit. One of the biggest things that I noticed from the OG series is that there was a desire to have a bit more focus on Sesshomaru. We all know Inuyasha's story, so this is a chance to give Sesshomaru the spotlight. We still get to see Moroha's story since it's in conjecture with Towa and Setsuna's, but that does not mean that she is any less important than Towa and Setsuna.

I would like to point out that the only way for there to be 3 complete protagonists is if the story has three storylines weaved together where we see each character's own perspective (See KH Birth by Sleep).

But even then, each character would still have the titles depending on how much the main focus character interacts with them. So even if Moroha is given the title of Protagonist, Setsuna and Towa would still have the title of deuteragonist and tritagonist. Same if it was in Setsuna's perspective where Towa and Moroha would be the ones. And even the , Moroha would still be the tritagonist since Setsuna interacts with Towa more than Moroha.

TL:DR For all my Moroha fans, just because ya girl is the tritagonist doesn't mean she's not as important to the story as Towa and Setsuna. All it means is that the story isn't told in her perspective and she has less interactions with Towa than Setsuna does.
