So, after some good thinking and research to rlly understand yourself, you decide to tell your boyfriend on a quiet evening in his dorm. He's sitting on his bed with his legs crossed, dogs out unashamedly. Meanwhile you're sitting across from him, playing nervously with the cuff of your sleeve and preparing yourself to tell him. "So?" He looks at you, his elbows resting on his knees and his back a bit rounded. You look at him again, and after a short breath, "I think I'm non-binary." it slips out.

He looks at you. You look back at him. For a second, you watch the gears turning in his mind. He's sure he's heard, or at least seen that term before. Something something gender, right? Gender... Transgender?? He looks at you again. Your heartbeat having picked up significantly now.

"So you're..." He squints, and you feel a cold sweat on your back. "You're not a girl?" Biting the inside of your bottom lip, you slowly nod. Again, he takes a moment to process this new information. "So... But, you're not a guy either. Right?"

A sliver of hope sparks in your chest. Again, you nod. He also nods, slowly, and very softly. "How uh... how'd you know?"

You look down, gulping although there's nothing really stuck in your throat. "I wasn't comfortable being a girl." Your voice is quiet, and the last part comes out as a mere whisper. "...It's hard to explain."

His expression seems focused, sharp but soft. He's a little lost, honestly. So, you continue explaining. "For a while I thought maybe I wanted to be a guy, or maybe I just liked appearing more masculine sometimes. But I don't fully feel pulled that way, I guess. But when I thought that maybe it's just a phase and I'm really just a girl, I'd feel upset. Because I don't want to be a girl. I don't feel that way. That's just not... Me."

His hand is placed on his chin, he is listening. Your mind searches for something, anything that could be a hint of discomfort or disgust, but he's just... Listening.

He places his hand down again. "So." Your eyes flicker to his hand movement, then back up to his face. "What do I call you then?"

Your breath halts for just about half a second. "Er, I guess uh, partner? Or significant other? That's what people do online I think." You don't think, you know. After all you've asked all of these same questions before, by almost obsessively typing them into your browser and reading through half the internet every other night.

"Eh, that's a bit long." He scrunches his nose for a short moment. His eyes are darted somewhere on the bed, not really focused on anything. Your chest feels strange. It was tight before, all knotted up. But now it's just... Weird. Overtaken by a strange, swirly sensation. "Wait." You say. "Doesn't it bother you?"

He looks at your eyes again. "What?"

"Well, you like girls don't you? But I'm not one." You move up your hands, gesturing to him. His almost underwhelming reaction not really helping your anxiety. "And like, referring to me differently, wouldn't that bother you?"

His brows scrunch together a bit. He sits up a bit more straight than before and says "What, ya think I can't switch up a couple words for you? I wouldn't be dating you if something simple as that could turn me away, you know." The tone of his voice feels a bit hard, a bit tough, but it always does that.

"Also, I don't like anyone 'cept you. Dun' matter if you're a girl or not."

You let go a breath you didn't know you were holding. The tension in your chest, shoulders and arms falls. He sees your relief and continues. "So, what do I call you now?" He asks again, looking directly at you.

"Oh, I haven't really decided if I want to change my name or not. But uh..." You look down at your fingers playing with your sleeve. "I think I want to be referred to as they them. Like, my pronouns I mean. Instead of she and her." It felt weird to request this, many people still didn't know anyone today who'd use only they them, safe for a few celebrities, who would often face controversy for that despite how silly it was.

"Alright." Katsuki straightened up again. "That's easy." He smirked at you, the rest of his face completely relaxed again.

"Huh?" You looked up at him. That was it?

Katsuki leaned back and turned his head as he reached for his phone on the bed's headboard. "So you're free on Saturday, right?" He opened his calendar app, that organised weirdo.

"Uh, yeah?" You were still confused on how quickly he switched topics after such a tense conversation, at least to you.

"Good. Then we're going to the mall. Shithair and Raccoonface wanted to go fall shopping. Figured you'd wanna join."

He was typing something on his phone, meanwhile you remained quiet. Once finished, he stared back at you, his eyebrows furrowed together again. "What?"

You shift a bit, changing your seating position. "Nothing! I just uhh... I didn't think we'd be over me being non-binary so quickly."

"I'm not dating you because of your gender." He says, very matter of factly, eyes still fixed on the small screen.

AAAAAA, THANK YOU SO MUCH! It's called The Tale of the Evil Sorcerer/O Conto do Feiticeiro Maligno and it's free to read over Wattpad, but there isn't an english translation and I prob won't do that any time soon, as I'm going to rewrite it someday.

It's about an "evil" sorcerer who kidnapped a princess by accident, only to fall in love at first sight with the knight who came to save her. Things become worse when the princess figures out the sorcerer was never evil at all, but he's so bad at communication that he just let the rumors spread because it was easier than dealing with them, so she decides to strike a deal: She'll help him try to talk with the knight, who also happens to be her BFF, and in turn he will teach her how to be a sorcerer. And no, the knight has no idea what's going on, and he's also been indocrinated his whole life to beliefe that magic = SUPER BAD.

I love these three idiots so much. The sorcerer is called Meia-Noite (Midnight in english), princess is Valentyna, and the knight is Edgar. They share one (1) braincell and are all doomed by the narrative, except the story has a happy ending for everyone. The only villain who's not sympathetic is a transphobe named Joanne Atropa and she's english-coded. This is not a reference to an IRL transphobe/neonazi author, uh-uh, never! Infodump under the cut:

Meia-Noite is a gay disaster who lives in a fortress he found at age 13 in the middle of a jungle. Goth, anxious, and is actually a healer and not a shadow manipulator like the rumors say. He helps people if they get lost and need someone to treat their injuries because his duty as a healer is capable of overtaking his fear of strangers. He's tall with long dark hair but if the wind hits him a bit too hard he goes flying with it, the guy is a STICK.

Edgar is a bi knight who has trained his entire life to protect the girl he sees as a sister. He's autistic, albino and is REALLY serious about his duties as a knight (he's 17) to the point he forgot about everything else. Outside the harsh exterior he's actually a huge sweetie who loves photography and is super curious about magic, but feels super guilty and bad about it.

Valentyna is a lesbian princess who's a prodigy at almost everything she does, but her parents refuse to teach her light magic and she's desperate to help the people of her kingdom. This girl punched Meia the SECOND she was able to do so during the kidnapping, she may not know what she's doing but somehow she is winning the game. She cares so much about everyone around her! Also adopted an albino snake and named it Açúcar (Sugar) 15 seconds after finding her in the palace's gardens.

If this will end well for him or not it's something everyone has yet to see. My girlfriend has this to say about him:

I want to give her a special treatment in the rewrite because I think she deserves it.

Comandante (Commander), has this name because they're the commander of the non-binary nation. Accidentally misheard Meia-Noite and thought they were supposed to KIDNAP Valentyna instead of politely taking her over for a conversation about why her parents are incompetent at their jobs, now must be the parent friend to everyone. I love them so much, they're an icon to me.

Elisabeth, a princess from a rival kingdom who may or may not be Valentyna's crush. A bit more on the gothic side, had a pretty unusual childhood and her tweenhood was pretty hard. Tries her best to look eloquent and always knowing what to do, but really, REALLY wants to be a bit more loose. She and Tyna will have an enemies/rivals to lovers arc in the rewrite bc why not.

IT/THAT THING/ANYTHING/THE ???????????. A creature that's always watching. Also may be the guy that gave Meia half of his trauma.

The NARRADORA, AKA Narrator, the girl who's telling this story. It's her first big assignment and she LOOOVES saying her opinions about what is going on, much to her professor/adopted father's dismay.

Sonic: arospec, bisexual, trans man, he/him. Stealth. Is only out to Tails. Actively fights for trans rights, just doesn't feel comfortable sharing his identity with most people. Hides his negative emotions because he feels as though he has to be a source of positivity 24/7. Probably cries himself to sleep sometimes, the poor guy. In a QPR (queer platonic relationship) with Shadow.

Tails: (I don't feel comfortable labeling the sexuality of a literal ten year old lmao/lh), transmasc, he/they. Looks up to Sonic, literally aims to be exactly like him: he's the only other trans person he knows (who's out to him, at least), and he's cool asf. Admires his bravery. to answer the big question, how do you feel about your gender after all these? I feel non-binary. sometimes I feel euphoria being mistaken as trans fem and im happy. sometimes i feel really euphoric for being a mlm trans man, and i like being the androgynous one.

I truly just experimented with my gender in early 2023, and I found out it is really fun to be a girl. but I am not one. but i'm happy i experimented with it.

by all means, experiment with your gender. play with your gender. you don't have to make it shame-bound. i stopped doing shame-play because it was impacting on my mental health deeply and negatively.

at first i couldn't stop masturbating to shameful emotions. i went to Sex Addicts Anonymous meetings, left because it has a Christianity origin (although they're so open-minded and religion/atheism friendly) and there's a lot of shame involved there too.

but SAA and the people there really helped me build a positive lifestyle when I was there. I carried the positive changes and influences into my life.

i feel like myself finally. and all that journey was worth it in the end. i felt like myself with finally living on my own, making new friends, healing my own attachment woundings, going to therapy, finding my community and experiencing so much queer joy. and i learnt to be vulnerable in a good way, so i can build authentic relationships. (with a lot of financial and emotional support from family and friends)

i don't know. this is the light at my tunnel end for me i think. i was very miserable when i was starting this blog, and now i have overcome a lot of that misery. i am still struggling with depression and anxiety. but i am having a way better time now.

guys, just between us I wanna share two things. Firstly, I really wanna stop my period but not lose my hair. So i got on birth control (progesterone). But it is pushing me towards a psychological deep-end and I do not wanna risk destabilizing myself. (Took me a long time to become mentally stable.) So I think I will get back on testosterone after taking a year of taking a break.

Yeah, one day I might be as bald as the men on my mother's side. But it's good to look my age. I am a radiant person. I am sure I will still be lovable and beautiful and alternative when I get there. Rocking a mullet on the back with a balding on top.

And secondly, I realize I really like he/they trans boys, and I want to love them as myself. A they/he/she. I wanna be in a gay relationship with them. I want maybe two boyfriends and one girlfriend (or enbyfriends!) and I want to meet the metamours, my beloveds' beloveds. The Worm Virus

Since everything is new here, I would like to talk a little about my Horror/Suspense story project.

1°: WHAT IS SONIC.WRM IN GENERAL?

Sonic.WRM is a story that takes place 10 years in the future in Forest Hill. Peace reigned 5 years ago, Robotnik's evil forces stopped their attacks. With this, Sonic and his friends can finally have a real life, all in peace and harmony, But they did not know that it wouldn't last long. An infestation of mutant worms begins to manifest itself in the place, putting an end to the Flickys, so Sonic decides that he would help Tails to create a cure and get rid of the worms, however, everything gets out of control, and Sonic then becomes one of the worms' victims, transforming into a bizarre creature that will cause nightmares and problems for all Mobians.

Sonic.WRM is heavily inspired by the story My Little Worms, as you can see, but it will obviously have different elements.

2°: WHERE WILL SONIC.WRM BE POSTED?

The main idea is for the Sonic.WRM story to be posted on AO3, but this may take a while as I'm having difficulty creating an account there.

At the moment, AO3 is the only place I intend to post the story, but if you have suggestions for a second place to post, suggestions are being accepted.

3°: HOW MANY CHAPTERS WILL THE STORY HAVE?

This is a question that I don't have a clear answer to, as it will depend a lot on how the story will be written over time. +, I intend to write alternative endings for the story, as it will not actually have a canonical ending, this will be more up to the interpretation of whoever reads it.

And also, I intend to write extra chapters, which do not match the main story, but rather, secondary stories involving other characters (which will also be canonical)

I am Carlos Valdez, Jade, Eclipse, Carman Sandiego’s twin. Child of Dexter Wolfe and Carlotta Valdez. Adoptive child of Shadowsan-sama and formerly all VILE faculty.

Isabella and Carlos were brought to the Isle of VILE, as babies by Shadowsan, raised among thieves as Black Sheep and Jade.

Doctor Bellum always had her crazy plans so she took a baby and weaponized it, filled it with deadly science.

Black Sheep and Eclipse, Lambkins, one joined the academy naively, one was already on the dark side.

The squad at school include Graham, Antonio, our big brothers figures, me and my twin, Lambkins, lastly Ginger who didn’t graduate from last year.

He isn’t really Ginger but nobody knows his name and he is cool with the nickname i gave him.

While Black Sheep hangs around the campus, i go to assassinations or assistant missions. A more active Cleaner.

Back to narrative:

After escaping from VILE, they steal from them as the same person, Carmen Sandiego. When apart is “A” instead of “E”, Carman Sandiego.

By Eclipse who was a faculty-in-training, Cleaner-in-training, he knew all the dirty things he needed to know.

The Twin still sees Shadowsan as their father, Carlotta Valdez who was dragged into this madness as their mother, Hideo who was also dragged into this madness as their Uncle.

Also VILE has too many girlbosses i mean there’s a coach that could snap you in half and two lesbians.

I haven’t even count Tigress, Paper Star specially my sis, not to mention Lady Dokuso who dad “had a toxic relationship with”.

I’m pretty sure that was a joke about she uses poisons too much and it got on dad’s nerve.

Sonic Headcanon Sunday: (For the Sake of Working on Making my Own Content XD) Pride Month Edition!

So as you can probably guess from the title, Sonic Headcanon Sunday is thing I want to try out where I post headcanons I have about the Sonic franchise every other Sunday. And since it’s still Pride month, I couldn’t resist starting off with some LGBTQ+ headcanons I have about the characters:

Sonic: Bi, bi, bi!!! (Maybe somewhere under the ace umbrella too???) While he does find some guys attractive, he’s more into girls and non-binaries. I could totally see him eventually opening up more to Amy. And he has DEFINITELY flirted with Shadow a little bit at one point (mainly just to mess with them). I dare y’all to change my mind. /hj /nm

Amy: Demi/Pan because she clearly doesn’t have any attraction or close, emotional bond to anyone but Sonic. But at the same time, if she somehow were to move on from the blue blur, she strikes me as someone who would end up dating a person regardless of their gender (if and when she makes a very close bond with them too, of course).

Shadow: A masculine-leaning non-binary. He uses He/They/It pronouns (Friendly reminder that he canonically was addressed with both He/him and it/it’s pronouns in SA2!) It also owns a neckerchief with the non-binary Pride flag colors. Not only is he asexual but, like Amy, they’re also demi/panromantic.

Charmy: A trans boi! It just makes sense, considering wings and stingers are both female bee parts. Granted the Sonic Team most likely either didn’t know bee anatomy or kept the wings and stinger to make him more recognizable as a bee, but this is more fun to think about!

Mighty: A gay disaster! XD Bonus headcanon that he used to have a crush on both Sonic and Knuckles. The problem? Knuckles is straight, Sonic had no interest in dating at the time, and they both only saw the armadillo as a friend. Yeah poor guy got double friend-zoned.

Espio: Asexual, but not against finding a woman to have a romantic relationship with .

Whisper: Lesbian. She and Tangle have a thing going on. *

Tangle: Bi and dating Whisper. *

Barry: Non-binary (They/them)*

Tekno the Canary: Non-binary. They’re fem-leaning and use She/They pronouns.* Also a Sapphic.

And everyone else is straight and cis allies. (Well maybe Rouge might not be straight. She kinda gives off bi vibes too tbh)
