I think Remedy Games have been handling the shared universe concept better than the MCU has been doing recently.
Control and Alan Wake complement and reference eachother but both stand on their own regardless.

Sonic World project plan: Sonic the Hedgehog (Vol. 2)
Tumblr media
This series is not an assured project. It is a concept that can still be changed or scrapped.
Synopsis
Doctor Starline unveils his master plan. Surge and Kitsunami arrive and are determined to replace Sonic and his friends. Not everything goes as planned and the two are too villainous. Team Sonic hopes to calm them down or else they will be "recalled" by Starline.
Characters
Sonic the Hedgehog - The greatest hero of his world. He is known for being the fastest living thing on the planet.
Miles "Tails" Prower - One of the smartest people on his planet. He is best friends with Sonic and supplies Team Sonic with their tech. His two tails allow him to fly.
Knuckles the Echidna - The guardian of the Master Emerald until it was destroyed by Metal Sonic. He is on a quest to restore it, but will help his friends when needed.
Amy Rose - Leader of the Restoration and Sonic's biggest fan. She is known to have devastating attacks with her mallet.
Surge the Tenrec - One of Starline's test subjects. Experimentation with the energy of a Master Emerald shard has given her superspeed and electrokinetic powers. She is driven to beat Sonic.
Kitsunami the Fennec - Another test subject of Starline who acts as support to Surge. He hates Tails so much. His power is to control the shape of water. Howler built him a backpack that compresses a large amount of water so that the fennec has a lot at his disposal.
Doctor Starline - A scientific genius who has taken over the Eggman Empire following Eggman's disappearance. He used a shard of the Master Emerald to give Surge and Kitsunami their powers. His goal is to create a world that does not need heroes and he wants be seen as the greatest mind on the planet.
Howler the Wolf - Assistant and mechanic working for Doctor Starline. He serves as the voice of reason for the doctor and is not afraid to tell him off for his foolish behavior. During this volume, he feels like his services are needed less than ever.
Other Information
Starline's scheme is inspired by Syndrome's plan from the movie "The Incredibles."

[THIRD HEADCANON/FAN THEORY]
In my own insane (but somehow way less insane) take on the infamous (is it infamous, I just want to know that) Tommy Westphall Universe fan theory which claims not only are 500+ shows are in the same universe but they all take place in the mind of a twelve year old autistic boy with a snowglobe (yes, this is a real thing, blame St. Elsewhere), I propose that in this case for me not only are a decent handful of media are set within the same universe as each other but they all take place within the mind of the deadly, morally grey, femme fatale and early 20s sorceress Charmcaster — the Alien Force and Ultimate Alien Charmcaster to be specific.
How I see it is this is the Where The Magic Happens Trilogy Charmcaster (the pitch I did) specifically the second and third series Charmcaster where she's not only way more mature but a lot more darker, sinister, calculated and ruthless where she took all the lessons she's learned and built upon them and grew from them but not in the good way you think of at first. Obviously, as the second and third series go on, she redeems herself and this is teased throughout because in all three shows Charmcaster has a code, refusing to hurt people that she doesn't have to, expressing regret and disgust at herself for [SPOILER ALERT] decapitating Gwen when they first met, going back to when she doesn't need to to save Gwen and her friends when left behind etc.
She's torn between being a hero and a villain.
But here's where her secret universe within her mind comes directly into play, at the end of the first series, a now changed completely Gwen - no longer the spoiled, know-it-all, mean brat she was at the beginning of the series - gives Charmcaster a special snowglobe that originally meant a lot to Gwen when she was only little and in the words of her Aunt Sandra "finally being able to walk".
It turns out in the second and third series, it's a prized possession of Charmcaster that she won't let anyone else get near or even touch even Gwen who gave it to her in the first place.
How I see it is this is where Charmcaster's universe begins, all of the following are figments on her "imagination". Stories in her mind that only she knows of, it's her own personal secret that's all her fun and her fun only. One day when they're married, she'll tell her wife Gwen but for now, this is hers and hers only. That way, it makes her finally telling Gwen more special.
CHARMCASTER'S UNIVERSE
The connecting theme here are a total of three things which fits them despite being tonially and stylistically different from each other:
1). They focus on distinct but very unconventional types of protagonists and even ensembles having to not only fight the odds but face the highest stakes and the highest threats there is. At the same time, the protagonists aren't generic action heroes or the type who'd be the heroes of these scenarios but they have moral codes or just codes in general even if they're not always "good people" and always end up doing "the right thing". Way less of Tony Stark from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Frank Dux from Bloodsport and Steven Hiller from Independence Day and WAAAAY more of The Stranger from High Plains Drifter, The Driver from Drive and Michael "De Santa" Townley from Grand Theft Auto V.
2). The villains or main antagonists are always never one-dimensional or generic stereotypical bad guys. They're all fully-fleshed out or just fleshed out in general villains with their own personalities, histories and motivations. Some of them are genuinely tragic villains out of Shakespeare and some who are full-on villainous are dangerous and intimidating. Hell, some have codes too. They fall straight into the morally grey area with that if they have that. Way less Tonraq from The Legend Of Korra (ugh, that whole show sucks), Fire Lord Ozai from Avatar: The Last Airbender and Senator John McLaughlin from Machete and WAAAAY more of J. Nomak from Blade II, Davy Jones from Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest/At World's End and Thaddeus Sivina from Shazam!.
3). All of the events in them are either caused by, advanced and forwarded by or sometimes both by the protagonists. They make life-altering decisions that whether good or bad, whether they did or didn't do the right thing, will have massive repercussions. It's never something random as all hell happening to a certain individual, it's the opposite where they did something that caused or triggered this event to happen to them so they really have no one else to blame but themselves.

IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER:
• The Mummy (1999)
• Saving Private Ryan
• Overlord (2018)
• Inglourious Basterds
• Thief (1981)
• Heat (1995)
• The Long Kiss Goodnight
• The Invisible Man (2020)
• Upgrade (2018)
and that's just too name a few, there's much more to it than that but this gives you a great idea on what's going on in the mind of everyone's favorite teenage sorceress Charmcaster.

I took some lineart from the wikimon.net sites and made some touchups on their Timeskip appearances to make them as they appear in the modern era! Even did touchups for Masaru/Marcus from "Digimon Data Squad" as Well! What i did is i inserted the sketches on my procreate and altered them…

Lilo Pelekai - Gryphonverse- Ultimate Alien
Lilo Pelekai at age 16, in the Gryphonverse.  This is in the Ultimate Alien period of her and Ben Tennyson's adventures.  She is ready for action with her EBCP Belt and Experimatrix Guantlets, although she is not in active combat so the Guantlets are in disguised mode and the protective hula skirt is not deployed.
I could not decide between her wearing sandals versus shoes, so I drew her with both. (She might wear sandals more in Kauai versus shoes in Bellwood, Arizona or in combat.)

lift me higher, let me look at the sun
Series: in the shadow of the sun || ascian azem au (Part 3)
Series Authors: @sunderedazem and @azems-familiar
Rating: Teen Fandom: Final Fantasy XIV Category: Gen Major Tags: No Archive Warnings Apply (Some) Minor Tags: Warrior of Light Is Not A Shard of Azem, Ascian Azem, Teenage Warrior of Light, Yol Preening, Alcohol, Nonbinary Azem, Warrior of Light is a Mess, Azem is even MORE of a Mess, Tempering, Miqo'te Warrior of Light
Summary:
Azem follows the Warrior of Light through Othard, and observes as Doma is liberated from Garlemald's choking grasp. Sometimes they get too close for comfort. Corrain de Fortemps tries his best to bear the weight of being the hero of two continents. Sometimes, he catches the Ascian paparazzi watching - and tries to see if, just this once- maybe they won't have to fight. Five times the Warrior of Light and Azem of the Unsundered see each other - and sometimes there's a big nuzzly yol involved.
Chapter Start:
CORRAIN He’s not quite sure when, precisely, that the back of his neck began to prickle with discomfort, the fine strands of translucent fur along his hairline stiffening to stand on end. But he knows for certain that it began in earnest shortly after they made landfall amongst the archipelago of islands in the Ruby Sea and went with Soroban to treat with the Confederacy - or, more precisely, to pay the bribe that would allow them to sail the ocean there unaccosted by pirates. Corrain rather thinks he would have been more amenable to the whole thing - and slightly less of a scowling thundercloud of a man - had that strange sensation not begun to set in. But as it was, well. He rather thought Tansui might have been glad to be rid of his glower, however briefly. After all, even petite as he is next to a Roegadyn like Gosetsu  there is something intimidating about a man who carries a blade as long as he is tall and imbued with fire-aspected crystal so the blade will burst aflame when aether is channeled through it besides. No less one who speaks only to snarl obscenities under his breath at the Garlean trespassers they’d briefly run into. Though perhaps that may have kindled kinship instead. He does think he caught an appreciative sigh from Tansui.

Hear me out, Warehouse 13,
Tumblr media
the Federal Bureau of Control,
Tumblr media
and the SCP Foundation
Tumblr media
Are all in the same universe.
Anything discovered to be historically linked gets left to the Warehouse by default.
Locationally linked anomalies are typically managed by the SCP foundation, due to a lack of centralization, they are already accustomed to managing many unique spaces with unique conditions.
Anomalous objects are often fought over between the Foundation and the FBC
The Warehouse and the FBC are both black box organizations which are largely unaware of each other, which is why defense spending is so high, screwing the economy from two financial black holes.

You will call me crazy, but I feel a Chucky/Happy!/Five Nights at Freddy's shared universe could work for the following reasons:
-All 3 deal with possession by a soul(s)
-All 3 feature children as a key point (and being manipulated by the villains, destroying their innocence and morals)
-Chucky and Happy! deal with the supernatural, black arts, and demigods (Damballa for the former, Orcus for the latter)
-The idea for living imaginary friends existing in the FNAF and Chucky universes wouldn't be that farfetched if they're only seen by children, Nick Sax, the people who refuse to grow up (like Very Bad Santa), the druggies, the insane, and by those who are in or dealt with the supernatural and black arts like Chucky, Tiffany, and G.G.
-All 3 are owned by Universal.
And I feel like we should keep talking, celebrating, and rolling the ball here with this because it's a really great idea that can benefit everyone and it has SO MUCH great potential, plus it can also help bring appeal and exposure back to Happy! (a show I remind everyone that SHOULDN'T have been cancelled and one a lot of fans are still fighting to save).

DC Dimensions project plan: Batman (Vol. 1)
Tumblr media
This series is not an assured project. It is a concept that can still be changed or scrapped.
Synopsis
For years, Batman has been the protector of Gotham City and has trained Robins and Batgirls. Now he has discovered that he has a son born to his old lover and enemy Talia al Ghul. An assassin is after the boy and will do anything to get him.
Characters
Bruce Wayne/Batman - Gotham City's vigilante for the past fifteen years. He is drawn into the war between Ra's al Ghul and Brutale to save his son Damian.
Damian Wayne - The illegitimate son of Bruce Wayne and Talia al Ghul. He was sent to Gotham City to protect him from Brutale. He is well trained in martial arts.
Tim Drake/Red Robin - The third Robin of the Bat family, preceded by Dick Grayson and Jason Todd. He is a genius designing gadgets.
Alfred Pennyworth - Butler of the Wayne family and father figure to Bruce Wayne.
Barbara Gordon/Oracle - A former Batgirl who was paralyzed from the waist down after being shot by The Joker.
James "Jim Gordon, Sr. - Commissioner of the Gotham City Police Department. He is the father of Barbara Gordon and a close ally of Batman.
Harvey Bullock - A captain of the Gotham City Police Department who is not afraid to bend the rules a bit. He is a long time friend of Commissioner Gordon and ally of Batman.
Guillermo Barrera/Brutale - The descendant of a long line of assassins that have been slaying the bloodline of Ra's al Ghul. He has been hunting Damian Wayne and his mother for years, besting any guard that gets in his way. He has been trained to power through any pain and has survived multiple gunshot wounds.
Jervis Tetch/Mad Hatter - A villain of a small stature and a love of "Alice in Wonderland." He is a long time enemy of Batman. When Brutale found out Damian was being sent to Gotham City, he paid Jervis to leave the dark knight a message.
Other Information
Brutale was picked as the villain because I figured that if Batman had to face a foe that was a mystery to him then it would have to be outside his rogues gallery. Bruce has been Batman for nearly twenty years, so I believe he has faced all the normal villains we are all familiar with.
Brutale's extreme durability was inspired by the film "V for Vendetta." There was a scene where V was riddled with bullets but then killed everyone in the room.

Since the fictional Big Kahuna Burger appears in all four of these, it technically speaking means they all take place in the same universe.

Building a crossover universe with different works blended together, some of which address the same historical periods, leads to things folding together into interesting scenarios such as the American Revolutionary War having a child of Athena (George Washington - Percy Jackson and the Olympians) aided by a Miraculous Holder (Marquis de Lafayette - Miraculous Ladybug) in fighting demons trying to bring about the Apocalypse (Sleepy Hollow).
