💋 let’s get queen ru a new laptop campaign 💋

I had made a previous post about raising money to get me a new laptop. This is now the official post. I have been unemployed for the last year and some months and getting an interview alone has been really tough but I still really want to continue writing. However, I’ve only been using an iPad and going to my library when I have the time. I feel like I’d be more engaging with a proper laptop to work on.

Donation is not mandatory but it is very much welcomed. I’m hoping to reach a goal of £300. Every little helps and thank you all for your continuous support 🩷

When I checked the quote reposts, people kept mentioning about Yor and Cure Felice (Ha-chan), because they also have the same va, and Cure Felice will appear in this movie as well...

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR WRITERS AND ARTISTS ACROSS TUMBLR!

If you didn’t already know this, Tumblr allows for third party access (like a lot of social media platforms) INCLUDING A.I MODELS.

Why is this important for writers (especially fanfic authors as it pertains to me and a lot of my moots) ?? THIS MEANS THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF PEOPLE OUT OF YOUR CONTROL AND WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE PROFITING OFF YOUR WORK!

What can you do to prevent this?

You’re going to go to the settings of your main blog page AND all of your side blog pages. Scroll all the way down your settings menu to Visibility. Click on it and make sure that Prevent Third Party sharing is ON to enable it!

I think a lot of people are forgetting that on tumblr fandom used to be practiced very differently. now everyone fucks off to their discords or tumblr groups to discuss everything with a select few, making tags be nearly only used for posting some finished fanworks or not at all

a decade ago people didn't have tumblr groups. people didn't even have dms. if you wanted to talk to anyone about anything you had to make a post, or send an ask (which more often than not would get published and thereby become a post in the end too)

so next time you think "I have a fandom thought but I have to find a small group of hyperspecifically like-minded people to share it with in private" remember all the freaks you could be missing out on meeting by keeping the tags dead. use tags, make friends. fuck discord.
