Actually Ciri was the shining star of the season for me and Freya was amazing in portraying her. Battling with who she is and who she wants to be. Coming into her own. But she’s still a teenager. She’s brash and lashes out. But more than anything she wants her family. She wants to feel safe. I felt for her I want to protect her and I love her. She was just incredible excuse me I’m just having a moment.

okay like maiko annoys me for a lot of reasons but the consequences for mai helping azula to hunt down zuko being apparently non-existant to their relationship annoys me so fucking much. she tried to have him imprisoned and she's never shown feeling even any remorse about that?? and then they get together at the end??????? hello????

Jinloe dropped the teaser for their Thai adaptation of Addicted Heroin... and as someone who's neither read the novel nor watched any of the other adaptations* I actually think it's surprisingly good? I'm keeping an open mind and I'll at least check it out.
*well ok, I watched the first adaptation but it didn't really leave much of an impression.

One thing I love about Kim and Jimmys relationship is that from the start they have, like, the opposite of sexual/romantic tension. There’s literally no tension despite the fact they’re definitely not in a relationship, they’re just casually phoning each other late at night for weird robot phone sex that may or may not be a joke and giving each other foot massages and pedicures while venting to one another and getting drunk.
Their first onscreen kiss doesn’t seem at all to be their first actual kiss or their first night together, but it’s also not shown to have been a FWB situation or anything like that. We even see Jimmy on a date with another woman, but mcwexler still just explicitly Is from, like, day one and I like to think and wholeheartedly believe that was the case from when they first met. They just Clicked and didn’t even necessarily feel like they had to Do Anything with it, they were just each others person.

I'm having so much trouble wording it, but one of the biggest problems with the new makeup is the lack of variety. With a couple of exceptions, the previous designs were super easy to tell apart, and were also nice and colourful. Now they're using black, white, and 40 shades of brown, and I know multiple people who thought Carbucketty, Bill Bailey, Tugger, and Mungo were the same character. The designs are fine for close-ups, but if you're sitting at back of house there's no way you can see all the little nuances of their makeup. Also, stage makeup is supposed to be exaggerated! Cats is a spectacle! The makeup designs can and should be bold!
On a similar note, the fact that the wigs and unitards are also losing their bright colours is interesting, and by interesting I mean boring and sad. Bomba is literally Red, why is she brown now
