I have an idea. Write tickle headcanons for a ship that was introduced to you through tumblr you hadn't thought before and are now like! :D That one ask from a few days ago that asked you about new ships from the blog, write headcanons for one of them! :]

Oo, this is so clever, anon! Since I'm never good at picking just one; I'm gonna do a headcanon per tumblr-introduced ship! Here we go! :D

The post in question

Twice will clone himself and hide his doops around the league hideout like little traps for Dabi. One minute the flame user is minding his business, the next he's getting ambushed by Twice- repeatedly. It all comes to a head by the end of the day where Twice's got three of himself surrounding the burnt chicken nugget; all grabbing an arm and playfully getting at his worst spots.

Shinsou gets the occasional headache from his quirk. Midoriya offers to give him a scalp massage whenever this happens- but the one time Shinsou did agree to it Midoriya pulled out this torturous contraption. One swipe and poor Shinsou was dead on the floor, a puddle of blushing embarrassment while Midoriya laughed hysterically. It all went south after Shinsou stole the device and used it on Midoriya's knees.

Gonta is guilty of using the whole "Tickle bugs" game on Korekiyo. He'll place a hand on his shoulder and say something along the lines of "Don't move. Gonta found bug." Korekiyo is just *statue mode activated* and Gonta will make a big show of brushing his back before grabbing his ribs and giving him all the gentle tickles ever. It gets kinda obvious after awhile- Gonta isn't exactly sneaky- but Korekiyo finds it cute so he lets him have his fun.

One time as a joke Kuroo "bit" Matsu. He got vampire teeth in the mail for funsies and was running around with them, hissing at his friends and "seeking blood". It was then he learned Matsu's neck is ridiculously ticklish and his newly acquired teeth made it worse. One "nibble" and Matsu's a full turtle- shoving at his shoulders as he scrunches up and giggles. Kuroo nearly died that day from how cute it was (and how he almost swallowed his vampire teeth but he survived. He's not aloud to use them for tickles anymore after that.)

If White Lily's overworking herself in her studies, Pure Vanilla will sneak up on her and tickle her sides until she gives chase. When she does eventually catch up to him, she finds herself in a cleared out room with soft music and pretty fairy lights set up by her boyfriend. They'd slow dance until she decides it's the best time to get him back, giving his own sides a tickle under the guise of "Just getting my hands into position".

(New ship who's this aelkjakrjaejk) Rika likes to gently pull on Grusha's cheeks to make him smile if he's acting a tad too grumpy for her liking. He's stubborn and refuses until she goes for his good knee. It often results in a tickle war that our Ice-gym leader ultimately looses because Rika is simply too powerful for this world (not that he's complaining- he rather likes her smiling face). She'd poke his nose with a "See? That wasn't so hard, was it?" that leaves him a flustered mess the rest of the day.

Hello, fellow Dimple fans! I’m here to announce that Ekubo Appreciation Week will be back this year under a new mod, so I’d like to introduce myself real quick and let you guys know my current rough timeline.

First off my name is Gallus. Pleased to meet you and you can find a link to my blog in the bio. I don’t have an exact date yet, but barring any major catastrophe I plan to run the week sometime mid-to-late May and am open to feedback over what dates would work best for the community :]

I’m understanding of accidentally mistagging a post or plain ol’ Tumblr glitches causing problems, but if I catch wind of anyone intentionally mistagging works to “trick” others into reblogging their ship they will be barred from participating. Creator's Corner - Mitsje

Let's start off easy - how did you become a fan of the Inuyasha fandom?

This goes way back, but I actually was first introduced to the series via Quizilla. It's not online anymore, but it was, and I quote wiki: 'an online community featuring user-generated content, including a lot of writing from teen authors. It was primarily intended to host user-made quizzes (e.g. "What Hogwarts house do you belong in?"), but also played host to a large cohort of fans writing quiz fic and reader inserts.'

This was how I first encountered Sesshoumaru and the rest of the gang, in a shameless SessxReader type of deal. I went on to read the manga and haphazardly following the anime,  found out about FF.net, went on to find Dokuga, and well, the rest is history, I guess. 

Art or Fanfic - which work of yours are you most proud of?

I'm actually most proud of 'Call of the Void', because it is so far the only fic that has sprung from my imgination in its entirety, save for the canon, of course. All the others have been inspired by other media, albeit some more obvious than others.

Is there anything you don't like to draw?

Hands and feet, but mostly because it just sucks. If you'd have asked me a few months ago, I'd have said nudity, but well, I'm past that, LOL.

What are your favourite fanfic tropes to write?

Pining and happy endings are up there, but I also like subverting some tropes, putting our intrepid duo in a room with only one bed and then casually having Sess leave, for example. 

You're in a creative mood - how do you decide whether to write or to draw?

Oooh, that's a good question. I think it depends mostly on whether or not I think I'm able to draw the picture in my head easily. If I can't quickly work out the composition, or if it's more than a few frames that spring up, I'd sooner write it out. 

Where do you find inspiration?

After all these years of shipping these two, whether in my head or actively in writing/drawing, I've become adept at seeing them in just about any pairing in other media that comes close to their characters, so basically everywhere. But, most recently (and smuttily), the Gilden Sapphire discord server, of course. 

If you could spend one day in the feudal era, what would you do?

Lounge around in the first hot spring I can stumble into and wait around to fulfill that SessxReader story that got me into this fandom in the first place. 

Describe your dream project.

If I had the time, perserverance, sufficient concentration and patience, I would love to make a doujinshi someday. As it is, I--hey look, a squirrel!

If you could get the power/skill of one Inuyasha character, what would you choose?

It's a toss up between travelling in an orb of light and super speed. The latter would make household chores so much faster, but the former would allow me to pop over to Japan for lunch, so.... yeah, travelling in an orb of light it is.

"i thought cancel culture was about holding people in positions of social power accountable for their actions". I think this is a valid point you made and proves itself. rpts have followings, post people in the tags, and their blogs can be seen as almost "puesdo" power. some rpts hold rpgs and their admins accountable and that has distinct power... especially when they're in the tags and filling it. what greater sense of social power as it pertains to this site is there than that? especially when it looks "credible" via anon. dialing it down to this site, it is social power.

i guess there's a certain amount of power associated with a popular blog, but i still think its important to hold onto a sense of perspective when it comes to other users on the site. remembering that they are human beings behind the screens, more so than a celebrity is. let me give an example of how i think about this.

i don't consider myself an rpt as i don't like to get involved in the messy stuff and naming names, but let's just imagine for a moment that i am an rpt. i am just one 26 year old, typing this up on my android phone on my own. in comparison, when a celebrity makes some kind of statement online, they usually have a whole pr team, social media managers, people whose entire job it is to ensure that this person remains popular. if a rpt said the same offensive thing as a celebrity, i would say that the celebrity deserves MORE kickback due to their higher amount of influence and also the fact that they have resources available to them could have prevented it.... but that doesn't happen. rpt blogs on here are far more attainable, they read all the messages in their inbox in a way that a celebrity will neVER read all their mentions and dms. because that's like, what they do. therefore even though its a niche community, any kickback from something happening feels a lot bigger to that one singular person behind an rpt who is just doing this for funsies compared to a celebrity with a team of people who have their back and are in general, making money from online engagement whether its positive or negative.

this is NOT to say that i think we shouldn't hold rpts accountable. i think we should. i just think that mindfulness about who exactly is behind the screen is important. if you can kindly correct someone instead of starting a cancellation campaign, then DO THAT. they are just a person they don't have a PR team, it's very possible that they might not know what they said is wrong. if they don't listen, you can block and post a psa about them, but harrassing the rpt with mean anons only causes more harm both by allowing them to self victimise and by, well, introducing cyber bullying. cancel culture works because if you boycott an artist and cancel them, you suffocate their income. It's about MONEY as well as social power. rpts aren't making money, they're just doing a hobby.

if we focus only on this site, then sure, popular blogs hold social power, but behind every popular blog is a human being, and it IS important to remember that. hold people accountable but do it in a respectful and empathetic way.

there are also nuances to it like, predatory behavior, race faking, that kind of thing is on a whole other level to rping some taboo plots, being pushy with ships, etc. there's levels to it, yk?

I’ve been meaning to start fairy tail again for a while now bc i only ever watch the first 2 seasons but my god is juvia mad annoying. i was so happily reading one of your posts that she died, just to continue reading and see that’s she alive again. To be honest, I never finished Fairy Tail (I got allll the way up to the Avatar arc but dipped after learning about the gr///via nonsense that happened) and just researched how it ended. Okay time for talking about ideas/concepts/trivia I haven't explored!! A lot is old stuff but some is new, lots of thinking lately lol.

Also a reminder you can totally ask me questions if you're interested in something I haven't mentioned or want something elaborated further on. <3

I was going to introduce Barracuda, Lycanthropy, and the other player shapes as characters, at different points and under different circumstances of course. I did post one concept of Barracuda, but the others haven't graced this blog yet. (Still have to finalise all their designs/redesigns lol)

Was going to do a lot of Q & Square unofficially adopted parent/child moments. Didn't have anything specific planned but just really looked forward to the potential fluff/angst etc. of it all lol

I was also gonna do shameless Square/Fresh shipping lmao. Its my story they can kiss if I want!!

Chip was gonna get a girlfriend. :)

Was going to bring up Qs past. It wasn't going to be super important/relevant in the long run, but it was going to be discussed.

I reeeaaally wanted to do some animatics. I'm not brilliant at that kind of thing but god I couldn't get them out of my head lol. Still can't haha. Especially one for the track "first crush" by Sabrepulse. ;)

This is a newer thought but I’ve been exposed to some new songs recently via my sibling playing rhythm games and GOD some of those tracks really made me go “I NEED to incorporate this into my jsab au somehow”. They slap dude. These songs fuck severely and I need to choreograph fight scenes to them.

A BIG concept I wanted to introduce was individuals having a "true song" (still workshopping the name) intrinsic to them that gives them their abilities. Square can hear them if he listens carefully. :)

Qs true song was gonna be a big reveal haha. It's not Close To Me. :^)

Considering the start of the blog was set approx. maybe only 1 or 2 months after the event of the game, there was gonna be a lot of Processing Trauma. Fresh is a recently rehabilitated force of destruction. Square just remembered he's basically god. It's all a lot to come to terms with haha. Denial can only last so long lol.

The main plot thing I wanted to eventually get to was basically "where did square come from and what are the repercussions of inserting himself among the mortals he created?"

I haven't pinpointed any characters' ages other than "around this area". Except Huey. Huey is definitely 17 lol. Everyone else is solidly an adult. Square and Fresh are mentally young adults. (Immature young adults, but still. Lol)

Before the game Chip lived mostly at sea, but after everything she decided to settle down to be close to her friends. :) She still spends a good amount of time out on the water, but she has people and a place to come home to now. uwu

Huey's special interest is flying/flying machines! When he and Square met in the factory, he was actually testing out a small single person craft he built when he got stuck.

Fresh is really into his creative hobbies. After knowing only destruction, creating is really fun and healing for him. :)

Q has a plethora of skills, most are expected because they live rurally and try to be as self sufficient as possible, but some are very out of left field lol.

Square likes dresses and being barefoot because of sensory issues, and swooshy dresses are very stimmy. :)

Sleeves don't agree with Fresh and his weird arms lol so he wears exclusively sleeveless shirts. God forbid he ever have to attend a formal event.

Fresh seems like the biggest source of potential angst, and yeah there's a lot there, but Square actually has more baggage of the two! While Fresh is up front about his traumas and insecurities, Square keeps all his stuff to himself. Fresh gets to hear a little bit but only because the two of them just understand and relate to each other in a way the others couldn't.

Aaaand that’s everything I’ve got I think!! I need to work on like, proper ref art and bios for the characters and stuff. Develop some underdeveloped aspects some more. I also need to shitpost more lol. Again feel free to ask questions or whatever!! I don’t currently really know how to move forward other than occasionally posting art so responding to you guys’ thoughts/suggestions for drawings or whatever would be good.

Zekina Meme

What is this about?

Did you ever had an idea for a fic but not creative energy to create it? Now, this might be a solution for that. I want to introduce a Market of Ideas, a Zekina Meme (name pending).

This is based on so called “Kink-Memes” that had their height at the times of livejournal and dreamwidth communities. Back then people could prompt all kinds of wild (and I mean wild. It was very kinky) stuff - anonymously - and other could fill these prompts - anonymously. Some ideas got filled more than once, others never.

Many second or thirded those prompts.

Now, since this is tumblr let’s keep it sfw for now. But just in the image of Tina suggestive situations might happen. It’s EROTIC friend fanfiction after all.

But also not because fanart-fills and other things you can think of are allowed too.

How does it work?

The idea is very simple. You (the person reading this) submit a prompt, an idea you have been thinking about that you would love to read as a fanfiction or see a fanart of, but can’t bring yourself to create (no shame in that).

For example:

I’d like to read a retelling of Little Red Riding Hood. I’d like to have Tina, Zeke and Jimmy Jr. as the three main characters (Red, The Wolf, The Hunter/Lumberjack). I don’t care which one is which but of course I want to have Tina/Zeke as endgame. + it has a lot of humor ++ a new spin I haven’t read before, though that might be hard +++ if you even write it in a fairytale style Do’s: Even if I prefer a humorous story I don’t mind a darker version either Dont’s: Please don’t make it too bloody or  if you decide for a darker turn.

Ideally we have one day multiple prompts maybe you (the person reading this) will read a prompt and get inspired to fill it.

The fill will then be uploaded on the website of your choice and you send in a link or reblog the prompt and add your fic. (we all know how tumblr works… in theory.) Prompts can be anonymous through an ask:

But then the formatting might be a bit wonky and there isn’t a lot of space. You can also submit your prompt or fill

But those are not exactly anonymous. (I think it’s possible to submit via e-mail)

A third version would be to post them to your normal blog and just tag this blog @TacosAndTouchtanks within your prompt or fill and we will reblog and also add link to another page that will be on this blog with a collection of all prompts and fills.

Either way, dont forget to tag your fills accordingly!

That is the thing with free labour there is no guarantee that it will happen and you have no controle about “the quality”. If you absolutely want to see your idea to become reality you’ll have to commission someone. But putting your idea out there for others to find at least creates a chance that someone might get inspired by it and creates it for free.

1. Everyone is welcome to participate.

2. This is an event to hightlight the romantic involvement of Tina and Zeke from the show Bob’s Burgers, but portrayals of them as friends are welcome too! Other ships are allowed and can also be used to create tension and drama. (You know the drill)

Oh man I'm both thrilled and anxious about you getting into OPM right now, it brings back memories! I used to have a popular opm blog on here when S2 was airing that is abandoned now tho people still try to interact. It was my first time ever really interacting with a larger general fandom (or internet people in general, really) on here. Got my first group of mutuals and Tumblr friends on here through OPM.

Then it turned out that majority of them were antis and I was pretty quickly put in place the moment I reblogged ONE post about Hazbin Hotel on my main. I had no idea antis existed or people even held that mentality before my OPM blog and Now I'm still working to covertly server ties quietly and disappear from that social circle while really curating my interactions on this webbed site nowadays. Actually stumbling on your blog via Hazbin is kinda what prompted me to get away from that situation sooner rather later. Sorry for the long rant but thanks for that honestly. I look forward to the OPM posting! 💜
