You know… the new chapter from Underline the Black was super good and I thought it actually was really fun chapter. And it was written so well and I wanted to keep reading but I keep reading as soon as it updates 💀 I lack the patience to wait and enjoy a bunch of chapters. But like when Efnisien (I think it was his heat) had to basically suck on Gary’s fingers and his spit too? I have to reread to make sure but I think Gary really enjoyed it so this makes sense? Like it was surprising but also like an ah this adds up moment

Oh yeah Gary really enjoyed it back then too, there's a moment where he's kind of straddling Efnisien, sucking on his fingers at length, and staring down at Efnisien and it's like welp.

Welp.

It was around that time I realised what kind of things he was into and was like 'ahhhh goddamn it.' Because I know that more than sounding, more than needles, more than a lot of extreme kinks, spitting is so visceral that it can be extremely visceral and divisive.

Unfortunately Gary will do what he does, so I'll just consider it something for all the folks who enjoy it and like... send little apology hampers to everyone who was like 'OH NO' lmao

our experience of plurality is very funny bc while most people seem to have very well-defined front shifts we're sort of just playing musical chairs in here. think of the car metaphor but you can also borderlands style seat swap mid-sentence

as life would have it I started wonderful precure today! watched 4 episodes... thoughts in the tags as per usual, so far it feels very fun and fresh in a way I'm enjoying a lot

#vi rambling #wonderful lb #to start of. i think its very interesting how characterisation preferences evolved over the years in terms of writing #because i think now that im fresh off of heartcatch i can confidently recognize writing trends that shifted which i think is interesting #the characters in wonderful feel very contemporary so its very fun! i love iroha even though i barely really know her bevause something #about her feels fresh and less trope-based as heartcatch was #(not that being trope-based is bad! i just think its interesting to see the shift)#something i really like so far is rhe voice direction. the characters have very distinct and natural voices in a way i enjoy...#irohas voice being on the lower register is really fun (thank you atsumi tanezaki once more-)#i really like komugi.... this series did very well when it comes to translating animal designs to human designs #the transformation sequences are super pretty. generally the animation is fluid and naturalistic which i really like #SATORU.... what a nice addition!! i like that we have an outsider perspective and i think this dynamic is very cute #i am looking at mayu.... ik she'll get slow and careful development and im very excited for that. shes very cute #generally theres something grounded about these 4 episodes in a way i just really like.#a lot of attention to small details (how the animals move and behave) (komugi having her doglike personality that makes it impossible #to forget shes a dog) (the careful characterisation of mayu so far) i like it a lot #i can definitely see why theres such an overlap between pokemon horizons fans and wonderful precure fans #and i mean that in a very very good way because as you all know... i love horizons SO much.#these are my general thoughts for now !!

hrghhhh how would you even go about mending an felt and fabricked and metal based animatronic

#disco speaks!#I’m trying to use references cause like they wouldn’t be restored #but they would be cleaned up and repaired/replaced in some way??#like I’m thinking about springtrap btw #like maybe use rubber or a plastic shell (plastic would be prone to breaking) rubber might be too toxic to the actual decayed muscle #and general mummified tight skin/muscle underneath so maybe a silicone based sheet layer?#yeah silicone would make the most sense for that layer #and then having like sort of fire house material or hrmm like neoprene or Kevlar lining on top of that #for general protection #is the casing fully fused to him??#how the fuck does that work #cause with the other animatronics you are just welp child body decays in their and their soul is trapped #so eventually the body is decomposed and essentially no use to the interior and motor functions of the suit #however in springtrap’s case that is not the same #while it can perform on its own it’s meant to have a wearer in it to puppet the movements #so when his body dies does it fuse to just the endo inside??#BUT THERE IS NO ENDO INSIDE??#yeah cause wait #he is the endo of the suit #(skeleton inside a skeleton (skeletonception if you will))#there is supposedly bracing for the spring locks and the interior structure of the suit #I’m still baffled on how it would’ve stood up on its own ngl #I’ve made a puppet head with a metal strap to create the base and then used fabric and foam as a covering #but also that would abrasive I like the idea of the jumpsuit like the movie version has but again material would have been corroded by blood #and other organic fluids as a result of decomposition #like the stomach would have had leaking bile and so would most of the organs due to the punctures #and there is also bladder which becomes loose due to lack of muscle strength so those fluids would take effect #and then the jumpsuit would chafe skin and cause infection as well #well not really infection once deceased but like it wouldn’t help

Love this end note because it feels like a subtle callback to the Trina that was ultimately prepared to choose herself when Spencer asked her for too much. A Trina who loved Spencer but had a life and dreams of her own. It'd be nice if the other writers followed what CG is trying to set up, Trina returning to herself, but my faith in this show is pretty much nonexistent at this point.

#apparently I’m not done being mad about this I’m sorry guys I gotta vent #my dad is like an ox and never sick and like not very understanding with health issues/general illness #which you’d think he would have been after having me the super sickly child with a ton of health issues but no #we have a positive Covid case in the house and I have the same fucking symptoms I just started later #I have taken two tests- one yesterday and one today #and he yelled at me saying I’m wasting tests and also that I’m apparently fine which like #even if I somehow don’t catch covid I’m still sick but okay dad 🫠#if it helps put things into a better perspective… did yall know that back in November after I had my 3rd fucking endometriosis surgery #he asked why I was off work for two weeks and why I didn’t go back the day after surgery?#like I had had this surgery twice before and at home recovery was also two weeks both those times #but moreover like sir I have 3 incisions in my abdomen and my job requires me to left 50lbs???#at which point he still insisted I was fine and was just being ‘dramatic’ 🙃#I wanna fucking scream #I’m lissed the fuck off #did yall know he nearly got me killed once because I had neurovirus and he refused to take me to the er?#I eventually lost consciousness from severe dehydration- he thought I was sleeping and continued to argue with my mom that I was fine 🫠#they eventually took me but I was unconscious for several hours and it took five bags of iv fluid for me to regain consciousness #and the doctor estimated I was about two hours away from death so like #yeah #if that gives yall a better idea of the shit I’m putting up with #I have like zero tolerance for dealing with his bullshit when I’m sick #it’s the trauma from not fucking being believed for years of my life about any of my illnesses #and like also the fucking almost dying part #fun times 🫠#I’m sorry I’m ranting so much today I’m just really fucking done and have no other outlet 🙃
