Ok so...Idk if you're jewish and/or have much knowledge about this kind of prejudice, but do you have advice for how to avoid (or at least to pay attention) in case a certain post has some antisemetic misinformation?

(If you didn't understand, I could try to make it clear)

If you're asking how to avoid misinformation in posts, the answer is the same as with any validity verification of information:

Check who is posting it. Do they post a lot of contradictory information? Do they claim to be a certain ethnicity, religion, race, ect? Do they speak in certain ways? Do they post or reblog a lot of the same content or information? Are they politically bias? (E.g; they might claim to be British but is the way they speak distinctly Irish or American?)

Research the information given in the post for yourself. Make sure to look at a variety of sources, not just one. Is there a lot of people referencing this information? Has anyone called this information false on other platforms? Can you find any evidence to support the information given? Are there news articles, broadcasts, ect?

If you like to have breaks from subjects of an upsetting nature but still want to remain informed, consider creating a second account where you can follow a multitude of people who's primary focus is what you want to be informed about. This way you can use that blog to fact check, investigate, follow people, source and so forth while not having the entirety of your dashboard on your "main" account flooded constantly with content you may not be in the mindset to see.

Always remember that UNLESS someone gives you sources on whether a user is problematic (TERF, exclusionist, etc) when they tell you you reblogged something from a person where someone else claimed they have those ideologies, always look into that user yourself

I've flat out had someone in my inbox try to warn I was reblogging something from a TERF when not only could I not find any stuff like that in their blog no matter where I looked, but their username was literally highlighted as green in Shinigami Eyes

Schools, houses of worship, hospitals, and other "sensitive locations" are no longer federally protected from ICE raids and arrests. The absolute silence today is gut wrenching. Leaflets were dropped on the west bank telling palistinians to go to Jordan. Last time they told them to go south and they got bombed. Everything about Palestine has suddenly dropped off trending and we know that staff has been suppressing the tags #free palestine and #palestine. Now its has to be every single tag that was trending, because i just simply do not believe we stopped talking about it over night. I feel so hopeless about this shit but the only thing we can do rn is to not stop talking. We have to stop trying to bury our heads in the sand and keep posting as if it was normal because its not normal. Sorry to post politics on main, but some of you pro-palestine people are missing the point when it comes to the US election.

At this point, there is really no alternative to voting for Kamala. RFK is not getting elected. Trump would be infinitely worse for the Israel-Palestine conflict (as well as other conflicts! and our well-being in general).

Stop virtue signaling and actually do something (vote) so that America can have a better leader than Trump. That’s all. We’re not voting for our next Messiah, we’re not voting between two perfect angels, it’s a US presidential election.

And those of you saying that Kamala is “committing genocide” really need to get things into perspective. The Vice President does not have the power to furnish weapons to Israel. Israel’s prime minister is acting in direct defiance of the Biden/Harris administration’s wishes and Harris has been the most vocal in asking for a ceasefire.

The Palestine conflict is not an excuse to not vote. Not voting makes it likely that Trump will win, history will go on whether you play a part or not. I want my reproductive rights back. Please.
