Some information -

Gal'Ruk was once much bigger, with more islands scattered behind their main one. Over time, those have vanished.

Tu'La is filled with peach, yellow, and orange sands and deserts on one side, and vibrant red orange forests and thick areas of flowers on the other, alongside gorgeous beaches compared to paradise. The large stone Kings castle has sadly killed off an area of the forestry.

Starlight is an area of land not belonging to any of the regions, despite being associated with Irene of Ru'aun.

O'Khasis has been separated from the Ru'aun region since the war against Tu'la and many places within Ru'aun, this makes O'Khasis the only separated village, and technically labeling itself as it's own region entirely.

The Lycan Islands and the surrounding dead land have a shared ownership between Ru'aun and Gal'Ruk, as the Divine and mythologies associated with the land have strong connections to the Warlocks Forest, and the lesser known Falcon Claw.

Sun Beach in Tu'la is more commonly known as the very popular Love~Love Paradise resort, and has over time become more accommodating to tourists and visitors than its own people and culture.

SORRY I'M LIKE JUST NOW ANSWERING THIS!! i absolutely will :33 here's a little drabble-y thingy for you!! it's been a while since i've written for namgyu so i hope this turns out well :D i wrote this in one shot and i did NOT proof read very well, so i apologize for any grammar + spelling issues!! i also tried to write this as gender neutral as possible :3

So there was this roleplay me and my friends were doing and I had to design a new villian to replace an old one and so I came up with a design on the spot and now this old man exists and what do you mean people think hes hot whaaaaat

he's got no name, i've just been calling him THE KING because just calling him Nightmare feels weird and like I might figure out a nickname for him???

idk what i wanna do with him but i think hes cool... if i give into the urges i'll write more about him and his potential AU because yes i think im suddenly obsessed with this

oh btw in case you're still here um fun fact; the gem in his crown is actually malachite! this was just for fun and then i googled the symbolism behind the gemstone and then realized how ironic and fitting it was

additionally, the crowns of both the passive and corrupted forms took HEAVY inspiration from dreamcatchers, and I like the idea that the corrupted form lacks a mouth because the villagers tried to silence him (as in keep him quiet and refusing to let him speak his mind or have any freedom, but also eventually attempting to literally kill him. its something that still haunts him to this day presumably, and compared to other nightmares he's actually a lot more composed and quieter too, maybe somewhat because of that!) and...yeah, i stole the idea of "nightmare's tentacles resembling tree branches" idea from another design... I can't find the artist I got that idea from though... credit to @irriska for their Epimeliad!Nightmare design because that outfit inspired the one for this Nightmare!

DIPPY!! I want to write something based on that one anon thing that someone sent you about the injured wanking hand. I wanted to do it when Jon burnt his hand during Ike's first or second season, and the reader, another male recruit of the night watch, figures out why he's so frustrated and in a sour mood and teases him about it before eventually lending Jon a much-needed hand. The only thing is, I don't quite know how to go about dialogue. There are so many different fics out there where dialogues are made differently. I want mine to be sorted of humorous and fluffy yet accurate for the timeline and whatnot. Any advice on going about this??

ANYWAYS. dialogue dialogue dialogue… u tricky beast. not to toot my own horn but i haven’t much struggled with dialogue, as it’s one of those things that comes fairly easy to me (usually), but i definitely understand the struggle at first!! i would say it’s important to put emphasis on the timeline they’re in, but to also remember, they’re only human. yeah, instead of “You really think i’d do that?” it’s more like “You truly think me so capable?”, but it’s also not over complicated all the time. there’s still convos like

“Don’t know what’s gotten’ into him….”

“Aye, that lads off his rocker.”

yk? so i’d say be mindful but don’t beat yourself up over it! also, rewatching scenes/episodes of got could also help you get a feel for/reminder of how everyone (jon especially) talks :3 the dynamic and dialogue is yours to choose, so don’t worry about how other people characterize him. i wish i could provide more specific examples on how to help it be humorous n fluffy but i’m drawing blanks :( i think as you get into the zone of writing it’ll come pretty naturally, and if it doesn’t, my dms & inbox are always open if you’d like any help !! happy writing my love <3
