Thinking about the teams and why those characters got paired together

Butterfly Team is very straightforward, they are the “adult” team

Wing Team is centered around Ellee. Wing is her knight/babysitter, Ange have experience with babies thanks to Hug-tan, Felice used to be a magical baby before becoming a cure and Flora and her princess theme

Sky and Prism teams are mirroring each other. Sky is with the previous two leads and the movie exclusive cure, Prism is with the previous two mid-season cures and the movie exclusive fairy. Of course, Prism Team also have Grace and Rabirin because that “Mashiro and Rabirin have the same VA” reference was too good to ignore

Played by Justice Smith, Simon is a powerful sorcerer who really comes into his own during the movie. It was his lack of self-confidence holding him back, and he gains it enough that he's able to 1. Attune to a powerful magic item (by punching his own self-doubt in the face) 2. Arm wrestle a powerful red wizard using Bigby's Hand 3. Counter a Time Stop by the same red wizard when he hadn't been able to at the beginning of the movie 4. Gain enough self confidence that the girl who had previously rejected him because "his lack of self confidence made her sad" decided to have another go at courting him.

You know, since I watched, uh, eleven episodes in one go and I’m relatively eh on Dear Shine Sky, I skipped it pretty much every time.

I was expecting to watch everything through the final episode. Didn’t consider, though I probably should have, the possibility they would do like Healin’ Good, recognize they hit it so far out of the park with the first ending, and close on the original instead. (Well, with a mild difference. And if you need me, I’ll be picking up my fourth version of Hirogarism on iTunes.)

Yeah. This was a REALLY good finale, and the post-credits stinger with Sky performing the same kind of rescue that inspired her was perfect. Gonna miss you, Hero Girl.

I know this is an anime movie but. This movie destroyed me in so many ways I can’t even begin to describe. The entire twinkle stars musical number always makes me cry. This is legit the one movie I always watch that just sticks with me forever it always makes me feel things.

Christmas Haul

This is all the things I received from Santa this year.

And if your wondering if my Christmas is going good well it's kind of a mixed bag for me honestly...

Since there isn't much people to talk or hangout with at actual Christmas Day like the rest of the Christmases I had previously, and mostly due to the fact that my older brother had to ruin the vibe by arguing with my mother and leaving without opening his presents...

If your wondering he suffers from depression and mental illness(kinda like me, but except his is things I wanted and I'm really far more worse than mine)

I mean yes I have most of the things I wanted and I'm really happy on that, but I'm just feeling sad like things aren't as fun as they used to be when I was young...

All of the colors are seeming duller and duller every year I grow up.

But hopefully all of your Christmases wasn't as mixed up as mine
