At least I'm not drinking, and I'm kinda proud of that.

I used to think I'm already an alcoholic but then I ended up in completely different environment and realized that I can just stop, so I did. My mental health is automatically so much better.

I can't believe how much I was harming my body and wasting time like an idiot.
