Four Regions Food
Thailand is located in southeastern Asia. There are many interesting cultures and histories in the nation. Thai food seems to be hard to cook because some dishes have complex ingredients and methods. Thailand has separated areas into four regions by geography, way of living, and culture. Therefore, food will be different too. There will be some dishes of food from four different regions.
Northern
Khao Soi (creamy coconut curry noodle soup)
It consists of coconut curry and egg noodles. It is able to top with pickled mustard greens, shallots, lime, and deep-fried ground chilies.

Miang Kham (leaf-wrapped bites)
The wrapped is from Cha Plu leaf which includes shallot onion, chilies, ginger, peanut, coconut, and lime.

Northeastern
Nam Tok Moo (grilled pork salad)
This dish can be spicy or cannot; it depends on how you cook. There are some ingredients of Nam Tok Moo which are lime juice, shallots, green onion, and cilantro.

Tom Saap (hot and sour soup)
Tom Saap is a basic Thai soup focused on broth that really reveals the fragrant depths that can be added to soups with fresh lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves. For protien, it can be pork cartilage, or pork ribs.

Central
Hor Mok Pla(Thai curried fish custard)
Hor means wrapped, Mok is a traditional cooking method in which food is placed on banana leaves and cooked on charcoal and Pla means fish. The mixture of smooth, salty, and sweet flavors is great (it may be spicy). Until being streamed into banana leaf cups, it is a fish mousse flavored with red curry paste, egg, and coconut milk.

Tom Kha Gai (Thai coconut chicken soup)
Gai means chicken, so in the dish, you can eat chicken. Tom Kha Gai is very similar to Tom Yum, but it's different from coconut milk. Rich, bitter, salty, mildly spicy, full of aromatic ingredients such as galangal root, ginger, and kaffir.

Southern
Moo Hong (Phuket pork belly stew)
In Phuket, the traditional stewed pork belly. It is very similar, but with fewer ingredients, to Moo Palo. The pork belly is well stewed with soy sweet gravy sauce until all the flavors are ingested and moist, sweet, and a little salty.

Bai Lieng Pad Kai (Stir-fried malindjo leaves with egg)
Bai Lieng is a local vegetable of the south, and southern people commonly eat it. The dish needs not many ingredients which are minced garlic, oil, fish sauce, sugar, egg, and bai lieng.
