While I'm here and talking about Hansa and Witcher and Stygga - I can't FORGIVE the english translators who translated Regis' HIS OWN FIRST ALMOST-SERIOUS SWEARWORD (not quoting Angouleme) in the whole f-king saga in a way so it wasn't a swearword in english anymore.

So when Regis comes back to Geralt and team during battle in Stygga, in english, he says something like "I feel such power I feel like I can blow the castle into smithereens" but in Polish he is says (not the exact quote, I don't have the books beside me) "Czuję, że mógłbym ten zamek rozpieprzyć". And the word "rozpieprzyć" is a lesser type swearword something like "fuck up" but more like "f-up", but you can't really say it to people in public if you want to look like a cultural and nice person. It's like the first instance when he says it on his own, under his own emotions and It's so funny and weird, that Geralt's "Hey Regis, chill" is even more understandable. Geralt's thought process must be like "I saw him hurt people, but he never swore before, It's getting serious".

(this weekend there's a huge referendum in Italy, it will implement more regulamentation on job stability - and most importantly one that will lower the minimum time spent in Italy to ask for a citizenship from 10 to 5 years. Which would be HUGE. - minimum time to ASK FOR IT. It's still Italian bureaucracy so it is not guaranteed you'll actually have it and have it quick, but it would help SO MANY people. I add that if you're born and raised here but your parents aren't italian, you don't have a citizenship.)

the studio that made COE33 is actually from the South of France and while the cultural shift aren't too drastic, there's very different culture in the North/Paris/Center/South. And that's SO Southern French.

La Pétanque is well known in all of France i think but in the south it's so important we have competitions and stuff about it. In my city there's multiple Pétanque courts where people can come and participate with strangers to play it. My childhood home has a small Pétanque Court because we used to play it every sunday during the warm seasons. It's so funny to me.

It truly is the frenchiest of games.
