• Again all of my stories take place in the same world, which I have called Allra, so all of my stories together will be called The Chronicles of Allra

• If you are interested in the basic lore and history behind Allra, I will soon have a post up with all the info, I will add the link here once updated and completed

• Allra is heavily influenced and based around Norse mythology, although all characters and lands are original, they are inspired by the norse mythos and the norse mythos are even implemented into the world’s history somewhat

• Summary: In a world that was reborn after the events of Ragnorak, history seems to repeats itself as the King of Konunheim hears word from one of his trusted prophesiers that his son, Caradoc, will die by another’s hand by a simple arrow made from a harmless plant and if this were to occur the world may break out into another war and destroy itself. Assuming his last born, Locke, may be the killer due to his certain ways and dislike of his brother, he demands for his punishment and a way to keep Caradoc safe. While the other nine courts are splitting apart over the idea of a apocalyptic war, the two brothers now have to find a way for one of them to be pardoned and the other to not die while also preventing a war, and maybe even find out if Locke actually has intentions to kill his brother and follow through with prophecy or keep Caradoc safe…

New Year New Writeblr Intro!

I'm just gonna make these periodically so that new people joining the community might see it.

Hi, I'm Lee Brontide (any pronouns). I'm queer, middle aged, midwestern (in the US), and have a variety of disabilities. I'm also a therapist, but I'm pretty specific in how I allow that to show up in online spaces. (please don't ask for therapy in my DMs).

I have a once a month newsletter called Shed Letters where I talk about writing, history, psychology, queer stuff, and the absolutely wild shit I come across in researching my books. You can brows the newsletters with brief synopses here.

I'm on tumblr to dink around, nerd out, meet other writers, find readers, and show off my cats; Scribble, Tamino and Jasper

And my attempts at animating a "trailer" for my already released novel Secondhand Origin Stories, which is character-driven, low-neon, near-future cyberpunk scifi with a superhero twist.

The second book in that series is my current primary WIP, Names in Their Blood, which is in post-beta edits now!

I also have a novella from that same series called Dolls Eye View in the works, which will be bonus content for newsletter readers, and a mecha body horror book tentatively called Carapace and Chrysalis that's very early in the process that I'm working on with my wife.

I read pretty much anything scifi or fantasy, but am especially interested in finding more scifi writeblrs. Especially YA scifi writers. There must be others, right?

Sakuro looked at his twin and put his hands on his hips in an impatient manner. "Where have ya been? you know it's dangerous out there!" He scolded the pinkette.

Sakura scratched her head. "Sorry, I lost track of time on recon... I found this cool place. It was a very fertile land, and there was a house too. I couldn't go near it though, since a herd was headed my way, no thanks to Naruto, but I think that place has been undisturbed by the walkers." She explains, setting down the bloody axe by the brick wall. she, herself was covered in blood and bits, and pieces of flesh here and there. Sakuro surveyed her body for any damage, before silently nodding, eyeing the blonde who just walked in, holding an iron mace he found in the museum, also nicely bloodied up. "Naruto, any injuries?" He asked, to which the blonde grinned and replied "Nope! Everything went smoothly!" and walked away after setting the mace next to Sakura's axe. Sakuro nodded and turned around as the metal doors creaked close."Alright. Clean up and eat something sis. We have gardening to do." He announced which the younger twin whined at. "Again?" But she didn't complain. He knew full well Sakura, much like Yamato, one of their self-assigned guards, absolutely ADORED gardening, thanks to their shared friend, Inochin. She walked off in the direction of their makeshift wooden house. He had to thank Yamato and Asuma for their knowledge of woodwork and building, because they were quite the bunch, so they all needed shelter. The two men taught everyone how to do what, so almost everyone knew basic house or camp building.

He smiled, before looking up at the starry sky. The evening was beautiful, the air, fresh, lacking the scent of decay, since they had managed to clear out outside of camp from dead bodies. He reached for the Sakura flower-shaped necklace, rubbing it. "Mom, Dad... We're alive... We'll survive... I promise... I'll keep her safe." He mumbled, his viridian eyes reflecting the brightly lit sky. He smiled slightly, before heading back to their relatively small gardening section.
