Ok I like how both of these turned out, but it's interesting to compare the differences in how I used the oil pastels, which was a newer medium for me. The older one is the street lamp (more expressionist art) and is from a couple years ago, and the lake view is my most recent piece (more impressionist and it's taking forever for me to finish 😭).

It's Battlewinner btw, as a royal she got the special perk of getting to hatch in the hatchery which has lava constantly flowing through it thus she is very red.
