OKAY LET'S TALK ABOUT SUN PROTECTION IN THE WASTELAND!

I nerded out in the tags of another's art while reblogging a Very Sunburnt Vulpes Inculta and got screengrabbed so I Shall Give The People What They Want 🤣

LETS TALK ABOUT TALC, IDENTIFYING ROCKS, AND OTHER USEFUL STONES!

Hokay so when Identifying A Rock there are a buncha characteristics with a buncha silly names but it boils down to:

Look at it, what color is it? Any special quality or texture to the color/surface?

Does it smell like anything?

Does it taste like anything?

Drag it against another stone, ideally the hardest one you can find like granite, marble, or the exposed flat of slate. Did it leave a mark like chalk? How thick? What color? ( this metric is called streak and has a number scale for thickness but IDGAF rn )

Finally, break the stone with a hammer and wedge. Did it break in any specific shape? Is the inside different than the outside? ( this metric is called cleavage, I remember having a giggle when I learned that )

PURE talc can be safely ground into powder, mixed with oil, and spread on the skin for sun protection. HOWEVER, the conditions that cause talc to form can also form Arsinec and Lead around the edges of the deposit and in lil ribbons of contamination through the main mass, which ah... aheh, Those Things Are Toxic And Can Be Adsorbed Thru The Skin.

SO! The characteristics of uncontaminated talc are;

White coloration, grainy texture

No scent

Tastes like sand / like chalk / like dust / no flavor

Leaves a white streak easily against other stones

Cleaves apart easily and crumbles into chunks and granuels

Lead and Arsinec are of Particular Concern because both CAN appear in samples that meet all these perameters-- save one. The taste. Both lead and arsinec taste sweet, so if the talc stone tastes sweet when licked you spit that shit and mark that deposit as contaminated so you don't get sick from it... oooor you mix it into some wasteland sunblock and give it to somebody ya want dead. Just be aware it will make them Very Sick along the way while taking several weeks to reach leathal levels, so maybe have a Back Up Plan should your target realized you poisoned them :3

This is the outside stuff. Now for the inside stuff - the internal work you do. First, make sure you watch and subscribe to media of people who look like you, and make you feel "hey, they look just like me and they're so pretty, so that means *I'm* beautiful they way i am too!" I'm telling you as someone who grew up in the pre-social media age; I had zero representation of ppl with my body shape/size and hair texture. It wrecked my self esteem. I spent hours poring over magazines and looking at airbrushed models thinking "why don't i look like that too????" even though I KNEW they were digitally altered images. It just got into my head SO MUCH. One good thing about social media being in the hands of EVERYONE is the ability to see such a range of people from all over the world, looking amazing in their own ways. Follow a diverse looking set of people and see the beauty in them, and thus yourself. Second, do some minor work to alleviate your health issues if you can. Be regular with your meds if you take any, do some daily movement to the extent you can, eat mostly healthy and stay hydrated well, etc. It won't change the way you LOOK, but it will make you FEEL better about your body, and how you are doing your part in taking care of it like it needs. Third, only if you choose to, feel free to beautify the flesh prison as you see fit. Wear whatever you like. Colour your hair. Get a piercing or tattoo. (Obv. wait till you're a legal adult!!!!!! Also, never get names of people or something that is just a ~~phase or trend you're into at the time. Aesthetics come and go. Body modifications like these are forever. Choose wisely. Very very prudently.) Do things that make you feel like "this is MY BODY, and *I* GET TO CHOOSE what kind of pretty it is". Take agency and make your choices and be proud in them, and fuck literally everyone else's opinion. They're LOOKS. The least interesting thing about you. They don't matter in the larger scheme of things, and they'll keep changing as you go through life. Just do whatever makes you feel good to be in this body at the time!!!!!!!!

I have noticed that too, GD isn't taking enough care of himself, he looks older than he is without makeup, i remember the pictures from early 2020 when he was in the US, i was shock when i saw him with pimp scars and extreme texture on his skin.

Not saying its something bad, but an idol (or artist) so up high as him, having skin doctors and stuff to take care of him its the norm, plus like you say, so much unnecesary plastic surgery (personally i think he needs some touchups here and there, like he did so muchto his face he constantly needs care for what he changed and looks like hes not doing it)

He's finished honey. His best years of attractiveness are past him. I've never gotten into him like I did with TOP cause his face is strange. Very malleable in the worst way in my opinion. Sometimes it's uber cute other times he looks frumpy and defeated or too puffy ot too mean in a idgaf kinda resting bitch face. He needs the chin implant removed and needs to get back to skincare maintenance.

He quit the upkeep like how Justin bieber quit. I love Zac Efron and hes cleaely not doing the whole celebrity upkeep as much anymore especially with weight gain recently but if he ever quits taking care of himself all together it will show in his face cause of drug usage too (but he's a high pass on this topic and example cause he's naturally good looking without surgery).

If GD was controlled and managed still like a promoting idol he'd look better. Same with TOP. They are on their own free time and threw caution to the wind.
