I'm a writer too, and I just have to say: it's just writing, dear. You're just writing some very good silly things and posting it on Tumblr, of all places. It's just some writing, no big deal here. You might feel like it sucks. But honestly? Nobody cares. It's Tumblr. No one has big expectations for anything here, or they shouldn't have, at least.

(By the way, I don’t mean all of this in a bad way. This is just how I, myself, cope when I feel bad about my own writing. I usually minimise it, try to brush it off, and pretend it's nothing. And it actually is.

I usually feel insecure about posting because I feel like nobody is going to read or like my work. And... so what if they don't? I'm already expecting them not to read/like the moment I post something. So, what am I worried about? Worried about them not reading or liking it? When that was precisely what I was expecting to begin with? If you think about it, insecurity makes no sense.

+You are popular. Maybe not as popular as some others. But you have more than 2000 followers, correct? Imagine a room in which you expose your writing. There are people who come and go, leaving notes on your things (that have a lot of notes, from what I have seen). Some of these people decide to stay inside the room. There are two thousand people who chose to stay in the room and support you. That's actually a lot of people, isn't it? And I'm pretty sure they wouldn't be there if your writing was bad.)

anon im gonna have to tell u here … ☝🏽 u seem like a very healthy person bcs ur coping mechanism and thoughts on this are what i strive to have sobsobsob. . . ik its simply silly little ideas of mine that i publish on a random app, its just that i have anxiety / am anxious about the smallest of things and stress very easily ,, even abt things that dont matter at all (ex. tumblr fics) like i tell my brain repeatedly ITS NOT THAT SERIOUS !!!!! (sometimes it works ngl and i just laugh at myself) but sometimes it still wont listen 😞

as for interactions, most of the time i dont mind if my works get little to no interactions (unless i spent like 4+ hours on a reaaally long fic and get 0 feedback like !!! i wanna improve & know whats good and what not bcs writing has been one of my biggest hobbies since i was very young :<) — what bothers me most is that my english doesn’t make sense sometimes. or if i use a word twice in one sentence. or if i misspell a word and it makes me look dumb— but then again like u said !! so what if people read those mistakes? unfortunately, my anxiety always has me in a chokehold . i try to not take my insecurities seriously and downplay it most of the time but it just comes back again and again,, basically a never ending loop ARUGHH

lastly.. yeah, im gonna try & do what you said and just hope my anxiety reduces with time !

"It's not a small thing," Spencer's saying. 

Honestly, you've been half catatonic against his side for an hour watching Ancient City reruns while he fact checks the conspiracy theorists —nothing feels big now besides the urge to nap on him. You already knew that the pyramid wasn't built by aliens, and Spencer has the facts to prove it. 

He's quite passionate about it, apparently. "You know what I'm talking about, don't you?" he asks. 

"Yeah," you mumble, digging your face further into his arm. Comfiest boyfriend ever. Spencer's arm tugs up and over your shoulders to hug you closer, your eyes shutting of their own accord at the increase in cosiness. "I do. Promise" 

"Good! Because I worry sometimes that you don't get it." 

"Of course I get it, angel," you say, wrapping your arm across his stomach. Exhausted, you lift yourself up to press a quick kiss to his chin before giving in to fatigue and squishing your face against his shoulder. "It's the Egyptians, we did this in middle school." 

He doesn't hear your mumbling, far too wrapped up in his rant. "Everyone says that nothing else compares, and you believe them, but you don't really get it until you're there. Until you're actually feeling it." 

"You've been to the pyramids?" you ask, more to yourself than him.

"Beauty's just one fraction of it, too. It's a nicely sized fraction, I promise, but when you compare it to everything else… there's just so much there. I feel it in my chest sometimes when I'm talking to you, it honestly makes me feel a little sick, but in a good way?" 

You hum appreciatively, murmuring, "It's a beautiful place. So much culture and history." 

"It's like we're connected, like we're magnets. It's a pull." Spencer rubs the place between your shoulders exactly the way you like. You'd fall asleep from his loving ministrations, but he's starting to sound super intense, almost too intense, a hair's width from stressed. 

You had no idea Spencer was this passionate about Egyptian landmarks. 

"That's nice, honey," you say, trying to mask your apprehension.

Spencer cups the back of your head, the scratch of his stubble catching your softer skin as he talks, "I think about you and me and it feels right. I picture our life together automatically, there's no other possibilities for me. I love you so much and I know you said you get it, but I don't think you do. It doesn't feel real to me how much I care about you." 

There's a subtle roughness to his voice as he hugs you. 

You weasel yourself backward in the circle of his arms to look him up at his pretty face, perplexed. "Are you talking about me?" 

"Yeah. Of course I am. Who else would I be talking about?" he asks, mirroring your frown. 

You glance at the TV. It's on mute. "I thought you were still talking about the pyramids, Spence," you say, turning back to him. "You were really talking about me?" 

"You'd hope," he says, twisting his finger into your shirt sleeve. Spencer laughs, a belly of a sound with shaking shoulders and bouncing curls. "Can you imagine if I felt that deeply about the pyramids? I mean, they're really interesting. They're still uncovering secret tunnels inside Giza with no clear openings or exits, believed to lead to hidden rooms." He squeezes your arm. "That would be a really cool place to vacation." 

You take a moment to stare at him. You don't really get it until you're there. Until you're actually feeling it. It's like we're connected, like we're magnets. It's a pull. Spencer's been penning a love letter to you for the last five minutes and you were too dozy to get it the first time.

You cup his face in both hands, your fingers perched against high cheekbones, threading into soft curls as you brush them from his face. "I love you that much, too," you say softly. 

"I know that. I was making sure that you knew it was mutual. I'd build pyramids for you." He pulls your hands from his face to hold. "You're way more tired than I thought." 

"'M not that tired," you lie, settling back into his chest. Your voice is imbued with a sickly, almost smug type of love. "You're just comfortable."

When you first met Angus, you didn’t consider him as someone you could fall for. He was a little short-tempered, a little too sarcastic for your tastes, but he was smart— even though you didn’t go to the same school, he still came into town on Wednesday afternoons and met you at the library to tutor you in biology. Even though Angus could definitely be hard to deal with sometimes, he helped you get the grades that you needed, and you were endlessly appreciative of him. 

Your biology midterm was next week, and you and Angus should have by all means been studying, but you weren’t. You were listening to him talk about his school, the prestigious Barton Academy, and how the all-boys school wasn’t exactly conducive to finding a date. “Not that I even wanna go to winter formal,” Angus said, twirling his pencil in his fingers. “But my mom and stepdad say I should.” 

“Who’re you taking?” you asked. Your school also had a dance at the end of the semester, but you guys weren’t fancy enough to call it a “formal”. You were also in need of a date, and had briefly considered just going by yourself; you were better off on your own, anyway. 

Angus shrugged. “Not a lot of girls for me to ask,” he said. “Not that any girl would wanna go out with me anyway.” 

“Oh, whatever,” you scoffed, gently erasing your work on your paper and rewriting the answer. “You’ve gotta have girls swooning all over you.” 

Angus barked out a laugh. “You flatter me,” he grumbled. “You think girls give me the time of day? That’s really funny.” 

You lifted your eyes from your paper up to Angus’s face, and you scrunched your eyebrows. “I mean, why not?” you asked. “You kinda have that Bob Dylan thing going on; if you went to my school, you would be everybody’s favorite.” 

“Mm, but I don’t go to your school,” Angus hummed. “The guys at Barton think I’m just a pest.” 

“Well, I don’t think that,” you offered lightly. “I think you’re pretty cool.” 

“Thanks,” Angus said softly. “I think you’re… Ahem, pretty cool too.” His cheeks went red as he cleared his throat, and his eyes flicked down to your textbook to break eye contact. Suddenly, he was quiet, his face burning; you had never seen Angus be shy before. 

“Angus?” you said. He said nothing, his teeth nibbling on his bottom lip, and you reached out to him, letting your fingertips brush his chin, lifting his face to look at you. You tilted your head as you watched him squirm, but he made no effort to move your hand from his face or try to move you away. “You know what I mean… When I said you’re pretty cool, right?” 

Angus took a breath, and he nodded quietly. “I meant the same thing,” he admitted. “Only, I… I’ve never had a girlfriend before. I don’t know how to do this.” 

Your hand dropped from his face, and you took up his hand from the table, twining your fingers together with his. His skin was soft and cold, and his grip was immediate and strong. “I’ve never had a boyfriend before,” you told him. “A real boyfriend, at least.” 

“What’s a real boyfriend?” Angus asked, leaning forward in his seat to get closer to you. 

“I don’t know,” you whispered. “I mean, like… I’ve never had a guy get all shy around me or anything. Act like he really likes me, and isn’t just dating me to cheat off of me in history class.” 

Angus chuckled breathlessly. “Well, you don’t have to worry about that with me,” he said, and you smiled. “Umm… Can I… Kiss you? I’ve kinda wanted to ever since I met you…” 

“Have you ever kissed anyone before?” you asked. 

“Have you?” Angus asked quickly. 

“I asked you first,” you smiled, and Angus huffed as he chuckled. 

“Um, no,” Angus coughed. “I’ve always gone to all-boys schools… Last time I had a girl I talked to regularly, I was in preschool. And that doesn’t really count, I think.” 

“Probably not,” you agreed. “I’ve kissed one other guy before. It was the boyfriend who would cheat off of me, and he kissed me sometimes, but… Never anything else.” 

“Okay, so you’re marginally more experienced than I am,” Angus said and jokingly rolled his eyes. “You can’t get mad at me if I’m a bad kisser.”

“I would never,” you told him. You both hesitated for a moment, trying to read each other’s minds, and, before you could speak first, Angus cupped your cheek with his soft palm and leaned in, pressing his lips to yours. You didn’t hesitate to lean into his kiss, reaching out and wrapping your fingers around his thin wrist, and he sank into you, letting himself relax. 

You finally broke the kiss with a big smile, and Angus chuckled, and you shifted away quickly when your teeth clacked together. “Was that good?” Angus asked, nervously pressing his lips into a thin line as his eyes stayed locked on yours. “Why’re you laughing, was it that bad?” 

“No, sweetheart, I’m not laughing at you,” you chuckled, shaking your head. You watched his cheeks go pink again at the pet name, and you said, “I’m just… Happy.” 

“Good,” Angus said. His hand reached for yours, pressing his fingers between yours, and he said, “Right... What were we talking about?”

“Well, we were talking about, like, biology and stuff, for my exam next week,” you said. “But then we started talking about your winter formal and my school dance, and how we didn’t have dates.” 

“Oh, right,” Angus said. “Umm… I-I guess, maybe, if you want, I could go with you to your dance.” 

“As my date?” you asked, and Angus nodded. “I think I’d like that a lot. And maybe I can be your date to the winter formal?” 

“As long as you can deal with the stuck-up pricks at my school,” Angus grumbled, and you grinned, leaning in and kissing Angus’s cheek. 

“Whatever you want, sweetheart.”

I read the new chapter of Holy Suffering as soon as it came out and I love the way u write Lucifer. For the past few days I have been reading Radio apple fanfic and I hate how lucifer is portrayed in most of them, shy , innocent with Alastor after the fight, and kinda out of character for the both of them, cause they suddenly like each other, and I don’t see it in them. They like to piss each other off, that’s the whole ship point.

Ur Lucifer is so sassy, Hits all the Good Characterization checks in my brain, he’s such a delight to read, same for Alastor. U had me going speechless most of the time Alastor spoke, cause I honestly didn’t know what he was gonna say next. Writing Alastor it’s probably hard, cause he is misterious and always hides his emotions but You totally nailed it. Right now he is probably angry at Lucifer cause he ratted him out lol

Al be like the audacity of this man after he forced him to do this.🙄

Anywhizzle I just wanted to ask, for the overload meeting, is Charlie gonna send Lucifer with Alastor? Maybe as a snake or something, to make sure is he okay. Cause she really sounded mortified that she didn’t notice that Alastor was suffering and man Al definitely didn’t like that, but it’s not like he can say no to Charlie so

A nd is there like a schedule for next updates? I am really invested in this story and I honestly can’t wait to read more of it.

Thank you ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ Hahah Lucifer's got bite to him, for sure. He doesn't come off as the shy type to me. Awkward as hell, certainly. In the throes of depression, absolutely. And he cares about Charlie's opinion of him to a fault. But when it comes to someone throwing their weight around--or, more accurately, getting involved with Charlie (cough Alastor helping Charlie with the hotel, couch Adam fighting/hurting Charlie cough) he isn't afraid of getting his hands dirty.

Alastor is hard to write ಥ_ಥ I love him so much, but sometimes, I want to cut open his head and properly study his brain because f;knslnjsbj out of all the characters, he's the hardest for me to pin down, in terms of both dialogue and actions. He has such a way of talking, and such a distinct voice (his radio filter) that it's simultaneously easy to imagine his voice, but hard to put it to dialogue. So, I really appreciate hearing that I nailed it (;´༎ຶД༎ຶ`) Seriously, it's so appreciated to hear.

Nah, Alastor is going to be going to that one alone :3 It's going to be set in his POV, so we'll get some insight in his thoughts on the whole thing, and how he's handling his current affliction. I'm both excited to and nervous to get into it, because writing him in someone else's POV is hard, so writing him in his OWN POV is a little intimidating, but I'm mostly excited. I have a lot of thoughts for this series, and it's gonna be fun to explore them.

As for a schedule, I used to try to keep myself to one, and I've found that I have both a love/hate relationship with it. One the one hand, keeping a writing schedule is nice because it gives me a clear view of what I want to work on and an goal date to get it done, which is very nice for my ADHD brain.

BUT, on the other hand, when I start putting that pressure on myself to get it down, and I fail to actually reach that goal, it hits me pretty hard and it can take away my motivation and joy in writing the fic. It starts to feel more like a chore than a fun hobby I can do in my downtime.

Thankfully, I am DEEP in Hazbin Hotel hyperfixation, and the amazing feedback I've gotten from my fic's is certainly fueling my motivation. So thanks to everyone leaving kudos and comments! It's seriously so helpful and I cherish ever single one of them.

If I had to give an estimate for when the next installment of the series will drop, I'd say either at the end of this week, or the beginning/middle of next week. I have an unrelated AppleRadio one-shot I want to bust out before I work on the next installment, and that one I'm going to try and post by Thursday or Friday.

and it ended with that one favor that you had asked from mason.

that text that christian had sent you yesterday seem to never leave your mind. after all, the two of you are only friends with benefits. friends with benefits don't go on vacation together. your mind takes you back to the very first time.

"no strings attached?" you reminded christian before anything happened.

"no strings attached." he repeated. and the rest was history.

you replied yes anyway, before taking a deep breath and getting off your bed to pack. you are familiar with ibiza having travelled there with a couple friends a year ago, so you knew what to pack.

you find yourself driving to christian's house as soon as you did after receiving a text from him saying that mason and joão have already begun to gather there. upon arriving, christian, mason and joão had already huddled before the front door, christian locking it carefully.

"hey guys," you greet, rolling down the window and putting your car in park. "you don't mind if i leave my car here, do you?"

christian smiles at the sight of you smiling at the three guys. "no, not at all," grabbing his suitcase, he and the lads walk on over to the front gate that was automatically opened when you arrived. "i just booked an uberblack for the four of us."

"alright, man!" mason cheers, patting his best mate's back before wheeling his suitcase over to the front of the house, joão following behind him. walking over to the trunk of the car, you open it and pull out your suitcase, slamming the trunk and locking the car once you're done.

"how are you? we haven't seen you in a long time." joão asks, his arm around your shoulder.

"i've been good. you know, been taking time for myself." you smile, appreciating the fact that joão had the courtesy to ask about your well-being.

"good to hear." joão answers as the uberblack pulls in before the house.

it was about an hour drive from christian's home to london heathrow. the four of you were in no rush so you took your time; getting starbucks, checking in 30 minutes before the gates close and you still had more than enough time to sit down and have a conversation about how life's been treating you.

once it's time to board the plane, you find out that you're seated next to christian. he had helped you bring your lighter suitcase into the overhead compartment and sat next to you. "hope you don't mind, havertz chose this spot." christian shrugs. you shake your head and wave it off, truly because you didn't mind it at all. it'd be nice to sit with somebody who knew you inside and out — literally.

there was a comfortable silence between you and christian on the short two-hour flight to ibiza. you fell asleep on his shoulder and his heart started palpitating, as it usually does when you both end up in bed together.

mason had pre-ordered a yacht a week before the trip. the ship had only two rooms. it was only obvious that you share the room with christian since he knows you better than mason and joão. nothing had happened the first night, as you'd expected. but you kind of had this empty feeling in your stomach.

you'd always wanted to find out why christian invited you, out of all his teammates. he could've invited enzo, conor, ben or reece. but he chose you. but of course, you like to make things difficult for yourself. in order to find out if christian really does have a thing for you, you're going to pull a prank on him.

a prank which you will need mason mount's help, who you found in the kitchen, taking small sips from his water.

when you wake up the next day, you meet the guys at the front of the yacht for breakfast. you give mase a knowing look. giving you one back, mason clears his throat. "thanks for last night, y/n. i had fun."

"yeah, no problem. i had fun too." you reply almost immediately. christian's head immediately turns to look at you. you realise he felt like asking you what that meant, but he drops the act eventually. because who was he to you? nobody important, nobody that should be questioning what you and mason were doing together last night.

"he didn't fucking fall for it, mase," you pull him aside after breakfast. "what do i have to do to make him realise it?"

"it's alright. we'll think about something else. i'm convinced he likes you. and not just because of what you do at night." mason rubs his chin.

joão had planned to have dinner at this highly-rated restaurant near the yacht park. this was all a part of mason's plan to make christian realise that there's nobody better for him than you. in the middle of your meal, mason gently kicks your leg from under the table, making you look up from your food at him. mason bobs his head sideways, pointing outside. you nod your head and at the same time, you and mason both get up and head outside.

"this better work, mase." you lean on the brick wall that lined the entire restaurant.

"it should," mason instinctively gets closer to you as you fish your hand into your purse, pulling out a box of cigarettes before putting one onto your lips and lighting it up. "look, look. no, don't look, christian's coming. this'll work, woman. trust me. laugh at something i said."

so you did. mason didn't say anything but you laughed anyway. the front door swings open, revealing a fuming christian. "okay, pray tell. what is going on between the two of you?"

mason turns to face him. "nothing, lad. just... having a conversation with her."

"don't bullshit me, mount," christian spits. his eyes suddenly show that i just connected the dots stare. "are you guys fucking behind my back?"

"ew, christian!" you stand up straight. "mason? really? you think i'm sleeping with mason? mase?"

"we get it, y/n, you don't like me like tha—" mason couldn't even finish his sentence before christian grabs him by his shoulders and shoves him back towards the restaurant.

"i'm gonna talk so you keep smoking," christian begins, finding his spot right before you. "i like you. i like you a lot. and not like that, if you're gonna say something. i like you like that. and i don't care if that's gonna affect anything between us. you're gonna take me, and you're gonna take me as i am." he takes a breather.

"can i talk now?" you say after taking a drag of your cig. christian nods.

"i like you too, you douche. i always have. and i knew you did too. i just wanted you to realise that, so mason and i schemed all this." you admit, killing your cig after taking your last drag.

christian had been holding his breath the entire time you spoke. "oh, thank god." he finally lets go of it.

"you wanna tell the guys now?"

"yes, please." he groans, before aggressively grabbing your hand and walking back into the restaurant.

And yeah, for a good while in most fan spaces people had a pretty big dislike for Y3, and I think a lot of it just comes down to fandom bandwagoning dissuading people from playing it or giving it much of a chance. Right now actually I've seen somewhat of a shift in some spaces where suddenly 3 is underrated and people are apparently (?) dogging on 2 where it used to be considered peak. It's all cyclical really, but I'm glad when 3 gets the attention I feel it deserves.

I do understand where people's dislike comes from honestly, but it is definitely my personal favorite! For all its faults, I think it has some of the strongest character moments of the games, personal stakes, and drama, with stellar animation that more than makes up for the older graphics that might put some people off. And of course, Mine lmao. I can't say how right I am in how I characterize Mine and Daigo since I'm sure I fall pretty short of even my own standards of how I see them (and am guilty of simplifying them because its funny lm ao), but I'm happy folks like my take on the guys! I have A LOT OF THOUGHTS on these dudes (obviously) which I'd love to write up sometime. I have an ask about my Minedai HCs where I will probably dump it, but that and a lot of asks have been put on the backburner until I get the time to address them all to the extent I want to.

Kazuma Kiryu

Most people think he doesn't like sweets, but in reality he's just kind of neutral on them. Grew more accustomed to them when Haruka was younger as she really liked them. More than anything he's just baffled and really touched that you'd want to treat him to cake of any kind.

He likes simple cakes, preferably without frosting or a lot of decorations. Things like bundt cake or castella cake are great choices for Kiryu.

Majima Goro

Also kind of shocked that you'd want to treat him to cake but also at the same time is very excited at the prospect at being treated to cake. If you surprise him with some, he'll give you a big hug and a very enthusiastic thank you.

Tends to lean towards richer, darker flavors. Chocolate cake with a simple dark chocolate frosting is great for him. Also enjoys Black Forest cake, if you can find it.

Saejima Taiga

The poor gentle giant cannot remember the last time he had cake. It's not really something they serve in prison. Genuinely treasures the gesture and really savors it.

Honestly hasn't got a favorite. Likes cakes with some texture to them, like carrot cake. Does get easily wowed by fancy decorations or toppings.

Akiyama Shun

Out of all the boys, the most likely to return the favor of treating you to cake immediately the next time he sees you. The others would save it for an occassion but Akiyama would immediately pay you back by treating you to your favorite cake.

He's a sucker for Devil's Food cake or Red Velvet cake. Likes cream cheese frosting as it provides a nice tart contrast to the sweet intensity of the cake itself.

Tanimura Masayoshi

People rarely treat him to much of anything so he's giddy as all hell to be treated by you. Would totally love to treat you to your favorite meal on your next date as a thank you. He'd treat you to cake himself but he doesn't really know where to get good dessert. He's better with savory foods.

Likes fruity flavors, especially if they're leaning towards citrus. Pineapple upside down cake or a lemon cake would be good.

Ryuji Goda

His position means he's been treated to a fair share of desserts but it means a lot coming from someone that he personally and emotionally cares about deeply. If you make him a homemade cake, he would be speechless.

Likes cakes with some creaminess of some kind, like Boston Cream Pie (which is in fact a cake despite the name) or any kind of cheesecake.

Nishikiyama Akira

Says something like "Ah, for me? You shouldn't have!" but inside he's like "Oh wow, they got me cake? I don't know if anyone's ever done that!" and he's really happy.

Impressed by cakes with fancy layers inside, like opera cake or battenburg cake. Crepe cakes are also a good idea. Cakes with fillings are also nice. He's more about what's inside the cake than outside.

Daigo Dojima

Similar to Ryuji, his position has shown him a fair share of desserts or birthday celebrations. However, someone treating him personally is a little new. If you make him something homemade, he might actually cry a little.

Partial to coffee flavored things. Although it's not a cake in the most traditional sense, he does like tiramisu. However, a regular coffee cake is also greatly appreciated.

Mine Yoshitaka

Probably the only boy that is kind of opposed to cake. He appreciates the gesture but he just doesn't have a sweet tooth. However, as long it's milder in flavor and not intense in sweetness, he will eat it.

If he had to pick a favorite cake, he'd go with Baumkuchen as it's pretty popular in Japan and easy to get. The sweetness is pretty mild and he likes the vanilla taste as it's not super saturated.

Shinada Tatsuo

Has the strongest sweettooth out of all the boys, even more than Ichiban. Just happy to be having cake with you, honestly. You don't have to be fancy with him either. In fact, fancier cakes are kind of lost on him so don't go getting him something complex like you might do for Nishikiyama.

He's a little embarassed to say it as he thinks it sounds girlie for some reason but he likes strawberry shortcake. Victoria sponge cake is also good, as it's basically the same flavor profile but built slightly differently.

Kasuga Ichiban

Second most fond of sweets of all the boys. Type of guy to share cake with all of his friends. He's more about enjoying it all together than eating the whole cake by himself, if that makes sense.

Genuinely has no preference over what kind of cake you get. Ichiban's got a pretty open mind when it comes to food. He likes the texture of chiffon cake the most as it's super light and fluffy. When it comes to flavor, he likes the caramel taste of flan cakes a lot.

Joon-Gi Han

A sucker for a pretty and aesthetic dessert. Likes his cake almost too pretty to eat. Similar to Nishikiyama in that he will hide how excited he is to be having cake with you.

Likes chocolate cake the most in any form. As long as it's chocolate flavored in some aspect, whether it's the cake itself or just the frosting, he likes it. Dobos cake or Sachetorte are great if you really want to impress him.

Tianyou Zhao

Prefers Eastern style cakes to Western style cakes but will eat both. Actually likes more bite size desserts like cupcakes or moon cakes.

For flavors, he likes coconut or mango cake. A box of really nice moon cakes will also do but it must be at the appropriate time during the year or else he's going to wonder why on Earth you're giving those to him. Also fond of those pineapple cakes from Taiwan.

i feel like it's important to note that i only started writing fanfiction because i read a lot of it but was never 100% satisfied with how other people wrote/portrayed my favs. so i started writing because i thought: i could do better, and i think that probably comes into play with my confidence in posting online.

as for writing fanfic tips, i have a few.

write what you find hot. that's literally the bulk of it. don't care for what other people wanna read, write only what you wanna read. i promise that you'll find much more enjoyment doing that, and there'll always be people who are into your brand of hot, yknow?

care not for being "weird" or "cringe". this ties into the above point, but if you feel like someone might dislike a detail of your writing, include it anyway. i strayed from writing things like "angel cunt" for so long because of this, but it's so hot to me !!!! and other people rlly enjoyed it too, so i promise that the right audience will find you and appreciate details like this.

don't be afraid to use dirty words. such as: cunt, cock, asshole, etc.

and also don't be afraid to use normal words. such as: eyes, cum, pretty etc. even if you feel like you're repeating yourself, there's only so many ways to say one thing.

when it comes to descriptions, i like to keep them as plain as possible. say exactly what you mean :D finding other words for things can be tiring, and it can often throw people out of the reading experience if you use the classic "orbs" etc. this is of course down to personal preference, but the general outlook within the fanfiction community (from what i've seen) is the consistent want to just have the words that you mean said, rather than using alternatives.

dont forget the small details! sweat, sounds, smells, is the character smiling during the act? maybe their expression is more pained? a lot of what i write when i write smut is less the actual act of sex itself, and more so the surrounding factors. the bed squeaking, the internal thoughts, etc. smut doesn't have to be 100% sex all of the time.

dont be afraid to get silly with it! it's fanFICTION. want ur character to cum 10 times in a single session? fuckin go for it. want ur character to cum a stupid amount all at once, so much so that it gushes out? go for it. want there to be an extreme size/strength difference? go for it. there are no rules, and if you find it hot, i think you should explore it, because other people will find it hot too.

edit: also, keeping a sort of scrapbook of snippets, phrases, ideas, words, etc that you like can be helpful! i have my own discord server that just has me in it so i can dump information there for future use.

i think that's all for now. most importantly i think is that you write something that you love and find sexy. that's really all i try to do, and i think people can tell when you've enjoyed writing something.

and for my writing process it goes like this:

have a general idea, such as: puppy sam going into heat

maybe take a few direction notes such as: START AT THE SALOON, SAM DRAGS READER INTO BATHROOM, FUCKING ENSUES, CREAMPIE MAYBE?

and then i just write until i'm done.

i never really plan, although i feel like planning is the best option. all of my writing has been done on the fly, with a general theme/idea that i explore until i feel like it's done. i hate planning, so i never fucking do it even if it would benefit me. and im so lazy..... like... i view planning as me writing the fic without writing it, and why would i wanna write it twice LMAO.

unless im doing a bigger project, in which case i take similar, but longer, notes. here is an example:

it's just very barebones so that it gives me some direction, but gives me the opportunity to elaborate and change and add and remove stuff yknow?

most of my writing, however, has been done by giving myself a one line prompt, and then i just go ahead and start babbling nonsense until it starts to take shape.

You and Ludwig hadn't seen each other in a few years, a fall out due to graduation and time. It's funny, they say you'll lose the friends you made in high school but the ones in college are friends for life, yet here you were with one of your friends from high school asking you how you knew Ludwig.

"We went to college together. We were study buddies, how do you know Ludwig?"

"He's a streamer - how do you," she stopped and put the picture frame down. "How do you not know that? You're online, like, all the time?" You shrugged. You were on your computer all the time but you worked on graphic design, you weren't necessarily on the internet. Half the time you just listened to music.

The curiosity gets to you though, would he remember you? You certainly remembered him - plenty of nights in one of your rooms, working on homework together, a night or two drinking shitty wine and watching a movie. A love found but lost.

you: hey ludwig not sure if you still have my number but we were friends in college, heard you are a big streamer now, good use of an english degree lol

An olive branch, a life line, even. You put your phone down, either he'd delete it because you seem like some random fan or he had your number blocked. Within minutes though, you had a reply.

Ludwig: how could i forget you i wouldn’t have passed biology without you. glad SOMEONE appreciates my english degree; usually i’m roasted for it 💀

You laughed. You made fun of him for it from the moment you met him, it made sense that everyone else did too. Conversation flowed easily. You couldn't remember the last time you laughed so hard, and honestly, he couldn't either. It was easy for you two to fall back into a rhythm, like it had only been a weekend apart.

Ludwig: would you ever want to get lunch or something?

He would never admit to how long it took to get the courage to ask, just as you would never admit how little thought you put into your 'yes of course!' reply.

Just a few days later and you were walking into a little café with him standing up to greet you and banging his knee into the table, yelping.

"Oh my god you didn't have to stand, I'm not the president," you laughed, crossing the distance and embracing him in a long awaited hug. He returned it, shrugging off your comment and for the first moment of many today, it felt like nothing had changed at all. Ludwig's arms tight around you, he still smelled like the same mix of deodorant and cologne. Something akin to a forest, teakwood... maybe birch. Something generic but home to you.

"It's good to see you," his voice was quiet in your hair, almost lost. There was a pounding in his chest that made his hands sweat and when you pulled away he anxiously rubbed his palms against his jeans. You both sat, your bag sliding between your feet at the table and conversation flowed like a waterfall.

How has life been? How are your folks? Do you still talk to anyone from school? How do you like streaming? What's been the best part of the experience? Are you in love with anyone? What do you do now, for work? Do you like it? Do you still go to the movie theater? Do you still think of me when you watch Crimson Peak?

"Do you still have that stuffed chipmunk I won you?" He leaned back in his seat and knocked his feet into yours. Suddenly, the embarrassment bubbled up onto your face, cheeks getting hot-hot-hot and he noticed. "If you don't it's okay."

"No I- I do. I uh," you felt like you were going to pass out, Ludwig leaned forward and rested his head in his hands, a shit-eating grin sliding onto his face. "I still sleep with it? It just. Lives on my bed." He wanted to tease you about it, keeping such a stupid memento for the past, what 5-6 years? But any comment was caught in his throat. "Well, say something already! I know you want to!"

"I-I'm just happy you still have it... would have thought you'd toss it out or somethin'," he found it hard to look you in the eyes, choosing to look at the cup on the table.

"How could I ever throw Mr. Stripes out? He was basically our mascot to get through tests. He's my good luck charm." You knocked your foot into his a few times, light taps and he looked back up at you with an almost nervous smile.

Hours had passed, drinks and snacks had come and gone. Your volume had only gotten louder and the laughter more rambunctious. One of the employees came over and Ludwig wiped the tears from his eyes.

"I'm so sorry, we're about to close for the rest of the day. Do either of you maybe want anything to go?" You shook your head, finally calming down from laughter.

"Thank you, I'm okay. Lud?"

"I'm good too," he shook his head, standing up. "Sorry if we deterred any customers, didn't mean to be so loud." The worker shook her head with a pleasant smile.

"It was nice to see you and your girlfriend on such a nice date."

"Oh we're not-" "We're not dating."

"Oh! I'm so sorry. Anyway - we close in a few minutes. We hope to see you two again." She left before you could reassure her it was fine and not an issue but Ludwig was holding his hand out like you need the help to stand up. You take his hand regardless after grabbing your bag.

"You uh, wanna come back to my place?"

"Sure."

Which, I guess, is going to prep us for Unbroken, where the stakes will be... Thanos-sized, lol.) I think what makes Lily feel worse, to me, is that she's far more realistic than Jade was. Like, I know girls like Lily irl; thankfully, never met a Jade (phew!). Much like Killgrave, to me, is the scariest Marvel villain, because I've encountered so many men like him in the real world.

The things I dream of doing to Thor would probably get me put on a list if he was a real person and not a fictional character, lol. Unless I'm doing AUs, I tend to stick with canon-pairings, but there is something about the idea of Wanda/Thor that I currently find very appealing, so hopefully, we will see something happen between the two of them. I think they would be adorable. And for some reason known only to my maker, I love making Wanda a little bit horny, lol. In fact, an earlier draft of Unwanted had Pocket referring to her as the Sokovian Horndog after she made some comments about Bucky's body, lol.

Is it weird that I don't plan on having Tony be too involved in this fic, because I feel like giving him a friendship with Major is like him cheating on his friendship with Pocket? Like when the both of you cant sleep or are feeling particularly stressed,you’ll go over to your supplies and paint out your feelings!

This is one of the only times he manages to outdo you!

We all know chuuya’s expressive,and he kinda basically wears his heart on his sleeve,in a sense; so naturally, he was great at expressing his emotions.

The colours on his canvas blended perfectly and the aggressive strokes just added to the effect!

He’d effectively depicted his feelings before you, and the result was just as beautiful as he was~

Wine and painting

Like on calmer nights yall just grab ur paints and he pours out glasses of wine for you both(IF YOU ARENT AT THE LEGAL DRINKIN AGE IN YOUR COUNTRY, YOU GET A MOCKTAIL OR NON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE)

Its a great way to unwind and let loose tbh,maybe you’ll even have some music playing in the background to suit your mood.

You make sure to hang his ones up aswell ,and in places where they’ll be completely visible too!

OH IMAGINE like chuuya gets late to come home or hes on long mission and since you miss him a little you wear his shirt and start painting (if you’re bigger than him,then you wear it as like an overshirt or tie it around your waist{honestly anything to make it feel like hes there})

And then he walks in the door and you go up to hug and welcome him

He notices its his shirt and smirks before leaning into kiss you saying, “Missed me that much huh?”

Ooh little paint fights would be ADORABLE like you put a dot of paint on his cheek and he then puts one on you and it goes back and worth until you’re both just a laughing mess on the floor.
