Sometimes I truly wish Livejournal was still a thing like it used to be. I miss going on there, scouring for the those nice icons (and then replacing them with even nicer icons two hours later), and changing the 'Listening to:' 52 times while writing my entry for the day. I miss them. I miss the earlier internet things of a decade/(+) ago.

I sat down today. The world has gotten louder since I've met him. I don't know how. I started paying attention. I don't like it. I've never liked it. I cry every night. I stay up till my brain is fried from the screen I am watching. My mother has given up. My sister is louder and angrier. My brothers talk once in awhile. Everyone is angry at each other for a reason that isn't considered a reason. I am just there. I am becoming the burden I have always been since birth. It hurts. It hurts breathing. I hate breathing. Let it stop. Just stop. It won’t. It doesn’t listen. I cry. I cry for whatever. I reach out to my friends. They look at my like im a ghost. I eat less. I hate eating. I hate waking up. I hate having to do stuff. I won’t ever get better. I know this. I have always known it. I can’t do it. I’ve never been good enough. The anger in me becomes tears. I have stopped reaching out. I have stopped talking. No one notices.

honestly my villain origin story is finding out that kate and juliet aren't actually one of those historically iconic ships that everyone knows about because of how popular they were. like they really should be up there!! it makes no sense to me!!

they literally check all the boxes! literally MOST "100k words enemies to lovers slow burn" coded ship i have EVER seen. they have it all!! a show with 6 seasons, lots of world-building, alternate universes, love triangles, time travel, afterlife, magic, sexual tension, handcuffs, monsters, power dynamics, coworkers, all within canon. imagine what you could do with AUs!!

but hey! it's never too late! it's been 20 years, i was afraid no one would read my fics, and it might not be a lot of people but i loved writing them, every comment is the best thing ever, and i plan to write even more! together we can get them to at least 100 fics on ao3 someday 🫡

Send  🐶 for a role play related pet peeve.

Folk who come around just for romantic shipping purposes. It's happened to me a few times and it feels just awful to deal with. I love shipping, I do, but the chemistry needs to be right, or my friendship with that person needs to be pretty old for comfort's sake. Respect & understanding of our characters relationship needs to be a two-way street between us writers when we're that far down the road.

I don't apply this rule to muses who are flirty and/or sleazy by default, casanovas and the like - that sort of behavior is expected and I am totally fine with it. Goodness knows I have a few myself! And naturally, this doesn't apply to characters who are married/together by default in canon (Trisha & Hohenheim for example). But, I can usually tell who comes around just for ship plugging. Can't do it!

HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA... Anon, I knew this picturesque story between AG and Sophie Wu, reported in a livejournal in 2011, and I happen to have the link to post here. But, the main (and best) part of the report is this:

"The hilarious, amazing thing about this anecdote was, (...), that Sophie, while having sex with Andrew, went to change positions, caught his jaw with her foot, and knocked him out for 20 minutes. At which point she texted Erica, (who was out with her mum,) saying, ‘you can’t come home yet, this guy’s out cold on the sofa’."

You can’t imagine the mental juggling I did imagining this whole scene.  I'm laughed too hard until I lose my breath, I couldn't stop giggling profusely and feeling embarrassed. But still, I would love to read a fanfic about the absurdity of this situation 🤭
