i think ricky is honestly extremely particular with his hair, and especially who gets to touch it

his hair isn’t very visibly damaged despite getting it dyed frequently / basically not having black hair since he was probably fifteen years old (and he’s nineteen now, so that says something) so he has to take good care of it not to have it fried off

there were stories about him during bopeul where they said they always saw him fully ready with perfectly styled hair whenever he left his room, too

like i’m not even kidding he has to care for his hair a whole lot or by now he could’ve been bald i’m sorry

when his friends—mainly gyuvin—try to play with his hair or comb their fingers through it, ricky allows it but is not that pleased because he put effort into styling his hair and doesn’t want it to get messed up

gyuvin jokingly whines a little, but is over it after a few seconds

when ricky started dating you, although he thoroughly knew you and almost all of your habits and mannerisms, he didn’t think you would be into playing with his hair

you’re hanging out, watching a movie at your apartment while your head is rested on his shoulder when he feels your fingers suddenly brush through the strands of his hair

he turns to look at you, partly shocked but also just wondering what you’re planning on doing to his hair

gunwook is SO good at dancing it’s so crazy

i love watching him on stage because he’s the best performer ever. like he seems to genuinely enjoy it and i hope he never loses that love for dancing / singing / rapping

you on the other hand..... you could be good at dancing too, just definitely not as good as gunwook

so whenever your scheduled dates are interrupted by his extracurriculars at school, you decide to tag along with him, if the members of his clubs don’t mind (which they usually don’t)

one of his extracurriculars is the dance team

and most of the time, when your preplanned dates are cancelled because of an extracurricular he has lined up for him, it is almost always dance

so you end up following him to the practice room, silently watching him in the corner so as to not obstruct their view of the mirror by sitting directly in front of them

his eyes light up with the flame of passion you adore so much, and you’re so content that even if your date is cancelled because of this, you’re not annoyed and you still get to indirectly spend some time with him by spectating him as he does what he likes

in the short breaks that he gets, he takes the opportunity to sit beside you on the floor and ask about your day

when the practice session ends, he asks if it’s okay with you if he stays to polish up the routine, to which you say yes and offer to stay with him because everyone else has started to leave

after a while, he grows tired and plops down next to you

gunwook chuckles. “i’m sorry for cancelling our date and making you stay with me.”

“it’s alright, i like watching you dance.” you smile

he abruptly stiffens up, irises reflecting the light, making his eyes glow excitedly. “do i dance well? what do you think?”

you giggle. “you dance very well. a lot better than i can, for sure.”

“mhm, yeah?” he grins widely, and you know what he’s going to do

“you just need a little help.” he nods proudly. “you’re lucky i’m your boyfriend.”

you take his hand, and he leads you to the center of the room and he starts to dance with you ballroom style (???) like the waltz and stuff

he guides your arms over his shoulder to circle his neck, and his hands rest on your waist and then he starts counting, “4... 3... 2... 1... like this,” as he takes a singular step in different directions, encouraging you to mirror his movements

you almost trip, but you tightly cling on to his shoulders before you can fall

gunwook laughs. “enough dancing for today?”

“yes, please,” you agree, letting your body fall forwards into a hug with him

hello unit 4402 back at it again with the self indulgent headcanons. but now i'm fueled by a new banger romantic playlist to listen to so i'm, like, totally unstoppable now.

this was a fun warmup to get started on a bigger fic next. you know i've never done warmups before i started this blog like this! usually i don't stop typing about anything that comes to mind for 10 min straight as my warmups but these are a pretty good way to get in character and the headspace. would recommend to other fic writers stuck with characterization, but if the issue is getting the thoughts on paper you should try typing nonstop for a bit without worrying about backspace, grammar or coherency, and it might impress you how much easier gets to type

Author’s note: I was soooo excited to write something soft!! Thank you anon for the request and for the kind words <3 Also, I’m a bob girly for sure and have been for as long as I can remember so I’m so here for picturing Frank as a fan of it.

It was a completely impulsive decision made in a fleeting moment of curiosity and intrigue, but damn it, you were a victim to your whims. It had started when you had had a quiet moment during your workday and you had scrolled through Pinterest for cute pictures of cats — the usual — when you had suddenly been flooded with inspiration for shorter hairstyles. You couldn’t tell where it was all coming from, but you supposed it was fate or some kind of a sign, one that took over your brain far too easily.

You had had long hair for years, and you had liked it that way. Frank loved it too, always caressing and playing with it, and he had even retaught himself how to do braids. But you couldn’t deny having shorter hair would have its advantages, and you thought you could pull it off well enough. If not, it would just grow back, right?

You convinced yourself quickly enough, and once your lunch break started, you were bolting out of the office and straight to your salon, lucking out considering it wasn’t too far from work. Your good fortune only continued when you made it inside and discovered the place to be empty from customers, but your trusted hairdresser was sweeping the floors, just waiting for someone to come in.

Five minutes later, you were seated with the cape shielding your chest, your giddiness smiling back at you from the long mirror in front of you while your hairdresser prepared the scissors. You felt a little ridiculous and daring, but you liked to think it was just spontaneous, not impulsive — something you always told yourself when you took a leap like this, but this time, you were sure you weren’t going to regret it.

The whole time your hairdresser cut and styled your hair, you couldn’t stop thinking about Frank and what he was going to say. He had always been supportive, always finding the right thing to say if you showed up home with a new hair color or just a switch in styles. You knew he would love you, regardless, but you still felt the buzz of nervous butterflies in the pit of your stomach at the thought of his face when he’d see you.

When it was done, you couldn’t get your grin off of your face. You admired yourself in the mirror, your hands incessantly touching your new bob and your confidence skyrocketing. You felt like a new person, re-energized and revitalized, and you thanked your hairdresser a million times, feeling like it was one hundred percent money well-spent.

You were overjoyed and excited as you got back to work, the only thing on your mind being getting home and showing Frank. The day dragged on as you anticipated clocking out, but with praise from your co-workers, the hours finally ticked by and you were soon headed to your and Frank’s shared apartment. This was a familiar routine, you being utterly enthusiastic about something and talking Frank’s ear off, and him nodding along, a fond smile on his own face as he watched you gush. It made you indescribably happy that he never seemed to get sick or tired of you, he never judged you and he always, always listened to what you had to say.

Stepping inside your apartment, you began kicking off your shoes. ”Frank? I’m home”, you called out, the excitement obvious in your voice as you shrugged off your jacket next, hanging it up by the door you made sure to lock behind you.

”In the kitchen, sweetheart”, he responded, and smiling already, you made your way to him, only to find him stirring a pot on the stove with a kitchen towel thrown across his shoulder — a perfectly domestic sight that melted your heart and almost made you forget what you were so thrilled about.

He didn’t look at you at first, focused on the pasta in the pot, but he acknowledged you verbally. ”How was your day, sweet girl?” he questioned, casual and caring as he wondered the same thing he did every day.

”It was good. I did something kind of exciting on my lunch break”, you dropped hints, waiting for him to look at you and realize, amusement on your face as he stood there, clueless.

”Oh yeah? What’s that?” he asked, finally looking up at you, his eyes immediately widening. ”Shit, sweetheart”, he exhaled, amazement spreading across his features as he took in the sight of you, eyes darting from side to side to fully appreciate every cropped inch of your new hair.

”Well, what do you think?” you giggled, shy under his scanning stare, and chuckling himself, Frank dropped the wooden spoon into the pot and stepped closer to you. His hands snuck to your hips and he tilted his head at you to curiously survey you, a smile spreading over his lips.

”Christ, you got me all flustered and shit. Speechless, baby. You look fuckin’ stunnin’, that’s what I think. My gorgeous girl”, he complimented you with sincerity, one of his hands coming up to carefully run his hands through your hair, feeling it for himself.

You blushed and ducked your head down, and he took the opportunity to press a kiss on your forehead. ”Makin’ me feel all sorts of things over here, beautiful. What inspired this?” he queried, his deep voice making you shiver, especially when it was so thick with attraction and admiration. He clearly really, really liked the haircut, and it drove you crazy to know that.

”It was pretty much just a whim. Saw some pictures online and thought I could use a change”, you shrugged, truly glad that you had given in to the impulsive urges inside you, because clearly, it had paid off.

”Well, it was a pretty good goddamn idea. Can’t get enough of this”, Frank agreed, his hand travelling up the back of your neck and gliding through your hair; allowing him to get a gentle but firm grip as he leaned in to kiss you, his lips hot and heavy on yours. It was needy and full of fire and passion and it set something ablaze within you, a burning want that you figured Frank was feeling, too.

He was all over you the rest of the night, too. You two spent the evening watching a movie on TV, woven into one big mass on the couch and he refused to stop caressing your hair, his fingers carding through the short strands again and again.

Safe to say, he loved it, and so did you.

Speaking of sitting in your lap, that's his absolute favorite place to be. With his back pressed against your chest and his head resting against your shoulder. Your arms wrapped around his waist, just sitting together. Doesn't matter if you're doing anything else, as long as he can be in this spot he will be content

Looooves when you play with his hair. He lets you comb it for him, style it however you want, braid it, give him pigtails, whatever. Just the feeling of your hands in his hair feels soooo good

If you massage his scalp he might actually pass out. His body goes so limp and his brain feels like mush whenever you do that 🥴

Mikey's not like, a great cook but he would try to learn just so he could cook for you. He prefers cooking with you though

Hanging out in the kitchen and making dinner together, or watching you bake things if you're good at that. Baking him little treats and watching his eyes light up when he realizes that they're specifically for him

Even if he's not helping you cook/bake, you're still going to end up with a bit of a mess. Mikey strikes me as the kind of little shit that would put flour or chocolate or something on your nose, or just play with the ingredients because he needs to fidget with something

Or if you put some flour down on the counter so that dough wouldn't stick, he'd slap his hand on it and make a cloud of it fly everywhere, causing both of you to cough and become dusted with white powder 🙃

He enjoys doing things with you, but he's also content to just sit in silence with you. Each of you doing your own thing but still comforted by the other's presence

I think Mikey would really enjoy playing games with you. Video games, board games, or card games of any kind. He gets reeeeaalllyy competitive though...if he gets on a losing streak he'll yell about how dumb the rules are and pout until you comfort him 😅

He's incredibly happy if you get along with his family. He's equally as happy if you get along with the members of Toman

I feel like this is wildly excepted, but I can’t NOT mention it…Could Miles 42 do his own hair? Yes. But he makes his mama do it so he can spend time with her.

We know that Miles’s dad and Aaron fell out in universe 1610 (at least I think so) SO because Miles’s dad isn’t there to stray the family away from his brother, Miles 42’s music is much more influenced by his uncle than 1610’s is. There’s a lot of oldies in there that he first heard because of him!

Adding on to that, I think there’s records in Miles 42’s room? Like I think it’s like in the back. Idk maybe I just saw someone say something about it

Anyways, on those bad nights where shit’s getting to him, Miles puts on a record or two. He loves his headphones, but the record player gives off a different vibe

I like to think about both Miles’ art styles. 1610’s is very freedom, graffiti centered (as we know). There’s a lot of color, he’s free with it. But I believe that 42’s is more, controlled? Idk the word, really. But there’s sharp lines and maybe even a little restraint? To show the difference between how they both grew up and what they’ve experienced through their loves.

I think Miles 42 is better at drawing what’s in front of him, versus 1610’s tendency to just sort of go with it.

Miles 42 doesn’t see his mom as much as 1610 does because she’s always working, so he does little things around the house to make it feel more like home when she gets off work. He lights her favorite candles, makes sure her favorite flowers are always in a vase on the dining room table. He likes taking the pressure off his mom’s shoulders because he knows she works hard. He goes above and beyond for her.

He sometimes (a lot of times) slips money into her savings jar so he can see her face light up when she counts it all

Crossing universes is fine since they're separate! Ok so, I think that-

Peter would be super flustered. His crush on you was pretty obvious to his friends so here come the teasing glances when they see you talking to him. He'd stutter out a sure and would just sit back and let you play with his hair in class. They had a sub that day so most of the class was doing nothing important. He actually found it relaxing having you braid some of the longer sections of hair hair. he doesn't even care that you've messed up his hair he finds how fun you find this super cute. MJ takes so many pictures of him with mini pigtails and its super cute. Near the end of class you were just running your hands through his hair and when that bell rang he almost cried. best Day Ever. Steve would be mostly confused, his hair is pretty short most of the time. Still, he loves to make you smile so he's willing to let you do what you want. He's definitely blushing while you're running your fingers over his scalp. Silently hoping this lasts forever. If anyone walks in he'd be a stuttering mess. Looks in your eyes as you play with his hair with a small adoring smile on his face it's so cute. Dick would be so down. A scalp massage from his crush??? Uhh yes please. Loves it if you do silly hairstyles on him, the batfam groupchat will be spammed with them. Also finds your fingers in his hair relaxing. And if he can, he'll ask to do your hair as well.

Tim Would be confused too but he'd let you do it after a bit more begging. Wouldn't know what to do so he's awkwardly fidgeting while you're playing with his hair. He's not sure if you're trying to style it or just running your hands through it but he must admit it does feel very nice. If you do try and style it he'll find it cute. Also blushes a lot. John is also very very confused. his hair is not that detangled soooo good luck. He warns you of that before you start but lets you anyway. In the beginning it kind of hurt but after five or so minutes he's out like a light. The feeling of your hands running through his hair puts him to sleep soooo fast. Won't ask you to do it more often but definitely wants you to. Feels a sense of safeness whenever you play with his hair and it makes him start crushing on your even harder.

Also related to dragon age I know I was super critical last night and I still have really low hopes but I do truly love the dragon age series I'm just so disappointed that EA keeps getting away with treating their fans and consumer base like shit thinking we'll lap up anything they give us for massive money when they abused and mistreated their staff and are so out of touch with what constitutes a good game because they don't care if we like it, they care if we BUY it.

But I am interested in Bellara and Davrin especially, with a special shout out to Lucanis and Taash. I'll always be sad they named a character Neve and spelled it that way so it tarnishes my opinion of the character but I am very excited for those characters.

I still maintain my criticisms. The voice acting in the ad sounded bad and low quality, with varric not even sounding like himself. I don't know why they made varric dark haired to show he's greying like... you can make him strawberry blonde and greying it IS possible. Harding sounded weird too and while I'm happy we finally have a dwarf romance option I wish it was a new character not someone we've met already. If they were going to give us someone we met already it shouldve been varric and it should've been in inquisition. (OR DA2 BECAUSE LETS BE REAL HIM AND HAWKE ARE SOUL MATES but varric *was* a new character in da2).

I also didn't love the art style but I didn't love it in inquisition either, i didn't mind if they went more cartoon-like, like they did in dragon age 2, I just wish it didn't feel like a different company made it every time and also I found the art style hard to process while in motion like the FPS was off, like I struggle with halo my brain just doesn't properly process what I'm seeing so I hope it flows better and is more comprehensive in game.

Also when people said they wanted it to be grim dark again we didn't mean literally get rid of lighting. Let's not pull a GOT here. And the criticisms of the script I think are still fair, DA:O and DA:2 were more grim dark than DA:I but they still had humour (it was in fact, a main draw in the game), people aren't looking to remove the humour from a grim dark they're just commenting it feels like very generic recycled and over used Hollywood phrases that lack real personality which is concerning.

I do have some hope and I desperately hope the game turns out to be good, and want to enjoy the characters and story, I just have really low expectations and the ad didn't make me feel much better.

Also whyyyyyy do all the handsome black male characters have a close shaved head like whyyyyy Davrin is an elf they could've given him soooo many cool hair styles, shaved sides and dreads, or long braids with beading, bantu knots, twists, an afro, ANYTHING but we got another shaved head. Which speaks to what we can expect from the character creator hair options as well, I suspect. I'm not even a proper curly girl if you're being GENEROUS my hair is 3A, but mostly 2C and there is never ANY curly options that are decent even a little bit I am always left wanting so I can only imagine how people with type 4 curls feel looking at the character creator options.

Brain worms have arrived and shored up some of my remaining will to dream once more :D

And of course it dreams up a way to maybe, maybe give our favorite traumatized imaginary shield character a reason to actually smile and mean it. (Maybe?)

And of course, I forever fell in love with the SI OC trope, soooo weeeeee, buckle up everyone and thing, this one is gonna be a doozy.

First off, our SI boy was playing HSR, trying out a full imaginary team comp of Luocha, Walt, Aventurine, and Yukong when sudden, traumatizing death. It is not pretty, it is horrible, it is scaring, and it literally almost breaks our poor mc's mind; how can they not ask, beg for someone, anyone to save them?

It's a good thing (or is it) that something does.

Whether it is Aha on some sort of new kick, a manipulation of destiny, or even a certain Mother Goddess at work, our poor soul gets taken into a new world; but not as they were. Their mind and body were too broken when they were transferred, so the being had to get creative.

So, they took some inspiration from the team they were playing in their most recent memories, taking from doomed versions of themselves who were willing to trade for their own wishes in turn (and oh, how many were doomed in all the paths; there would always be one with a simple wish to fulfil easily.)

So, the MC becomes a meshed form of the Imaginary team of Luocha, Welt, Yukong and Aventurine: he is a good height, about 5-9, not six foot because Aventurine and Yukong are shorter taking it down a bit. He has Welt's brown hair, but it seems to be a bit messy and longer, what with all the hair styles, which he has to braid to keep in order and less annoying. And for all he seems human, he actually does have Foxian ears and tail, along with most of the bloodline perks, but hides it with illusions and tricks for reasons. His skins is tanner and kissed beautifuly by the sun, and his eyes are really cool, being a mixture of Aventurine's shape and style, but with the other three's colors. he also looks late 20's/early 30's just imagine him with welt's eye lines because the character maker doesn't have that. (The glasses are there for reasons and this is him illusioned because the ears were just not meshing for me.)

As for the eyes, I tried my best TT^TT (headcannon that most Avgin's eyes are usually in shades of brown to gold, with rarer shades of darker purples and even green at times, going with how Avgin means Honey and all, so with Kakavasha being born with not only bright beautiful eyes, it also has blue in them like water? and it rains? yeah, no wonder they thought he was blessed.)

But yeah, with his appearance over, now we get an interesting little bit about him; his path is Remembrance :D how? he has no clue, only that his memories are pretty shitty now, he knows random ass stuff (gifts from the other four; my guy know so many loopholes now for the IPC) he instinctively knows how to use his powers, just has to practice with control, but what was his favorite food? his dream in life? his actual name? nadda, zilch. He does know his power is literally a mixture of all four of his Imaginary team, allowing his skill to produce shields that also buff and/or heal his allies, with them disappearing can either randomly heal, buff, or do nothing before they go. His Ult is a mixture of Luocha's, Yukongs, and Welt's, doing incredible damage while also debuffing his enemies to hell and back, and even letting his team heal like with Luocha's. This doesn't even count in the terrifying follow up attack, that randomly does whatever the fuck it wants to :D tiny black holes to devour enemies? shower of golden rain that heals allies by draining the enemy's own life? this is only scratching the surface~

Did I forget to mention he came to this world with half the damage he got from his death? So it's very lucky where he ended up; a few years before the Avgin's genocide, luckily found by the tribe where they took him in, who while hesitant about the stranger, couldn't turn him away, then felt well they didn't when they finally opened their eyes to see they were one of them. Even if he's of mixed blood, he is still one of their own and came back to them, even as harmed and damaged as he is.

Not to mention just how talented and powerful he is.-

The wise woman watches, with her guard, as the stranger to their ways learns with an appetite like starving dog, so keen and willing to continue struggling on even with the barest of scraps. It is a kin to someone struggling with quicksand, finally finding some leverage that can save them from demise just in time, light entering those eyes once more. But like a beaten dog, they shy from most touch, hesitant and still, eyes watchful as they take in all threats to their self before they settle into a long wait, ready to attack.

It makes it both tragic and amazing, seeing someone so strong, someone she has seen break rock and stone with but a thought, so obviously broken, but willing still to heal. She knows her guard would like for this stranger to become part of the guard, to let others know of his strength so that they can better themselves and their people.

But the wise woman did not live so long to be wise as she was with simple thoughts and hopes like those; she saw signs everywhere, she has read omens in the sands and wind, reads the bones with ease; besides a select few, no one knows of their stanger's talents.

She names him Sarth, for his always thoughtful ways (and to hide within sight, just that for all his power, it is his mind most terrifying of all.)

(He was found under the stars for protection and warning, waking only when the stars for secrets was high in the sky. She sees how gentle, ever so kind their stranger is for the children, and she makes her decision.

She finds she will never regret it, traitors in their mist, the men in the black uniforms abandoning them, telling their stranger to please, please, if nothing else, save their children and ill away from this mess. If nothing else, she knows that at least the 452 with him will live.)

-so yeah, I have feels about those still being missing being 3,452 people; i just yoinked a chunk for myself, my guy Sarth covering everyone with his ridiculous powers, stealing a ship he found (interestingly, it was an illegal drug merchant who was currently being killed, so it would be a long, looooong time before someone notices one missing ship that was destined to be scraped because of damages and age over the years.) My guy is desperate, knowing of the discrimination they will face from practically everyone in the universe, not knowing who to ask or even if there is anyone willing to aid them; the IPC is shady as heck, he doesn't think Himeko has fixed the express yet, and their ship is running on luck, prayers, and Yukong's memories and knowledge of flying through even worse with even more tragic of conditions.

Sarth could really, really use a break right now; everyone with him at that.

Then in walk some Fools; Sarth somehow not only impresses them, he even tricks them, getting one fool, who goes by as Tricky Trickster, delighted (because what's more delightful then tricking others? Himself getting tricked in new and innovating ways. After all, how else could one learn to better themselves?)

So, my guy is able to enter in a game of high stakes with the Fools; he has 6 chances to win his people the chance to live well, with food in their bellies, chances for education, no worries of threats, the complete secrecy of their survival, all that good chance... here is the thing; he has to win at least four games, because the hightest amount of people that can be saved per game is 113 people, so yeah, four games would equal the 113 peeps. (he doesn't count himself; he can at least get along in this universe, he has power and tricks on his side, he can do what must be done; all these sick, injured, or too young? they can't.)

So he plays the games, winning two at first, getting 226 from there... only to lose the third game; what he loses is decided by random on a wheel, with him in the end nearly ending up practically blind, his eyes basically just for decoration now... he almost loses the fourth, but by chance actually wins, getting another 113 people. but this luck doesn't hold by the fifth game, this time he loses 20 years of freedom, to begin after the games are done and to serve in the Tavern. the last game is done with bated breath, the last 113 people's lives hanging by a thread, when MC pulls off yet another miracle; he uses the memories of harmony and abundance, sealing with preservation to gain back what little sight he can to win the game, saving all 452 people that came with him. there is much tears, crying, sobbing and mourning because once more something is taken from the Avgins but they persevere, many promising that they will do what they can for him in turn.

(In the end, they find an interesting item, one that can channel things with multiple paths and contain it, shaping to whatever the owner needs. Those are now shaped into glasses for Sarth to wear so he can see, only able to be removed by himself. it doesn't feel like much to the Avgins, it feels paltry for all he has done for them, but Sarth loves and adores anything he gets from them, to the honestly little mudpies from the kids to even the gems others offer; his favorite is the company they offer.)

So yeah, in my head, when the Trailblazer enters the planet of Festivities, my guy is near the very end of his service term, with maybe a year or two left.

This is so far what I have for him, but I must say; he gives off Dilf energy like hard core and the thirst for him is real :D

travelling with argos episode 2: tokyo

you know that the first thing you will do after landing is shopping right?

let's just say Argos would totally indulge and try out new clothing styles and would look completely different everyday

there are soooo many japanese street styles that it's really hard to choose which one to try but for Argos it's like going to a new void and bringing back plants: just do it, try out stuff and experience new things everytime!

you would go to cat café's and overall cute café's like sanrio or hello kitty ones, pusheen and anime/manga ones and so on and so on

he would totally read a lot of mangas

I could see him especially loving the very cute or psycho ones (death note, tokyo ghoul, assassination classroom)

you guys NEED TO GO to a Hatsune Mikuuuuu concert, you just need to

he loves her music so much and thinks she's extremely cuteee

you will probably either stay in a really cute hotel or in a love hotel (don't ask me why, it's about the experience)

you guys will visit lots of sights (obviously) and go to a classic japanese temple (you will even buy kimono's for that occasion)

- Loves some of the traditionally "less cute" animals the clinic gets in. Rats? Precious. Bats? So cool, they're rats that can FLY. That sharp-toothed thing with the fur? Would TOTALLY adopt if she could

- A little more of a quiet kid who read animal facts, facts about the universe. Got embarrassed for info dumping more than once, so stopped talking about it. One of the things she appreciates most about Nebula is that Nebula is a good listener to her, and can tell her surprisingly gently when they need to switch topics

- Also a bit of a star geek. Used to watch them from the balcony of her home when she was a kid. Also did this when she was with a bad ex and needed to get away for a bit.

- Unfortunately there's been more than one bad ex. She's learned to assert herself better though, and having her wife and the nursing staff there to back her up has been a huge help in this.

- She lets Nebula braid her hair! Nebula likes the novelty of it, and Farina likes the attention.

- Gamora still doesn't quiet get how jet dynamic works with Nebula, but loves the genuine smile Nebula has when she's with Farina.

- Really big on making sure Nebula feels included in things, and respects when she doesn't want to do something.

- Very much the "I'm not angry, just disappointed" type if fighting with Nebula. Nebula had one old-school tantrum during an argument between them, once, saw how shaken it left Farina, and vowed to be better after that. And she was.

- They've done more than one vacation to theme parks together. Everyone thinks it's Farina pulling Nebula along, but it's quite the opposite. Farina is a little more of a homebody, but loves her wife getting to experience the childhood she SHOULD have had. She's been terrified of every roller coaster she's ever been on, but her wife's maniacal laughter is just SO flipping cute.

- Big into pop music. Would play Harry Styles all day if she could.

- Identifies as a lesbian! She knew in grade school when she'd get WAY too emotional about friendships.

- Loves numbers because they make sense! Whether it's cooking, working on alloy materials from her forge, or money, she's quite good with it all. She never really had an opportunity to spread her math wings on Fauntera, but can on Knowhere. Is the accountant for the Guardians.

- Has gotten them enough extra money they were due over the years that combined it could have bought another Knowhere.

- Comes from a large family. She had seven siblings, all who reached adulthood, got married, and had children of their own. This stung a little bit as she always wanted to be a mom and wife. It just didn't happen, though.

- Unable to have children biologically due to an illness she contracted on Fauntera during the uprising. This is why she was unable to reunite with Meti initially.

- Meti quietly offered to give her the money to have a baby like how he had Skye, and to pull strings to get her to the front of the lind. She would have taken him up on this, but she and Kraglin were too far apart genetically to have one together, so it just wasn't worth it to her. Her prayers were still answered, though, with Benji.

- She helped give Benji a Spider-Man-themed bar mitzvah without knowing what a bar mitzvah was or what a Spider-Man was.

- Practiced calling herself "Laroshi Geer" way too much as a kid. Would have had binders with their initials in hearts if she could have.

- Marrying Kraglin is literally the first spontaneous thing she's done in her life. She immediately fell for his kindness. She also loves that he isn't as proper as she felt she had to make herself be in order to help guide and protect her people, or to find a spouse.

- Loves going to bars with him. He gets her to loosen up like she's always wanted to, but never knew where to start.

- She, in turn, respects him from the get-go. He's never had to prove himself to her.

- She collaborates with Rocket a lot on creating things! She created all his mobility aides during his surgeries, so that they'd be portable for him, and has helped him mod some weapons.

- Loves jewelry making for herself. Kraglin brings her gems from planets, she turns it into bracelets, necklaces, etc for herself. Her favorite is a necklace with a gem that matches his eyes, and she wears this a lot when he's on missions.

- Big into punk rock.

- Is the neighborhood mom now. If there's a kid who needs something, they know they can go to her forge and she'll try to help.

- Learned English for her adopted son. It wasn't easy, but she loves Benji that much.

- She loves making knickknacks for the house. Yondu would have taken a shine to her.

- Intensely proud of her husband. Faunterians can be a little bit of a haughty bunch, so she brags about him a LOT. Kraglin doesn't get it, but he also doesn't mind.

- They don't get in blowup fights, but he knows she's annoyed with him if dinner is cold. She knows he's upset with her if he seems quieter and mutters about needing to look at something around the house.

- Has an iffy understanding of genders and sexualities, but is incredibly supportive. Most likely identifies as cis and hetero.

- Some of their favorite things to do as a couple is visit the beach, go to the farmers market, and making upgrades to their weapons. Ya know. Couples things!
