Good Readers of Jayvik Nation! I have some new fic ideas for you!
Now that Dinner and Diatribes is finished and I'm working on part 2 (Damage Gets Done. It releases on May 16th) I'm looking for another series to work on that I can alternate between while writing the sequel! Writing one project can get menotinous, so I need something to hop between. But I'm torn between two ideas I love.
1. Zombie Apocalypse AU! But not with normal zombies. These are some of those fast smart ones. Think WWZ meets I Am Legend in the sense that they are sensitive to noise and light and are runners when they get enraged. I have some cool ideas for them. Trust me. Modern setting. Good thing they are smart! It's gonna have some angst, a tiny bit of wump, some horror elements, and the closest thing to domestic fluff you can possibly get when everything is trying to eat you. (Or worse but I want to save that surprise for the fic!) Log cabin in the woods with a garden and a family but I won't tell you about that part. Gotta keep some things for the fic!
2. Regency Romance AU! I may dead ass make myself read the entirety of Pride and Prejudice just to make this fic more accurate because I've never written the genre before. Victorian romance is my wheelhouse, and you might not think that there's a huge difference between Regency and Victorian but oh boy... As for the plot? Mutual pining, lots of dramatic, desperate yearning, class struggles, lots of fancy parties that Viktor doesn't want to be at, walks in the park, courtship, Jayce being an adorable love bug, LOVE LETTERS AND ASSUMED UNREQUITED LOVE BECAUSE THEY ARE BOTH FOOLS, and all the drama, fluff, and romance you might expect. Maybe even a bit more. Depends on how spicy you guys want it to be! Let me know lol!
Also: Pitch me something!
I don't care how wild it is. In fact, I'd prefer it to be wild, if possible. I want to hear your ideas! It can be for a one shot, it can be for a while AU, whatever! Gimme something to work with! I want to hear your ideas! You can comment on this pool, dropping my DMs, or head to my asks. Anon asks are on, and I would love to receive something besides various types of scam messages and porn bots for once...
Thanks for checking out the poll!

BORDERLINE JUSTICE: This is The Return of The Space Cowboy
Arrowhead's latest warbond drop for Helldivers 2 brings us Borderline Justice, a content pack themed after the Wild West with shiny new toys for all your rootin', tootin', gun shootin' needs.
First and foremost, Borderline Justice (referred to as BJ from here on) is easily one of the best warbonds for roleplaying. Now, I know Solo-Super-Helldive fiends could not give two damns about acting like a cowboy but it is important to consider that warbonds are designed partly to allow the player to act out some archetype supported by the actual tools provided. A good example of this is Viper Commandos with its throwing knife. The throwing knife by all means is fucking useless, yet you still feel like a badass guerilla soldier when you land a kill on a bug warrior. Recent warbonds especially have leaned into this aspect, with Urban Legends' Spartan motif and Servants of Freedom's "martyr" playstyle. Once again, BJ hits the nail on the head. The R-6 Deadeye, LAS-58 Talon, and TED-83 Dynamite allow you to feel like a true outlaw/sheriff/cowboy straight out of the American frontier. The armor sets are absolutely beautiful as well. The Lawmaker helmet will be a staple in my loadouts.
Besides the roleplay factor, BJ is fairly worth it if you're seeking tools for serious diving. By no means is it the first thing you should go for if you're a newbie--in that case, please grab Democratic Detonation or Polar Patriots--as every weapon is a sidegrade to its core. The Deadeye is just a higher damage DCS with less ammo and slower reloading/firing, the Dynamite being a larger radius Frag with a longer fuse, and the Talon being a medium pen Senator with infinite ammo; but by god are they some good damn sidegrades. The guns fill roles that, personally, make them worth using over their counterparts. Although the Dynamite didn't live up to my expectations, it still is quite efficient at clearing swathes of smaller enemies with its ~30m radius. What I have waited to talk about though is perhaps the best part of this warbond: the LIFT-860 Hover Pack. Ever need a better angle on a bug hole or bot fab? Getting overrun by melee units? Maybe taking the high ground would give you the upper hand? Look no further than this new stratagem. While the Jump Pack gives you burst movement, the Hover Pack is best used for positioning. You get way more height and distance (assuming you're on flat ground) and become a more difficult target both for melee and ranged enemies. Despite these benefits, it's incredibly easy to get yourself killed if you aren't careful. The pack has a long startup and dreadfully long landing which can make you easy pickings the moment it runs out of juice. Thankfully, the Hover Pack is quite generous with its cooldown. I haven't fully tested it yet, but it appears that it has a shorter cooldown between flights than the Jump Pack. If the weapons didn't already convince you to pick up this warbond, the new stratagem should.
Overall, while Borderline Justice is useful in some ways, it's just fun in more. I believe it's another step in the right direction of quality over quantity. To me, there have been three "generations" of warbonds: the 1st after launch (Steeled Veterans -> Viper Commandos), the 2nd after Escalation of Freedom (Freedom's Flame -> Truth Enforcers), and the 3rd after Omens of Tyranny (Urban Legends -> Borderline Justice). 3rd gen warbonds so far have easily been the greatest as they're focusing on the quality of each item rather than just cramming as much shit in there as possible. Helldivers 2 already has 60 equippable weapons, and any more variants of the damn Liberator or Punisher will lead to the game becoming bloated, especially with the weapon customization system in the works. If there are going to be more warbonds every two months or so, they need to bring something valuable and new to the table or nothing at all. While the weapons introduced in Borderline Justice function like sidegrades, they introduce different mechanics to niches that already have been filled, which I truly think is valuable. Also, the Hover Pack is just goated.
BORDERLINE JUSTICE: 9/10

Got bored, warbond subjective as hell tier list and reasoning (in readmore)
Final tally and thoughts:
S rank is a tie between the Servants of Freedom and Democratic Detonation, in part because both offered so many "winners" for loadout diversity or just being effective/providing utility.
A rank has the lone Steeled Veteran for offering a solid, reliable loadout against most threats in the game (but being a bit boring by playing it safe).
B rank has the heart of the warbonds with a lot of bonds offering roughly "a good thing" and then "some interesting things". Helldivers Mobilize, Cutting Edge, Chemical Agents, and Freedom's Flame all make up this tier in 'roughly' that order.
C rank has the more lacking offerings, usually giving one good thing and then a lot of duds or extremely conditional offerings. Urban Legends, Viper Commandos, and Polar Patriots in that order.
And the lone loser at D rank in this subjective list, Truth Enforcers holds out by offering roughly.... nothing! For the low low cost of 1000 super creds you too can have a poorly thought out gimmick shotgun and an SMG that does nothing special. The potential is there, but the execution, sure is rather lacking and boring.
Helldivers Mobilize:
It's hard to be harsh on a warbond that offers such a quantity of items and for free, but the impact of those offerings is worth considering- and altogether- not a bad showing! (but please stop giving so many duplicates of the same armor again and again) The boosters do a lot of the heavy lifting- being some of the most impactful boosts in the game, but offering a few weapons that do well against bots and a popular grenade variant of the no frills impact does mean this will grant players some meaningful choices that actually, you know, "Do the thing" and kill the enemy.
B rank. Not exciting. Tons of dupes (though some points for offering some med/engineer/fortified to begin with). No weapons that standout as top of their class so much as "in the running" (such as counter sniper).
Steeled Veterans:
Three solid weapons, a nice grenade, and some robo arm suits if you really want to throw strategems further means it's a solid warbond all things considered. Breaker incen for bugs, Dominator for bots (and squids), the senator as still one of the more popular side arms, and it even tosses in the incen grenade for some more utility to that slot.
A rank. It's not exciting, but it IS very useful. Really only missing out on the fun factor as it mostly grants you "gun to shoot at bugs, gun to shoot at bots, and a sidearm that isn't god awful".
Cutting Edge:
The sickle offers an infinite ammo light pen rifle which is nice. The blitzer offers an infinite ammo medium pen stunlocking shotgun which is nice. And the punisher plasma offers an AOE shotgun which is nice. All three aren't that impressive for other specifics of their design, but all three ARE among the unique options in their categories for one reason or another. That said- the stun grenade offers one of the most unique forms of utility to the grenade slot by granting any helldiver the option to just "turn off" a group of enemies whenever they please.
It's a solid B, carried by the grenade.
Democratic Detonation:
BOOM. The weapons and grenade all give you what they claim to be giving you, and that's very nice. The Crossbow and Eruptor (rip old shrapnel) grant divers a very reliable means of blowing things the hell up from their primary slot. Thermite and the grenade pistol offer utility the likes of which had never been seen before (post thermite buff that is lmao). Many people, myself included, would point at this warbond as being worth picking up just for the grenade pistol leading up to the latest bond's new competition in the form of the ultimatum- the rest is delicious explosive icing on the cake, and even post ultimatum the pistol offers a form of utility the ultimatum doesn't exactly match, very nice!
Our first S rank, easily. Between "fun", "impact" and what slots of equipment actually get new toys to play with, this one does the job and does it well.
Polar Patriots:
Controversially, I hate 99% of this warbond. It has its fans for various parts of it- some saying "Oh, pre nerf this was so great!" or "Post buff this one shines!" but whether any of that matters is up to me, my list. The Purifier is incredibly effective- easily one of my go to's in the current game against bots and squids. It lets you take on many of the targets that are balanced around "be accurate on my weakpoint or I pour damage at you" by just... ignoring the mechanic entirely and stunlocking them with an explosive that kills in very few shots. The incen impact is also effective. The rest of the warbond "exists".
C rank. I gave cutting edge a B despite only having "one good thing" by my count, but that bond also had 3 unique offerings that I can appreciate.
PP gives you another liberator, another defender (with discount stun), and a little brother to the senator. I'm not giving points for mediocre reskins that don't change nearly enough, or are simply worse "but with upside!" that doesn't matter.
Get it for the Purifier when you can justify spending 1000 creds for 1 weapon.
Viper Commandos:
Genuinely a mixed bag. You get melee armor which will either be worthless to you, your favorite thing because you like meme runs with melee, or your favorite armor because you like the ergonomics buff it provides. A really nice beret helmet. Experimental infusion which is a FANTASTIC booster. But then you get another liberator reskin. A sidearm shotgun which looks cool but doesn't "do" much, diminishing its value. And throwing knifes which are something I love is in the game, but "in a literal sense" is paramount to throwing since you're just tossing out fantastic grenade options for the funny haha "I can throw a handful of these things and kill a single charger :)" option. Which is good and bad. It's good it is there, it's not particularly good overall.
Overall, a bit of a C rank again.
It's closer to the Cutting Edge than it is the PP but the Cutting Edge really squeezed out a B rank by having multiple unique weapons to go with its "one good thing", while this has "some fun options (knife/bushwhacker)" that aren't very good to go with its one and a half good things (booster + armor sometimes).
Just barely falls out of B and into C.
Freedom's Flame:
Cookout baby! Oh, also unique offerings like the primary and secondary flamethrowers (mixed results but fantastic unique offering with some area denial utility) Also inflammable has newfound utility in unlocking the potential of a new weapon from another warbond, so tiny invisible points for that. Hellpod firebombs exist strictly to troll people which is just annoying.
Honestly a B rank, but only 'just'.
It lacks many things, a good variety of impactful slot options for instance, the booster sucks, the armor works better with an outside weapon than it does any of the actual flamethrowers-
-but what's here stands out for being either highly unique (primary and secondary flamethrowers) or highly effective (cookout vs bugs), and conditionally good armor is still 'conditionally good'. That's 2 unique things, 1 good thing, and a conditionally good thing (not that I'm treating count as dogma for my list), not bad.
It is funny that many fire based items just.... aren't here, and are instead in other bonds (like the PP gets the incen impact for whatever reason).
Urban Legends:
It's a meme bond, guys, I'm sorry. But how BAD a meme is it? Melee in helldivers is not good, don't believe the weirdos going "But I can kill a charger and save you ammo! Just give me 45 seconds to do it and also if any bug slaps my ass I'll die trying so waste your time covering me too!" Luckily, the bond isn't JUST melee. The directional shield is pleasant for players looking for 1 hand weapon gameplay- yes- even melee. It is a bizarre side grade to the ballistic at this point though, but side grades are side grades, can't complain about what it offers. Siege Ready is a very good passive, one of the tops for sure, so the armor is nice. Armed supply pods are a meme, it's nothing to write home about in the slightest when we have boosters that actually impact the game. The flame sentry is.... in need of an AI rework to differentiate it from default turrets. I'd say it has a lot of potential, but it behaves like a normal machine gun turret which prevents it from "intentionally" taking advantage of its fire, so buying a bond for what is basically just a machine gun turret with extra steps and less consistent range ain't the biggest sell atm. But then we get to the big boy. The anti tank emplacement. Yeah that thing fucks. I love that thing. 10/10 emplacement when used properly and like 7/10 if used poorly, adore the baby seat cannon.
Honestly, C again.
The anti tank emplacement is phenomenal, no one is arguing against that. And the armor is wonderful, again, no argument here.
But then the rest of the bond is either "A side grade to a default option (shield + flame turret) that doesn't really change anything about the default" or "kinda stinky (melee + booster)".
Nothing is atrocious, I'd say, I mean hey- no liberator reskin this time around, but it really does feel like the bond you get for 1 thing and the armor.
Maybe if the booster affected all pods then I'd say more on it and consider it inched up to B just for unique-ness sake, but I think it's a high C for giving a nice little variety of mid options and then the anti tank emplacement. I value the emplacement over the infusion from Viper for instance- high C.
Truth Enforcers:
Gotta be real with you. I don't like this bond so much it's still the only bond I haven't bought, and I have more than enough creds in my pocket Right Now to do so. Truth offers a very neat gimmick shotgun that.... is held back by awkward controls (lack of consideration for said controls, rather, requiring remapping to effectively use or to just say fuck it and use it as a stun gun forever). It also offers an infinite sprint booster that I couldn't care less about because you can just stim to run forever and if you can't afford to stim then you probably don't want the health drain (vitality booster at least mitigates). How often are you honestly marathoning the entire map in one go anyway, bud? An SMG that's fine but doesn't need to be an SMG, it isn't even 1 handed. It is fine though, just not my cup of tea. A sidearm that's fine but outperformed by all the utility sidearms like the grenade pistol/ultimatum. And an armor passive that sounds better than it ended up being, but hey, at least it's 'fine'. Fine is the keyword of today, but fine isn't interesting or fun or good so not the best thing for a warbond to be.
D rank. Hater goggles are on.
There is only one wholly unique and theoretically impactful item in the bond, and it's hampered by ammo swap controls and extremely low damage output. The rest is either "technically a weapon that you can kill with" or "technically a boost/passive that effects you".
Altogether the most useful part of the bond ends up being the SMG which is just a medium armor pen close range weapon with a laundry list of downsides, it's "fine", like the warbond itself.
Lacks impact.
Free of Thought is a good title though.
Chemical Agents:
What a WEIRD bond to try to define. It's been in the process of volatile patch notes since release tbh, though I suppose fire got shafted and then unshafted at release too. So the gas grenade is wonderful. Area denial with I believe slightly longer duration, confuse, and less damage than the fire brothers- it's just good and that's what counts. The Sterlizer is just bad, I'm sorry. Take up your support weapon slot to not kill enemies and do a worse job of area denial than the flamethrower which does kill enemies. It doesn't even persist a gas cloud like the grenade or strike- it lasts for a quarter of a second, that's bad! Increased status duration doesn't mean jack squat it's just bad! The dog though? The AI adjustment made it legitimately cool in my eyes. Congrats, a backpack slot that crowd controls, that's neat :) Doesn't need the clouds because it seeks out and spreads the status without taking up a full support weapon slot- not bad at all. The armor skill? dogwater lol With the skill you'll want to avoid gas. Without the skill you'll want to avoid gas. It Does Do Something assuming you walk through your gas like an idiot, so it's not entirely worthless at least. I guess. Still not a good skill and unlike the inflammable skill there isn't currently a "secret combo" that unleashes potential with this. and then the stim pistol exists. I appreciate a utility sidearm. I do still think it's awkward and the fact that it's not full stims is weird to manage too. Benefits from infusion though which is neat.
B rank. A couple good things, some bad things, and an interesting thing, I'll give it the benefit of the doubt and say the dogbreath buff brings it from C to B.
Servants of Freedom:
Bud, this one's just fun. The double edge offers us a weapon that actually benefits from a "build" in this game, a unique and new idea for helldivers lol, and it's pretty nice in its spot when you play to its strengths :) Unique and conditionally good. The ultimatum shook up the meta a ton and it's such a fun little pocket nuke. And the hellbomb is the veritable "silly option" except with some genuinely unique utility since we can now hellbomb things we never could before! The rest, ehhhh. The armor is a teamkill trap that accomplishes very little. The grenades are neat! But not exactly good in comparison to the actually good grenade options- maybe if it like... regenerated or something? Like if it was an infinite grenade option with a cooldown so you could use it more often? IDK not my problem. But the highs are really high in this warbond.
Despite the lower end offerings, by giving a weapon that offers unique gameplay (edge), a weapon that changed the landscape of most loadouts out of nowhere (ultimatum), and a silly option that's somehow also conditionally really good (hellbomb) this really is a fantastic warbond worthy of an S rank.
And a bonus is that all 3 of these high points take different slots in a loadout! That's nice :)

Ouat
Do the cyberformed humans in once upon a time still have artistic capabilities like singing and art.
And if they still have a similar body part like vocal cords
And if they can sing can they do it better than cybertronians and could it possibly be used as a siren like effect to them with the help of unicron.
OOOO they definitely do!
At their core, the cyberformed are still human, even if they've been twisted into a new mold, remnants of their origins are still there.
Art is one of them.
It started in practicality, carving and shaping tools, utensils, bowels, and items that brought a taste of civilization back after clawing their way out of metal soil and into a new world that had been stripped of everything familiar. Then it turned into remaking the pieces for games, or characters from media. Carving for the sake of something to do, keeping hands busy so your mind can't remember.
Paints were made as they explored the new flora of this world, old ways, and old skills adapting and working as they ground up burnt silver bark, glowing plants, and dirt that still held traces of the pink, yellow, and oranges that marked the mountains they came from.
People marked the caves they lived in. Designed the homes they built. Color and art leaked into everything as memory and grief flowed. People remade portraits of the faces they used to own, of the family that never woke up, of the friends they never found. They sculpted bowls, cups, and vases, etched with designs of feathered birds, green forests, and the old oceans.
They crafted dolls for their children, forming books of carefully pressed pages, and they created stories.
They retold ancient legends, works that they grew up reading, and the life Earth used to live. They whispered about the dead long gone, about Roman kings, about Egyptian queens. Arthurian Knights, a warrior named Percy, a family of superheroes, a girl who tricked her Other Mother and won her life.
No one spoke of the aliens. No one but one little boy whose big brother begged him to keep his secret. A little Esquivel only knew the stories of a valiant bug and not the bloody war he brought.
Art heals and it soothes. It writhes and it screams. It's human.
And as humanity was finding itself again, the simplest of the arts could never be ignored.
They don't possess a voice box that's structured like a bot, their designs are so much more fragile, so much more irreplaceable. But Humanity doesn't know that. All they know is the shaky notes that squeak out in the dark nights. The lullabies that comfort here just as they did in the world before. They know the haunting calls those songs can carry, how notes can say what a word can't. They know the cacophony of voices harmonizing, of giggling renditions of Titanium and Never Gonna Let You Go, Never Gonna Let You Down~
Laughter, warmth, memory.
When Cybertronains witness it they are bewitched. There is no magic in those colored lines, no spell engraved in those sculptures, no dark power in those melodies. There is a sense of something greater, a connection to a world they would never have the honor to know. It is humanity's soul that stares back at them.
It's more of a siren call than any of Unicron's gifts
Thank you for reading!

Accursed Izvoshra: Bentilais san Sk’ar
Behold! The only Izvoshra to be (retroactively) named & expanded upon in the source material! After surviving both the shuttle crash that took Grievous from his people & Thrawn’s orbital bombardment of his colony on Oben, Sk’ar was put to work as an Imperial General. That’s Legends canon bruv. The rest of this is community headcanon!
Long before that Sk’ar was the Prince of Kaleela & the Hand of the West. When he met Qymaen & Ronderu he was young, younger than them by a couple years, but already 9 standard feet tall & accomplished enough to be the Khan of his father’s military. Through the Huk war he would be instrumental in the defeat of the yam’rii & even kept getting bigger, just under 10 feet at his largest. Out of all Kalee, Bentilais worked closest to Grievous for the longest. They were comrades in arms in a way that the term best friends didn’t really seem to cover.
How did big Benny meet Qymaen & Ronderu? I asked some of the other Grievous nerds what they thought & outsourced really liked what TB came up with. Meet-cute under the cut by @tuberculosis-bot-9000. (The Consumption. #bentalais, Kaleeaboos. Discord, July 7, 2023.)
Kaleela is in and of itself a nation. Located on the convergence of multiple major trade routes by land and sea, it’s the largest city on Kalee by a massive margin. It’s influence is incredibly widespread. The Kaleela Tongue is a pidgin language that is spoken almost globally, as a lingua franca is some places and as the default in others. The state-sponsored faith is the most codified “church” type thing Kalee has. The pockets of Kaleela’s elite are deeper than some countries. And all of it bows to the Emperor.
The Emperor of Kaleela is… not what you expect when you imagine the most important person on Kalee. He’s miserly, he’s physically unimpressive, and he’s ancient as shit. He’s a hop, skip, and a jump away from being a skeksis. And he’s Sk’ar’s father.
Because Kaleela is untouched by the war! Yes, the outlying colonies to the east are bedeviled with rumors of invaders, and the southern territories are all but wiped out, and more and more refugees are flooding in by the day, but the Jewel City is safe. There is no war in Kaleela. The Emperor sees no reason to join the war effort, much less bend the knee to some backwoods eastern barbarian.
This makes Q+R very mad.
They just park their army in the city and start making other connections. It’s a careful song and dance convincing cushy nobles to lend their strength and resources, but it’s one they play well. They have to. Kaleela is the crux of it all. Without Kaleela’s army and navy, the war will eventually end in a Yam’rii victory.
Then, at a party, they meet the prince. It’s a celebration of his recent appointment as Khan of Kaleela. He’s the one that controls Kaleela’s military now. So they have to be precise.
Sk’ar is intrigued by the demigods. He’s heard tales of their glory, their cunning, their prowess in battle. He knows the skinny man with a rifle is the best shot on the planet and the woman with the mane and swords moves faster than the eye can see. And he knows he’s got them on the back foot. He’s interested in seeing what they do more than what they say.
They tell him, in no uncertain terms, that the war will come, and sooner rather than later. The Emperor wants to hide behind his money and his wives and his 88,888 things, but the bugs don’t care. They’ll drag him off his throne, crack open his skull, and eat him before his mewling pups if something isn’t done. Sk’ar finds the idea hilarious. He knows his father is weak. But he wants to know why he should follow Qymaen rather than take a throne by himself. He certainly has enough money and warriors for it. Qymaen just shrugs. If he wants to do it that way, he can, and Qymaen will take what remains when the bugs rout the Kaleela prince. Sk’ar throws his head back and laughs. The gall!
He agrees.
(Thank you @tuberculosis-bot-9000 for letting me use your words & the Benny braincell!)

Earth Bot culture is having semi violent arguments over which Scooby Doo movie is the best💕
Bulkhead: Ooh, ooh, ‘Scooby Doo Meets the Boo Brothers’!
Mixmaster: Booze Brothas, definitely!
Scrapper: Yeah! I second that!
Dirtboss: You’re tha third, ya dunce.
Bumblebee: That one’s a classic, but it’s not the best. The best is-
Blurr- ‘ScoobyDooAndTheCyberchase’!
Starscream: YES! Yes- Cyberchase, all the way! It’s honestly the only Scooby film I can stand-
Bumblebee: It’s good, but it’s not the best!
Blitzwing: I actually like ze more recent Lochness Monster one.
Ratchet: Eh, I guess I do, too.... But I think ‘Scooby Doo and the Ghoul School’ wins at best Scooby Doo film, Starscream.
Blackarachnia: Finally, we agree!
Starscream: Fine, I take it back. That’s the best one.
Soundwave: Ghoul School; Superior.
Bumblebee: Ok, yes, but-
Blitzwing: Ohh, Ja! How could I forget I like zat one, too!!
Bumblebee: It isn’t about every single one that you like! It’s about which one is the best! Holy spark-
Waspinator: Waspinator like ‘Scooby Doo and the Reluctant Werewolf’ best.
Blackarachnia: I think you’re unwell....
Slipstream: Yeah, yeah, whatever. That ones worthy, I suppose. But check this out- ‘Scooby Doo and the Legend of Vampire Rock’~
Ratbat: *Shrieks*
Grimlock: That Grimlock favorite! That one best!
Bumblebee: But-
Grimlock: No contest!
Thundercracker: Certainly. Unless it’s competing with ‘Scooby Doo and the Alien Invaders’, of course.
Skywarp: Oh my god, I’m in love with that movie~
Starscream: Over rated.
Thundercracker: It’s massively under rated!
Bulkhead: I liked the romance in that one.
Lockdown: I liked that it had a jackalope in it. Those are rare.
Prowl: Those are mythical....
.....
......
.........
Optimus: ....I, ah, like The Witches Ghost best....
*sudden collective screaming*
Soundwave: Obsession: Hex Girls.
Prowl: Excellent contribution. The animation quality, as well as the-
Blackarachnia: They stole my look, but I totally don’t mind~
Starscream: You wish you were as hot as Thorn, Rosie from Bug’s Life.
Blitzwing: I prefer Luna.
Sari: Ok, ok, wait! I actually can’t choose between The Witches Ghost or ‘Scooby Doo on Zombie Island’!
*More collective screaming*
Ratchet: Dammit... they’re both, too perfect. Velma really makes that movie.
Scrapper: I guess those two are in a tie for the best then-
Lugnut: No! I say The Witches Ghost is the best!
Grimlock: Grimlock disappointed in big plane with small brain.
Blurr: Why isn’t Cyberchase getting the appreciation it deserves? WHY?!
Waspinator: Waspinator changes mind to Cyberchase.
Blurr: Oh spark, ThankYouSoMuch-IWasBeginningToThinkYouAllHadSufferedProcessorDamageAtSomePoint-
Bumblebee: GUYS, ENOUGH, ALREADY! ENOUGH! ITS OBVIOUSLY THE SCOOBY DOO WRESTLEMANIA MYSTERY!
*Terrified screeching*
Sari: YOU ARE DEAD TO ME!
Starscream: NO, BUT HE’S ABOUT TO BE!
Blackarachnia: You could have said anything! You could have said ‘Chill Out Scooby Doo’! Or ‘Scooby Doo and the Monster of Mexico’! Why would you do this to us?!
Bumblebee: Would you have accepted, ‘Scooby Doo and the Monster of Mexico’?
Blackarachnia: Yes! The characters are actually lovable and sincere! I would have accepted frgging ‘Scooby Doo in Where’s my Mummy’, not-
Megatron: I like the live action Scooby Doo actually.
Ratchet: Why don’t you go to hell?!
Starscream: THE BETTER QUESTION IS: WHY ARE YOU IN CHARGE OF AN ENTIRE FACTION!? GHOUL SCHOOL WAS RIGHT THERE, COMPLETELY AVAILABLE TO YOU, AND YOU ABANDONED IT! YOUR JUDGEMENT IS FLAWED- YOU ARE FLAWED, YOU SHOULD BE STRIPPED OF YOUR TITLE AND MADE A PUBLIC EXAMPLE OF! AN EXAMPLE OF HOW HORRIBLE A MECH YOU ARE, AND IF YOU HAD SAID THAT TO ME ABOUT 10 MILLION YEARS AGO, I WOULD HAVE LEFT YOU IN GUN MODE, BARREL DOWN IN A TAR PIT WITH YOUR FIRING PIN REMOVED.
Megatron: .....The Witches Ghost is good, too....
Sari: Why don’t you just stand next to me for a while.
#Sentinel: Guys it’s Cyberchase#Blurr: RUKEHJFHMJGJJH RIGHT?!#My depression made me think this#Tfa#Transformers Animated#Optimus Prime#Tfa Optimus#Tfa bumblebee#Tfa Starscream#Tfa Bulkhead#Tfa Blitzwing#Tfa Blackarachnia#Constructicons#Tfa Megatron#Tfa sari#Scooby Doo movies#Verbal Violence#Tfa Grimlock#Tfa Blurr#Tfa Ratchet

So I wanna talk about Earthspark (SPOILERS!!!!)
After finally watching/binge watching the new series, I got a few things to to talk about. I'll go over them quickly. Spoilers btw if you don't want to know.
Actual likeable/relatable human characters that I actually like and not cringe or boring (*cough* Jack *cough*).
diversity in the human characters and diversity in general.
Well developed human characters, protagonist and antagonist.
Well developed villain/antagonist with a genuine reason why to hate cybertronians.
Actual representations of a veteran (especially with her prosthetic).
Wasn't a huge thing either, it was in the background, but was brought up when Mandroid told his backstory to Dot.
Healthly parental and partner relationship between the kids and parents, as well as dot and Alex.
Alex absolutely being a nerd about the autobots and decepticons, also big fan of bumblebee.
The Terrans concept is a very interesting, especially since their creation involves with one of the 13 primes, specifically Quintus Prime.
Also the fact that they live off of water instead of energon is very interesting too.
twitch and thrash are adorable.
Nightshade, my nonbinary baby. Your doing great.
Also a lot of representation.
Homages to the g1 cartoons and continuity, love it.
POST WAR SETTING, CAN I GET A HELL YEAH!?!?!?
Elita-1 is in this and is a badass, yes please.
ALSO ARCEE.
Wheeljack is in this and the bot has a beard again.
Megatron actually a good guy and trying to bring a unit/peace between bots and cons.
He's trying to be a better figure and fix his past mistakes, I like that.
best friends with Dot.
Their friendship is THE BEST.
Megatron, my dude, you are a grandpa.
also Tarnian accent ftw.
Optimus, please, stop being a dad. Like you killing me.
Also you use too many emojis. Megs is at text than you are.
The decepticons in this series are very interesting, like they still follow the old ways instead of megatron.
BTW, Soundwave called Megatron a traitor.
Megatron, what did you do?
Was anyone gonna tell me the legend STEVE BLUM IS REPRISING HIS ROLE AS STARSCREAM!?!? LIKE LETS GO!!!!!!
Fight scenes in the show are top notch, so freaking fluid that i'm crying YES!
All and all this is a great show, there is a lot of care put into this and i'm so glad that this is only the first half of the season. I can't wait to see what else they will bring to the show. Although I have a couple of questions that are bugging me.
How and what cause the war to end?
What happened to Cybertron?
What happened to shockwave and some other note worthy con's
What happened to most of the autobots?
What is the plan/purpose of the Terrans?
What was Quintus Prime plan for the terrans?
What was the turning point for megatron to make him change?
This is only the few of them but you get the point. This so has gotten me by the grips and I'm so excited to see more of it.

Here's my hc no one asked for for what i think happened to everyone post war in the bad future. The mutants.
Their options are basically: join the turtles or die a horrible death to the Kraang
Unsurprisingly most choose the turtles. Some however are petty enough not to.
Ghostbear: he would literally rather let himself get Kraangified than help them. And he does.
Meatsweats: tries to suck it up for about a year, maybe 2, but never really gets along great with the others and goes down in a fight on the battle field (he'd flip them off on the way down if he could)
Repo Mantis and Mrs. Nubbins: they join and actually get along fairly well with the others. Repo tho bc he doesn't have any special powers and not being a particularly strong mutant compared to the others sticks to scavenging missions and the occasional trade negotiations on the chance they run into another group whom they need revisions from each other. Mrs. Nubbins however, being a massive cat bug with a thirst for blood does get to go on missions. She kinda becomes a tank in battle especially when something goes wrong with whatever vehicle their mission was using. Repo manages about 10 years give or take. His cat out lives him for about 12.
Hipno and Warren: they join reluctantly at first but quickly build a strong repoir with the others. Though nobody ever remembers Warren but April and Hipno himself outside of "that guy that Hipno is dating i think??? Or his Parrot? Idk the thing is always on his shoulder anyway." Warren still tries to declare himself the turtles greatest foe ally. Hipno is a valuable asset to the missions. While he can't hypnotize the Kraang he can still hypnotize his allies. Allowing for a more strategic and coordinated quick change in formation without having to give away their tactics to the possibility of the Kraang countering them before they can put it into motion. They both manage to live well into the war or at least half way through.
Crab bros: they join but are constantly threatening to go off on their own. Occasionally they do but they always come crawling back a few days later. They make it probably about 5-6 years.
Todd: we see him, the man, the myth, the legend he lives! He goes wherever he's needed. He's suprisingly good in a big fight as we even see him holding his own for a brief moment in the movie like a mad lad. Due to his survival scout knowledge he'll often accompany scavenging groups and help find safe food as well as put whatever other useful survival training he has to use. And due to his knowledge of forgery he's able to smelt down scapped metals from busted tech and debris as well as bits of broken Kraang bot suits and repurpose them into whatever they need to be. Mostly parts for Donnie's tech. And he's also one of the teams medics and trains recruits how to treat injuries. He's kind of a jack of all trades.
Bullhop: he is hilariously hard to kill. So much so it's basically become a meme on base that he's just too damn clumsy to die. Always tripping over himself and just missing lasers or tentacles aimed at his head. They still usually relegated him to lighter missions and scavenging tho. (just don't let him grab anything breakable) he makes it through the end. Almost as if to spite the Kraang.

Прывітанне, мяне завуць Тод Ховард, і я шукаю малога, каб клапаціцца пра іх патрэбы, арэнду і плаціць штотыднёвую дапамогу ў памеры 50 000 долараў ЗША, калі гэта цікава …
I have been blessed by the Todd Howard Sugar Daddy Bot! Praise the n+1
Legend has it* that when you get an ask from the bot all your mods will work perfectly, your games will not randomly crash, all bugs will be resolved, and the time to completion of TES6 will speed up by a week.
I pray all my followers and mutuals should be so blessed 🙏
#answered ask#hottubs--world#* I freely admit to making this legend up right now right on the spot#also I'm being satirical in case it needed to be stated#we're probably encouraging the stupid bot by interacting with it#but it *is* funny
