On the idea of Theseus's Ship: in the end, it's still his, isn't it?
It was known as Theseus's, and it will continue to be known as Theseus's.
Even after he has returned to the ground which grew the wood of the hammer used to nail the ship's frame,
Even after generations of new wood have rotted and the sails are rags clinging to threads,
Even after millennia,
it will still be Theseus's Ship.
Thank you for bringing us home.
Goodnight, Phosphophyllite.

I will never be over the fact that tbhk really takes place in 2015
We know that AidaIro published the first chapter in December 2014
The Yugi Twins were in the 66th Festival in 1968 and the curent present have the 113th Festival.
On this panel, it's written that the 1st of September was a Tuesday. The closest years to the manga airing having this date being either 2009 or 2015.
Bonus:
Which means: the 1st year (Aoi, Akane, Nene) were born in 1999, Teru in 1998 and Kou and Mitsuba in 2000.

Being someone who reads both BNHA and JJK and adore both protagonists is a wild ride because it just feels like the mangakas are taking turns as which protagonist gets to have their biggest, greatest moments of awesomeness and which one has to suffer the most gutwrenching experience of a lifetime.

Parallels between their first and most recent (chapter 109) manga appearance.
Dazai's against a wall, there's a crack on it, Chuuya has a weapon, the perspective is looking down, etc.
A difference is that Dazai's on his ass and one of them doesn't come out of this alive :D

Getting REAL sick and tired of how omori TikTok views sunny.
Like, they view any scene of him being emotionally vulnerable, affectionate, or even just making an expression outside of just being completely neutral as “mischaracterised”. He’s not some cool, stoic, unwavering badass, he is a traumatised teenager. Don’t cry whenever he dares to give his friend a hug or (god forbid) be SAD about something??? Isn’t like. Part of the point of his development about him allowing himself to break down the repressive walls he built when he shut himself in? And being able to rely on his real friends instead of imaginary versions? And isn’t the game like. Meant to SHOW that he still cares about them despite isolating himself?
It’s really stupid to get mad at a character like that showing emotion or affection personally, especially since he’s not used to expressing it properly after so long. But that’s just me

I fucking love the way u expand on every art piece u post with bootiful indepth character analysis. But i have to ask,May I have some art or a wonderful character analysis of our lord and executioner knives aka million knives? -what a stupid ass fucking name- or atleast what u think of him.
oh god LOL i can never do a justifiable knives character analysis. i care and love his character a lot, but my beef with him is so personal. i can say though, his emotional aspect is my favorite part of his character because there's a lot of instances where he's calm and collected for like 5 seconds and then he just breaks instantly with a single word or action. the fact it's a blatant trait since when he was a kiddie that gets further emphasized throughout the years with his ambition and reactions towards vash's choices… i like that he's presented as someone who chooses absolutes and can't - won't change despite his own loneliness and potential regrets that he's tried to bury. i looooove how he's drawn in trimax and how sleepy he is all the time, probably because he hasn't relaxed in 150 years.
and it might be obvious by now, but i'm specifically fond of trimax knives and the dynamic he has with vash in that iteration… i like the extra care the studio put into his character, but trimax just hits more for me.
anyway, here's a knives sketch!! thank you for sending this and for your kind words <3
