Of course you were. You always were.

You modded his streams before he even asked. Built his discord server from scratch. Stayed up past midnight helping him troubleshoot lag while playing Valorant. You even tolerated the scream fest during Lethal Company session with San, Mingi, and Wooyoung―all chaos, max volume, all the time.

And when things took off―when Twitch clipped him into the algorithm and the chat exploded with new fans, you celebrated with him. You were proud. You really were.

But you also started feeling... invisible.

It started small. A joke you made in chat went ignored. Then another. Then another.

You chalked it up, at first. That's what growing meant―more people, more chaos. But then he stopped replying to your DMs. Took hours to answer simple messages. And one day, you noticed your mod label was gone. No explanation. No "thanks for everything." Nothing at all.

You watched one of his streams that night, lurking, your name is grey in a sea of neon usernames. Someone made a crude joke. You called it out. Yunho didn't even notice, until a stranger timed you out.

That was the last stream you watched live.

You muted the server. Turned off notifications. Closed the tab. He never reaches out. Not once.

Months passed.

One night, you're scrolling through your phone, brain on autopilot, when you see his name. Yunho is live: Unpacking + chatting. You shouldn't care. You don't.

But you click.

He's streaming Unpacking, of all things. Soft music, quiet atmosphere, just him and the sound of cardboard boxes being emptied on screen. There's no Wooyoung yelling in the background, no San whining about being scared―just Yunho. Focused. A little tired. His laugh softer tonight.

You shouldn't message him.

But your fingers move anyway, finding his name in your message app.

Are you okay?

You send it. Regret it instantly. Consider deleting it, but then―

You stare at the screen, looking at his stream while his attention turns to his phone.

You call. It's weird, at first. The silence between you used to be comfortable, easy. Now it's cautious. Hesitant.

But he tries.

"I don't know when I started messing it up," he says, voice quiet. "I think... I just got caught up in everything. I didn't mean to shut you out."

You shrug, even though he can't see you. "You kind of did, though."

"I know. I just... didn't want you to feel like you had to carry my stuff forever. You helped me so much and I kept thinking, maybe you deserved to just... live your life. Not babysit my stream."

You snort. "You took away my mod role without saying a word. The least you can do is tell me."

He winces. "Yeah. That was stupid."

"You think?"

He laughs. It's small, and it is obvious that he is nervous.

"Let me fix it," he says. "Please."

It's not instant. It's not perfect.

But you start showing up again. Not as a mod, but just as his friend.

He messages you in the middle of the night about weird games you'd both like. Sends you dumb voices notes of Mingi farting on call. You hop into discord during late-night gaming, and he still screams in panic when he gets chased in scary games, but now, he screams your name too.

And one night, he messages:

yunho: do you want to do a stream together soon? you: what would we even play? yunho: idc. minecraft? stardew? anything. i just want to hang out with you on stream.

You agree, and the next night, it's Minecraft night.

The stream starts slow, chill lo-fi music playing in the background. Yunho decides to do a member only stream, which means the chat is smaller, cozier. The mods keep it clean. No chaos whatsoever.

"Special guest tonight, their name is Y/N" Yunho says, grinning. "My oldest friend. Like actual old. We've known each other since middle school."

You laugh. "You're few months older than me."

Chat, on the other hand, explodes with excitement:

You two fish, farm, fight monsters, collect materials. It's easy.

Halfway through the stream, you forget the camera's even on.

"You're different when it's just us," you say quietly.

Yunho hums. "Different how?"

"Less loud, less performative. More... you."

He doesn't say anything right away, just smiling while mining some woods for their house. Then, softly. "That's because you bring out the parts of me I actually like."

Your chest tightens.

"You know I was really scared," he adds. "That you'd never message me again. That I lost you for good."

You exhale. "You almost did."

"I know."

Silence.

Then, your character walks over and gifts his character a flower.

It's just pixels, but Yunho makes a sound that's a little too real.

"What?"

"What do you mean what? Maybe I just like giving you flowers."

His voice is barely a whisper. "God, I missed you so much."

The stream ends with your character standing next to his inside your finish small cozy wooden house.

Chat's spamming hearts. Fan edit already being posted. People are begging for another duo stream.

Once he turns off his stream, he says, "Don't log off yet."

You stay.

His voice is warm through your headset.

"Let's play another day?"

You smile. "Sure, Yunho. I'll be here."

This time, you know he believes it.

And this time, you do too.

My Fair Lady: Late Baroque Era Set

This is a late 17th-century/early 18th-century Baroque Set. You will get 25 items for women, girls, and toddlers! Towards the bottom, I will give you tips to start a Baroque Era Save (people to find on gallery and men/boy attire).

The stuff in this set can work for the late 1660s-early 1710s.

WHAT YOU GET: You will get 3 hat hairs, 1 for each age I listed above, 2 Fontanges for adults that work with the hat slider mod, 4 adult hairs, an adult baroque hair comb piece, 1 adult baroque sash accessory used for court and portraits, 1 ribbon hair piece to go with a hair, and 13 dresses (2 1670s/1660s mantuas, 1 1680s-1710s Habit used for Hunting or Riding, 1 1690s-1710s court dress used for court occasions, 1 1690s-1710s jeweled portrait dress and 1 1660s-1670s portrait dress with sash, and finally 7 1690s-1710s mantuas used for everyday, formal, and seasonal wear. I've included 1 dress for a child and 1 dress for a toddler as well).

SMALL NOTICE ABOUT THE PIECES: The hairline on the hairs will not behave correctly if you have head shape presets on the sim. I've tried fixing that but no luck. If I manage to fix it, I will update it. The Hat Hairs are found in the HAT category and are not compatible with hairs you MUST download the hair files that I'll be including with them. This being said, if you remove sim clothing while they have the hat hair on, it removes the hair override too. It's strange, but just put the hat back on and it should fix. The comb, and ribbon accessory are also found in the hat category. The Sash is found in the GLASSES category. The 1660s-1670s Mantuas are not compatible with shoes, leggings, or socks. I've removed these options in CAS tools so you shouldn't have to worry about clipping. The Barbara 1670s Dress has a sash meshed onto it, and because of this does not behave well with bigger bodies. The same applies to the Henrietta 1670s Dress, as the pearls don't behave with bigger bodies. Same with the Sarah 1670s Dress jewels. The 1690s-1710s Mantuas will have small gaps if the sim is plus-sized. I have tried to fix these issues, but no luck. The hat hair fontange looks a bit gray without reshade or a lighting mod. @northernsiberiawinds has some good lighting mods. Other than that, it's fine. Below, is how it will look white with a lighting mod.

Everything has AT LEAST 20 swatches. Some things have more. There are only a few things that don't have this many swatches.

BAROQUE SAVE TIPS: These dresses will work for winter, summer, and traveling wear. Just add a fichu for summer wear or a shawl. For winter wear just add some long gloves and a cape. For men's stuff from this era, @stereo-91 has recolored some acanthus outfits which can be found here. I'll show you how they look below. I also recommend going to his gallery (ROTAMETERS91) as he has AMAZING builds for this era. For a little boy, @acanthus-sims has some stuff that can work.

Heh, Alex likes what Farmer's grandpa has done for them. Loads of secrets and useful recipes to make their job easier, not to serve everything up on a silver platter though, but to encourage determination and a desire to achieve something more. "Look at all the things you've achieved! Your Grandpa would definitely be proud of you." And an athlete is proud of his spouse, inspired by their accomplishments and wanting to be the better too. A better man, a better spouse, a better father..... "Hey, are you going to do something like that for our grandkids too?" Farmer looked into Alex's eyes, smiling slyly and winking.

Shane was a little confused. What is this place... Was the cave always there? And no one has ever noticed a door in the woods? There's some kind of patterned wall inside, and immediately the calm song from the music box started playing. "The cave with the secrets my Grandpa left me." Huh, interesting, and quite touching too. Shane, by the way, can't find this music box, where the heck this music came from... "Oh, it's not a music box, it's Grandpa's spirit." Ah, alright. ....The fuck, wha- "Honey, it's magic." ????? Okay? Like- WHAT.

It's just incredible - a secret cave, closed off from prying eyes, made by the older generation for posterity, with hidden secrets and treasures! Why had Elliott's beloved never told him about this place? Oh wait, it must be a private matter of their family, he shouldn't have been so insistent on answering... "Well, you're my family now too." Elliott listened with pleasure and attention to both how Farmer discovered this cave and how long it took them to succeed, assigning each of the Mastery. They both sat in the dark cave for a couple of hours or so exactly, immersed in conversation. The writer would thank his spouse for sharing this with him and ask permission to put the event in his memoirs.

"Did your grandpa do all this as a challenge? I mean, that's pretty cool, but why exactly? Like, a family tradition or what?" Farmer could go on for hours telling Sam why their Grandfather did all this, but decided to just silently give the musician the letter they themself had found here in this very cave. Sam took the time-yellowed piece of paper and read the words carefully. 'Make me proud!' was signed at the end, and he handed the piece of paper back to Farmer. So cool.... secret cave! Sammy seems to be thrilled, not really with the wall with the Mastery itself, but more with the very fact that Farmer's grandfather made a secret cave in the valley!

"See? I told you it was true, hon!" Farmer let go of Harvey's hand, allowing the doctor to move closer to the wall and touch the engraved symbols. That scythe of purple metal the doctor had never seen, that fishing rod of the same metal.... Harvey's spouse was telling the truth, but the doctor still finds it a little hard to believe in magic because he believes in science and modern medicine. Still, he'll be surprised and interested in both the cave and how their grandfather decided to leave them his inheritance in such an unusual way. And a little startled by the sounds of the music box, because w- what does it mean, dear, that his spirit is here???

Sebastian's eyes widened in surprise as he saw a patterned door magically appear in the rock wall he and Farmer had approached. Had this door been here all along? And why had Sebastian never seen it before. "Because my Grandfather made it so others couldn't see it." Entering the small, dark cave, Sebby immediately walked over to the smooth stone wall, reading the inscriptions. "Mastery... Is that what you were talking about?" Farmer nodded. That's so cool and misterious. Your old man is cool, making everything like that." Farmer knew their husband would love this place.

Strange... Leah knows this part of the forest very well, as it's one of the best places to gather nature's gifts, where large colonies of edible mushrooms usually grow, but she's never seen this mysterious door. She would even think that her spouse was playing a joke on her and had somehow managed to put just a door in the wall here, but upon entering the cave and seeing the magic torches light themselves, decorating the dark room with a warm glow, the young artist opened her mouth in surprise. These paintings on the wall are so beautiful, handmade by a real master..... Did their Grandfather make them? For Farmer?

At first Penny tensed a little and squeezed her spouse's hand tighter as they entered the cave together, because Farmer's words "I want to show you a special place" in her mind implied some beautiful meadow with flowers, not an enclosed space in the rock. But she quickly forgot her fear as the warm light from the torches illuminated the beautifully painted stone wall. "The Mastery.... What is it, dear?" Farmer explained to their wife with a warm smile that this was their Grandpa's legacy, until their conversation was interrupted by the beautiful melody of a music box. "Ah, Grandpa's spirit has decided to pay us a visit!" That's... kidna creepy, but Penny tried not to show the panic on her face.

Wow, how cool is that? Abigail had explored every corner of the valley, every cave, every hiding place, but she'd never seen this door! Although it was right under her nose! Look at that, this place is neat. And it's pretty chilly in here - a great place to cool off on a hot summer's day! That painted wall and the pedestal with... the nightcap? "Yeah, that's Grandpa's, the last time I felt his spirit, his hat appeared here..." Ghosts?! That's fucking awesome! And Farmer didn't tell her about this? Their own wife? Abby pouts playfully and looks forward to hearing stories from her spouse, especially ones that mention spirits and magic.

Emily walked slowly along the wall, looking at the engraving and smiling. To be honest, Farmer was a little surprised that their blue-haired spouse was not frightened by the rather dark and cramped cave. "On the contrary, dear! I feel such a warm and kind aura here." Farmer recalled how not long ago, after achieving full Mastery, they felt a light touch of a hand on their shoulder. Yeah, they understood what Emily meant.... "And that's how you managed to make so many feathered friends?" Ah, now she was talking about all the parrot eggs they were able to get on their adventures thanks for the Combat Mastery.

The cave was quite dark and the only light was the flash from Haley's camera. "Creepy..." but she was in no hurry to leave the cave her spouse had shown her, and continued to take picture after picture. Haley would be so engrossed in her camera until she felt a chill on her neck. "Eeeep!" Startled, she immediately leaned into Farmer without leaving their embrace. And Farmer hugged her tightly, thinking that now Grandpa was giggling at his little prank. Anyway, Haley actually like this cave, so many pictures for the exhibition!

Maru excitedly looked around the cave, reading the stone inscriptions, shifting her gaze from the wall to her spouse. "The Sword, the Axe, the Watering can, the Fishing rod, and the Pickaxe.... Symbols of all those skills you know perfectly. Did your grandfather leave you some special task?" And just as Farmer was about to tell their wife about it, she turned her gaze excitedly... to the mushrooms growing next to the wall. "Wow, dad said this species of mushroom was extinct, but look, there's a whole colony of them!" Yeah, so cool... Farmer pouted a little, but afterwards still managed to tell Maru about their great adventure.

When Farmer pointed their hand toward the door, Magnus' gaze was full of confusion. Why was his beloved showing him... a rock wall? But as soon as Farmer touched the doorknob, the wizards felt a flash of magic. A secret seal, inaccessible to prying eyes, how interesting! And placed, apparently, by a very powerful mage, since even he could not see this mysterious cave for so long living in the Valley. This wall and pedestal, hmm.... He's interested to hear from Farmer what they have to say about this cave and their grandfather while he examines the cave himself.

"Your Grandfather was an incredible man, and you worked hard to succeed in achieving Mastery, my love," Lance said with a smile as he looked at the patterns and symbols on the stone wall of the cave. Mystery and secrets right close to their home, who would have thought.... The adventurer was particularly interested in Combat Mastery, with an inspirational quote from one of the great warriors engraved on it. And also can't help but notice the faint stream of light magic hovering in the air. "Was your grandfather an adventurer by any chance?" The pink-haired man would love to hear his spouse's story and about their grandfather, and how they had achieved such a level of skill.

Wait, Victor had already read about something like that... Yes, some experienced mages made such kind of walls with challenges for newcomers to pass the tests and gain valuable experience. And his spouse was able to achieve that too, because they claimed all kinds of Mastery and got useful magical items and recipes. Which points to one of two things..... "Was your Grandfather a mage!? Or was acquainted with one of the mages?" Either way, the spaghetti lover's eyes glowed with delight, showering Farmer's head with a bunch of questions.

Olivia had to admit, the mysterious dark cave left behind by her spouse's Grandfather didn't sound as enticing and intriguing as it did more tense and frightening. Nevertheless, she still decided to give it a chance, maybe it's not so bad, and magic is not completely alien to her, there was a case in the past... The former Joja accountant was looking at the inscriptions on the smooth stone wall, listening to Farmer's stories about the achievements of Mastery.... Until she was scared to death by bats (how and when they managed to settle here is a mystery even for Farmer). Quite interesting, but Olivia will refrain from going there again after meeting the ‘cave residents’.

"Dear, you can let go of my hand." Sorry, Farmer, but Sophia's not going to do that, because even though the cave is small, it's still a little intimidating. The kind of painted walls she'd seen in one of the manga about a group of witch girls searching for the secrets of a great wizard to obtain magical artifacts. "Well, my story is somewhat similar, heh.... Would you like to hear it, dear?" Of course she does! Just one thing... can they at least leave the door open? Sophia's a little uncomfortable with the cave atmosphere.

Oh, Claire's spouse had chosen the perfect place for a date, the woods were especially beautiful this time of year! Except... Where are they going? They passed their favourite clearing, where- Is that a door? "I've wanted to show you this for a long time. You asked me the other day where I got my unusual scythe from. That's where it came from." And Farmer pointed with his hand to the wall in the cave where it said "Farm Mastery.’ "All of this is my grandfather's legacy..... Oh, you hear the music box? That's him paying us a visit! My soul, are you all right? You've gone pale..." Claire loves her spouse very much, but this presentation of slightly shocking information made her kidna scared and uncomfortable.

"Wow... How long has this been here?" Well, maybe the cave itself has been here for a long time, but the door with the magical seal and the wall with the Mastery has definitely only been here since Farmer's Grandpa lived here. Despite the cave being a little dark, cramped and damp, Scarlett finds it quite cosy. "I can't explain it, but here I feel... calm, or something. You know what i mean, right?" She said, looking at the wall covered in patterns. "Probably because Grandpa's spirit is here now, watching us, and smiling." Hey, that's- hold on, spirit???

Hello !! I'm v new to the tumblr obey me community but I've really been enjoying reading your (I think there's two mods? so both of you) headcanons :)

I haven't been able to play obey me much myself recently, but I'm stuck on ~lesson 42ish for SWD and ~lesson 28ish for NB. I'm mostly aware of (and don't care for avoiding) spoilers, so my question is

When MC returns to the SWD timeline in NB, is there any indication of passage of time at all? I'm assuming MC has spent at least a few months in NB, so has the same amount of time passed in SWD or does it kinda just pick up immediately where SWD got left off? Is there any acknowledgement of MC going to the past?

To answer your question, no, time did not actually pass in the "present" during the events of the first two seasons of NB. The time travel is treated in that very time travel way where, though months have passed in the past, MC returns to basically the same moment that they disappeared. The brothers feel some kind of emotional gap that definitely affects them once MC returns, but they don't really understand why they feel that way because they have no idea it happened.

Now, that's not quite to say that the time travel is never brought up again. Solomon, having followed us to the past, is aware that MC was gone, and he actually warns us that we shouldn't bring it up, in order to avoid screwy time paradox things. And NB season 3 does also bring up some big implications about MC's new double-pact status.

All of that said, though, the whole Nightbringer time travel plotline is...not really resolved. In the rush to tie up loose ends at the end of content last year, they focused a lot on resolving Simeon's whole angel-to-human-maybe-demon-nope-angel-again ordeal, which they hadn't finished dealing with at the end of OG and were still working through in NB at the time of the announcement. Because of that, we ended up getting no answers on exactly what Nightbringer sent us to the past for, what his actual identity is, the deeper repercussions of the time travel, or...anything else with all of that? We'll see if, in whatever upcoming new "projects" they've promised but not yet announced for OM universe, they get deeper into it, but for now, that's all we've got. We can only hope they bring it back for some kind of resolution in the future.

The first few (probably actually only two weeks) were pretty normal. This would probably only be a month or so within blog time. The only things that were really established back then was that Boxten has terrible sleeping habits, likes lo-fi music, had a decent amount of episodes featuring him and set his face on fire trying to bake

After that, a random anon gives Boxten a fully loaded gun, which starts a trend of giving Boxten weapons. More anons came in and took them away, which starts a whole fight on if he should or shouldn't have weapons which initially stopped at teaching Boxten how to use a knife and have no other weapons

  Skip a little later and Dandy announces that "something" happened to Shelly and in order to help, they gotta do the machines in lower floors, which were previously jammed shut. 

  Boxten goes on the first long run (to floor 20) but on floor 15, in Shelly's room, she's twisted. Boxten gets spotted, but Shrimpo saves him just in time. Just before leaving the floor, They are spotted again and this time Shrimpo does not survive.

The very next floor, Boxten gets whacked in the face by T Shrimpo thinking that he lived.

  There are a couple mini arcs that happen here, such as Astro confessing to Boxten, Boxten sorting out his problem with Connie, at least a little, Sprout and Cosmo going at each other with pies, but the one that's kinda still going on is where it's revealed that Boxten was created during development and was designed to be a girl toon at some point.

  they then go down to floor 15 to where Shrimpo died, and try to save him. It goes pretty much as expected and results in Finn twisting.

Once they get back in the elevator, Boxten asks about Rodger's research on the twisteds. Rodger says they can't be saved in the way he expects but Boxten cuts him off from shock. Not long after Boxten catches his reflection and runs away, realizing that he is twisting.

He hides in his room, fearing death and stuff but Astro walks in. Then Sprout and Cosmo, who all three help to calm him down. They wrap up his new claws and start explaining his forgotten past since he started remembering due to that mental breakdown. Glisten slides in at some point, but doesn't say much. He's mostly there just for support.

After calming down and all, Dandy gets pranked and so starts a whole water balloon fight between Dandy and Astro that Boxten gets dragged into. Once it's all over, Astro goes to bed and brings Boxten with him.

Boxten says that whatever voice was there with him while he had his panic attack never went away, and that it's always been there. Eventually it's named Vox/Voxy.

Deciding to try this out cuz I can't comfortably rant about it anywhere else other than private DMs, and it's really eating away at me (I'm trying to move past it but my brain hates me and keeps running it through my head). Solar and Nebula. I just straight up don't like it and doesn't feel in character for Solar to me. It's also just extremely weird to have a character who's been shown to be single and very family oriented. I get that it's good for Solar to have someone he can confide in OUTSIDE the family, and that it's supposed to be a super chill and subtle thing. But I just hate it every time it's brought up. It just feels like almost every character has been shipped with someone else, either in canon or fanon.

Fanon I'm more okay with cuz I can just ignore it and continue to enjoy the shows. But if it's canon, I can't fucking do that. I've tried to look at the good parts, but it still pisses me off and makes me uncomfortable.

Next one is Eclipse and Roxy. The guy has SPECIFICALLY & VERY CLEARLY stated that he HATES romance. Oh, Eclipse asked Earth twice what she thinks of her. Why does it always have to be god damn romance! Am I being hypocritical? Probably idfk, I'm very on and off with romance and ships and whatever. I see it as Eclipse asking his first ever friend, who he can really be himself around and not hold back, if she approves of his newest friend. Whom of which has a very similar personality as him and can put him in his place when needed etc. I loved how she was able to comfort Eclipse in the recent episode. She is the first and only person ever to see him full on cry.

Just like how I feel that Solar doesn't need fucking romance to have meaningful bonds, Eclipse doesn't either. They both have had so much shit happen to them, and I personally think it's inappropriate to start dating someone in such a situation. Solar just realized how much he actually cares about Jack and is accepting becoming a father. Same with Eclipse. They don't need a partner to get the help and comfort they need when a familial/platonic relationship works perfectly fine.

Sorry if I sound too harsh or pissy, I know it's all fictional and shouldn't really matter, but I can't help how it makes me feel at times. Fuck *exasperated sigh* Thanks for listening to my rant. I just wanted to feel comfortable someplace to truly express my thoughts and feelings without getting fucking called out and humiliated.

The Menace Anon is back but with a Self Aware ask because I got an idea as I tried to mod my Switch. How about that Zelda is aware in the Game? There is already Zelda's Ballade a Mod for BotW so Zelda replaced Link/ Wild. So what about Zelda being the one who is aware and works together with her Link as in Age of Calamity it's possible to play as Zelda. And now there are two Zeldas and maybe one Link/Calamity as he is probably aware of Reader with all the DLCs and if Reader is anything like me they get 100%. I did that to BotW and am working on it in TotK. Zelda would be extremely clingy especially Flora, BotW Zelda, as she lost everyone who is important to her. Maybe she gets Wild to help her. Fauna and Calamity have Terrako and this little thing shoots through the screen with his laser. TAKE COVER READER!

this is gonna be a funny thing to answer as someone who isn't the fondest of zelda in botw/totk (she had the potential to be really good I just don't vibe with how she was written lmao - so many missed opportunities)

but that also has the potential of introducing the fact of what if you didn't like the characters story when they were aware - because that would be awful for her wouldn't it?

she loves you more than anything but because of the way her story was written you don't like her? Even going as far as to apologise to link about what he got put through in the story? so she's stuck hearing you give him your pity as she's trying her HARDEST to get you to see her in another light, while link is either looking on smugly at your blatant favouritism or staring on blankly as he is simply a puppet of the game who isn't even alive either one being a good spark to why she'd be more willing to work with the aoc pair.

I think they'd have more potential to work together in aoc as compared to either botw/totk (also time to give cal some time in the spotlight like you mentioned) seeing as he has the most "history" with zelda, whereas wild/tears have no incentive to (they're the only playable character so what does she have on them?)

Zelda from her actions alone at the opening also seems to be more reckless in her safety than link, so her hopping into another game earlier than when she'd have a good grasp on how to do it without many issues seems in character for her. hence, now there's two different zeldas in your aoc file? That shouldn't be something that happens right? you've watched the cutscene many times and she never appeared with the other botw characters - so why is she here now? But the other members seem to acknowledge her so maybe you're just misremembering? They'll make sure to keep a note of anyone who might try to convince you otherwise as well.

when the three of them finally do get out - and probably after apologising for scorching a wall or something, then they have the perfect place to start winning you over properly <3 trying to prove to you that they're more than simply the character that Nintendo wrote them as, that you should give them a chance to show you how much they care for you!!!

Jungkook has always had his body mods ever since you've known him.

He's never told you how or why he got them- but from what you know about other people's mods, and considering how and where they're placed, you've got an idea as to what their purpose is inside his body.

The back of his neck and his spine is covered by silver metal, a little scratched from the timeframe they've been in place, but overall still in mint condition. You know he's had them for quite some time now, and you've also heard from conversations that he's had them after an 'incident' at work.

So, during his police service, he must've been involved in something that caused him to need the mods now. But, you shouldn't be nosy, right? It's his past, not yours. And he's made it clear that he doesn't really want to have anything to do with you past normal partnership for work purposes.

You tend to forget that sometimes, especially when he's nicer to you than usual.

Right now, you're poking your head around your bedroom door, when he notices you, chuckling a bit. "What's up?" He asks, and you look into the kitchen for a second, before you mumble something. "Hm?" He asks, walking closer to hear you better.

"...can I have something to snack on.?" You wonder quietly, tail tucked between your legs and ears turned downwards. It's normal- you feel bad right now, because you've both been working overtime today, and he'd asked you twice on the way home if you wanted to eat something- which you denied in those moments, thinking that it would just bother him too much.

But you're horribly hungry, stomach growling in complaint.

"Aish, I asked you, didn't I?" He sighs, running a hand through his still damp hair from the shower, before he laughs. "Come on then, I'll warm up some leftovers." He invites you, letting you follow him into the kitchen.

You sit at the table, watching him move around, kitchen light reflecting off the silver body modifications on his neck and back. The clock is ticking and the microwave buzzes while he heats up your leftover dinner from yesterday, before he turns around, catching you staring.

"You can ask, you know." He says, arms crossed in front of his upper bare body, only sweatpants covering him.

"...but I shouldn't." You answer, leaning your chin on your arms on the table. "It's yours." You say.

"I mean, yeah, they're obviously mine. But you can still ask about them." He shrugs.

"...what're they for?" You ask because of that.

"Keep me moving." He simply answers. "The spinal one-" He says, sitting down close to you at the kitchen table so you can see them better. "-connects up here, to the one on my neck." He taps the metal, and you look at them in wonder. You've never seen them up close like this. "Without them, I wouldn't be able to move anymore." He shrugs off, and you look at him as if you want to ask further- but you don't.

"Not one bit?" You ask, and he chuckles.

"Not one bit." He offers. "But I got them, and they work well. So it's no big deal."

"Do you.. is it different with them?" You ask. "Like, do you feel different?" You wonder, and he moves his shoulders a bit, thinking.

"A little." He nods. "My hands feel numb sometimes when it's cold. And I have to be careful not to break them. Won't kill me- but I'd be a breathing corpse, basically." He laughs-

but you're not finding any of it funny.

There's an odd protectiveness bubbling up in you now. Feeding you the need to really have his back now- literally, and figuratively. Because, while you'd never admit it to not overcomplicate things, or put any burden or pressure on him-

So I have a question regarding sign language and typically spoken/heard superpowers. For reference I have a character who was born dead and is culturally Deaf, her first language is sign language and she doesn’t speak. There are two specific characters with powers that either require something to be spoken or heard by the victim so I wanted to check in with y’all on how it could work with deaf people so I don’t end up picking the worse option.

1. The first power is mind control. The rules for this power is that the command has to be spoken and then the ‘victim’ has to hear it. The deaf character doesn’t have cochlear implants or hearing aids with little residual hearing left so this would technically make her ‘immune’. This wasn’t planned, but she’s also the best friend to the mind control user, so I wanted to see if her being technically immune was something that was ok (idk if the whole medusa and the blind woman trope is a good thing or not and I’m kind of seeing patterns of it here) or if I should find a way to still make her affected if the other route was offensive in any way (note that the mind control guy wouldn’t purposely try to control her or anything he’s just pretty bad at controling the powers since they’re new).

2. The other power is a lie detection power, which I haven’t fully fleshed out hence why I came to ask how it should affect sign language. On the one hand, from what I’ve seen, lie detection powers in media tend to only work on spoken lies, so that criteria would mean that by speaking in sign language you could evade the power. On the other hand, sign language is of course still a language amd should be treated as such, and I don’t want to make it seem like it isn’t, so I’m not sure if the lie detection should be affected or not (my main question here is basically just which of these two options would be better representation here). This one is also pretty important since sign language is quite prevalent in the story - the love interest is semiverbal autistic so the main character is learning sign language to be able to communicate with them, so it’s something that multiple characters could potentially use to ‘evade’ the power.

For both questions, I think communication and intent are the biggest things to consider.

For the first one, since the mind-controller has to speak and be heard to cause an effect, I think he should have to sign to affect your Deaf character (and signed commands will only affect those who know sign language). If he can't control whom he affects, then if he signs to her while using his powers he may end up controlling her.

For the second, lies should be detected in any language. From what I've seen, lie detectors rely on either body language or some mind-reading-like power. Either would still work for a signing character. If it's body language based, she might be good at hiding lies, but that shouldn't be language dependent.

We can never predict when he'll show up, he doesn't seem to have a room in the hospital, he just kind of... appears. When he does come about, he always seems to be annoying the patients or manifesting to drop helpful, but sudden speeches about how to handle issues.

Chet is a jokey-boy at heart, he loves calling others nicknames and acting like he knows everybody super personally... Maybe he isn't acting? He always seems to know things people shouldn't. When he isn't annoying or getting on a soap-box, he's cracking jokes and moving about awkwardly.

He's obsessed with the blood that comes out of his mouth and nose, and loves to drench his hands and clothes in it. His gown has been ripped to shit, but none of us remember ever performing surgery on him, or admitting him into the hospital or... What was I saying?

First off: What I'm doing. Well, it's really simple. The mod I've been making for the past half a year. What's its name? It… doesn't actually have on yet lol. Overview: 5 humans have travelled to Mt. Ebott and gone missing, and now a sixth is on their way. However, unlike the humans before them, they… do not make it past the first room of the Ruins. Luckily (or unluckily depending on your actions), a monster by the name of Clover came by shortly after the human kicked the bucket and absorbed their SOUL! So now, you play as Clover as you… basically do the plot of UtY but as a monster now. That's it. That's right, as a monster you can use magic (available in the ACT menu) depending on what soul you're using (more on that later)! Over the course of your journey you'll learn many new spells, some offensive and some defensive depending on how you cleared the area boss (Steamworks not included for this ending difference). You will start with one (technically two) spell in your repertoire, but quickly learn more. Another new mechanic is the SOUL SYSTEM, in which you can swap between human and monster to change a few things up. But if you can't use magic as a human, what's stopping you from just using the monster soul the whole time? Well, we're playing by Deltarune logic here: Only humans can ACT (though I may have one exception for… reasons), meaning you'll honestly be using the human soul most of the time. Don't worry though, swapping which soul you're using doesn't count as an action and go into the monster attacking phase. So swap as much as you want, there is literally no downside to it.

The human: As this is in the world of Undertale, a human soul is pretty important. So making Clover a monster requires some human to fill the void. And that's where this one comes in! What's their name? You don't get to know! They do have one, but the closest you'll get is the first letter. (If you are one of my few friends who knows their name, do not tell. For the bit.) (Wait, I can be a pronouns lawyer since this is technically my own character. The human uses they/them and they/them ONLY, no he's, no she's, none of that please. If you do not respect this, I will blow you up with my mind. One million billion times. I've already had someone use he/him for them. Do not be like that person.) This design was made by @hollowgears, I was perfectly fine with keeping them like vanilla Clover but just look at them. Adorable. This little fucker can and will violate the Geneva Conventions if given the chance. Love that for them. And if you want, here's the sprite.

All colors (except for the mask thing for Genocide, the outline, and the vest) were taken from the original drawing to keep it accurate. Ignore the patch on the vest in the first one, I was given a sketch and first and assumed colors and other choices. It shouldn't be there in the final product... I think. I gotta double check

Other changes: A few silly little gags due to the existence of another character to do narration, an entire new area accessable in a route it normally isn't, and an entirely new ending for Pacifist!

The actual showcase: I'll be showing off a new thing each day via prerecorded videos (obviously), and they will all be linked here. Ruins Snowdin Dunes Steamworks Neutral Genocide Hotland/New Home In addition to the videos, I'll also be answering the main prompt for the day there as well as giving a fun fact for the area if I have one (I will, in fact, have one for each day).

Questions: If you have any questions, then be warned that some stuff won't be answered. I'll answer clarifying questions like "Why did x say y?" or "How did x know y?" or "What happened during x?" as well as any Behind The Scenes stuff you may want to know and a few other stuff like how I personally view a few cutscenes (as in, how I imagine them going in-universe) or things about the human minus their name, of course (Please ask about them, I wanna talk about them. You can use whatever name for them you want, just make shit up. Only names off the table are Ut(Y)Dr Characters because that might get confusing). But other than that, keep it to yourselves and have theories. I wanna see how crazy they can be. I may also allow questions to the characters (I feel mostly Clover or the human will be asked to, but the others are up) if I'm feeling up to it. It'll be a roll of the die on if I answer it or not tbh. Just be sure to provide context on the route you want just so I can answer properly, I will be assuming New Pacifist if no context is given.

I'm assuming when you say that the Digimon had Digimon, that they have like Digimon daughters of the sort. At least that's how I interpreted it, you can correct me if I am wrong.

Devimon

Daughter: Luxmon

He adopted her after his brother died, so she was technically his niece. But he treated her more like his daughter

He tended to keep her life separate from his job. He wasn't doing anything truly evil by any means - Just something a tad more morally gray. What exactly that was, he never clearly answered, so she didn't push

Whatever she wanted, he did his best to fulfill

Tea parties? Done, complete with an actual tea set and some of her other friends (They were scared of her dad at first but he was able to ease their fears)

Dress up? Sure, her closet was full of different costumes taken from the Human World, each modified to better fit her wings. Astronaut suits, chefs/bakers, adventurers, etc.

Her room was full of gifts from her dad, from toys to clothes to silly items that she thought were interesting or intriguing. And he always spent time with her when he could

It was nice!

Beelzemon

Daughter: Calumon

To be honest, he was not at all ready to be a dad

He had just found Calumon randomly while on a nightly ride in the desert, cowering in the sands. He had been planning on dropping her off to the nearest village

He didn't think that he'd end up keeping her around. It was a bit awkward at first, given how she was curious and constantly jumping around. Going to areas she shouldn't be in and giving him heart attacks 24/7

He acts annoyed by it, but he was fond of the little mon. She constantly roped him into playing games, doing silly little things like dress up and tea parties

If anyone saw him doing that, they'd never tell a soul. Mostly because he would threaten them with deletion if they dared to even think about telling anyone about his daughter and their games

She's always with him. It isn't exactly the safest thing, but it was either take her with him or leave her alone for long periods of time. He... didn't really have a place to stay, and was constantly on the road.

He tried his best to keep her happy. He wasn't planning on being a dad before, but he was one now, so he just had to do his best with the life they lived

VenomMyotismon

Daughter: BlackGatomon (Originally a Salamon)

For starters, he treats her a lot better than his show counterpart

He adopted her when she was a Salamon wandering about, and he was a Myotismon in a large castle. He had been intending to use her as a minion, but ended up growing attached to her

His other minions and servants noticed the attachment he was growing, which most were surprised about, given his nature

Some tried to challenge Salamon after noticing this, only to get their butts kicked by the scrappy little thing. It made Myotismon rather proud, seeing her hold her own

He was even prouder when he saw her digivolve. She was still small compared to him, especially after his own digivolution to VenomMyotismon. But she sure hadn't lost her scrappy and prideful nature

They never really did anything too 'girly'. She was never fond of the things and he wasn't really interested in doing it if she was. They found other ways to bond though

She definitely has him wrapped around her claws. He lets her do whatever she wants, so long as she doesn't mess up any plans he has and agrees to help him out from time to time

He definitely doesn't like her hanging out with that one Sorcerimon that serves him. He won't say anything yet, but if that mon does anything to his daughter that will definitely change...
