No but I'm obsessed with the situationship where Durge and Karlach are friends, Durge and Gortash are lovers and Gortash and Karlach can't stand each other.

Also,depending on Durge, the Durgetash reveal can be messy af with both Durge and Karlach reacting violently, Karlach at the fact what her friend is the architect of that mess and Gortash's lover and Durge at her and the team's reaction.

Bonus point if Durge is loyal to Gortash to a fault bc they went against their Father's direct wishes bc of the affection towards that man, and everyone having an awful time dealing with it.

I watched Avengers: Age of Ultron (apart from I skipped some overly long action sequences) and I am not sure so can someone tell me whether or not Tony Stark was the baddy in that film? Because about halfway through I was sure he was but then it was maybe just an evil robot after all and I am confused because either this film was surprisingly subversive or it was about robots hitting each other.

#i had to walk onto the tracks at the NYC Times Square station to retrieve an injured pigeon who was trapped down there #no idle police officers or MTA personnel cared at all when I explained that an injured animal was trapped on the tracks #the MTA staff told me to ask the cops to help #the cops told me to ask MTA staff for help #the cops said “if it were a person that would be different”#i looked like a crazy person bc i was having a panic attack and trying to ask people for help at the same time #my partner called animal control and they said there was nothing they could do #the Wild Bird Fund does not have the resources to retrieve animals but said that if i could catch the pigeon i was welcome to bring them in #and you know what #i did #if someone is in a life-and-death situation and you are in a position to help them then YOU SHOULD #what kind of fucking person would i be if i saw this pigeon #whom i am perfectly physically able to rescue from their situation #and i said wow that's too bad that they're going to die down there #if only it weren't illegal/dangerous to go onto the tracks #a cell phone is valued 1000% more than a non-human's life #it's fucked up guys (:#anyway i learned first hand that literally no one in NYC will stop you from doing anything at all #as long as you aren't brandishing a weapon or some other murderous action literally no one cares what you're doing and will not stop you #so be punk and take action #fuck speciesism #animal rights #animal welfare #humans are animals #also sorry but people stomping on bugs who are literally OUTSIDE and doing seriously nothing but existing #why would you do that #please get help #talk to a therapist

fun fact about me: i'm insecure about so many random things that i've never flipped anyone off in my 22 years of life because i think my middle finger looks awkward and ugly by itself

#and like i say: brf slt #i felt like this especially when i would have been likely to do it semi-regularly like in middle school. but like i was thinking about this #the other day and i did it in front of a mirror just to check and it looked as bad as i remember like it's just not for me #i have a story abour middle fingers though or just about what one would call the finger #when i was in what an american would call the 5th grade (i can never do when i was x years old because it's not an accurate representation #of the class i was in since i skipped a grade and the grade is what matters more to me. when i was 9 and my friends were 10 i was saying)#we would always play this game called girls catch guys or guys catch girls where the girls would run after the guys and like tap them on #the shoulder and then they would go to prison and they would line up and another guy could set them free by like touching one of the #prisoners it was a very fun game except it's way more fun to be like the ones getting caught than to be the ones catching and we would #ALWAYS play girls catching guys and it was very unfair we would be like okay in the morning we do guys catching girls in the afternoon #girls catching guys so it's fair like normal system but the guys NEVER wanted to do it (and we would always give in because like we still #wanted to play ig and idk guys. female socialization) they never wanted to be the ones doing the catching it was so unfair because we also #didn't like it as much and we did it all the time?#and i remember this one morning we were fighting about this we had literally all agreed that it was fair this way but they didn't want to #do it and my second best male friend flipped me and my best (female) friend off and (very #important detail) he did it with both of his hands so like two middle fingers and i don't know why because i'm not even sure that that's a #thing but one middle finger meant fuck you and two middle fingers meant go fuck yourself and to us that was very different? and i remember #my friend and i we like knew what it meant but for some reason we were like. he did do the one finger before doing the two does this mean #he...loves us because it literally means he wants to have sex with us #but what's funny is we never talked to him again after that and i don't even know why that was our last straw because i remember i #genuinely liked him before that like i said he was my second best male friend! so like maybe sixth best friend overall that's not bad #and he's not the only guy friend who flipped us off that year like it was so random to stop talking to him after that😭#like he was an actual enemy we really did not like him we talked about him in letters we'd give each other using a nickname etc #and what's even funnier is in our last year of middle schoold FOUR YEARS AFTER THIS a friend of a friend told him he should become friends #with well my friend and he was like hm i don't think so have you seen who she hangs out with? marianne *last name* like why do YOU hate #me😭 it was so funny like wdym it was mutual this whole time. i had literally moved on by then i didn't even care about hating him #anymore like wow...i think he's the only person i hated who actually hated me back

when you read a fic that gives you a hyper-specific whump scenario that you know would either A.) take forever to find in another story or B.) hasn't been written at all so the obvious conclusion is that you have to write it yourself

#whump meme #~my stuff~#my brain hates me sometimes lmao #i just want a story where two characters are stuck in a broken down car in the middle of winter and having an argument #which leads to one stomping outside in some petty attempt to 'find help' while the other person doesn't realize #what is happening at first. they think their friend is just taking a quick second to catch their thoughts. not the best idea in a snow stor #but the other option is them tearing each others heads off so a little separation is fine. but then their friend starts walking away #and keeps going. so now they have to chase after them to corral them back into the car #because yeah its broken but its still somewhat warm unlike this suicide mission you are attempting!!#and then theres a big blow up because they have kinda been the shit-stirrer so their friend just is #im fixing it!! im being not annoying/useless/something related to whatever they were arguing about!!#so now they get slapped in the face with the fact that they've been taking out their bad day/week on their friend #who was simply being themself and trying to cheer them up/be nice #and when they eventually get back in the car the friend now feels like shit because they not only wasted heat from the car #but they also dragged their friend outside just bcuz they were being a brat so didn't they just prove the other person's point?#so now the two are just in a guilt huddle apologizing for being idiots as they inevitably wait for their rescue #bonus points if the rescue involves their rescuers trying to separate them and the other person just *refuses* to let their friend go #because they have a need to keep the first person warm after feeling like they essentially forced them out into the cold #is that too much to ask?? (i could turn this into an A talks to B scenario... also thinking about my OCs but when am i not lol)

One of the WORST parts of having OCD is that some of the Fears™ are actually humanly possible, so it's not like my response can just be, "Oh that'll never happen" or even "I've never seen that happen, so it's probably unlikely."

sometimes I think about how when I went to college for a year before I dropped out (basically failed out,) the counselors/dean told me they can't help me at all or give any accommodations unless I have an official autism/adhd diagnosis. that might sound logical at first, but when you think about it more, it's actually quite fucked up. if someone is struggling really bad, what's the harm in helping them? why do they require a paper to get even the smallest amount of help? people who don't need help aren't going to be failing miserably without help! even NTs could benefit from some adjustments to the horrible school system! (but changing the entire system is a whole other conversation that the school system isnt ready for)

but even if you do agree to jump through their hoops, you realize it's even more fucked up that the diagnosis process requires YEARS in most cases (in my case it took 4 or 5 years, can't recall exactly now, for autism/adhd diagnosis, which would have meant i finished school before getting it if i managed to mot fail out, or i wait that long before going back, which is a whole struggle itself) and they also tried billing me for THOUSANDS of dollars because of insurance issues!!

so you put a ton of time and money into this, and then get told the only accommodation they are willing to give you for autism and adhd is "a little extra time on tests"

....

my test scores were the best part of my whole class experience. that was NOT what I struggled with!!!!! those tests were all online and could be done in the comfort of your home where you can accommodate yourself and have plenty of time left over when you finish them because you are comfy in your own space, (and also, no one was stopping you from having your notes/books/google open to find the answers,) and you don't even need a time consuming, expensive diagnosis for that!

SO WHAT'S THE POINT!!!!!!!

#mind you this was over 10 years ago now. it *could* have gotten better but id be extremely shocked if it has #autistic #autism #actually autistic #adhd #neurodivergent #audhd #school #school problems #yes i know theres rules or maybe even laws for this and its why they are like this but its bad and should change #if they offered smaller classes with less sensory overloading bullshit and other things i needed it would be great!#but they refuse to accommodate your actual needs and make up useless accommodations to legally say they help disabilities #ND people (not just audhd) and other disabled people that graduate with no useful accommodations are so strong and cool. proud of you!#ones who had to drop you youre also cool for not dealing with their bullshit snd allowing yourself to not suffer for a sheet of paper!#(though i know it can feel bad when everyone around you makes you feel bad for needed to drop out or failing out and not going back)#i completely stopped going to my psychology class because i started a week late due to scheduling issues and #suddenly we are told theres a paper due in 3 days and need to hse the textbook i didnt have yet as the source for it all #and it was in the syllabus i didnt get because i was a week late and didnt know we got one. the professor didnt notice me out of #the 100 other students in that large lecture hall. that room was also a sensory nightmare hellscape #too many students made things noisy and distracting. multiple fluorescent lights were flickering constantly and never fixed #the professor used a mic to speak to us and it had a constant horrible loud buzzing. it did that loud mic screech noise randomly #without warning. all the time. the quality of the sound was horrible so it was hard to understand her. on top of that she had a very thick #accent i wasnt familiar with so that on top of the horrible buzzing mkc quality that also cut her out constantly was auditory processing #disorder HELL. I dont know how ANYONE survived thst class but i seemed to be the only one struggling. everyone else turned in their papers #and i gave up and stopped going. was too late to drop the class to get my money back so i wasted probably a few thousand dollars #and THATS what i mean by give me reasonable and useful accommodation. test time would NOT make that class better at all #fix the mic and light issues at least or give me a smaller class with more attentive professor or something!#offer smaller classes for struggling disabled people! if the issue is not knowing who needs them then offer a switch to those struggling!#i got called onto a dean/counselor meeting because a professor noticed my horrible grades and stuff so its possible to catch us and help!#THESE SCHOOLS JUST NEED TO START BEING WILLING TO. dont make us do all the work to accommodate ourselves and expect to do well in school!

something that's commonplace in things i experience is that i never really get nightmares but just the most inexplicable acid trips of dreams possible

#case in point: the dream i just woke up from #i had this dream that i was on a trip to some european country (i don't recall the name of it. it was definitely somewhere in europe though)#and i alternated between using my parents' car and something that was a mix of a train and a washing machine (?)#and the catch was that i had to keep the washing machine mechanism ON in order for the train to start #oddly enough the trip to the unspecified country only took an hour although it felt like six #when i'd arrived i'd stopped at a movie theatre that was empty save for about three people who spoke dutch #i felt defeated after my one-hour trip #i think i was carrying a large slice of bread as well (what???). it was a bread plushie (yeah i'm as confused as you are)#for some odd reason i was able to understand the people speaking dutch although the only language i knew was english #i told them about my trip and we collectively had a good chuckle #they explained that it's commonplace for tourists to experience the exact same thing #after i talked to them and left the theatre somehow i ended up in slovenia #that was the most i could remember after waking up #i know symbolism within your dreams speaks to what you experience while conscious but how in the HELL am i supposed to explain this #what's cookin' in hell's kitchen?#should i make a seperate tag for my eldritch entities of dreams? i think i will.#i feel like labeling it as a 'dream diary' seems way too predictable #i'll call it 'adventures within my amygdala'#adventures within my amygdala

Visited the OPM subreddit for the first time in years and it’s kind of insane to me that the manga has moved in a direction where people can actually powerscale Saitama, and even have other characters above him. I haven’t read the manga in ages but wtf is going awn?! Isn’t Saitama supposed to be anti-scaling??! 😅

#one literally said that saitama was created to be a character who starts the story at level 9999 which is the absolute max #the point of saitama is that he’s maxed all his stats so nothing in the verse is close to being on his level #so now he’s the ceiling and everyone else is playing catch up #but apparently in the manga fight between him and garou saitama has to play catch up to defeat garou????#wtf how even?? in the webcomic it was obvious that garou was the one who had to evolve to match saitama both physically and ideologically #saitama never once took garou seriously and had him pegged almost immediately #the fight shows that not only is saitama wayyy ahead of Garou and always has been but also the main point is to completely #break down garou’s ideology which is bs and saitama rightly calls him out on that #but you mean to tell me the manga created a garou that could one shot saitama??!! DOESNT THAT DESTROY THE STORY’S ENTIRE PREMISE #WTAF OPMSKSNSKKAOAJS #you were supposed to poke fun at the powerscalers not join them
