The parallel between Cassidy's agony tears and Cassie's smudged makeup kills me, kills me dead. KILLS ME DEAD /pos
I’M SO GLAD someone picked up on that detail

when alec lightwood said: and when one day people look back on me and what my life meant, I don’t want them to say, ‘Alec Lightwood fought in the Dark War’ or even ‘Alec Lightwood was Consul once.’ I want them to think, ‘Alec Lightwood loved one man so much he changed the world for him’.
and when prince henry said: because when they write the history of my life, I want it to include you and my love for you

So we know Rex is an arc captain, and Cody is a martial Commander. Implying that Rex has arc training where Cody does not. If Rex was part of the 212th before it split into the 501st when Anakin was knighted, then that means young Rex would have been young Cody’s arc trooper, and since Anakin would have been the battalion’s commander, Cody would have been the captain. Therefore they would have been Captain Cody and arc trooper Rex just like Captain Rex and arc trooper Echo&Fives&Jesse.

Crosshair returning to the Outpost in his old, old armor, with his brothers and sister. Where the snow has buried it but the helmets of who died there are still there in the abandoned base. Gone, but not forgotten, not as Crosshair sets them back up again. And that damned vulture, always circling around, still looking for scraps - Crosshair, still looking for answers from a forgotten base and an Empire that never cared about him. Until he opens up before they leave, and Hunter tells him that all they can do is move on, try to be better. That’s when the vulture finally flies away - like Crosshair, leaving the base and all the trouble it gave him behind.

Day 5 - Trans Male Character
I think my favorite thing about cookie run is the character designs. Although they’ve been a little bland as of late, primarily in kingdom, cookie run’s designs have always stuck out to me as being dedicated and good at sticking to a theme and ingredient. For the ancients, this is best shown through their shapes. PV has a very triangular based design, with the cone hat and the widening cape and the general 3 angles of his designs, tied together with his “pure” theme of yellow and gold.
And, best of all, is that the same goes for White Lily, but with a cold colour pallet.

i’m still just sitting here thinking about how bill was like. he’s bill. engaging in hypermasculinity, doomsday prepping. repressed gay. but he was. so new to that side of himself. and frank was so kind.
and how they loved each other so much… and they got gay married when it never got legalized in universe bc apocalypse. and they got MARRIED and grew OLD and they had a lovely life. and they lived for each other. it was such a beautifully told story. it was not a tragedy. it was two lives lived fully, in spite of it all.

I realize this is probably obvious to anybody who’s thought about it for more than 5 seconds but oh my gosh I just realized the parallels between the end of Act I and the end of Act III.
The same ultimatum. If Vander turns over the criminals (his children, his daughter) he and his people are safe (as long as the topsiders who won’t forgive at least forget the Undercity’s trespasses). If Silco turns over the criminal (his child, his daughter) he and his people are safe (as long as the topsiders who won’t forget at least forgive Zaun’s trespasses).
The inverse responses to the ultimatum. Vi was going to turn herself in for the greater good (and Vander would refuse to reap what he had sown, would never let her do that, even unto his own death and the loss of the greater good). Jinx was not going to turn herself in for Zaun (and Silco would reap what he had sown, he wouldn’t give her up for, even unto his own death and the loss of the greater good).
Selflessness and selfishness and selfishness and selflessness. Borne out of love of the individual or hate of the institution that demanded blood.
There is nothing as undoing as a daughter.
