After reading Michael J Sullivan's progress reports and seeing that the next series is likely set after Riyria Revelations I would like to conclude that Elan has the funniest reading order. So you start with the fourth series chronologically. Then you read the third one (but actually you can read this series whenever). Then you go to the chronologically earliest series, then the second one, then only do you go to the fifth. Hold on I gotta draw a diagram

"'This time we have help.' As she said this, a fly came out of her mouth and crawled up the side of her face. 'There is a greater power than Eton and Elan, Trilos.'
Yorlic stared at her for a moment, then slowly began to shake his head. 'Mileva, no.'
'Those two didn't come out of nothing. This world and the universe are not eternal - they were born.'
'No, Mileva. There was nothing before them. Eton and Elan came out of chaos.'
'Yes, and Chaos wants them back.'"

A poem of self acceptance:
I am so sad.
So fucking sad!
My heart and soul hurt.
Hurt and pain and sadness.
They permeate my existence.
I swim in the tides of an ocean of tears.
Beautiful, sad, tears.
Perched on the tops of those waves.
Flowing along with no end in sight.
I could drown in those tears.
My days are punctuated only by those lingering sunsets.
The hopes and desires that seem so out of reach.
Bleached and broken by that hopeful sun.
Always seeing it go down.
Tossed and turned by my sad sea.
I could live in this ocean forever.
Always thirsting for more.
Always wanting that which is just beyond the horizon.
Adrift I wait.
Wait for the sea to calm.
To drain away and dry up.
But this cannot be.
For the sea is filled from me.
Fueled by my tears.
Filled by my screams.
One day will come.
The day my salty sweet tears can no longer sustain me.
The day I look down and see.
See that the land was next to me.
That the beach is where I’ve always been.
That to be free.
To rise from this sea.
To go to all that I need to be.
Is to stand.
Stand and see.
To let myself go
And be free.
