After Dan's redemption arc and subsequent chilling out, the observants still feel he hasn't paid back for what he ruined, and decided that rather than incarcerate a perfectly nice guy, he's going to have mandatory community service.

And thus, Dan Phantom is shunted off into the mentor program for shitty powerhouses known as Marvel Duty.

So when Billy Batson is chosen and meets his new head mates, he's faced with morally questionable mythical figures such as Zeus, Hercules, Solomon, Atlas, Achilles, Mercury and,,, some guy named Dan???? Who, for the record, gives horrible life advice.

finally reading riddle’s stitch vignette —

and i cant believe they decide to HURT me like this right out the gate

is it safe to assume he considers the WHOLE heartslabyul dorm his family? bc that’s what i’m getting here and im sobbing (ohana themes going strong 💪)

ALSO the fact that riddle still thought about his mom 😭😭😭 now im wondering how that talk went over the winter break

and even if we assume it didnt go well, if you’ve had that kind of parental figure growing up there’s still part of you that cares about them

especially in this case with riddle where most of his life was basically “mother knows best”

it’s hard to just separate from that (especially since this was probably only a few months from winter break)
