In 2022 we had some of the BEST horror movies to come out.
Four of those movies were very specific to the pov of women and struggles women go through, misogyny/sexism, stalking, harassment, sexualisation etc.
those movies are
Barbarian
The Watcher
Men
Fresh
I watched all four of those movies. but it's interesting that I only like 2/4 of those movies
The Watcher and Fresh... both movies were directed by women and are so much fun and very enjoyable
vs Men and Barbarian being directed by men... Barbarian was alright, and there were some scenes I like, but others that made me ehh. And men just made me straight up uncomfortable

I’m sorry, and I hope I’m out of the loop on this, bc there’s NO way the GhostSoap fandom is overlooking this bit of dialogue from the last MW2 campaign mission:
Soap: I just need a weapon.
Ghost: Make one.
Soap, softly: Aye. Like old times, huh Lt?
Ghost: Seems like yesterday...
Soap: It was yesterday...
I can’t imagine being on comms with them. They’re so fucking annoying (affectionate). like can y’all not go FIVE MINUTES...
