Nothing brings me more joy than enraging teenagers and young adults by telling them that I ship Clintasha on TikTok. Their rage is delicious and their platonic relationship bullshit is just stupid. We have been there when it was written and the captain of our ship even confirmed it. (J and S) These new fans know shit. 😂😂

I hope this situation is resolved quickly. I hope Quackity and the cc’s are able to work to make conditions better. But in the meantime, we as an audience are going to need to be prepared for some things.

What things, you ask? Well, to begin, this situation is very similar to what happens when an unprotected labor force (in this case the admins/devs/etc) begins to communicate and band together for better working conditions (eg unions). The higher ups don’t want this. The higher ups are going to do anything and everything in their power to prevent this from happening. The higher ups WANT this labor force to be unprotected because it means that they can continue to take advantage of them and make more money off of their work. As more and more former (and, hopefully, current) admins begin to speak out, I can guarantee you that the higher ups will work to silence those still involved with the project as much as they can. If they think one of the current admins is giving out information or is about to go forward with their story, they will remove them first.

If this happens-if an egg admin suddenly stops showing up or shows up acting different than they normally do-it is because the higher ups have chosen to silence them rather than fix the underlying problem.

If this happens: WE NEED TO SHOW OUR SUPPORT.

If this turns into an actual strike on the side of the admins (which I feel would take the form of NONE of them showing up which would remove a majority of this server’s content and generate high audience support-and that’s without getting into a strike on the side of the building devs/writers/etc) we need to remember to support them. That means being vocal about what we want to see (better conditions) and letting those higher ups know that we stand with the workers.

If this becomes a strike-and I dearly hope it does-we as an audience need to support it and understand that the content we are used to may not be able to happen for an extended period of time. That’s the entire POINT of a strike; it’s disruptive.

This got away from me a little, but I think it’s important to note. I hope to fucking god that this situation is resolved quickly in favor of the admins. They have put too much time, effort, and soul into this project for some assholes in middle management to give them jack shit in return.

Little bit in love with how Fantasy High (and dnd in general) but particularly the current arc in Junior Year shows barbarian rage as the engine.

The burning inside you of "you will power yourself to get to where you want to go". Like a solar powered freight train. It's anger, its rage, its deep, simmering, and it's yours. It's the voice in the back of your head that says "this is wrong" "we can do this" "I say when" and a thousand other fuel to the fire.

As I'm rambling, I realize Artificer and Barbarian make perfect sense. How unstoppable is the forge master who's own forge is themselves? Self powering and burning forward

This is completely random but no one has any idea how much I truly want Elain to blow up.

The fact that she has gone the majority of her life -if not the entirety of it- being spoken for and spoken over and never asked about her thoughts and desires is so frustrating. Of course we won’t know her specific opinion on the matter until her book but she’s bared her fangs once (at Nesta) and I’m betting she’ll do it again. It just seems like, with what little we’ve seen of her being open about her feelings, there’s a very real possibility that she’s suppressed her emotions for so long. I wonder how long it’ll take for her to reach her limit.

I want her to scream at somebody.

I want her to be able to rage.

I want her to make everyone see that she is not as fragile as most have portrayed her to be in their own minds.

I can say that I want something similar for Azriel. We know that Azriel doesn’t talk to anyone about his emotions. The self loathing that he’s dealing with consumes him entirely. So much so that he believes to be undeserving of love and undeserving of those he cares for.

I want Az to be able to feel safe enough to break down in front of someone. To show his vulnerability. To show his true feelings. He’s been standing strong for centuries and has his heart guarded with the addition of being more stubborn than even mountains, as the IC claims.

The idea that Azriel and Elain could have those tender moments with one another plagues my mind. I want that for them so badly.

Both of their reactions throughout this whole scene in Watching and Dreaming fucking destroyed me man. Their complete, wordless shock followed by unbridled grief-stricken rage just…. hit hard. Havent really seen art for this moment so wanted to take a crack at it.

Look, I'm not interested in playing Palworld and I've been actively avoiding the drama/controversy so I'd be perfectly happy with forgetting it's existence and moving on with my life if it weren't for just how obsessively UNHINGED the Palworld fandom is, barging in on EVERY. SINGLE. recent Pokémon post on multiple platforms just to pick fights and shill the hell out of their game to (most of the time) confused Pokémon fans who are wondering what Palworld is and where these people came from.

I saw this wonderful art of the Kamado battle in Legends Arceus and the Champion battle in Sun and Moon on Instagram and I shit you not, a good 70% of the comments are entirely Palworld people just ranting and yelling about how Pokémon sucks, Palworld is going to kill Pokémon, anybody who likes Pokémon is a bootlicker and are riding Pokémon's 🍆, how anyone who complains about Palworld is a (and I quote) """"saviourf*g""" for Nintendo etc

Like, I just wanted to share my nostalgia about Sun and Moon and so did a lot of other people considering that there were still people talking about it, but it was hard to find those comments because they were drowned out by the Pals Vs Pokémon warzone.

And the second someone says something a Pal fan doesn't like, it eventually devolves into the Pal fans throwing homophobic slurs around and calling the Pokémon fans neckbeards, and shills and basement dwellers and such.

I'm sure there's probably sane fans who are just happy going about and making their Pals break rocks or whatever, but a majority of the Palworld fans I've encountered so far are like edgy screaming 4Chan people. Like, holy shit I wish they would just go to their own Palworld fan pages instead of invading Pokémon and turning every comment section into the embodiment of this meme.

(And I just want to address the whole "Pokémon Company is posting a lot more often recently because they're obviously scared of Palworld, lmaoooo why else would they suddenly start actively posting after months of radio silence 😎" argument that I've seen dozens of times.

First of all, the Pokémon channel/profile is always posting random game/anime/art screenshots. There hasn't been a sudden drastic increase of posts.

Second of all, it's A MONTH UNTIL POKÉMON DAY. THEY DO THIS EVERY YEAR. The influx of Snorlax posts is a promotional thing for Pokémon Sleep. Pokémon's just carrying on with their regularly scheduled hype building/ promotional stuff and the Palworld fans think it has something to do with them.(

Honestly there’s nothing wrong with being a housewife who doesn’t work, takes care of the kids, a boss ass bitch in the kitchen and is surrounded by laundry, just in the same way there is nothing wrong with being financially independent, is boss ass bitch at work with nights out and sending your laundry to the cleaners.
