Losing my mind because I’ve realised that my theriotypes are entirely dependant on where I am. I haven’t seen anyone talk about it I feel so confused.

My sea wolf I only feel connected to if I’m near water.

My shepherd dog I specifically have to be near hilly green places.

My buzzard theriotype I only feel connected to when I feel as though I’m close to the sky.

It’s so frustrating because most the time I just feel other. There’s no animal or thing that can explain it. I wish I could be like other therians online who seem to know exactly what they are. Sometimes it feels like I’m not human, so I turn to the therian community online and I feel just as other there.

i feel weird, as of lately.

when i see barn cats, for whatever reason, they make me feel like myself? like i somehow relate to them?

the thoughts of resting in the hay, listening to the sounds of cattle, and hunting for mice nearby the barn. it all sounds so nostalgic.

i don't completely understand why i feel this way. but it's certainly something to look into.
