E: Expression | How do they express their wish to tickle/be tickled?

tbh, he wouldn’t necessarily wish to tickle people often, but when he does, he would like,, hesitantly poke them a couple sides to gauge their reaction and get more confident if it’s a positive reaction! it gets really obvious around the third or fourth poke, though LOLL

on the other hand, he would express his wish to be tickled kinda like, idk how to describe it, but kinda provocative? but more in a way to distract himself, like he would give jade and floyd more chores or give them a sudden rest day whatever and ofc theyd know bc it was unusual for azul to be like this. plus, i feel like he would flinch more often when someones close to him (which is adorable!!) so yeah.

H: Habits | As a lee/ler or both, do they have specific habits when it comes to tickling?

i think, not on purpose, but when he’s tickled, sometimes ink comes from his eyes. people get w bit concerned if they arent a mer LOLL but its jusy something that happens (also i love azul ink HELPP this is tbe most random thing ever im sorry) also, he squeezes his eyes super tightly.

as a ler, i think it wpuld be silly if he would accidentally try to use his extra limbs (that he doesn’t have) to tickle you more but then he would falter, which could potentially give u the upperhand if you’re quick enough

I: Interrogation | How well would they handle a tickle interrogation?

GAHHHH i give him three minutes. tops. well, to crack at least. once someone finds a spot that drives him crazy enough, he will start laughing and will not stop. but tellinf u want u want to know.. well, you’ll have to work for it. (just start tickling his death spots and eventually he’ll tell you anything)

L: Laughter | What does their laughter sound like when they are tickled?

ITS REALLY DEEP AND LIKE,,, calculated(?? its him trying not to embarrass himself with his “real” laugh) but thwn it gets squeaky and snorts all around. its usually surprises ppl bc it just seems.. so.. out of character, which is why he’s so embarrassed by it. its super cute though.

Q: Question | Their response to the question ‘are you ticklish’?

his response wpuld be so funny. first, he would look at you, whipping his head around. a blush would appear on his face, but he wpuld try to cover it. afterall, flustered wouldn’t do well for his image. clears his throat out of nervous. “tick—ticklish? of course not! what a strange thing to ask!” then, desperately trying to change the subject (it doesn’t work about half the time).

W: Word | What is their reaction to the t-word? Can they say it out loud or do they get embarrassed?

by the word in general, he’s not. though, he wouldn’t just throw it around but he can say it fine. (unless on the occasion, he’s feeling.. some type of way?) HOWEVER, if it’s regarding his own sensitivity, now that’s a different story. he will say it if he absolutely has to, but not without a bit of a stutter or blush, so yeah, he avoids it at all costs haha

RANKING & REVIEWING EVERY RADIOHEAD ALBUM

Hai all, over the next couple weeks or so ill be listening to, ranking, and reviewing every full length lp from english art/experimental rock band, radiohead! (in chronological order)

was inspired to do this by my friend @panmanxd, whos doing a similar thing w/ weezer albums!

starting with.

1 - Pablo Honey (1993)

releasing in early 1993, their debut album Pablo Honey received massive commercial success, being certified triple platinum in the UK in 2013. the albums reception was very mixed however, being nowhere near as acclaimed as what the band would go on to make. it was/is considered by many (including myself) to have a couple good songs, but to be massively dragged down by its many filler tracks. additionally, the album adopted sounds of early 90s grunge, which lead to comparisons to bands such as Nirvana.

Onto the actual content of pablo honey, the album starts with the fantastic opener, You. the guitars on this track are great (especially the part around 2 minutes in), and are complimented by whats probably the only good mixing on this album. very listenable, and feels more like what theyd go on to make on their next album, The Bends.

you follows into the lead single, Creep. To the dismay of the band, this song became a massive hit, ending up becoming their biggest single by far, and going on to haunt them throughout their careers. the songs composition is fairly simple, with the catchy melodies, Thom's powerful vocal performance, and the booming guitars really taking the stage here. the songs pretty bland despite all this though. i should also mention just how loud the drums are, too, especially during the verses. i dont hate this song nearly as much as radiohead themsevles did back in the mid-late 90s though, with Thom telling listeners who asked for creep to fuck off, and calling them "anally retarded" 😭

so far the albums pretty solid, especially considering how inexperienced the band was at this point. however, the couple songs after this make up whats probably the worst 3 track run in any radiohead album, ever. starting with How Do You, this track suffers from a bad vocal performance, extremely messy sounding guitars & production, while also feeling extremely bland ontop of that. feels SO much longer than its short 2 minutes run time. next up is the extremely long and boring Stop Whispering, which warrants absolutely none of its 5 minute run time. last out of these 3 songs is Thinking About You, which is again very boring. thankfully, its nowhere near as long as the track which precedes it, though.

after these couple of songs though is Anyone Can Play Guitar, which is a nice breath of fresh air. while its not amazing by any means, ill give it credit for being sonically speaking one of the more interesting songs off this album, with the purposefully messy intro and tasteful use of distorted guitars during the verses (sadly, this song doesnt mark the end of boring filler tracks off this album). the next track is Ripcord, which is just alright. while this song has a terrible start, it gets much better as it goes on, especially in the last minute or so.

next song is Vegetable, which is pretty decent. its not very interesting, but it has a pretty nice energy to it. theres also a cool guitar solo near the end. definitely not unlistenable. the next song however, Prove Yourself, is fucking awful. boring verses, and an extremely repetitive and almost grating(?) chorus. trash.

after this is I Cant, which is one of the better songs off the album. similar to anyone can play guitar, its use of guitars is fairly tasteful. this song is probably the best attempt at an emotional song off this album, with the exception of creep. dont really have much to say about the next song, Lurgee. while, theres not a whole lot going on with this track, its at least not offensively bad. just kind of a nothing burger.

the next and final song off pablo honey is Blow Out, which ties with you as my favorite song on the album. the clean guitars in the intro to this song for whatever reason reminds me of Knives Out, it really feels to me like it could be amnesiac era. i also really like the climactic ending, with the guitars that feel like theyre almost rising. its a very nice end to the album.

in conclusion, while theres some good songs here and there, the boring and filler tracks on pablo honey personally make the album as a whole a negative experience to listen to. radioheads inexperience definitely shows on this album. it definitely doesnt compare to what theyd make on their next album, let alone the rest of their discography.

Royal army (von kaiser x king hippo) is definitely up there as my favorite PO ship. I love how it started out as a crackship from a joke in animal crossing but then just delved into Whatever the fuck w/ maber KJDHKSJF.

But seriously though !! they just Work somehow... like you have both of them having royal names (albeit i hc hippos is an actual title he carries, and kaisers more of a stage name bc of his interest in royal n military history). Plus, I think kaiser would b very interested in learning more ab hippos culture n hippo would b happy to indulge him. It's what elevates Kaiser from ''just another peasant'' to Hippo as someone who he's willing to talk to! Not many people take his title seriously as hippo island's fairly unknown outside of the south pacific hes from, so when they first meet, Kaiser's a huge breath of fresh air to him.

Seeing as Kaiser is a polyglot as well in my HC, I like to think he was one of the few people in the WVBA who had prior knowledge of Hippo Island and it's language. Although Kaiser can only speak a couple basic sentences and struggles with the pronounciation, Hippo still appreciates the effort. In turn, Kaiser has also taught Hippo some German, the language being easier to Hippo due to the sounds made.

ALSO imagine the hippo island kids n kaiser's academy kids going on some type of exchange w/ one another !! theyd have the time of their lives !! The kids would totally get into an argument over who's cooler too.

They're a lot like opposites attracting as well. Hippo, although he is responsible to his people, is generally a lot more easygoing n defo helps kaiser let loose a bit more like how he did in his 20s (berliner party days baybe !!!) But Hippo learns a lot from Kaiser too ! he really admires his work ethic, and loves how much of a leader n fatherly he is to the kids he teaches. He admires his resilience as well, both having confided much into eachother. His resilicience almost like a... MACHINE?!? Either way, both have positions in which they lead in some way, and theyve both taught eachother a lot.

Also they bond over dead mother figures (hippos who died of illness, and kaiser's who went missing when he was very young.)

As for how they'd butt heads, would be kaisers endless need to seek approval due to his dad being emotionally constipated, and hippos occasional emotional outbursts (poor emotional regulation). also hippos friendly teasing (how he shows affection, aside from physical contact) sometimes strikes a nerve w/ kaiser, esp if it's about his age or career.

One time, after a particularly exhausting match, kaiser just fell asleep on hippos lap as the latter was holding him. Aran walked by in disbelief, w/ hippo going ''heh, jealous? ;)'' w/ aran going ''Nah, not at all''

One last thing.... hippo sees kaiser as a kitten (thank you maber for that idea i am obsessed); kaiser's height n physique r significantly smaller than hippo's, leading to hippo often times patting him on the head n even picking him up like he weighs nothing. Kaiser secretly rly likes it, but he won't tell him directly because yknow... hes got a rep to protect.

me and my partner have had this idea for a project to work on together for over half a year and when we tried to actually set things up to get it going it took about two weeks for them to lose interest. i mentioned it two or three times over the months that that project was on hold because theyd never gotten back to my latest contribution, and only last week did they give me a concrete response saying theyd been working on a first draft of the first part and were waiting to finish that to get back to me. i was already miffed at that because the parameters of that first part is something we were supposed to figure out together and i didnt understand why they decided to take it in their own hands without mentioning anything to me.

a couple of days ago i told them i wanted to use nanowrimo as an excuse to work on that project and they decided to hop on that bandwagon too which sounded good at first because maybe that meant they were actually gonna respond to or at least acknowledge my ideas after all this time but. no

it was all fragmented with no communication about what we were doing and the direction we were taking, they were giving me attitude for what little time we spent working each on our own thing to the point where i just gave up on my end for the night, and then they made me feel bad for not engaging w them for the rest of the night. then they just sent me what theyd mapped out for that first part, said they hoped to get feedback and wished me goodnight.

and its... not at all what i envisioned. i have several issues with it and i have no idea how im gonna tell them that, what with being the one who tried to motivate them to work on this project in the first place only for them to work on this for over three hours without saying anything to me.

this is exactly why i wanted us to discuss these things before embarking on this project. it almost feels like they didnt like the direction i wanted to take, and instead of telling me and talking it out with me, they put off responding until they had an excuse to just write whatever they wanted without consulting me.

i can tell they put so much passion and thought into it and i'll never have the heart to tell them its not at all what i was hoping it would be. i have no idea what to do. this whole situation is such a horrendous start to something that i thought was gonna be such a soulful project for us to share, something that was gonna be so important and exciting to me. im crushed

oh to be a stupid little researcher on a team hired by the crimson raiders , oh to be attacked by the cov, to be trapped in a little outpost shack when you hear the commotion, to reach for the pistol kept in there only to have someone else grab it, leaving you to cram yourself in a equipment cabinet in a panic. 

 to hear the door be kicked open with a fanatic shout and hear your teammate get out a single gunshot through the roof of the shack before a horrid wet crunching noise and a heavy thump of a body hitting the floor, peeking through the cracked cabinet door to see enough of the prone body and handle of a thrown axe to know exactly what just happened.  staying curled up in that cabinet for what feels like hours, hand pressed over your mouth to quiet the breathing youre certain everyone can hear.

oh to hear a bandit stomp in after the gunfire has stopped, looting whatever they can.  to feel time slow to a crawl as the rummaging approaches you, adrenaline overloading your body so much its impossible to even move.  to have the door thrown open, the sudden light blinding you, a harsh laugh and a rough hand gripping your arm to wrench you free of your nest.  a screech that feels more animal than human flying from your mouth, twisting and flailing in the grip of the cultist; the sound of renewed struggles making the less coherent psychos perk up, and if you werent currently in the hands of a higher ranking bandit, youd be mauled on the spot.

insisting that youre ‘not a crimson raider- no- your team was just hired to collect data, you don’t have ties to them- ‘

until the bandit raises a gun and says ‘that’s a shame, they were looking for one of the firehawk’s little lackeys to take back, but if youre sure youre not a raider then they’ll just kill you here ‘

and suddenly youre 'a raider a raider i’m a raider please-’

to be tied up and thrown in the back of the technical with everything theyve looted and a couple bodies.  hearing someones half broken echo go off with a crimson raider at hq trying to get in contact with the research team, hearing the intercepted raider radio transmission sending out a patrol to check on you guys, the driver turning it up just for you.  by the time the radio buzzes with a “Site 859 compromised- those fucking cultists- looking for survivors- “  you’re already far into CoV territory.  

oh to be dragged in front of the twins and see them excitedly rock paper scissors over who gets you, tyreen pouting when troy wins and gloats about it as he steps down off the pedestal their thrones are on.  flinching away as he reaches for you and calls back to tyreen that you barely ever have any fun with them anyway 

being hauled off your feet like you weigh nothing, slung over his shoulder, taken to a livestreaming room as he flips on the ‘RECORDING’ sign outside the door.  sitting you half on his lap on a couch youd seen in these propaganda videos before

troy speaks with an almost playful tone  ‘Alright, now your job, little raider, is to beg and cry for help from your big bad firehawk so she crawls out from wherever she’s hiding.  Tell ‘em theyve got three days to come getcha- really sell it, y’know?’ his grip on you tightens, pressing you against him and leaning his face in so you can feel his breath on your throat, ‘maybe it’ll help to imagine that youre real scared and if she doesnt come to your rescue, youre going to be oh so slowly eaten alive...or something.’  he punctuates his instructions with a wet tongue dragging up the side of your throat, a tongue you can’t see from this angle, but it feels far too long.

cambots whirr into view, waiting for his cue-  ‘Oh! And one more thing.‘  Troy takes one of your hands into his, thumb pressing into your palm as he brings it up to his face.  “this isn’t live tv, babe, so you try and tip off the losers and we’re just gonna do another take. And every time you make me redo this-’  that tongue slides out of his mouth, twisting over your fingers as his jaw splits at the seams with an audible wet pop.  you stop breathing.  razor sharp teeth prick at your skin as he mouths at your suddenly incredibly fragile fingers, the hungry drool slicking over your skin telling you that he would like nothing more than for you to disobey.  just as fast as he revealed his monstrous features, his tongue slides back and he pulls your hand back to safety and resets his face  ‘you lose one of these.’

not having to act much at all for the camera, knowing that if lilith or a rescue team came for you theyd be heading into a trap but god you were so fucking scared and this was your only shot-  Troy smirking , speaking derisively to the future audience, arm slung so casually over your shoulders keeping you nice and close

it was over too soon, and you prayed you did a good job.  you were bait, at least, and you’d be alive long enough to have a sliver of a chance-

‘Cut!’ troy called, standing up to slide the long coat off and toss it over a nearby chair.  “right- get that out to the liarhawk and pals today.’ troy spoke to the cambot,, ‘now- im fuckin hungry, so we’re gonna do the letsflay for thursday right now, k?’  he turned to you, tongue peeking out to lick over his lips as he pushed you to your back, a spark of sheer panic making you try to jolt up, only to be held down by his prosthetic with a soft chuckle.  troy got onto the couch, straddling you and pinning your legs down, your head resting on a throw pillow that would have been comfortable if not for the current situation

his jaw started to shift as he looked down at you, his gaze almost affectionate

you stammer ‘W-wait no no you said- you said i had three days for the raiders to come and -’ 

Troy laughed, wheezing like it was the funniest thing he’d ever heard, “oh my god you- you really- hhahahahaha sweetheart, I lied.”

midway through a laugh, his grin broke apart.  his face was an open, horrid display of teeth, too many- too many teeth- a blue tint to the drool starting to drip from that awful tongue, so eager- somehow you could tell he was still smiling as he pushed up your shirt to reveal your soft middle,

you thought you’d scream when his teeth sank in, but no- no your breath caught in your throat like youd been choked.  you didnt even feel the pain right away, just the wrong feeling of something being undone, broken apart- and then he pulled and you felt it and it was like you were being torn apart because thats exactly what was happening- your skin stretched until it met his teeth and was sliced with a jagged edge, muscle pulling and tearing to yield to his much stronger jaws and you couldnt help but watch . 

screaming, fighting, trying to kick and twist and shove him off of you, not succeeding in making him budge, your pushing hands only following his head back as he liberated the sizable chunk of meat that had been yours until very recently.  troy leaned back out of your reach, snapping his unnatural jaws to toss and catch the bloody shred, swallowing it like he was half-starved.  

A huff that mightve been a laugh came from him, gathering your flailing arms in his mechanical grip and pinning them up over your head, exposing your torso even more.  “they always wait ssso long to fight’  he slurred through blood streaked mandibles, tongue lapping over the red dripping down his jaw

your middle burned, hot and wet with pain, and when he moved in you though he’d simply take another bite but no- no he was moving to your face bringing that awful mouth to your face so close to you so close-

he nuzzled his face into the crook of your neck, in a way that you might call gentle if you weren’t writhing like a fish on land.  he nosed at your throat a bit, giving a low, pleased rumble as he went, moving down until you felt his fractured jaw close around the space between your shoulder and neck and bite with a soft hum , and you shrieked, bracing yourself for the tearing and ripping but he held there like that, not pulling, just-

a cold seeped into your muscles, a frigid alien wave that seemed to creep along with your heartbeat.  every pulse brought it further through you, until it ebbed away and left a sluggish heavy feeling in its wake.  down your shoulder through your arm, fingertips twitching a little before they felt too heavy to move.  slinking across your chest, up your neck, ears ringing for a moment as whatever venom he just administered hit.  against your wishes, your breathing slowed from its panicked hyperventilating.  your other arm followed shortly, struggling and grabbing at the couch’s fabric dying down to little shivers.  the chilling wave seeping down your torso, washing over the bleeding hole in your middle and pushing that agony far away, a dull, hot pressure remaining.  your legs were the last to give out, scuffling and and kicking getting slower and slower until all of you stopped. 

you let out a whine

troy, mouth still wrapped around your shoulder, let out a groan.  he swallowed the mouthful of blood that had accumulated while you were being sedated.

jaw loosening, he pulled back, saliva and blood and florescent blue venom coming away in strings from the deep bite.  the siren looked down at you, now pliant and truly helpless under him.  focusing your eyes was hard, but you could make out the red glow of his markings, seeming to pulse with your own slowing heartbeat.

he sighed happily, rolling his shoulder and letting it relax. you could distantly feel a hand running over the bleeding hole in your abdomen.  “mmh...there....now, where were we?”

im gonna talk abt tf2 and pokemon again bc i can.

scout of course would dig fast pokémon!!! he's probably got a jolteon he loves dearly, maybe even a crobat he was given (as a zubat) in childhood. from who? eyes emoji there are faster pokémon, sure, but a lot are legendaries or bugs- and he's still trying to warm up to bugs. when/if he did, you KNOW he'd be all over ninjask or accelgor. he usually fawns over pokémon he thinks would make him look cool or fit his fight style (ie hit ur opponents the hardest first & dont get touched) but has a weak spot for some of the "cuter" ones. probably tried to lick a vanillish. as staunch a believer i am he'd be from castelia city, i like the idea that he used to be a rocket grunt, or someone who wanted to join team rocket at one point. i was trying to decide if he'd have a type preference but i like to think he's a mixed bag, mostly because every pokémon is cool and exciting to him! if you did ask & he did have to pick, it'd definitely be electric. wait, dragon, obviously... nah, fighting is good. no wa

soldier's partner is obvious! zigzagoon! mostly bc its a raccoon-like lil dude... he probably gives nicknames to every pokémon he sees, not necessarily just the ones he tries to catch. because lets face it, his zigzagoon is the ONLY pokémon that matters to him. well, that and any that catches zhanna's eye. his zigzagoon carries an everstone and is probably stupid high levelled but nobody really keeps track. soldier does initiate a lot of battles, but they're more fun when zhanna's with him too! theyre an inseperable group who probably wreak enough havoc to be considered their own team of hooligans, but who's to stop a happy couple with their adorable op pokémon? also i kinda wrote all that down super quick buuuut zigzagoon also works as a support pokémon for him when his stability gets extra rough, laying on his lap and helping to keep him grounded. he doesnt have any desire to keep more pokémon since he's fine with just 1, but if he had more i think he might get along with loudred or chatot. (chatot would DEFINITELY take some warming up to on his end but i LOVE THE THOUGHT)

pyro loves fire types of course!!! theyre probably the only one brave enough to pet their hotter ones. engineer probably made em special gloves just so they could play with their slugma... its hard to pick favorites, but the ones theyre closest to are slugma and monferno. they also have a solosis who just loves to play! unlike other people who usually just have one pokémon walking with em at all times, pyro tends to keep all three of theirs out of their pokéballs. they worry about them getting cramped or bored, and while its good exercise, sometimes its difficult to wrangle them when solosis has someones hat and slugmas melting through the furniture and monferno found spy's disguise kit.. theyre a big happy family though!! i think pyro would also like fairy types a lot, but if they got a fourth pokémon, theyd probably keep it at a daycare for the sake of themselves and the rest of the team. just in case, they might really want a sylveon or snubbull.

demoman and any pokémon knowing any explosive moves is an obvious fit! i initially liked him and electrode for this, but since part of their biology is exploding unpredictably... maybe that ones saved for battling. or at least not kept at any of the bases. i like the idea of him keeping his battle partners & normal team separate. when he's not drunk, he's a very skilled trainer and actually took a handful of gym challenges when he was younger. of course it started getting tough to balance work and training, but he never intended to get far in gyms anyway- to him it was just a fun challenge where he got to bond with his pokémon. other than his electrode, he's probably also got a charmeleon (whos either causing mischief with pyro's monferno or keeping demo company while he works/naps) and a honedge (who he will spar with sometimes). he used to have several other pokémon, but he eventually didn't like keeping them all abandoned in pc boxes, and ended up rehoming a lot of them. scout probably has a meowth from him, but he wont tell you.

heavy never cared too much about setting up huge teams or amassing a large collection. he never carries pokéballs, but his party is made up of some impressive pokémon. unlike most of the team who catch their pokémon through normal means (trade/gift, fishing, etc), he befriended his naturally. its easy to say one is ursaring, so of course im going to say it. he wont share how they met, but i wanna say he found its egg abandoned and raised it from there. they probably wrestle a lot but theyre always careful not to seriously injure each other. he befriended his mamoswine (then swinub) shortly after, then his abomasnow much later, in between him busting his family out of the gulag & leaving to find work. he left all three in siberia in the care of his family, but has a teddiursa from his ursaring to think of them all by. probably spoils the crap out of em all every chance he gets though, he loves his pokémon as much as his human family and saves recipes for poképuffs & poffins.

engineer wasn't always on board w the idea of a partner pokémon, mainly because he was always into engineering and was sure he'd be too caught up in it to focus on.. well, anything else. sure, when he was younger, he was like most kids and dreamt of being a league champion, but it always seemed to fall through.. until he discovered steel types. he started his journey later than most, but more than anything he's thankful because they help immensely with his work and lighten the load. he has a magneton who.. isn't that bright, but he's cute and thats what matters. he's also got a rotom who occasionally helps experiment with new machines, but mostly just possesses dispensers and rubs itself on everyone and everything. yum, static cling! engie didn't get into battling as much as he thought he would, but he's essentially working his dream job with his best friends (and 8 other dorks) so things are pretty good. this doesnt mean he wont go for human help when hes stumped or burnt out, though! other partner thoughts i had were torkoal, raichu and porygon2.

sniper is probably the biggest pokémon expert out of everyone on the team (well, aside from medic probably.) he's basically a walking pokédex and can tell you all about type matchups. he's also way closer to his pokémon than people realize, and especially closer than any real people. this is especially noticeable with his baby kangaskhan- although with a heavier origin than simply "abandoned", he ended up bonding with heavy over the ordeal. even with more technical aspects memorized, raising this baby was a completely new venture- not one he hated though! he also collects bug pokémon (that he lets scout get close to,when he tries to get over his fear) & has a slakoth that just kinda.. fell asleep on him one time and just never went away. other choices include koamala or krokorok.

medic is like a pokémon professor but fucked up. while he was primarily a human doctor, after losing his medical license, he started to dedicate time to studying pokémon. he doesnt run inhumane experiments on them because i said so. he's working on filling up his pokédex more than anything, and loves listening to others talk about their partners or other species theyve seen. he has his own pokémon too of course! as the team healer its only natural he has healing pokémon like audino and blissey, but he has a soft spot for flying types, specifically the birds. he has way too many pidove. he probably has a massive aviary separate from his medical lab where he keeps more birds, namely pidgeotto, fearow and some starly. he used to travel a lot (especially after being chased out of his hometown), but he saw it as more chances to discover new pokémon. probably has a very illegal form of the pokémon boxes with no storage limit. also probably heard the stories about mew and mewtwo and actually got inspired. probably owns the most pokémon merc, specifically stationery- hey, if ur getting some unethical experiment performed on you by the german guy you tried to rob earlier that night, are you going to pay more attention to his shit eating smirk or his cool ass holographic pikachu pencils??? or perhaps the cutesy eeveelutions stickers on the back of his clipboard???? thats what i thought.

spy looks like the guy who would probably be the least into pokémon, but that couldn't be further from the truth. he's not as wild as scout or medic by any means, but back in his day he was "pretty decent" (a gym leader.) i like the idea of zoroark being his partner, but you know who else is cool??? cofagrigus. gengar. banette. probably the only one on the team to actually get into mega evolving. and the only one with a shiny, but its gengar so we dont talk about that. i wont imply he loves his pokémon over his own family, he's just had a lot on his plate. remember scouts crobat? while hes got a more methodical approach to battling, he doesnt do it nearly as often as he used to. he still keeps his gym team, and though they tend to be more serious than the other pokémon in the base, they do on occasion get into trouble with others, namely pyro's solosis and scout's jolteon. not misbehaving on purpose, just being curious :0 probably uses luxury balls to catch all his pokémon and has an unused love ball with scouts moms name engraved on the bottom. (either for the novelty, or maybe hes trying to find the right one to catch for her??)

alright so the premise for this au is basically “dave still had bro as a guardian but tyzias’ baby meteor crashed on top of dirks and smushed him” so alpha dave goes “well fuck i guess i have a troll baby now”

when i was talking to my roommate about this they put the mental image in my head of like, alpha dave with one of those baby carriers with grub tyzias just on his chest while he was fighting the clowns on the white house and while that may not be canon its Really Fucking Funny to me and i hope i get around to drawing it

um um anyways dave wasnt about to assign an alien baby a gender so he kind of left some of his shit for them and some shit hed think rose would leave for a girl or w/e but for the most part just stuff he Thought Would Be Cool– basically what dirk got originally but w some more variety and probably less anime shit because i actually like tyzias . anyways. they still get lil cal bc i feel like thats probably narratively important and for the most part tyzias is just like “yeah thats my puppet lil cal he’s pretty neat i guess. anyways”. obviously theyre going to treasure anything and everything dave left for them bc theyre sappy like that and literally dont have anything else.

it took a couple years for tyzias to realize how different they are from their human friends and they have this really deep insecurity stemming from when they realized theyre not a human like their ‘dad’/’bro’ but a troll like the condesce and they dont know SHIT or FUCK about troll culture or physiology except for whats out there for them to find which isnt a lot. so they get this weird irrational fear that if theyre not careful theyre gonna end up violent and bloodthirsty like )(IC who is a person who hurt not only dave but also rose and is actively making theirs n roxys lives hell and its a lot of “im so different from everyone i know and its in an arguably bad way”. especially wrt molting and blood color n stuff they dont have any explanations for anything except “im different from my friends and its weird and i dont want them to know because then they might think im weird or even BAD for being a troll”

they work REALLY hard on not letting this insecurity get in the way of who they want to be for their friends– which is to say they want to be someone dependable and  a person to lean on and to look to for support. **!!blood player hours alert!!** tyzias feels responsible for the people around them (jane roxy jake) and wants to do what they can to ensure that they all stay safe and happy because other than a long-dead alpha dave these are the people that they have and thats really important to them.

i know theres no class or aspect doubling within the kids but i reaaaalllyyy wanna make them a seer of blood but might settle for mage. seer would help out wrt the game over bullshit because you have to think about where dirk was during the fight and why he wasnt IN it and why he didnt go with john and roxy to the new timeline and stuff. these are all things that make me wanna reread homestuck so i can get a cohesive thing going on. anyways.

dirks version of masculinity affected a LOT of stuff in homestuck and so did lil hal and with both of those things gone u gotta think about like. for example jake and how hes all gung-ho about being a Dude and Manly and the way he goes about exploring his gender kind of cluelessly. and i dont want to make tyzias more ‘woke’ than they necessarily WOULD be in their scenario but i like to think theyd get a decent grasp on what it meant to be a butch lesbian– or at least enough to find comfort and joy and happiness in it while learning more about it and themselves as they grow. the internet exists on earth b. im allowed.

anyways jake and tyzias are best friends and its the most wonderful dynamic thats come out of this thing (there are a lot of good dynamics. i have a lot of very specific self indulgent things going on in this au.)

anyways tyzias encourages jake to go out and explore the island in SAFE and HEALTHY ways and they voice call while hes out and about so they can sort-of hang out as best as you can across spacetime and its fun. they like talking about stories (usually movies and shows) together bc its their common interest. 

zizi is really into storytelling and writing which is kind of a mirror of dirk/dave being really into drawing while holding onto zizi’s interest in literature and history n stuff.

as for roxy i think itd be really neat if tyzias’ “what is gender in a post-apocalyptic wasteland” thing inspired them to think about themselves and what their gender is vs. janes and maybe (or definitely) they come out as nonbinary and jane gets to be confused by zizi and roxys “weird pronoun preferences”

their first anniversary they both go out of their way to plan the most elaborate and extravagant thing (fancy hotel rooms, dinner reservations, five bouquets of flowers) because a) hermann is the world’s biggest romantic actually and b) newt doesn’t half ass Romance. unfortunately they neglect to make sure the other isn’t doing something for them and that’s how they end up with two high-end hotel rooms and two dinner reservations for the same night. newt probably writes hermann a song on the guitar for their first anniversary too

also theyre gross and do dumb First Meeting roleplaying all the time. sometimes not even in a sexy context. newt will sneak off in the grocery store and hermann will find him leaning suavely up against a rack of bread like “oh hey stranger...... ;)”

newt gives great massages and sometimes hermann pretends his back is aching when he’s actually fine just to have newt’s hands on him. newt always knows when he’s faking but, coincidentally, loves touching hermann and goes along without complaint

in the spring and summer newt gardens while hermann relaxes on the porch in a big sunhat and eyes his Strong Husband up (and maybe newt flexes a little more than is strictly necessary for pulling weeds). newt also flirts the entire time

then they both realize they havent said it out loud yet and they both just :D (and newt jumps him)

after that they say i love you whenever possible because theyre madly in love and they both love acknowledging it aloud

they took care of each other a bunch back in their Lab Days. if hermann hadn’t slept in too long, newt would force him to at least take a nap, and vice-versa, and they’d make sure the other was eating, and they’d leave each other coffee and tea or whatever. all under the guise of “if you’re sleep-deprived/starving yourself you’re no use in the lab” obviously but it’s really because they love each otheeeer

this is how they end up unintentionally cuddling on the lab couch at least once a month. newt forces hermann to take a nap, hermann forces newt to take a nap, they end up passive-aggressively both refusing to let the other have the couch so they’ll go back to their room and get proper rest, they end up falling asleep there, and...dot dot dot
