"mom... why did you make so much food? you didn't even have that many people over." you ask, crossing your arms.

"well, I didn't know that. if they wanted seconds, there was plenty." there were about ten go-to plates that were filled and put into a black delivery bag. "can you do me a favor?" she asks, and you hum affirmatively in response. "you are gonna give out these leftovers to our neighbors."

"oh." normally, this wouldn't be an issue, but considering you live near a dead end and you had one neighbor that you weren't ready to talk to, you were unsure about this favor. "but-"

you don't know it, but he finds it very cute. he's seen you around as well and definitely thinks the same way you think about him. he'd take the chance to approach you, but you seemed to be avoiding him every time he's around, so he respects your space, as he should.

"tell her I said thank you," he says. "are you sure you're okay? why are you so nervous?" at this point, he's reading you like a book. not that he's cocky, but he knows that he's making you act like this, but he doesn't question it.

"it's nothing, enjoy your food!" you turn on one heel and walk away. sunghoon calls out to you but you act like you don't hear him and begin to speed walk to the next house.

when gigi gets home from her first proper date, with the first guy she really properly likes, george has already text him to tell him where she was having bumped into him on the street. she tries to come into the house quietly, hoping that the noise of her little sisters messing around will drown her out and she can hop up to her bedroom without being noticed.

instead, the house is silent. perfect. no screams or laughs from the girls. they all must be out. gigi relaxes. she kicks off her shoes and puts down her back. she goes out of the hallway and to climb the stairs and then she hears him. a voice.

"august healy,"

it's her dad. she goes into the kitchen, knowing it would be disrespectful to ignore him, and he is sitting in one of the dining chairs, nursing a coffee, and stroking one of the twin's stuffy like he's in the godfather.

"hi dad," gigi says sheepishly.

"i received a very interesting text earlier," he says, putting down his coffee mug. "care to take a guess on what that may have been?"

she folds her arms, "i think we all know."

"i think we do," matty says, suddenly throwing the stuffed toy rabbit on the floor, then quickly, realising how hard he has thrown it, picks it up and says, "sorry bunny," and gives it a quick kiss on the head before placing it on the table. gigi is trying not to laugh. he's such a nightmare.

"i've heard, from a certain uncle, that a certain daughter, has been out with, someone of the male variety. am i correct?"

"dad can you stop?" she whines, "i'm fifteen."

"you're twelve," he says.

"for gods sake. where's mum? she'll put an end to this nonsense."

"your mother has yet to be informed of the male child. she is currently out with the rest of my charges. but i'm sure she will feel the same as I."

"dad," gigi says, giggling, "stop it."

"stop what?" he says, waving his arms around like some cartoon character.

"stop messing around. so i went out with a boy. its fine."

"didn't george tell you he's already threatened him?"

"he did not," matty says, "but i will need to threaten him myself, obviously."

"but you act like this! you care so much!"

"i'm just being a knob," he says. holding his arms out to hug her. "and i just care because you're my baby girl. okay? i want the best for you."

she leans into him. he rubs his knuckles in her curls.

"george did tell me he's really good looking," matty says.

gigi looks at him grinning, "oh my god he is, he's so fit."

matty pulls a face like he's just eaten something terrible.

"oh god, yeah no, can't do that."

"what?"

"happy for you he's fit an all but cant stomach hearing about it."

"that's fair enough, will you leave me alone about it now?"

"fine," matty says, going back to his coffee and picking up bunny again, "but i want to meet him. get him round for dinner please."

"sure," gigi says, taking the opportunity to run out the room.

"love you!" matty calls after her up the stairs. she sighs hard, but yells back, "love you too."

when you come back with the girls, you find matty in his music room crafting a song called "stay away from my daughter you shit."

"matthew healy," you say, grinning. you know he doesnt mean it. but you also know he loves that kid more than anything in the entire world.

honestly the thing that was most hurtful about that situation is not them threatening to kill me for betraying their favourite ship (i didnt), them admitting to harassing me and others for entertainment/because they were jealous i was talking to people other than them, or them thinking they can give me ultimatums on what to do

it was one throw away line that turned out to be a much bigger piece of the puzzle: "i asked someone else and they also are uncomfortable by you."

this person knew extensively of my anxiety how it affected me. i had discussed it with them privately and publicly. in an attempt to manipulate me, they went around not only to our group of friends but to others to lie about the situation, misrepresent me, and gain ammo to "convince me" to do what they want exclusively. mind you, this is a straight man whose blog is full of porn of anime girls and thinks gay people cant have children.

so now, coincidentally all of a sudden im seeing posts about "hating sasuke being mischaracterized as heterosexual" from blogs and freaking out because this person planted the idea in my head that people secretly hate my blog. i have been on the internet for a long time and have experienced a lot of things, one of them being how a small lie can turn into a harassment campaign. i also personally have experience with someone cyberstalking me to abuse me based on their interpretation of the content.

for my own peace of mind i'm just going to clarify a couple things:

the first instance of "heterosexuality" was a friend saying they got more notifs from me than someone they were romantically pursuing and they were nervous, i tried to make them feel better by saying logically that means we are dating instead. this person has 0 romantic interest in me, so i made the joke knowing theyd react in ire and it would be a fun back and forth to take their mind off the situation.

the second instance of "heterosexuality" is another friend who is not romantically interested in me (in fact theyre interested in itachi, so part of this started as me wanting to beat itachi) that had offered to be a surrogate and godmother to sasunaru children. thats it. thats the context behind jokes between us.

the third instance of "heterosexuality" was me making fun of people's (of all genders) interest in me. it wasnt a serious appeal.

now at the end of the day i justify these choices with these three ideas: "sasuke regularly uses teasing and banter to throw friends off kilter for amusement" "sasuke's only longterm interactions with women are women who disrespect and objectify him" "sasuke's priority is the people he cares about, and is more comfortable around such people". i dont think these ideas are mischaracterizations.

more than anything though, i recognize that as an autistic person with anxiety, this situation has successfully stressed me out to the point where im scared to interact with my blog at all. i cannot tell how serious these posts about hating/being angry about a "heterosexual sasuke" or a "sasuke who doesnt hate women" are. i dont know whether these are people who interact with me/that i interact with but secretly hate me. i cannot tell if people are genuinely angry with me, but i also cannot ask because it would draw attention to me that i dont want. but because this person intentionally put me into a triggered state over it, im starting to care about things i normally wouldnt. i recognize that on its face, being "accused of being too straight" is ridiculous. in order to not be a hypocrite, i personally block people before i criticize something theyve said or done.

so im going to take an indefinite break from posting/interacting until i can calm down from that state. thanks and sorry to those who supported me the past few days.

Im also starting to like n!Trevor out of spite. He cant be compared to canon Trevor (he'd get kicked into the sunset) in any way but as his own character he is a decent dude with a tragic past. And both his "friends" and the narrative keep treating him like a joke and a punching bag even when he's demonstrating genuine camaraderie by letting them in his childhood home.

And i cant believe how trevorcard turned into the main ship of this sewer of a show. I want the games duo to be all lovely n affectionate w eachother while i want n!Trevor to punch n!Alucard's fangs in

And honestly im glad he got pushed to the side by the show i cant imagine what s3 would have done to him if the writers thought he was pretty enough for the sexual abuse treatment

No joke, I think N!Trevor is my second favorite character in the show, right behind Dracula. Third if I count N!Hector in S2 and S2 only. Definitely one of the few I don't despise.

Like. He's not great. He's a generic anti-hero down on his luck and with hehe funny alcoholism, and largely inferior to Trevor who despite popular conception has a solid character, strengths and weaknesses. But he's perfectly inoffensive? He has a decent character arc, a decent backstory that explains his flaws, good intentions, and the story doesn't need to tell you that he's good deep down despite his rough exterior: it is shown when at first he walks by a Speaker getting harassed, but then he reluctantly intervenes. I like how in the finale of S1 he directs the mob to defend themselves against night creatures, showing that, when push comes to shove, he's a great leader. I like how, while he's not an expert in magic like Sypha or intimately familiar with Dracula like Alucard, he's genuinely knowledgable about monster lore and proud of his heritage: he's so happy when he finds the Morning Star! Also yeah, lines like "I am Trevor Belmont, and dying has never frightened me" are pretty cool.

He's a cool guy! And the story just hates his guts for no reason??? I am appalled by the amounts of abuse this dude gets put through by his friend and girlfriend?? And then the story who just gets tired of him halfway through????

Trephacard as a ship makes zero sense to me. Trepha, I can kind of understand because, while she is an utter prick to Trevor in S1 and 2 (oh no she learned to swear thanks to him! this is the same girl who wanted to make him drink her piss because he was "rude"), at least the two genuinely bond more in S3 and 4, although in the most useless excuse of a subplot conceivable. But adding Alucard into the mix is like poisoning a well. He's unpleasant, I have really no other word for him. He's mean, cruel, dismissive, insulting, petty, disrespectful... to a guy that did nothing to deserve this constant barrage of insults, in fact Alucard should be more than grateful that this dude wants to help him in this emotionally devastating mission... and Sypha defends him because his Depression™ is worse than Trevor's Depression™.

GN! Reader

Warning: Angst, some of the boys cry, Levi falls down the stairs, Beel and Belphie have panic attacks

LUCIFER:

Your picture wasn’t in the papers he received when admitting you to RAD. So he had no clue what you looked like until you were teleported into the middle of the RAD council room. And it was chaos, not just because you were unfamiliar with the Devildom and frightened, but also because as soon as he laid eyes on you he let out the loudest gasp and almost keeled over from a heart attack.

It's safe to say after that Lucifer got ALOT more protective over you, and seemed to play favourites whenever you were in the picture. You could do no wrong in his eyes...even if you did do wrong. In his mind, this was his second chance with Lilith. Probably even slips up and calls you Lilly, or Lilith on accident, even if you're a male.

Almost has another heart attack when you pull out the scrapbook and point to what looks stunningly like Lilith and call her, "Great-Great-Grandma." Actually collapses straight onto the floor and makes all his brothers panic.

MAMMON:

Let out a girlish scream the second he saw you, it was like he had just seen a ghost...and to him, he basically had. You looked IDENTICAL to Lilith and it freaked him the hell out, it was like a ghost was now their new exchange student. He thought at first that Lucifer was a big weirdo for choosing an exchange student, seemingly specifically because they looked exactly like their dead sister.

He's already pretty protective, after all, that's the job Lucifer assigned him to do. But he gets...better at it. Basically turns into a guard dog...or a protective big brother, whichever you prefer. He's one of the few brothers who actually DOESN'T accidentally call you Lilith, or any nickname for Lilith.

Choked on his noodles when he saw a woman who looked EXACTLY like Lilith in your scrapbook. You had to give him the Heimlich because he was practically choking to death.

LEVIATHAN:

When he saw you when he was running down the stairs to shake down Mammon he slipped on the stairs and came tumbling down and knocked himself out. Mammon carried him to the living room to sleep it off, and he woke up to you looking over him and he immediately assumed he died and went to wherever Lilith went after she died.

After that was all cleared up, Levi basically tries to avoid you. The guilt of losing Lilith in the war, and how after that he has done nothing with his life but be a useless otaku and play video games makes him feel horrible for disrespecting the memory of his sister so he tries to hide as much as he can from you.

Faints with Lucifer upon seeing Lilith in the scrapbook, Levi.exe has stopped working, please reboot your system. Starts crying as soon as he wakes up, and takes a picture of the photo on his phone so he can look at it whenever he wants to beat himself up.

ASMODEUS:

Is at a loss for words upon seeing you, he can't even make his normal remarks because he's too stunned. Goes catatonic for like an hour as his brain tries to reboot and process this new information. Cries for a couple of hours and doesn't even get mad he messed up his makeup because this was an emotionally draining day.

After that, he goes...somewhat back to normal. He tries his hardest to get you to like him and hang out with him. Loves doing spa days with you and painting your nails, sometimes he'll slip up and say something along the lines of, "Lilith loved this colour on her nails." And then claim he never said anything if you ask.

Started crying very loudly and messily when he saw Lilith in your scrapbook, clinging to you tightly and snotting all over you. He's quite emotionally fragile and this knocks him all off.

SATAN:

The most normal out of all the brothers, most of his memories of Lilith are Lucifers. He never really knew her. He finds it incredibly odd that Lucifer would choose you though, and like Mammon assumes it was solely because of your appearance and calls Lucifer a creep for it. Does find it incredibly odd that you look almost identical to her.

He makes no real effort to smother you with affection and love, nor does he completely ignore you. He just acts normal, all while trying to subtly ask you questions about your family tree to figure out a theory on why you look so much like Lilith.

It's ultimately Satan's fault you pull out the scrapbook, and upon seeing your great-great-grandma, the pieces all fall into place like one big jigsaw puzzle.

BEELZEBUB:

He's usually quite chill...he was not chill when he saw you. His hands started shaking, his breathing got rapid and he felt like he was drowning in air. Just the first sight of you caused him to have a massive panic attack. He felt like he just saw the ghost of Lilith, and who could blame him?

After that he sticks around you heavily, always following you around like a nearly 7-foot-tall dog. Offers you his food to you, and becomes incredibly protective of you. He's terrified of losing you, just like he lost the real Lilith. Slips up and calls you Lilith, or Lilly once or twice but immediately apologizes.

Seeing your great-great-grandmother makes him have another panic attack, and he has to sit on the floor next to Levi and Lucifer for a while to try and recuperate.

BELPHEGOR:

Felt Beelzebub's panic attack due to their twin telepathy thing while he was up in the attic, but had no clue how. He was mostly pissed at the fact he couldn't help his twin with whatever was bothering him. When you wondered up to the attic and found him, he immediately found out why Beel had had a panic attack.

He promptly has a panic attack too. His thoughts rage around in his head, he had to kill you because you were a human but...you looked so much like her and just looking at you made him want to cry and the thought of killing you made him want to throw up.

Ultimately, when you release him from the attic. He doesn't kill you, he can't do it, you look too much like her, it'd be like killing Lilith all over again. Upon seeing the scrapbook and the picture of your great-great-grandmother he had to lie down, and hold Beel's hand while they had twin panic attacks.

I think kurama got shafted most of og cast in boruto they him made liar and pretty much made his bond with naruto just got worthless because he doesn't good genetics

Nah Sasuke definitely got it worst of the OGs but Naruto and Kurama are definitely close second, I mean Sasuke lost to Code which is like the most embarrassing L you could ever take at this point so yea, Sasuke definitely got it the worst.

But yeah getting into Kurama, how insanely disrespectful is it that Kurama had that whole goodbye speech to Naruto KNOWING he'd come back and yet made it seem to Naruto that it was a definitive death for him and no coming back? he never once reassures Naruto that he'll still reincarnate eventually, like all the other times they discussed a tailed beast dying coming back later, Kurama made SURE not to mention coming back later and left it as this was a perma death that theres no coming back from. He 'dies' letting Naruto believe that they'll never see eachother again, that theres no hope that he'll ever come back for Naruto to rely on his power again, that he's completely on his own now and has to be careful cuz he wont be around to bail him out ever again.

Haha SIKE, turns out he actually would be coming back and COULD lend his power to Naruto again, infact not even a year after he died because remember? Daemon sensed Kuramas presence in Himawari before TBV so he was already reviving within Hima not long after he 'died' 😭 and dont try to say he only felt his chakra that was already inside her because in that case why Daemon aint react to Boruto then? does Kuramas chakra choose which child his genes pass to? then how tf would he know if Naruto will have a second child? what if he only had one? Kurama dont have future sight to know that Naruto would have another child 2 years later so why would his chakra skip Boruto and wait for Hima to be born 2 years later? just dont even try it.

So if they wanna run with the Kurama chakra passed to them in conception, then Boruto has his chakra just as well as Hima, and by that logic Daemon should've reacted to him too but he didnt, he specifically reacts to Hima, why? because Kurama was reviving in her if not already revived because who knows atp but either way its a total asspull and they knew it.

The most plausible possibility is Kurama wasnt fully revived yet until TBV, why? because they had to bench Naruto first which is why he got thrown to the shadow realm, that way he wouldnt be around for Kurama to have logically returned to, it was their forced way of making Kurama HAVE to go to Hima because Naruto is in an entirely different dimension that Kurama cant transfer to, so he takes the next best thing, his daughter.

Which is bad enough on its own that Naruto got a massive nerf and thrown to the shadow realm just so Hima could be handed on a silver platter what he had to struggle with for years and bust his ass to gain control of, but they have the audacity to have Kurama say shes more compatible with him than Naruto.

That is the ultimate disrespect, and the ppl saying its because she has Hyuuga and Uzumaki genes and are descendant of Ashura/Hamura need to reread the series because why were the Uzumaki chosen specifically to be Kurama's jinchuriki and not the Hyuuga? you never heard of a Hyuuga 9 tails jinchuriki, why? because the Uzumaki's chakra were a better fit in both containing and controlling Kurama (with their fuinjutsu and special chakra) even Naruto being just half was enough to manage to contain half of Kurama's chakra as a baby.

Hima however is more Hyuuga than anything else and less than half Uzumaki, her Uzumaki genes are very weak and overshadowed by her Hyuuga ones, she has the Byakugan, gentle fist, and at most you could argue a slight boost in chakra reserves from what little Uzumaki genes she does have, we can make this assessment because Boruto has been said numerous times to lack the same chakra reserves as Naruto, who yes to be fair is because he had Kurama, but even without relying on Kuramas chakra Naruto still had naturally big reserves from being half Uzumaki as well.

So going by what has been established for years about Kurama and his jinchurikis, we know theres no way in hell Hima is 'more compatible' than Naruto because of some danm Hyuuga genes that have never been relevant or claimed to be compatible with Kurama, its always been the Uzumaki, so I dont wanna hear that excuse because it doesnt fly.

Plus Naruto's compatibility didnt even just come from his Uzumaki genes, it came from him being the first one in all of Kurama's centuries of being sealed in jinchuriki's, Naruto was the FIRST one who actually reached out to him, to try and befriend him, to try and free him from his hatred despite him literally being responsible for his parents death he STILL reached out to Kurama and wanted to work together. THIS is what made Naruto and Kurama compatible, not just some danm genes, but who he was as a person and the work he put in to befriending him and earning Kuramas cooperation. He was not GIVEN this compatibility for the simple fact of being born as Kushina's son, he EARNED it. Which is why Hima just being 'born' with it is such a slap in the got danm face.

So not only did they force this asspull on Hima and disrespect everything Naruto worked for in favor of making some irrelevant kid relevant, but I dont even think this was planned initially.

Remember that old photo showing sage mode Mitsuki and MS Sarada and Kurama cloak Boruto? that ended up being canon, so its reasonable to believe Boruto was originally planned to have Kurama, but I assume once they started workin on the sequel and fleshed out the whole karma/vessel plot they figured they couldnt have Boruto being a vessel for both Momoshiki and Kurama so they gave him to Hima instead.

They couldnt commit to killing off Kurama and they couldnt commit to letting him stay gone from the sequel either if they werent going to give him to Boruto, no, they knew Kurama was a huge fan fave and they got scared, they had already nerfed and benched Naruto and Sasuke in some of the worst ways possible and they got scared of not letting Kurama come back, especially since fans kept beggin for him to return (often to Hima) they went ahead and asspulled him back and gave him to her and came up with this 'more compatible than your father' crap to try and justify him being with her and why she adapted so quick to his power so easily.

This fails miserably because we already SEEN how much work goes into learning how to use a tailed beasts power, Hima already had the head start of not havin to befriend the tailed beast first, but that doesnt mean she should be instantly able to flawlessly use his power upon first awakening with zero work. Sure you can argue well yea thats why she lost against Jura but she still made a biju bomb on the same scale as a 10 tails clone with the rinnegan in little to no time at all which just isnt something she should be able to do upon only just now awakening his power, thats the type of thing you'd have to train for.

The only time that could work is when the jinchuriki loses control, like Naruto did that one time and Kurama was in control. But here He tells Hima to use his power herself because he cant use it for her (partially because hes just in baby form now) but this is something Hima has to be able to call on for herself because again, jinchuriki dont just befriend the beast and immediately can just use their tailed beasts full power no problem, they have to WORK to use some of those abilities, its a team effort, which is why Hima just insta grasping all this despite having zero experience or zero preparation for anything like this (whereas the other jinchuriki did) was just unconvincing and felt exactly like the asspull it is.

As a matter of fact, Kurama being in baby form makes it even harder to believe she could make a biju bomb on the same level as a 10 tails clone with the rinnegan, theres no way she should muster up that much power in that short of time to counter Jura's.

Now you may argue well Jura wasnt going all out so he made a small scale bomb that was easier for her to match. They have unironically admitted that the Hyuuga clan is just an utter joke, a useless and powerless clan not even worth learning or advancing in their abilities because think about it, have we seen Hima use her Byakugan in the manga? or gentle fist? no, but we see her jump kick, we see her throw weapons, and we see her losing to Chocho of all ppl, we dont see Hima actually being able to put up a real fight until she has Kurama, then suddenly she can do more than kick 😭 this is such a terrible look for both her and Kurama its not even funny.

Kurama being brought back as a baby way weaker than his former self inside a child because his original host got flung to the shadow realm so he had to settle for his youngest kid, and Hima who couldnt even throw a punch despite being half Hyuuga with the Byakugan until she got Kurama ex machina, its insane.

The only thing that could make this worse is if Boruto and Hima both have Kurama inside them, that'll just be a whole new level of asspull that I dont even wanna go into right now, the fact that Kuramas chakra has been retconned into being something that can be passed down from a Jinchuriki through birth is just a topic I'd rather not get into in this post, because then I'd have to ask why Tsunade didnt have any from Kurama despite being Mito's granddaughter, or why Kagura didnt have any despite being Yagura's grandson, if a tailed beasts chakra passes down genetically through their jinchuriki to their descendants, then every descendant ever born from a Kurama jinchuriki should've had his chakra.

In short I agree with you, this entire situation is just a complete and total disrespect to Kurama, he was better off just being dead for good because atleast it was one major death they could've committed to without fear the way they couldnt Naruto and Sasuke (who we all know fans would never accept them killing off and the sequel would die if they did) and atleast if he stayed dead he could've avoided any future disrespect, but now? now that he's in Hima and will be a main target for the current big threats, he's only going to get more disrespected from this chapter forward and I am not looking forward to it.

long rant about some feelings i had lately because i need to say it somewhere. i should post it on my sideblog but honestly i lack the will to sign out from this and log into the other account. Feel free to ignore.

Quite honestly seeing all the endearing messages you guys send me truly encourages me to keep me going, and in a way, it comforts me. But these days for some reason I’ve had some recurring grim feelings that burden me, and make me feel empty.

I have a loving family I adore, sweet mutuals and friends i also appreciate with all my life, and i’m studying a career i always wanted to study – but i feel disappointed with myself. I feel like I have no clue where to go in life, like I cant rrally achieve anything too important. I feel useless, and weak.

Everyone in my real life remarks how shy and quiet i often am, and my parents say that im a sensible soul but even if they say it in a good way i feel stupid and fragile. I feel like everyone can run past over me because they know im not capable of saying anything against it. I feel worthless, and like i constantly need to be guided to do even the slightest thing. I panic at the most minor of inconveniences because i have no idea how to react and i overly stress, and needless to say the tremors i have worsen and it just makes me feel like shit.

I never find the right time to say what i feel, nor the right situation. And even if i do and express myself in any dumb way i can find at that moment, i just get called an attention seeker and they blame me as a victim that always has everything served and is spoiled, and even if im grateful for all the things i have in my life, i just keep feeling like a heavy weight on the people surrounding me. I feel like nothing i ever do is right, i never know what to say, i feel stupid. Sincerely.

I dont care what anyone says about me, especially if its someone i dont know. But i know some friends and people in real life that made fun of me when talking about my interests, how fragile i seem at everything and reserved i am, i even heard some classmates snickering behind of me when i was explaining specifically what i studied and im tired of not having the will to stand up. I truly despise myself to the point i can barely find the right words, if there is any.

Everyday i feel like im dragging myself through life and i would muh rather keep sleeping and stay in my dreams than have to keep being understanding at stupid people, and the disrespect. Im always embarrassed of expressing how i feel but its even more heavy to carry all my self-worth issues without being able to freely talk about it. You guys have no idea how many fucking times i had the impulse of jumping in front of a car, throwing myself out of the balcony, hanging myself and end myself because i cant STAND not knowing how to guide my life, where to go, and feeling insecure and i dont say this to be dramatic. i cant do anything by myself.

If it werent because even if i sometimes fight with them i know i have a family that cares for me and sweet friends, i wouldnt be here in some time. I feel like an attention whore and a victim but i hate having to keep it all for myself and know no one will do anything, or think im satisfied with how i am. My parents tell me i should be proud of who i am and all the things i earned by myself, but truth is, i wish i werent so fucking useless. I can never remember anything properly, and im too anxious most of the time. I despise myself and i really hope this feeling washes away soon, because i cant tolerate not managing to do anything because i would much rather lay in bed and do nothing due to my own insecurities.

While you were gone/your inbox was closed, there were ofc (as always) a lot of things happening in the fandom and there aren't many blogs line you that have constructive criticism (someone who can criticise taylor when it's due but not blame her for unnecessary things) so all the blogs and in general everywhere I was on (tiktok, twitter, etc) was either completely babygirling taylor for her actions or hating her for every single breath she was taking. So I have some following things that happened in the last two weeks and if you'd like to, I'd love to hear your honest opinion on them and if you think criticising taylor for these things is valid.

1. "Taylor is a mean girl because she dragged Lana on the stage when she won aoty and made fun of her since she was nominated in the same category."

2. Taylor's gonna bash/drag the hell out of Joe in the new album. It's unfair when she names songs like 'So long London' when he was there for her when the whole world hated her."

I think this is fine to answer because tbh i think all of this is pointless and has no merit.

it bothers me more that taylor is friends with lana, who's a zionist and racist (also other things), and actively praised her during her speech. i feel like that's the issue people should've focused on.

Taylor has every right to write about her life and going through a breakup of a 6+ year relationship is hard for anyone, so of course she's gonna cope with it the way she knows best which is through writing. the real issue is how the fans act/react to it. they act like her emotions are just 'tea' and that they should fight anyone who does her wrong, just overall being incredibly immature and disrespecting her art and craft. it's one thing to listen to the album (what we assume it'll cover topic-wise) and be like 'oh this is why the relationship ended, this is how she felt at certain moments and im sure he also has his side', that's healthy and mature... it's another thing to be like 'he never valued her, he was terrible, joe is a terrible person i cant believe him she's so innocent and hurt' and that's the way it's probably gonna go, just immature mindsets, making blind and harmful assumptions, infantilizing her and her role in the breakup, diminishing her songwriting to map out a relationship no one truly knows about, and never actually will. they disguise their behavior as analyzing her art when in reality they're just analyzing gossip and reducing her art to feed their parasocial behavior.

she's a grown woman who can do as she pleases, there are way more important things to be angry about, from her own actions that are actually serious to just around the world.
