You were introduced to the group by MK and Mei, someone whom they met while out and befriended

You were new to the city and excited to meet new friends, so went along with them to hang out with all their friends

At the place, you got introduced to everyone, the last person being Wukong

You greeted him nicely, slyly telling him he was handsome shortly before MK and Mei dragged you away to eat Pigsy’s food

Wukong on the other hand was taken aback

You were so attractive!?!? And you called him attractive? He thought he was going to have an aneurysm.

During the whole get-together, Wukong watched you from afar (Which wasn’t creepy at all)

He couldn’t quite place it, but you set his whole body into tingles, and he felt his fur stand up. Every time you laughed, it would ring in his ears and bounce around in his head for a while. Great Jade, if you laughed at any of his jokes? He might as well be in the Heavens with all the other gods.

Before Wukong could gather the courage to ask for your number, you had to leave, stating that your furniture was at your place. Mk was the one to take you home that day and Wukong swore that the next time there was a function, he would be the one to take you home. 

A couple of days later, Wukong was waiting around for his order from Pigsy’s when he got a knock at the door.

“Ugh, finally. MK, Kid, can you be a little faster next time,” Wukong said as he opened the Temple doors. “I’m starving he-”

“Uhh. Hi?” You say, standing there awkwardly. Wukong stares at you for a moment, it took him a while to process the fact that you were not MK.

“You’re not MK.”

“That I am not.” You laugh, shifting the food in your hand.

“Where is MK? Why are you here?” 

“Doing other orders. I am here because I took the job up, need the cash.” You say with a shrug. You pull out your phone and show him the app Mei had made to help with deliveries. “Anyways, order for Wukong?”

“Uh…Yeah. Thanks, kid,” Wukong says, still looking at the app as he takes the food from your hands. You gave him a small smile as you pressed complete on the order and turned to leave before stopping. You turn back and hand him your phone. He looks down at it then at you, confused. You roll your eyes and open your contacts. 

“Input your number. MK talks about you all the time and says we would get along. I would like to see if that is true.” You explain. 

Safe to say, he wasn’t the one to ask for your number. 

How could you not blame him? You were sweeping him off his feet time and time again, and you weren’t even aware of it!

It was after you left after giving him his order did he realized that he liked you.

With a smile on his face, he gave you five stars and went into his temple to enjoy his food, a pep in his step knowing that it was in your hands. 

Shortly after getting your number, you asked him to hang out. 

He never jumped onto his cloud and sped to the city at the speed he did.

That one hang-out had turned into once a week, to every other day, to every day. At some point, you kinda lived with him, going to his place so often. You would occasionally go with MK when he trained, even getting from some lessons. Other times you went to his place, and he took you there. You were quite familiar with the other monkeys, even bringing some snacks for them (something that Wukong had to tell you to stop since they were beginning to ask for you very often). When Wukong would go to your place, it was mainly to make a quick stop before heading out. 

If you thought Wukong was smooth with his flirting you would be wrong, especially if he fell first.

You are so stunning that any pickup lines that he would use just fall flat. 

He is also very clingy, thinking that if his words fail him, he always has physical affection to woo you. 

Once MK and Mei find out about his feelings for you, they begin to push you two together, planning hangouts before suddenly canceling, leaving just you and Wukong.

Safe to say they aren’t slick with it either (they are both bumbling over Red Son, there is no way that they are going to help Wukong win you over)

After months of schemes failing, MK and Mei had one last trick up their sleeve.

The last scheme that they planned was at one of the yearly festivals. This wasn’t something that they couldn’t just ditch, so they just left you and Wukong alone.

The entire time, Wukong is fumbling his words and making a fool of himself, making you giggle

This would make him feel a little better, knowing that through his poor way of expressing himself, you were finding him amusing.

At the height of the night, shortly before the main event started, you pulled him aside to a quiet place of the festival.

Wukong followed behind you as you dragged him away from the large crowd. It was much quieter wherever you were taking him, the music of the performances now faint. This part of the festival had sparse people, though not empty as there were some couples walking hand in hand or families heading out to leave with their sleeping young in their arms. 

You stopped in the middle of a bridge, which was over a lake that surrounded the venue where the festival was taking place. The moon was shining over the water, reflecting on it and lighting you both up. As Wukong looked at you, he couldn’t help but admire how beautiful you look under both the sun and moon. 

“Was there a reason you pulled me out here?” 

“Yes. Now we have to wait.”

“Wait? Wait for wha-” Wukong was cut off by the sound of a boom. He turned his head and caught the briefest glimpse of the sparks of fireworks before he felt hands grab at his face. It happened so quickly that Wukong didn’t even register that you had pulled him into a kiss. Once he did, he returned the kiss, equally as excited as he was nervous. Tilting his head, he deepened the kiss as he wrapped his arms around your waist and yours wrapped around his neck. After a moment he pulled away and looked at you, his heart beating so fast in his chest that he could hear it. “You know how long I have been wanting to do that?���

“I do. You weren’t slick, old man.” You laugh before pulling him into another kiss, the fireworks going off behind the both of you.

Safe to say, MK was right.

Y/n and the gingerbread gang go to explore the city of Yogurca, but unfortunately, because of the crowd, y/n cookie ends up getting lost from her friends.

Minutes later, Y/n comes across Yogurt Cream, the youngest member of a merchant family. He was bored looking for some treasures or something fun like always.

Y/n recognizes him because he sometimes visit the kingdom, they decided to ask him help...

In the end, they become Yogurt Cream's kill time while he tries to help them find their friends...and Lilac...well he doesn't trust them at first, he will make sure to keep an eye on them just in case something happens...

As I said before Y/n becomes Yogurt Cream's kill time, without worries about his chores. He flies on his magic carpet with them (a whole new worlddddd) or goes to search some treasures.

He will make sure they have fun, and that they not even see the time pass...

Meanwhile Y/n and Yogurt Cream are close or not, and Lilac continues watching them. After he learns that they are not at threat, he will just make sure they are safe...he will be above a building watching.

He is not the type who talks so is normal to see him turn his head away when Y/n looks at him.

Oh...I just hope a stranger don't tries come near or dare try to talk with Y/n...

Yandere!Kazutora General headcannons

- You will not get ANY privacy with this man. He’s literally your second shadow. Doing your make-up to go out? He’s staring at you from the doorway with a crazy glint in his eyes. Finishing up some work? He’ll have you sat in his lap, for some (not so) emotional support! Aren’t you guys such a cute couple? Going to the bathroom real quick? He won’t look, he swears!!

- Insanely delusional. Which is why he doesn’t really get jealous unless someone is obviously trying to get with you. He believes you’re the one for him and vice versa. Why would you leave him when you guys have been soulmates in every life? (Yes, he thinks that.)

- I don’t see him hurting you on purpose, but we all know he’s a bit unstable. Once he did accidentally hit you during a fit he had over some guy flirting with you, and it had him questioning everything. If you reassured him it was fine, it would take him a couple days to recover mentally (he’s dramatic, can you tell?) and return back to his (kinda) normal self.

- If you don’t reassure him for whatever reason, he’ll probably disappear for a few weeks, leaving you in blissful peace. Meanwhile, he’s in the streets fighting every opposing gang member he sees. Until he sees a happy couple and that reminds him that, every ‘healthy’ relationship has its bumps, right? And it wasn’t like it was on purpose..

- Then he returns and you’re probably sad again :(

- But his tendencies have increased ten-fold.

- He won’t let you wear anything mildly revealing, and controls everything you do wear. He’ll kabedon you to get you flustered then snatch your phone from your pocket to delete any contacts that he deems ‘useless’.

- Forces you to move in with him, and if you refuse? Threatens anyone you’re still close with and maybe he goes to rough them up just to really scare you into listening. Probably looks at you like he does in the gif.

- Now anytime you hear the jingle from his earrings, you get a sense of impending doom. (this is a symptom of smth I can’t remember what tho lol)

Eyes of the SEES members ~

I’ve always admired artstyles where every character has super unique and recognizable vibes, so decided to try it with the gang. Super fun, highly recommend!

In the process of designing these I developed headcanons for each of their eyes, kind weird but if you want to read me ranting about why I drew Yukaris pupils a certain way or whatever, feel free to click read more lol.

Makoto: I wanted him to look tired, so a lot of his eyelashes go downward instead of upwards, also eye bags because he has insomnia and you can’t convince me otherwise. I didn’t want his eyes to look hollow/empty, but I didn’t want to put super obvious highlights and I think it works? Idk. Also drew his eyes in a way that reminds me of the ocean at night (Atlus gave me a ocean/water motif and I run with it ok?). His eyebrows are kinda “messy” in comparison to the others but I think it makes his eyes prettier so it is in character to me.

Yukari: I wanted her eyes to look a little more intense and turned them a little to give them a slightly “angry look”. Yukari should have a light case of rbf imo. I feel like Yukari puts a lot of effort into her appearance, and she probably wears more makeup but I cannot draw that to save my life lmao. Her eyebrows are probably the least messy other than Mitsurus, for the same reason as the previous one. Also hard to tell, but I put hearts in her pupils because it’s cute. Really proud of these ones, they read like hers so well to me.

Junpei: Junpeis eyes were so fun to draw! I feel like he’d have pretty short lashes and slightly smaller eyes, but still very vibrant! I really wanted his eyes to look full of life but still pretty simple, and I think I did pretty well! They feel very expressive to me. Also I feel like he’d have naturally very thin eyebrows, so gave him that lol.

Akihiko: idk how I feel about these, but I guess they’re alright? Gave him a kinda intense stare ig. I gave him really long natural eyelashes because I feel like he’d have them (canonical pretty boy that he is) and I’m somewhat proud of them because I stuggle with making longer eyelashes look masculine so guess this is a win. Gave him an eyebrow slit because I was so sure he had one in p4arena only to find out he didn’t even have eyebrows in it. What.

Fuuka: I feel like Fuukas neutral expression would still look slightly confused/concerns so her eyes are a little droopy. Gave her short but thick eyebrows because I thought it would be cute. Her eyes kinda remind me of rain and I like that! Also sidenote love the fact that official art draws fuuka with teal eyebrows. The implication that she was either born with teal hair or is so dedicated to the dye job she even dyed her eyebrows is hilarious to me. I know blue is treated as a normal hair color in persona-universe but Fuuka is literally the only one with teal hair how is it not dyed but yosuke and chies is??

Mitsuru: I wanted Mitsuru to be pretty. I gave her thinner but crisp eyebrows and eyeliner. I was a little worried because before I started shading her eyes looked kinda evil?? Lol but they turned out better in the end. Didn’t do a lot of details in her eyes because it felt like it worked better that way, but gave her bright highlights in her eyes to make up for it.

Aigis: These are my least favorite, and the first ones I did. Not sure if thats awful, because I wanted them to be very different from the rest. I feel like Aigis doesn’t actually have this wide eyes but willingly widens them so you can see the whole iris. I feel like her eyes would look more normal at a distance, and most of her classmates just assume she’s got weird eyes because they’re an uncommon eye color (major “give her brown contacts please” energy). Made her eyes look like does target-thingys and slightly plastic-y.

Ken: I didn’t want his eyes to be to bright, but still lively and childish. I gave him round wide eyes + smaller and thicker eyebrows to give a more childish feel. His eyelashes are pretty short but made them point more downwards since they looked too cheerful when turned upwards.

Shinjiro: dunno how readable these are as shinji, but theyre fine. Made his eyes very dark and put bright highlights cause I thought it looked better than the grey he actually has. Also gave him major eyebags because man has not had a good nights rest since like. Last October (sorry)

AU summaries

Sugary Spire: Spezia (Savy) was "adopted" by Pizzano as his sidekick out of the blue but she doesn't give three fricks. She's kinda mean but she'll be nice to you when she feels like it.

Evil Pep: She is reserved and slightly sheltered by Pep out of fear that she'll be exposed to bad influences especially in the business he's in. She only understands a little bit of english but is heavily fluent and speaks in Italian.

TV Tower: She's a big fangirl of the tower but is a rascal and is able to sneak in through the cracks almost all the time. Security gave up a long time trying to keep her out so they just let her in, she doesn't do any harm anyway.

Mafia: She used to belong to a different mafia gang until Pep's gang raided them. Seeing that she's just a kid, they took her in as a recuit. She doesn't work for them, instead, the members take turns in babysitting her.

Sugary Swap: Spezie Dolci Cannoli (or Spezie for short) is the adopted daughter of Creampuff Cannoli. She just looks up to her dad even though he's kind of a mess.

Killer Pep: One day, she just snuck in and made herself at home. Pep wanted to kill her at first but she was just a kid, very defenseless, so he reluctantly let her stay. (Still debating whether she's a cannibal or not bc it would be a symbiotic dynamic for her and Pep if ther were the case lol).

Roller Rink: She's a student of Pep's, keeps falling on her face in the most inconvenient times and loses balance out of nowhere. She's still fine somehow. Her biological dad and Peppino are good friends.

2. Yeah lol- tons. Too many. Here’s a few (okay like 25 oops) off the top of my head lol, some serious/angsty and some lighthearted/kinda stupid without any real order. (Lotta ‘em are about Steve tbh -there’s so little to him in canon that I have the freedom to hc pretty much whatever I want)

Steve Randle’s nearsighted and has no idea, which is why he’s literally always squinting. (I’ve had that one for like months but only recently mentioned it on here lol.) Steve thinks his vision is completely normal

Dally and Sylvia genuinely cared for each other, but they were both so horrible at having healthy emotions that they just made each other worse. In a bad way, not a fun way.

When Steve gets kicked out, sometimes he hangs with Johnny in the lot. They don’t really talk about anything important like their shared experiences of having lousy parents. Instead they talk about cars, girls, music, school…lighthearted stuff. Sometimes Johnny will find Steve crying, which he never mentions- he’ll just sit down as per usual, which Steve appreciates. Steve almost never finds Johnny crying though. Johnny doesn’t cry much.

Okay tangent- I love how Steve and Johnny are low-key foils. Like Steve always seems tough but then cries when pushed to his limit, while Johnny always seems skittish until he’s under a bunch of pressure- in which case he suddenly is confident. (Not necessarily thriving obviously, but confident yk? Like grinning while saving those kids in the fire.) I know SE Hinton probably didn’t intend that at all, but it’s just such an interesting detail to me. One of these days I’ll put it into words better

Johnny’s jeans-jacket is a hand-me-down from either Steve or Two-Bit. (I can’t decide which lol) (obviously Dally would make sense too, but honestly I think it’d add more depth to flesh out Johnny’s relationships with the other members of the gang)

After the events of the book, Two-Bit starts hanging around the Curtis’s place even more. At first the gang assumes he’s trying to lighten the mood. It’s only after he gets sent to the cooler for a month due to drunk driving that they realize he was actually hanging around so much because he was trying to keep his kid sister from seeing him so drunk…

Two-Bit likes to joke that he keeps failing junior year so that him and his sister can graduate together. Which is a very bad idea since his sister is a year younger than Ponyboy.

Sodapop often feels like he’s only good for looking pretty and not all that useful or interesting otherwise. He likes himself, but when he stops to think about it too much, he starts to wonder if he really has anything going for him at all

My H/C for Steve’s home life is that his Mom is sick w/ like cancer or something. Before she got sick, Steve’s life was pretty alright for an eastsider- he and his dad fought, but they always made up for the most part. They weren’t perfect, but they loved each other. But after she got sick, she wasn’t there to mediate between Steve and his Dad anymore, and the fighting got worse and worse. And then Steve’s dad started drinking more and it was pretty downhill from there. Steve’s Dad still loves him, but sometimes Steve wishes that he didn’t. If he didn’t, then he could hate him. But his dad does love him, so he can’t get himself to.

Steve and Dally taught Johnny to drive when they were all like fourteen-fifteen-ish. Johnny is a very reckless driver. He loves speeding.

Johnny also loves fast roller coasters and stuff.

Dally doesn't ‘cuz he’s low-key scared of heights- he likes riding broncos and rodeos, but put him at the top of a roller coaster and he’s convinced that it’s gonna break and he’s gonna die. He pretends he doesn’t mind. The only people who know he’s scared of them are Johnny, and before she died, Mrs. Curtis.

Steve has a napoleon complex. Johnny, who is shorter than him by a few inches, likes to bully him for it sometimes

Ponyboy and Cherry don’t interact much in the school year after the book, but in the summer after, they start to hang out. Eventually they become pretty close. They fangirl over Paul Newman together

Ponyboy still doesn’t let Cherry read his theme though until years later

Marcia and Two-Bit re-meet a few months after the book. (Two-Bit is really scared that she’s embarrassed to be dating him, and Marcia is really scared that he’s embarrassed to be dating her. Neither of them are embarrassed. They both adore each other.)

Two-Bit likes to watch Marcia barrel racing. One time while he’s there, he runs into Ponyboy watching Cherry barrel race and immediately tells everyone much to Pony’s chagrin

Evie knows a little bit about cars, and she sometimes helps out at the DX during summers. Steve is so whipped for her lol (and Soda too Steve has two hands)

Evie and Sylvia are besties, but Steve and Sylvia hate each other. They act civil in front of Evie, but as soon as her back is turned they’re growling at each other like dogs. (Well Steve is. Sylvia just acts condescending as hell. Sometimes it goes over his head, so Steve knows she’s insulting him but isn’t sure what the insult is/means. Which makes Steve kinda want to kill her.)

Steve and Soda are low-key co-dependent. (Steve more so- Soda has his family at least, while to Steve, Soda and Evie are his whole world pretty much) It’s probably not super healthy, and both of them are vaguely aware of that, but are trying not to think about it too hard rn

Ponyboy’s friend group in high school consists of Curly Shepard, Mark Jennings, Scout Jenkins (from the tv show), and eventually, in her senior year, Cherry Valance. (There’s others too but those are the main ones.)

Pony dates Cathy Carlson for a while too, idk if they’re good for each other or not- I kinda like the idea of them being a sweet couple tbh, but no one else on here seems to care about them so I haven’t really explored the idea much lol

In a Dally lives au, Mark Jennings and Dally end up spending a bit of time together through Pony, and at some point they realize that they’re half-brothers lol. Mark is a deeply obnoxious little brother to have, and he drives Dally nuts on purpose. Weirdly I think Dally’s a relatively good influence on him, as much as someone like Dally can be. And Dally does care for Mark, though not as much as he cares for Johnny- Mark is, in his head, not exactly his responsibility.

Well I have (so many) more, but I think that’s enough for now lol. Point is, even though I haven’t drawn in a minute, I love these characters and their romanticized version of 1960s Tulsa so much and I think about them way too often lol

Who did Hobie make watches for?

Going through the movie and pausing at every scene with Hobie to look for more details for the 100th time and I just wanted to share something I noticed:

We know that Hobie made a watch for Gwen but not everyone in the new spider-gang are wearing watches made by Hobie in the end as far as I can tell:

We see Pav wearing a watch, it's a bit hard to see in detail (especially since he isn't wearing one in his own dimension to compare it to) but I'm assuming that Hobie made this one since it doesn't look at smooth as the spider-society watches. Also:

Pav's watch doesn't appear to have the lines around it like Hobie's does when he's wearing his HQ watch.

It's kinda hard to tell if Noir is even wearing a watch due to his coat but since we didn't see him at the society when the other members of the old spider gang (Peter B. and Penni) showed up I'm assuming he maybe wasn't even part of the spider-society (or maybe he just didn't want to help stop Miles from preventing his canon event). So my guess is Hobie made a watch for him too.

Both Ham and Margo appear to be wearing HQ watches (which means that maybe Noir is too since Ham apparently was a member of HQ even though he didn't show up earlier so maybe it's the same with Noir, what do you guys think?)

This makes me wonder if Hobie didn't have the time/resources to make more watches since I feel like them wearing HQ watches might be a disadvantage as Miguel might be able to track them (though maybe Hobie has disabled the tracking in their watches, it wouldn't suprise me if that was the case.)

Hobie is obviously wearing a watch he made since he ditched his old one when he left HQ.

I honestly couldn't get a close enough look at Peni to tell which watch she's wearing lol.

But a cute detail I noticed is that Hobie might have made a day-pass for MayDay! It could also just be the one from HQ BUT she's not wearing it in the scene where Gwen shows up:

alright so soap was completely taken aback when you pulled up suddenly speaking german

it had been a really long day and as much as you love soap he just kept pestering you and it kind of pushed you over the edge and then the german came soon after

now soap does pick up languages pretty easily so he can sort of get an idea of what you're saying

but it's all happening really fast and his german just isn't good enough for him to comprehend

so he just kinda stands there and listens to you yell at him

and no offense but he also has to fight the urge to smile because 1. you're pretty when you're angry and 2. he's never seen you speak german before and you do it with such an intensity and speed he's kinda in love with you

once he feels like you've blown off all your steam he'll give you a little "you all good now?" look and if the answer seems like a yes he'll move in for the hug

and of course you apologize because you really didn't mean anything you said but everything has just piled up and you needed to get it off you chest

alright so gaz actually took german in school so he knows it pretty well

that being said he knows a very school curriculum-centric version of german

which means he knows a lot of random phrases and not very many colloquial/casual terms

so when someone messes up your shot and almost ruins the whole mission and you start going off in rapid fire german

you know gaz is here to partially understand you and offer support in the form of very broken german

he doesn't know very many insults but you called the soldier an arsch mit ohren (ass with ears) and ding ding ding

gaz knew what that one meant

(sort of he had to take a minute to process it and derive the implied meaning from it)

afterwards he asks you to reteach him german and it becomes a thing you two do together

john price:

alright so john obviously knew you could speak german he saw it in your records

and he also tested you on it when he first recruited you onto the task force

but what he didn't expect was for it to come out when you get angry

and he also didn't expect it to be so fast lol

you were dropping insults in german faster than the speed of light fr

he knows a fair bit of german just from his time in the army and even he was struggling to keep up with you

afterwards he gives you a pat on the back and complements you on your german

I always viewed those "you write [member] so well" comments the exact same way because indeed we do NOT know these people...

But honestly, to me, that's the appeal? As long as they're broadly good people in the sense of they're not comitting abhorrent crimes, I don't care how they are off camera and I kinda ...like? the idea of not knowing. To me the most "telling" thing is what they do decide to show of their personalities, genuine or otherwise. Like to me it's fascinating to see what they want fans to know or if it's not entitely true, I like seeing how they want to be perceived.

There's one particular aspect of this topic though that makes me laugh a lot: when idols express an "undesirable" or "opposite to their usual persona" trait and the fans just start denying it and saying they're wrong? About themselves??? 😭 An example for the former (undesirable) is Taeyong saying he struggles to be sympathetic to other people and struggles comforting others. Some fans started saying: it's not true! It can't be! And an example of something opposite to their idol persona (that I think about a lot actually because he's one of my biases) is a period in time where in some interviews the NCT 127 members said that Jungwoo is actually manly off camera. So many people were up in arms because he is "soft" etc... but we don't know him!!! Get a grip!!!

But to stop rambling, truly the only thing we can do is guess what's genuine and what's not and to finally answer your question: Jeno. I feel like Jeno's image suffers quite a bit from how people see him because of his looks. He's attractive and a "fierce" performer, so people kinda just run with this strong persona because he also has moments where he speaks bluntly, but to me he just feels like a normal dude who likes to do his job. He just clocks in, is present, then goes home to his privacy. He doesn't really give me the vibe of someone "fierce" or "mean" as I've seen some people think? Just like you I feel like he's one of the members that I don't "know" much about lol.

No! :D They don’t. (The closest they get to mentioning Barbarian is by calling him the Battle Nexus Champ or Big Mama’s champ.) Leon tried once, once solely because he was still annoyed the morning after Leo came back from a championship fight instead of listening and staying home.

Leon tried to play it off as a simple “good morning” type of conversation starter, and he was sorely reminded of how terrifying the Nexus warrior, Barbarian, is.

Hmmm… might be unfamiliar or a little scary (or triggering) to mention to some, but it’s kind of like using an ex-gang member’s “street name” out of nowhere. It kind of catches them off guard because it comes out of the mouth of the one they least expect. (Bad example, but this is the best I can think of at the moment lol and is from personal experience. It was how my cousin, an ex-gang member, would react when me and a cousin around my age pranked him once by calling him by his street name. It was a little spooky, don’t recommend but he was very nice about it.)

Leon’s happy mood sours when he arrives to the kitchen hearing Leo stumble through the lair and into the medbay. He told Leo not to go to the Battle Nexus, and not just because he still doesn’t like Big Mama. It’s always like this, Leo comes home covered in bruises and scrapes and cuts, barely able to walk into the medbay. Leo rests in the medbay for hours, and still refuses to leave Big Mama’s arena.

Leon grabs a cup of water for Leo and heads into the medbay with a plan in mind—a prank, if you will. A simple, measly prank meant to annoy the elder slider just a little. Just enough to “poke the bear.”

The young slider pops into the medbay, not surprised to see Leo standing near one of the medical wardrobes and bandaging his arm.

Leon looks down to see the trail of blood Leo left behind as the elder slowly rolls the bandage around his forearm. The elder’s back is turned to Leon, so the younger clears his throat before greeting.

“Hey, Barbarian, so what are we going to eat—,” Leon begins but freezes when the elder looks over his shoulder at him.

Leon’s heart stops under the elder’s cold glare. He can feel himself shrink out of pure fear, his blood running cold. All he can think was how this was exactly how he felt when he first witnessed the Barbarian in action that day months ago. Fear courses through his body and renders him frozen where he stands.

The elder’s back has never looked more menacing than now, a gaze so cold-blooded and filled to brim with a lust for violence. He’s like a looming tower, tall and overbearing to the teenage slider. And in a voice that sends chills through the young slider’s body, he asks, “What did you say?”

Leon swallows his nerves and drops the cup in his frozen state. His voice trembles and shakes as he tries to say, “I was just—I asked if you—.”

And like it never happened, Leo’s threatening demeanor breaks and his expression softens. He turns to face Leon and clears his throat to speak in his usual, warm cadence, “What did you call me?”

Leon steps back, his eyes looking everywhere but Leo as he stammers, “I was—I called you. —Leo.”

Leo’s eyes look down at the spilled water and rolling cup, and ties off the end of his bandage. He looks at Leon’s terrified gaze and kneels to pick up the cup. He doesn’t rise but looks up at Leon, “I didn’t expect you to… you know. Sorry about that. Can you get me another cup?”

Leon swallows and clenches his jaw shut. He nods and scurries out of the medbay. His heart pounds against his plastron, beating and beating—beating hard enough to make him think it’s going to burst straight through his chest. His hand fumbles with the faucet as his mind tries to understand what just happened.

That was Leo, right? It wasn’t some stranger with a glare strong enough to kill on sight. It was Leo. Right? Please be right. Dear ancestors, that seemed like a whole other person. That was Barbarian in the room, wasn’t it?

“Leon.”

The young slider flinches, causing the cup to fly out of the sink and smack against the kitchen floor with endless bounces. He flips around in a flash, back against the sink and clinging to the countertop. “Y-Yeah? Yes? Leo?”

Leo is standing in the doorway of the kitchen, his shadow reaching over and consuming the entirety of Leon’s body.

The elder slider stands in the doorway for a moment before he sits down and opens his arms. “I scared you, didn’t I?”

Leon cracks a forced smile, waving off the elder with a shaky hand, “Me? Pssh! No, not me. You didn’t scare me at all.”

Leo’s arms down lower, he only raises his brow and admits, “Well, you scared me. And I need a hug.”

Leon hesitates, staring at the space behind the elder.

The elder beckons Leon once, “Come on.”

Leon swallows and launches himself into Leo’s hug, burying himself in the elder’s embrace like his life depended on it. He hides in the elder’s front, trying to make himself small and looks as harmless as possible.

The elder rubs Leon’s carapace, patting the younger’s shell and holding tightly. His voice is soothing like a whisper as he admits, “You caught me off guard there… I think I’m still a little… riled up. Sorry.”

Leon doesn’t respond, but accepts the apology by hugging the elder tighter.

“I’m sorry,” Leo repeats.

teddy loves marcus. like LOVES marcus bc he's just kinda calm but still fun (and he lets her taste test desserts like???? sugar and cakes and donuts??? hell yeah she loves him) plus he will let her sit on the counter with him and they listen to music together. even if it's disney shit he'll sing along with her. he also encourages the richie beef and will gang up with teddy on him lol.

obv tina is her favorite duh. tina is the teddy whisperer. anytime she's upset she'll book it to tina and she's just got this calm, motherly energy. sorta the grandmother figure teddy (and you and carm) needed. teddy as a toddler likes to put her outfits together and they are... positively teddy lol. tina always coos and goes "look at you! let me see you! oh i love the heels, teddy, very good choice." and gives you a little wink.

sydney and teddy are close but not like sydney and willow. teddy is just too energetic for sydney and she's not really sure how to go about handling her. sydney does find teddy absolutely hilarious, especially how she'll check carmen. "dorothea, i said no-" "no, it's ok!" and sydney and you are snickering, having to turn around and hide your laughs bc carmen is like???? what do i do??? this wasn't in the parenting books lmao.

and obv we know richie and teddy are the biggest frenemies. will fight literally brawl with each other but then she'll be sweet and like sit next to him and be chill. or run and hug him and he's like oh???? lol ok. he calls her his little sour patch kid.
